Erika is a life saver. She is professional, helpful, compassionate, and genuinely loves my dog like her own. She documents everything in a notebook so I know exactly when she came, what my dog did, how it went etc. I am the most overprotective dog mum ever and Erika puts me at ease. I could not have found a better person to care for my pup when I am away. My dog has complex medical needs and Erika handles medication changes, food changes, etc so so well. We are beyond lucky to have her and I cannot recommend her enough!! Best dog walker / sitter/ company around. Completely trustworthy and professional.

Ive been using In Home Pet Services since last year, when my mom moved and I needed someone to walk my dog. Erika has been great with my dog and I know I can completely rely on her. I foster dogs and puppies, and she is always helpful. She walks my foster dogs and cleans up all puppy mess. My dog can be dog reactive, and Erika always follows instructions. I am very satisfied with the level of service and care they provide

I was very nervous when I needed a dog walker to help us with our new dog. Erika has been GREAT with our dog, she is extremely reliable and our dog loves her! She takes the time to leave a note at the end of every walk with details about how our dog did, and I feel so comfortable knowing I can depend on her every week. She is super sweet with him and she has helped us out tremendously. We heart Erika!

BEST pet care services in the area!! Erika takes care of Chloe while I’m in & out of town. She’s kind, trustworthy, caring, loving and extremely patient with my baby, which gives me peace of mind. I don’t even need to reach out when I leave Chloe under her care. I was very cautious when choosing the right service to walk my dog. I never used a dog walking service before and there was not much to choose from in my area. Well I am glad I chose Andrea and In Home Pet Services. I did do my homework and got references from some local vets (all great!), and then I had an in-home interview with Andrea and the potential dog walker. They really know and love dogs! My guy is a little bit of a handful at times but they are gentle and caring. All of my neighbors now love the walker and see how great she is with the pup! On top of that, I appreciate the professionalism of this company. There is a daily journal and a system in place for scheduling (which most of my friends from the city who pay a lot more do not get).So if you are thinking about getting a dog walker and feel weird about trusting someone to your house and more importantly, your pet....try out this place. I never regret one minute of it (and hope to try some of their other services soon too so I can take a vacation without the little one).

Ive been using In Home Pet Services for over 4 years, nearly as long as Ive had my sweet girl, Gia. They have always been reliable. The walker always writes up what happens in the journal and its clear that they love Gia, love spending time with her, and care very much about her health and wellbeing. They also are very patient; Ive probably changed Gias food routine a dozen times and they follow along to the letter. Totally recommended.

Erika goes above and beyond to make sure our little girl is well taken care of when we are not there. She is accommodating, flexible and always willing to share her expertise but mostly we are so at ease with her services because we know she loves our girl and watches her as if she was her own.

I planned a five day getaway recently and needed to find a pet sitter for my three cats. Boarding wasnt an option. Dropping them off with friends or family wasnt ideal, particularly since that act alone stressed out two of my cats badly. Having friends or family house/cat sit for us was beginning to be too much to ask. So searching the interwebs, I stumbled upon In Home Pet Services of Marine Park.Let me say that my cats had the best time of their lives while I was on vacation. I think they were probably a little upset to see me walk in the door and not Colleen, who was our sitter.Andrea, owner, runs a very professional and thorough operation. During our first meeting, Colleen and Andrea took a tour of the home and met the kitties who took to hiding. I thought to myself that this may not work out because my kitties are terrified of strangers. But Andrea and Colleen assured me that theyd give my cats love and time so a bond could be built. Then, Andrea took down copious notes from the basics to details I would never think to tell them. Both of them were so friendly and professional, they immediately put my mind at ease.Colleen, our pet sitter, is the best. She kept me up to date with photos and texts. She left detailed notes in a daily journal, so when I got home, I knew what had transpired while I was gone. She truly loved and cared for my kitties in my absence. And like she said during our first meeting, all three of my kitties bonded with her. Again, I think they were a little upset that I walked in the door, and not Colleen.I would use Andrea and Colleen again in a heartbeat. Ive been using Marine Park Pet Services for 2 years now and I am so sad that I have to move away! They have taken great care of my cat Spooky while Im on trips (both long and short). I always come home to a happy girl :)

I contacted this pet service on May 20th via email in preparation for a trip Im taking on June 27th. I asked to have someone come to my house once a day to feed my cats and clean the litter box. 30 minutes/day of work in total. After my initial email, the owner Andrea responded quickly asking more for info. I sent it to her. 10 days passed and I didnt hear anything back so I emailed again on June 1st. The next day she replied that she did see my email and someone will get back to me by the end of the week. The end of the week as come, gone and now were in the middle of the following week and I have not heard back from anyone!When I found this company online early last year, I kept them in the back of my mind cause I loved that they operated in my neighborhood and seemed to be professional. Professional is not the impression Ive gotten from them so far. I definitely will never reach out to them again for any sort of business. Now I have the owners name in the back of mind so I can avoid all her business ventures in the future.Thanks for nothing.
