They are amazing Ive been bring my dog there for over 10yrs. The owner Eddie was such a great man. May he rest in peace 🙏🏽. Im trying to get a appointment now for my dog to go get groom.I hope hes OK with his new groomer, He loved him some Eddie. He will adapt I hope..🤔❤️❤️

Absolutely disgusting. All but one worker did not speak english which is fine but then the they started talking negatively about me in spanish as i am not fluent but can understand some. I had an appointment but was brushed to the side as walk-in was taken ahead of my dog because they knew the worker. I was met with attitude when i inquired about the shampoo and conditioner used as my dog has allergies and i would rather bring a soap if it is necessary. I was met with resistance when i asked to see the bathing area which i check at every groomers. I as allowed to see the holding area where the room was over crowded and the animals were kept in dirt cages that they had used the bathroom in. Also while trying to communicate the worker kept walking away from me. The place was visibly dirty. I would not leave a stay animal here. I went to another groomer the next day.

Great little shop- very reasonable! My dogs have been going here for years, and they always do a good job!

Great shop on Port Richmond Avenue with reasonable prices. Brought my cat in for a lion haircut and they did a fabulous job. The owner is nice and the folks that work there were courteous . Not sure what the person below was talking about when they said the place smelled, its a pet shop and there a few birds at the front of the store. I dont expect it to smell like a flower garden. I would go there again for my dogs and cat.

This has been the best experience I have had and will be. My dog has always come back to me looking better than ever and the cleanest. To add on they even put adorable bows when finished that make them look so cute. My dog has never had a problem there and even she injoys it.

Excellent job grooming a long-haired cat with some kitty dreads! She is very sensitive about her paws and he even clipped her nails without so much as one meow! Highly recommend and I will be back for sure.

Love this place my dog Majestic is a hard to handle shih tuz and they have no problem grooming him. The original owner passed away with much sadness to us all but the girls keep the business still running in his honor and do very well . MAY MR . EDDIE REST IN PEACE.

I brought in my dog for a puppy cut with a fluffy head and tail. When we come back to get her , she was almost bald and she had no bangs. I also noticed two cuts on her back that had not been there before.Also, the place stinks and is very cluttered, the dogs are kept in extremely small cages for hours at a time. In addition,She was shaking and crying pick up ; very unlike her.

My fur baby was treated great! The staff was absolutely friendly and handle my puppy with care. They listened to what wanted done and price was absolutely fair!

They butchered my dog. I lave a long hair Chihuahua and I specifically told them my dog is very proud of his long locks and I just needed him trimmed up. I come back and his hair is uneven on the top his belly hair is cut 1 inch from the skin his ear hair which hangs about 3 inches is cut down to the cartilage and he is in a full panic panting and pacing and drooling. Lets top off this visit with the fact that the owner wasnt there and whoever was here didnt speak english. I grabbed my baby and left. Never again will I take my dog or recommend this place to anyone.

I have brought my dogs here for many years. The previous owner and his staff have provided excellent service over the years Eddie will be missed May He rest in peace

My ragdoll cat needed to be shaved and they did a magnificent job on her. It was done in matters of minutes which was less stress on her and she came out looking like a toy cat!! Love it!!!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would! I can’t at 12 in the afternoon and asked how many dogs were ahead of my dog, the man greeting me avoided the question and would just say “the lady is not here yet we’re about to do her!” And would not answer me. I asked several times and he would not answer. I ended up leaving and as I walked out 2 woman were walking in. I asked if they were the groomers and explained what happened and they told me they would do her immediately. I left my dog there at 12 and came back at 1:30 to check up on her, and the woman told me she wasn’t done yet. She heard me starts barking and when I look, She was still in the small cramped cage an hour and a half later. I said that I would leave seeing as she had nothing done to her and they immediately turned nasty with me. I regret wasting my time and will NEVER recommend anyone to go there.

Omg what great service ,My daughters dog comes home amazing ,they do miracle work ,my daughters dog came in matted left to handsome ,my daughters dog bottom was terribly bad from poop ,came to pick him up ,it was truly cleared and he feels much better .Thank You for taking good care of my daughters dog Taz .

I love this place for my poodle Teddy. Great service. He is treated well and looks great, plus the price is easy on the wallet.

Quality of service went down since loss of previous owner. My dogs last groom was bad and they always are charging me more and more every time..

The people @ Clip & Fluff Boutique are nice & friendly. I love the way my dog looks after theyre done, with her. I definitely will be bringing her back to Clip & Fluff Boutique.

Great service, excellent prices and technician that cares about animals and treats them well. I bring my cat, Tesoro to get her nails clipped and we are in and out, no problems.

I cant review since I havent been to this establishment, however they do boarding also and I would like to know if anyone has boarded their dog here. I am going away in a couple of weeks, so I would like some feedback ASAP.

My Sophie loves this place. Shes very difficult to groom. They get the job done. Been going for over 5 yrs.

Its a bit unorganized and dirty bit they do a good job with cutting your dogs hair and its affordable if you dont want to pay the $75 at Petco or wherever else

I went into the store and I was totally disgusted. I called in to get a walk-in groom and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. The store smelled horrible ( even for a pet store).

Ive been going to these groomers since 2005 and they are the best.

Im only giving the shop one star because its never open when u want it to be open thats it. Its been closed for months.
