Best groomer in Staten Island. I moved here two years ago and kept trying to find a place to get my dog Groomed and was always disappointed until my neighbor told me about this place. My dog and I are very happy.

Took my 9 pd Morkie today for his first time to this groomer. I am soooo happy with his haircut and the treatment that we received. Elena was awesome and we have found our new groomer. My boy does not stand still too long so I did not get the best pictures of his cut but in person he looks extremely handsome! Thank you very much!!!!

Very pleased with the quality of cuts. I’m always able to get an appointment the week I call or even the day of. Great service. My yorkie loves coming here. Today as soon I got out of the car, he ran for the door. Most importantly, the groomer always does what I ask for.

I use not the first year. you need to make an appointment in advance, this indicates the high quality of the services provided, you can leave your pet under reliable supervision, the prices do not bite. work with soul and animals feel it. The stop is calming and soothing, which is very important. they know their stuff here. thanks for the help. Today we used the services again. and once again were convinced of the highest quality and craftsmanship

Have been boarding our cats Issa and Iggy here each time we go on an extended vacation. Never a problem, never an issue. Cats are well taken care of and the owner is a really nice guy. Wouldnt board our cats anywhere else.

Great place for any of kinds dog. They take car of You dog like You self. Nice people and good quality service. My golden retriever Max is very happy after the visit in Your place guys!!!

We sometimes board our dog here. She always smells very nice and her toys seem washed. The dog doesn’t mind here as well, they treat our dog nicely. Price is absolutely reasonable. Definitely recommend this place.

First and foremost, WOW. The staff at this business deserve beyond a 5+++ rating. I recently used their boarding services for my 1 year old German Shepherd. I am admittedly hesitant to write this review in fear of them getting overbooked and not being able to use them again…I had never been to this store before so when I called them I was immediately impressed by the ease and simplicity in which Alex and Alena took me on as a new client. I initially spoke with Alex over the phone and he was extremely polite, friendly and easy to work with.When I dropped my pup at the store, I was taken aback by Alex and Alena’s kindness (there was another lovely lady but she was busy grooming so I did not get her name). The boarding facility is an intimate, immaculate space and it is evident how well they take care of the space, as well as the pups and cats they board/ groom. You would think they did not have any business by how CLEAN it is- I need to start doing whatever they are doing because I can barely keep up with my one dogs hair let alone the countless clients they groom/ see everyday. Alex let me walk with him to look at the area and he was patient with all my questions.My pup stayed there for 3-4 days and like the typical helicopter parent, I called everyday to ask how he was doing…but at no point did Alex or Alena get annoyed or bothered by my calls. They were ridiculously patient, understanding and professional over the phone and immediately put me at ease. Alena even sent me photos when I asked :) He looked like I was the last thing on his mind and seemed very busy enjoying the attention and company of the other dog he was playing with. I was able to enjoy the rest of my time away without any anxiety whatsoever because I knew my guy was in great hands and was being cared for in a VIP setting.I cannot articulate how highly I recommend the staff here and the facility itself, and I have already booked my next boarding dates with them. You will not find this type of service and care at a Petsmart or any large facility. Me and my pup could not be any happier and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you again Alex and Alena, you went above and beyond to look after my boy.

My father in law brought his dog here today for grooming and after picking up the dog and entering the house. The dog is squinting bad. They had to go to the vet for that reason. Some spray must have used and went into his eyes. Yep $461for the vet and medication. Will never bring our dog back here ever. Do not bring your dog here.

Uninterested, rude and very short front desk receptionist answering the phone when calling in to ask about dog boarding prices. You might want to get someone to answer the phone who is a little more kind and who cares about costumer service, since they are going to be the first impression your potential new clients coming into your business will receive.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Let me just say that I’ve been going here regularly to get my Yorkie groomed and I will never go again. When I brought him to get his hair cut for the summer a lady that I have never seen before took my dog to the back to groom him. When I went to pick him up they were all in the back and it seemed like something was off. She finally brought him out and said “oh he has some marks on his belly but it’s just irritated” and i looked and thought it was fine because he gets that sometimes when his hair is cut short it just looked like a minor rash NOT an open cut. Then she charged me $48.99 when I always paid $40.00 which I thought was odd but I thought maybe she charged extra cause my dog can get squirmy in baths because he doesn’t like to get wet. So I didn’t dispute the price and I paid and left. It wasn’t until after I left that I saw my dog had a big cut right above his arm. I’ve never had him get cut at any groomer and the fact that she didn’t just admit to me that SHE CUT HIM and was just talking about “the irritation on his belly” is truly DISGUSTING. And the fact that she had the never to charge me extra. This place has cheap prices for a reason not only are they not friendly at all but they do not care about your pet at all. My poor baby was traumatized. I advise you to stay away because it may be cheap but you get what you pay for, don’t risk your fur baby getting cut at this place.

My pet got injured twice. After grooming here. They are very nice people but it seems to look rough with dogs. Too bad. Price was lower than my usual groomers, but id rather pay more than get my dog roughed up everytime i come here

They are the BEST! Patient, professional, clean, and my dogs never pull or try to run away when we are approaching the door like other places. What a red flag that can be. Thank you, thank you! I will never take my pups anywhere else!

The service is great I love how they groomed my miniature schanauzer I saw a sign they do deep teeth cleaning I was amazed with the results. My dog is ten and she was full of tartar when I saw her teeth they were nice and white again . Thank you so much for your service I really recommend this place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They cut dogs hair as they please not as directed. I brought in my two dogs for specific hair styles to get them returned with ammeter styling. I do NOT RECOMMEND bringing your dogs here.

I use the same picture on their wall as a reference. For some reason her hair never comes out the same. Will be going back to my old groomers. The far right is her last cut from last week. She doesn’t even look like my Yorkie.
