Camp Bow Wow

I can not say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow and their wonderful staff. I never worry when my dog boards there, or is there for daycare. He is not the easiest, he’s quite loud, but I am never made to feel bad, and I know they care for him as if he were their own, and as a bonus, he is so tired when he comes home, he passes right out! Do not hesitate to bring your dogs here!

I was in town for a business trip and scheduled my dog, Dolly Barkin, for two nights of boarding. She must’ve had an amazing time because she slept on the entire drive home from Buffalo to Atlanta! The staff was very friendly, the facility was clean, and the price is fair for the service provided.

We bring our dog Oakley to Camp Bow Wow for day care and boarding and we have always been so pleased with his care. I am always thankful to he able to check on him on the cameras. They pay great attention to him, and if anything seems off they call or text me right away and it shows that they really care and are attentive. The facilities seem cleaned often from when I can tell. We would recommend Camp Bow Wow- West Seneca as a great place to take your fur babies

I love this place. The entire staff are so friendly and always remembered my fur babys name. (AKA - Crackhead 🙂)My pup was always excited to go to daycare, and he was tired afterwards - Mission Complete.💯One thing that I LOVE about Camp Bow Wow, and what sets it above other places, is that they provide packages for half days and full days, you can drop off and pickup anytime of business hours.They have web cameras, so you can always peek in and see how youre pup is doing. I also really like the fun way they have holiday celebrations and crafts or photo shots.

Our guy spent a week at Camp Bow Wow and had so much fun playing every day. They came home and They were exhausted for two days. We Highly recommend and the staff is wonderful, friendly and caring.

I love how its all set up. Very well thought out. The way you enter to how you depart is smart and easy to follow. I also love how you can watch on the videos and get feedback from the Camp associates. The app is well thought and easy to follow. Shana did our dogs intake and evaluation, and she was absolutely highly professional, efficient and just overall friendly. Put me at ease and made the whole process seamless. Our dog loved being at Camp Bow Wow as we dont have other dogs at home and the set up there in what appears to be a purposed based design is stress free and well set up for the dogs.

My buddy Archer is enjoying his first week at camp. He comes home tired and wakes up excited to go each morning. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating at drop-off and pick-up and I like that I can check in on the live webcams to see how hes getting along throughout the day.

Your team was so friendly and welcoming to our puppy! We cant wait to bring Coco our Mini American Eskimo on a regular basis!

We absolutely love using Camp Bow Wow for daycare/boarding services for our little baby girl! The camp counselors are so kind and truly love what they do. Our pup has tons of fun and we get to watch her on the webcam while shes there!The team puts on monthly themed enrichment activities and crafts as well. Its adorable! Have recommended this place to many!

My Stella had a great time with all the little friends she made. She slept all evening and night. And Im sure she is looking forward to returning.

Beau boarded with them while I was on vacation and he came back happy and tired from playing so much all week. Couldnt have asked for a better place to take care of him and I got to watch him play with other dogs on camera while on vacation.

The staff was very welcoming and understood our concerns with boarding our elderly Yorkie Oz. Camp Bow Wow will be a perfect place to board our first time being boarded Oz.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very attentive to the dogs and I truly feel that my dog is in good hands when I drop him off. I have also boarded my dog and would highly recommend them for long stays. I have used different boarding locations over the years and would never use a different facility again, Camp Bow Wow is, by far, the best in the business.

We love taking our puppy there. Hes a ball of energy and its a great place for him to socialize and exercise! Feel 100% confident leaving him in the hands of excellence staff.

These people are amazing and our dog Shamrock comes here weekly and now leaving him on a vacation for a week. We have full trust in this staff who do a hard job so well! They are aces for us and we are so grateful for their help when we have needed it most. He is not an easy dog (needy like most maltese) but they always take good care of him and we are happy to have them and comfortable he is with them!

I love getting the personal treatment and knowing they familiarize themselves with every dog that comes in. I feel the love my dog gets when I drop her off and feel safe boarding her there when necessary. They are very attentive and address problems immediately. And of course the best part is being able to check in and watch the fun on their camp cam. This place also has the convenience of Full Daycare and Half days with no appointment necessary. Luna loves it there, shes not a big overnight girly. She gives them greif about eating so they do everything they can to get her to eat. They always give me an antedote of her day which i love. If i could bring her everyday i would because she is the happiest after playing in the yard with the dogs. Their outside area is perfect and after attending all sorts of doggy daycares this one is my favorite.

I just had a visit day and the staff are amazing my lil girl was very well taken care of,I really appreciate them .I will recommend camp bow wow to all my friends and family

Camp Bow Wow is amazing our two rescue dogs both go there and they love it also. Everyone who works there is always friendly never had a problem I would highly recommend this place to take your dog whether it’s just for the day or two board them.

