Justine, Doug and Natalie have been walking our *fierce* chihuahua for the past three years and we are going to miss them so much when we move! They were so accommodating whenever I was in a pinch and always send the best photos of our 7 lb alpha dog. Highly recommend!

Justine, Liz, and Zack are an incredible team! We have loved having them walk our dog Ruby for the past few years. We got emails when Zack arrived and left, as well as photos of our pup with a quick write-up about her walk every day. Great people, great service - 10/10 would recommend!

I am so glad I found Justine and her team at Brooklyn Paws. Everyone who has worked with me and our puppy, Louie, has been nothing short of fantastic. Their scheduling system is easy to use, theyre responsive, they give you updates after the walk is over with cute pictures and they are so flexible! Sometimes, Ill ask them to pick up our fur kid from daycare and they always oblige! I feel safe and comfortable with any member if Justines team to come and take Louie for a walk. They have been absolutely phenomenal and put me at ease immediately. Theyre really the greatest!

When I moved to Brooklyn, one of the most stressful items on my to-do list was to find a solution for daytime dog-care for my 1 year old doggo Andy. My first and last call was to Justine at Brooklyn Paws, and the 2.5 years that followed have been stress-free and a wonderful experience that I am eternally thankful for.The first consultation was all I needed to feel completely comfortable entrusting my dog with Justine and company. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and my usually-anxious pup was in love with her by the time she left 30 minutes later.Weve had a couple different walkers over the course of our 2.5 years here (huge thanks to Mark and Tim), and Andy has developed a deep bond with both. Sometimes well be walking through the Jay St. Metrotech area and shell see Mark 200ft away and run to him with more enthusiasm than I thought possible. The walkers truly know and care about the dogs they walk and have always gone to great lengths to keep Andy safe and happy.From a service perspective, Brooklyn Paws recently moved online to a website that allows you to track when a walker has arrived/departed, and also lets you see the route they walked. You can also request additional services, cancel services, and more through the portal. Our payments are set up to be automatic, and we have never once had a billing or payment issue. Its an amazingly easy process, with great customer care.Honestly, I cant recommend Brooklyn Paws enough. Its personal, their scheduling is very easy, their pricing is great, and most importantly Andy loves everyone shes walked with. Leaving Brooklyn Paws is one of the hardest parts of our move out of state.

Brooklyn Paws is an awesome dog walking service. We were able to personally meet with the owner to see if they were a good fit for our puppy, and after a thorough introduction, we started service the very next day. Our little dog was so young (less than 4 months) that initially he couldn’t even go outside yet due to pending vaccinations. No prob for BK paws, their team came and gave him water, played with him and gave him tons of love and reprieve from his crate. We had numerous, detailed requests, and BK paws happily obliged every single one, no matter how small. When our dog was finally able to go outside, they seamlessly transitioned to actual walks. They take fantastic and fun photos of him around the neighborhood, provide a potty update and have a great app that allows you to see the route on GPS. All in all, they were so kind to us. We look forward to having them as our go-to walker.
