My dog got a full service grooming, and as her first time she did a great job and they said she cooperated well. They did a nice job in cleaning her up and making her look nice and refreshed. And the place was nicely decorated for the holiday season. Very cute photo op for dogs, but mine didn’t want to stay still😂

My pup ( Bernedoodle) has been going to Christina’s since he was a baby (2 years now) . We love and appreciate the staff who do an amazing job every single time. Doria, my pups groomer always leaves my pup looking and smelling phenomenal . I have never had any issues and neither has my pup. He’s always happy to go in for his appointment. Super reasonable pricing as well. We also look forward to seeing the bandana of the month !

Today we had our first visit to Christina’s pet styles! Before I went in I called over the phone and the woman I spoke to was super kind and informative. I brought goose in the same day for a very needed grooming appointment. She was ready about an hour later and she looked amazing! They gave us a little report card for gooses first visit and it was so sweet. They gave us a welcome goody bag and I just feel they went above and beyond with my pup. She looks and smells great and we are both very happy.

My dog loves this place ! The place we use to go to she would shake and be scared. But with them she walks right in and leaves with a smile on her face! Doria is amazing and always on point! Thank you guys ❤️ haircuts are always so nice and neat for my little baby

Lovely experience, my Shitzu was extremely nervous after visiting a different groomer. A family member recommended Christinas place, and I got to say Im thankful that I gave it a try. My baby came back normal and happy. They also gave my pets a treat bag. Thank you for taking good care of my Onyx. Hes definitely going to be a regular there.

This is my first time visit for this pet salon. I would like to share how best my groomer does to my two dogs and how amazing the staff answer over the phone and warm welcome after I walking in. Very professional and also they give a $5 dollar gift card for next visit. At the end of the session they will give a little feedback card about how ur dog coat condition and ear and nail. They also give out two little toy for u to take home along with some treat for the dog teeth.I would highly recommend who love to try out for the first time hair cut. Love it and will be return 🥰

My 56 pound lab can be difficult! They were wonderful with her she had the best bath ever nails, ears, all clean! She came out with a report card from Alice who was amazing with her! Nail trims at home are so stressful but Alice was able to get them all done and my Bailey came out smiling. We left with a treat bag, and the price was so very reasonable! Highly recommend it!

We have been bringing our dog here for about a year or so and love it. It is a cute little place that seems clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating especially when I needed a last minute appointment.

Christinas Pet Styles takes really great care of Motley Blue everytime he goes for a cut. He is not a stressed when we pick him up and he is extra handsome after his shave. We come all the way over from NJ just to ensure our fur baby is well taken care of. Michaela is really great at coordinating his appointments with us. I highly recommend services here!

They keep the windows closed so you can’t see anything that goes on at all! They called me and told me that my dog had ONE flea on him which was a lie i bet this place already had fleas in their tub and not disinfecting after each animal . My dog got sick from this place . I payed so they clean his ears and his ears were not cleaned. The Asian women that grooms the animals is so nasty and rude . I will never bring my Baby here ever again. i can only imagine what goes on behind those closed and covered doors .

Alice is the definition of the perfect one stop shop! Our goldendoodle Enzo absolutely loves her, literally runs out of the car whenever we drop him off for boarding. We’ve left him with her for several days and she gives constant updates / sends pictures throughout every day. Enzo LOVES spending time with her! She also does an exceptional job grooming him - he always comes back exactly the way we request with 0 matts / knots. Alice truly is the best!

Doria the owner is wonderful and excellent!!!!!! She takes care of all of my three Chihuahuas does an amazing job. She’s been taking care of all of them for 15 years. She’s got great experience wonderful staff everybody is very pleasant and nice and very happy with the service. if anyone has a long hair animal, she does a great shaping and takes very good care of their hair. Wonderful grooming wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was our first visit and we are very pleased with how good our pomapoo looks! Very reasonably priced. We were suprised. Very friendly professional service. We will be going back when time comes.

I just have to say I was very pleased with my experience,today my Stu went in for his 1st grooming ever and he came out wagging his tail ,to be honest I was very iffy with taking him to any groomer being that he’s so sensitive ,if he’s unhappy he will come out showing me he’s not happy ,he came out happy as can be which made me even happier ,his haircut look great !! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer.thank you again we will see you soon !

First visit and was well worth it. I had taken her to a big name groomer and paid over $70 but was not impressed. This visit was way different, and I could tell as soon as I saw her come out. Will definitely return.

My mother brought our cat Maverick there this morning. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He smells and looks amazing! Wonderful service and the groomer Marie was very nice! I was shocked to see him come home with a bandana around his neck since he absolutely refuses to wear anything there. Adorable turkeys for thanks giving! His nails look great and his coat is super soft and shiny we will definitely be comming back again!

Wow! What a great job and so nice! Their final touches are the best on the island!I sent my husband to drop them and he got the instructions a little backwards but even though I was expecting something else they did such an amazing job! I cant even get upset because it goes to show they really listen to instructions to a T.Highly recommended! Donna is phenomenal! Koda Bear feels so safe here and always comes out looking fresh. The staff is so thorough too and very encouraging. They really make sure his nails, teeth, ears and everything is the way it should be. Wonderful work.

I bring my 3 dogs here for years and they are incredibly professional and caring! My dogs love it here ! This was the first time for my son, Daniels pup to be groomed. Rolo is a big puppy. Danny brought the dog home very happy and looking handsome. They even give you a report card on how he was the whole visit. Which was great to see. My son was very pleased with the visit. Definitely will go again and recommend them.

Called in a pinch - after we found out our normal groomer was closed because of covid and SO GLAD Idid. Very nice and professional. Also very accommodating and understanding. Love the way my dogs haircut came out and he smells great.... also loved his cute little Christmas collar 😍 I would definitely recommend and will definitely take my dog here going forward.