The staff is all so nice and accommodating! Every time I go to pick up my dog Stella they always greet me and usually tell me about Stella’s day or if her best friends are there. With all those dogs it is nice that they can share something about each dog and remember most of the owners. The staff is also accommodating, and will do what is best for each dog, sometimes Stella will throw up and they have her rest in a cabin when she needs it. The other services they offer are fantastic too! We often get Stella’s ears and teeth cleaned and her nails trimmed, it is so convenient and all of the staff do a great job! We love camp bow wow and recommend it to everyone looking for a high quality doggy daycare!

They take such great care of Geronimo and shower him with so much love while he’s there. I love the additional services you can add on during a stay. He loves the Spaw package 🥰

I brought my 5 month old Sheltie here for overnight boarding while I was going on vacation. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I first took my pup in for the interview where they took him into the back for a while to see how he would do with the facilities and other campers. He did great, so he got to stay for the entire day. The staff all knew his name after only the first visit, which seemed very welcoming. My pup was unsure of the place at first, but as soon as he seems the building now he cant wait to get inside and run around with the other campers. I love the theme of he place and the campfire treats at night.

Setup is very nice and staff are very friendly. Alyssa greeted us and shared the many benefits of having our dog, Molly, stay there. She took her around the grounds and gave her the opportunity to meet some of the fellow campers. We were able to watch our dog as she interacted with other dogs through a video feed. This way we could observe her without being a distraction. Everything went very well and Molly will be going back again.

Where else can you take your dog and they get to make arts and crafts for you?!Thee employees are what really set camp bow wow apart from other places I could take my dog. All of the staff are so very friendly and helpful. It makes it easy to feel comfortable leaving my puppy with folks who so clearly care about the dogs and the owners. They even remember Ivy right away everytime I drop her off. The cameras are great too.

The staff are great and my dog loves it. She is happy to go and happy when I pick her up. A different experience than we have had at other kennels. I love that I can check on her with the cameras. She’s an older dog and they know how to deal with her just as much as they do the younger pups. She gets along with larger dogs but would rather be with dogs her size and because they separate the dogs based on size she is so much happier here. It is so worth the cost and I won’t take her anywhere else now.

Buddy has been going to Camp Bow Wow for 4 years since he was a puppy. Hes always well taken care of and is always so excited to play with his friends! Buddy has stayed for overnight camp and day camp. We enjoy picking him up and hearing about his day. They will even bath him before we pick him up! Thank you to all the counselors for taking such good care of our fur baby. We know hell always have fun, be well cared for, and be very tired and ready to snuggle when we get home! :-D

Camp Bow Wow is a dream come true for dog owners. The services are extremely convenient, especially with the ease in dropping off/picking up. The hours are very good, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and you get the feeling that they really and truly love the animals. They always know my dog by name when we walk in, and there are a lot of dogs that go there- they make me feel like Im dropping my dog off with good friends who care about my dog. I love the webcams and that I can check in throughout the day; that makes me feel like I can see what she is up to and know that she is in a safe environment.

My dog Rigby has been going to Camp Bow Wow for almost a year now. She had a break over the winter due to an unrelated injury and recovery. Rigby enjoys her time at Camp and the staff genuinely enjoy seeing and spending time with everyones pets each day. The facilities are always clean and my girl comes home tired and happy. Ive recommended Camp Bow Wow to multiple people and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful customer service! Counselors always give us a quick report of how our puppy did during the day. We love to check in on him via cams and they are always attentive to the dogs and quick to gently correct behaviors to prevent any mishaps. We love it here and our dog loves it even more!

I like the camera viewing, the staff is always very friendly and knows my dog and his personality very well. I also appreciate that they stay on top of up to date vaccinations so I know all the pups are healthy and safe. All around good experiences so far.

The facility at Camp Bow Wow is big enough and versatile enough to handle our very large dog. On top of that the staff is so welcoming and loving. We adore taking our dog here, especially when he comes home so tired.

All the staff is very positive, friendly, compassionate and accommodating. I trust each and every one of them with my dog and never have to worry if Koda is in good hands. I look forward to bringing her each week because I know she is safe and has a blast with the counselors and her other fur-friends!

I was looking for a place that I felt comfortable leaving my dog while I went on vacation. I went to 3 other places before stopping at Camp Bow Wow. The other places gave me a brief tour, showed me where my dog would sleep and when he would be taken out of his kennel. When I got the tour at Camp Bow Wow, I was not only showed the entire facility, but also explained how every process and procedure worked. It was explained how they dealt with aggressive behavior, safety for the employees and one thing that the others never mentioned. Percautionary steps in case there was ever a fire and how to gets the dogs out. The other places offered a clean and safe environment, but my dogs need for interaction, activity and engagement were not going to be met. They did not have a mandatory interview to see how he would react. They would have been happy just to take him and the boarding fee and I would be on my way. At Camp Bow Wow, he would be out of his cabin for a large portion of his day. He would be playing, interacting and overall have a grand time, just like he was on vacation also. I was nervous when I dropped him off for his interview, but able to view him while I was at work and saw he was happier than sitting home waiting for me. I leave in 1 week for Florida and while I will miss him, I know all of his needs are being met and I will come home to a happy dog.

