Been taking my golden-doodle here for 2 years now. We love Dana! My boy is always trimmed to perfection and smells so good when I pick him up. A little pricey but you get what you pay for! Wouldnt take my boy elsewhere. He’s always welcomed and loved by everyone at the shop too 🥰

I’ve brought my two shitzus here a couple times now and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. I specifically called and gave instructions about how I wanted my dogs to be styled, I just wanted their private parts shave, cut the hair of the paws and cut the hair on their face because those areas get dirty quickly, but the groomer clearly don’t know how to follow instructions. My mom picked them up and they COMPLETELY SHAVE MY SHITZU!!! And they hurt my dog’s eye, she can open her eye, so I tried to call but apparently nobody answer the phone at 4 o’clock when they’re open. Nobody could give me an explanation about what happened. I’m really disappointed with this place. Im not taking my dogs here again.

First time here, Jackie was so sweet and so patient with my dog who is a HANDFUL. She did a great job. Definitely will be going back and would highly recommend!

Ive brought my dogs to this place before and I’ve never experience anything like this today I picked up my dogs wanting both of them to look like my black dog, I EXCLUSIVELY ASKED THEM TO JUST CUT THE HAIR FROM THEM EYES AND PRIVATE PARTSnever asked them to cut all the hair and on top of that my dog is showing discomfort in her eye since she came back home from there. I’ve make multiple calls to the place and they don’t pick up.I’m not taking them there again.

They did a great job with our Koda Bear!! Made him look so handsome :-) we will be back !

Dana did a great job with my girl. She came out beautiful and she smelled amazing.

Petsvilla is the best in Staten island , and let me highly recommend Jackie and Dana , I took my sisters yorkie to Jackie and let me just say she left her looking like a show dog !!! Thank you petsvilla Dana and Jackie amazing, not enough Stars here Id give ten twenty lol.

Terrible pet grooming. They do whatever they want. They cut my dogs really bad. Definitely don’t recommend coming here. I recommend Bow Wow wow. The lady said only one of my puppies was matted so she was gonna shave him but she shaved my other non matted dog . This is disgraceful

I took my toy poodle and my maltipoo here. My toy poodles hair was great not matted. My maltipoos hair was matted and I can accept that. After a long discussion we decided to shave my maltipoo BUT NEVER ONCE did they say they had to shave my poodle. I had decided to take them here because my usual groomers was booked and I wanted my dogs to look nice for their birthday. Never once did I imagine they would completely shave my dogs. They had them for 4 hours just to shave my dogs completely. I would not recommend here. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The picture with the bow on is how my dogs hair usually is and the others is how they left my dog. I imagine they were just too lazy to actually do their job. DONT GO HERE. I almost forgot to mention that they cut my dogs ear??? And they just gave me a 10% discount.

I have been using petsvilla for over a decade. They are wonderful! The groomers are great and the staff as well. The owner is very helpful. I love this place!

I was looking for a dog groomer where I can tell them what I want done to my dog and come back to exactly that. I brought my Daisy , she’s a Coton De Tuléar for the first time. When I tell you how extremely happy I was to see what a beautiful job MaryAnn did. My baby looked gorgeous like a Coton should look like and she smelled beautiful. Just got home from my dog’s bath and pedicure. They treated him great and the Groomer is very patient. Very happy!

The groomer was great. I was a bit disappointed when the next morning my dog was scratching at his ear....there was a cotton ball left behind. I liked them and will go back but will definitely address the issue.

My family and I boarded our pits with Petsvilla for a week, there are not enough words to express how happy we are with thier service ... My furry babies were so well taken care of & received a lot of love and attention from the staff ..... If I could give them 100 stars I would !!!!!! My dog has such nice hair and her hair never even got tangled and we needed a place we could get her hair done quick for her birthday for some photos and we took her here and they took so many hrs just to cut her bald her hair was so soft and not tangled so I don’t recommend going here it’s terrible they are not professional

That do a great job on my baby Nikos grooming, been going to them for a long time and have sent people to them. 👍👍 after cut will post his hair cut.

My dog pretty loud and obnoxious from his Napoleon complex but they still groom him and treat him well. Theyre also very patient. Thats all I need to rate 5 stars.

Trust me DON’T go their I took both my dogs and they cut them both bald I can understand why they did to one of them because his hair was tangled but my toy poodle was not her hair was perfect and they cut her bald and plus they hurt both of them.I do not recommend this place it’s terrible they did not do a good job

I have the only keeshond puppy in all of New York City and this place knew exactlyhow to give him a haircut... perfect grooming five stars all the way .

Lovely place. Mom and pop type of operation with friendly service. Would rate higher than 4 stars but not 5. Brought my pooch in unannounced (you can do this) to get her nails trimmed. She is a PITA and they let me accompany. Support this place over Petco and the like.