Alice boarded my cat at the last minute when I was in a bind for an entire month and was the most wonderful caretaker! So kind and empathetic and my cat was returned to me in perfect happiness and health! She sent me photos and videos daily and offered to facetime me to see my cat whenever I needed. She played with her often and of course attended to her properly with her feeding schedule. She was honestly an angel sent to me, if anyone needs their pet boarded I absolutely recommend having Alice watch your pet! She is knowledgable, kind, reliable, and attentive. I cant thank her enough!

Went there when Pup Hollywood closed. My dog was groomed very well late last year.This year was completely different! My dog looked terrible!!! I will not go back.I did go back & so far everything is good as long as Christina does the grooming. Can now upgrade to 4 stars.

I have been going here to groom my Maine coon cat for sanitary cut about 2 years, never had a problem until today. I specifically made an appointment stating sanitary cut as usual. Picked up my cat and since he was in the cage, only saw his head and seems to be normal. When I got him out of the cage once I got home and he was in a Lion cut like his whole body was shaved!!!!! I was furious!!!!!!! And I am not the type of person to write bad reviews ... let alone reviews!! First of all we have been there multiple times getting the same cut every time. Second, the lady name Michelle (No, shes not new) blamed on my husband for their miscommunication and third she said your cat has gotten the same shave before LIEEESSS!!!! Because if my cat came home looking like that before, she would have gotten the same call. My issue here is you guys made a mistake Just own up to it and say sorry I was NOT even asking the $80 back, never once mentioned about the refund when I had called them because not everything is about money!!!! Just own up to it next time when you make future mistakes.We will just not be back.

Everything was fine until yesterday. My dogs have been groomed by Melissa for years and when we called to make their appt. For Wednesday, it was to be done by Melissa. My husband picked them up and as soon as I looked at them, I could tell something bad had happened. My llaso/ poo was cut and bleeding near her anal area and her body had uneven cuts. Both dogs had unevenly cut ears and head regions. I just called and a receptionist did not have a definitive answer about why Melissa wasnt there or if she is coming back. I have to check with management tomorrow! My poor dogs!! Please be aware that changes are going on there! I need to investigate further and truly deserve a refund. I am not a person who writes complaints, but when it comes to mistreatment of my children or my dogs ...I become wild!

My Shih Tzu was serviced with a bath, a cut and nails trimmed . He looked great and was given a bandana to wear once I picked up my dog. Thank you Christina (owners daughter) for your service. I would return!

Christinas was recommended to me by Dr. John Hynes. He has a westie also, and brings his own dog to her. I had previously brought my pup to The Groom Room, but the experience left my dog injured and limping from having had her leg twisted somehow. Some of the negative comments in the other reviews here sound a wee bit like someone has an ax to grind, perhaps? My little girl came out looking great, and the groomers are clearly animal lovers. Way to go, Christina!

Donna does a beautiful job on our 2 English Setter girls. They are big girls and not the easiest to deal with. She has patience with them

Recently moving here I was looking for a new groomer. I asked for the shortest cut for my dog and it looked like he didn’t even get a haircut. It was uneven and way too long and I wasn’t called to pick him up until 3.5 hours later. When I told them it wasn’t short enough, they just said they would make a note for next time instead of fixing it then. Won’t be a next time.

Very kind and careful with my puppy, he is a Shih Tzu, he is very restless but in this place they treated him very well and made him the cut that I asked for. The truth is, I really liked my puppy, he came out very happy, it shows that they treated him very well, totally I recommend it

I’ve been taking my dog Millie there for a while now and I always love how nice she looks afterwards. The staff is super friendly aswell. I’ve tried a few salons on the island before I came across this one and it has since become our regular! Millie is always super happy when she comes out looking so pretty :)

I have been taking my fog here to be groomed for 10 years now. The dogs always come out beautiful and happy.

My dog has come out very clean and fresh from their grooming appointments, but our most recent (and last) visit there they kept her an extended hour only to later realize at home she had a bad cut on her face that they made no mention of to us (which was clearly from a buzzer mishap and she had a bald spot at the site of the large scab).

My pets tink and coco look wonderful after their haircuts !! They are awesome groomers!!!

I brought my two long-haired dogs ages 12 and 5 to Christinas. After a long overdue haircut. Their undercoat had been matted unfortunately, and they needed to be cut down short. This was my first time going there and I couldnt be more pleased with how thorough and caring they were. Even after they tried coming through some of the mats they called me to let me know the situation and I told him just cut them down and make them as comfortable as they can be. The service you get here was so on point. Not to mention its the cutest little place and smells wonderful lol. So clean and classy. My girls came out looking beautiful and happy. This will be my new spot for grooming. I felt they were very reasonable with the prices for the services that you get. Excellent job

I love this place, they’re the only ones I trust with my dog. Max is a really energetic dog that is full of energy and everyone at Christina’s fully embraces him. The staff is so friendly and helpful. He loves going there and always comes out looking and smelling fresh and clean ! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The only place to bring your dogs for sure.

Our Shih Tzu Lola will soon be 16 years old and I have been bringing her to Christina’s Pet Salon for the past 6 years….. before that we lived in Brooklyn. The salon is very clean and the staff is wonderful. I appreciate Doria Lola’s groomer very much for being so patient and caring with our aging Lola 🥰

Took my yorkie here for the first time and they did a terrible job. The haircut was chopped off it was uneven everywhere. The overall experience was not good and I wont be taking my dog there again. Also when I walked in the told me one price and when I came to pick him up and pay they gave me a different price and were rude and said the price has changed. This is not how you treat a new customer especially if you want business.