Wonderful place to take your dog for day care or short boarding! Megan, one of the managers at this West Seneca location, took the time to talk with me about my mom’s dog. The other employees are very caring too. For example, Lori loves my mom’s dog and got to know her during the time she day-camped and later boarded a couple times - she knew how my mom’s dog liked to play. Other employees alerted me to issues with the dog as well. I haven’t been to other locations but I bet the employees there are just as awesome as the West Seneca location.

All the staff are so friendly and love the dogs (who wouldn’t) and I love having my dog stay here for the day rather than being home alone. Close and convenient for me, too. Having the cameras to watch is a great idea to watch the doggies play. Having the option for baths and nail trims are very convenient as well

My boys love Camp Bow Wow. They cant wait to get in there once we pull up. The staff there shows their true love for all the dogs. I also love watching the web cams. For the first time ever I left my 2 dogs over a weekend there. I had never boarded my dogs before. I was a wreck but the boys loved it. I knew they were well cared for while I was gone! Next time I wont be worried leaving them there.

The people at Camp Bow-wow are very nice and understanding. They make sure your dogs special needs are met and they always seem happy to cater to your pooch. Weve been using Camp Bow-wow for years and we are very happy each time.

They do a fantastic job at the West Seneca Camp Bow Wow! My Golden is excited when he gets there and is a happy “camper” when he leaves. I usually have them give him a bath after a long stay. He came to smelling great, and even though I tried to brush the heck out of him before I brought him, the groomer got so much fur out of him he looked like he had lost 5lbs. Great job guys👍🏻👍🏻

The staff is always so friendly. I love the fact that you can watch the dogs play on the cameras all day long. Also, when I got caught in the winter storm and couldnt pick up my dog before they closed, they gladly kept him over night at no charge which was super great. Im very thankful for Camp Bow Wow and so is my Luke :)

Staff is very friendly, Facility is clean, well maintained, organized and doesnt smell like dog. Bella loves camp every time she comes home she is exhausted. Bella interacts very well with other dogs and people. Behavior Buddies is an excellent tool.

My dog and I LOVE this place.He gets to play all day (and he does) and I dont have to worry about long days leaving him home alone.They have a clean well-kept facility and seem to know their stuff when it comes to interacting with our canine friends.And whats great is you can check in our your dog whenever you like via their web cams.

We were very happy with the service your camp provided for our dog Bella... We especially loved being able to watch her on video while we were away on vacation!! That was comforting to our family! We would definitely recommend camp bow-wow to friends!

My dog has been attending camp BowWow for a few years! He really loves his time with his friends and staff(cause he mostly wants to sit on the counselors) the online booking tool is very handy and love the camper cameras to peak in on Dood while he’s playing

I love Camp Bow Wow. My dog can be a challenge. He is very high strung and too playful with other dogs. Fetch and Catch turned him away after a 30 minute meeting, Petsmart said he wasnt a good fit and after at least 8 times there told me he is too much for them. I tried camp bow wow with little hope for Odin. Instead of giving up on him, they had me bring him in 2 extra times for 2 hours at no charge to me. Each time he did better and today they accepted him. He loves the other dogs and I want to thank the camp bow wow staff for giving us the time we needed.

The staff was very friendly and the facility seemed top notch. However, they advised me to try another facility because my dog was uncomfortable and nervous on his first day. Other dog day care centers I called (Home Away From Home Kennels, La De Da Pet Spa) accepted him with open arms and offered to pay special attention to him until he warms up to the new environment. After his second day at Home Away From Home Kennels, he already seems to be warming up to the place.

My dog loves going, the minute he walks through the door I know hes well taken care of with his second family. My dog can be a bit much sometimes but the counselors know his personality and make me very comfortable to leave him with them. I can check in on the webcam and can typically find the counselors giving him some love when he finally tires out from playing!

Camp bow wow is the best! My 2 dogs look forward to going every week! They get treated like family when they are there. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We love it here!

This place is great. The staff there is very friendly and you can drop your dog off for day care any day without a reservation. My only complaint is that they dont do haircuts as part of their grooming services, but for most that wont be an issue. Highly recommended.

Awesome Staff and atmosphere. They are sooo great and wonderful! They are so friendly. You can tell they really like what they do. On their annual review they should all get the max increase for pay! You have great staff for your company! 10 stars for cleanliness too!

Everyone was super understanding of my nerves about leaving my pup for the first time. They were very informative about the camp and procedures and my fur babies care while I would be away. (I loved that they loved on him too!) THANK YOU!! I will be back!

I am so disheartened to feel compelled enough to write this but after our horrendous experience today I’m sad to say camp bow wow is just another dog doaycare you can absolutely put on the no list when looking for somewhere you trust in taking care of your beloved dog. We’ve heard horror stories of other places but thought we hit the jackpot with camp bow wow and put full faith into them until today. Our bulldog has been going there for awhile, we only do half days considering the breed and all that comes with it and truly they’ve always previously done a good job of catering to his needs in that regard so Im actually shocked with todays events. Their AC broke today…which is understandable, things happen. Though on pick up they claimed they were “just” about to call me, the air conditioner “just” broke….My dog was panting like he ran a 100 yard dash, guzzled down 4 bowls of water and was seriously unwell and uncomfortable, for a long time post pick up. There is no logical way he could’ve gotten that bad, that hot, that overworked so quickly if what they were telling me was accurate and true. We are used to him reacting to heat and getting worked up playing but this was unlike anything we’ve ever seen of him. To spare the details of what they did right and wrong there was plenty of things I can think of that could’ve changed the outcome including actually calling me before it got so incredibly bad and being upfront but unfortunately there’s just no justifying what occurred. I left a message stating I needed to know what went on and the first person to respond was completely responsible and understanding. The second, being a “manager” was so inappropriate and unprofessional completely escalating the situation with no ability to even listen, literally cutting me off not letting me respond and screaming at me. All it took was a compassionate person to put themselves in my shoes and even a sprinkle of customer service to diffuse the situation but I am at a loss for words for both what physically occurred to my dog and for what treatment I got as a result. Truly discouraging, such a shame.

My dogs and I loved this place when it first opened. I never had an issue until they became more popular and then started overbooking and overfilling their facility. They are NOT staffed for the amount of dogs they take in; in fact that is the biggest complaint from previous employees. Wednesdays especially, because they are cheaper days, they are PACKED. My dog was bit there, my friends dog was bit there; dogs are biting and acting out because the place is overcrowded and the minimum wage employees do not know ANYTHING about animal behavior in order to correct and avoid biting. Will go somewhere that cares more about the animals comfort instead of MONEY.

Previously was a good option. Now they think they are the Harvard of kennels. Our Golden Retriever had stayed here several times before. We were informed she now needed to come in for an evaluation before she could stay again. We were required to drop her off for several hours to make sure she was a good fit. They said they were concerned she was too shy but would allow us to board her. After we boarded her a few days later we were told she could not come back because they felt she was stressed out being around other dogs since she was panting. Shes a golden retriever! She pants when she sees a squirrel or when she sees people because shes excited to see them! I can see if she was an aggressive dog, but come on! This is the tail wagging the dog, pun intended. I dont need an inconvenience like this for whats basically a glorified pound. Wouldnt be back even if we had a choice!

The camp counselors truly take the time to get to know my dog, and who he plays with best. Even though I can be a helicopter dog mom with their webcams, I rest easy knowing that the staff are taking excellent care of my best friend.

We cant thank Camp Bow Wow West Seneca enough for how they take care of our corgi mix, Griffin. He has been going just over a year, and we are now getting ready to move away and are so sad to leave this wonderful staff. They greet him by name every time he comes in, and he gets so excited that he drags me to the door. At the end of the day, they will usually give us a little report that he did good, or had a bad day, or even that he had a girlfriend one day. Since we treat him like our child instead of like a pet, we love those kinds of comments! We love checking Facebook and Instagram to see if they took any photos of him that day. We also love that you can use their app to check the cameras to see what he is up to. When we look, we often find Griffin playing with other puppies, swimming in the outside dog pool, or getting loved on by the counselor that is in his pen that day. I cant say enough good things about this establishment. We are starting to feel like it is going to be impossible to find a better daycare for our little guy in our new town that will cater to his needy, mischievous personality. Thank you so so much for allowing us to be so comfortable leaving our baby in your hands. We are forever thankful and will recommend you a thousand times over!

My daughter took her 4 month old puppy there for a meet and greet. She a little shy but was making friends. 2 girls working didnt even look at her or pay attention to her. They then told my daughter she couldnt stay she was too shy. They only had her for 10 minutes. Didnt even try to work with the dog. My daughter was watching the entire time . Will be going elsewhere.

Darby is always VERY eager to get past the gate and see his friends which tells us a lot about how much he enjoys his play time and how he is treated. We can usually get him in with little notice which is quite helpful with busy erratic schedules. We all love Camp Bow Wow.

My dogs are very senior with a lot of Senior issues so they are not as playful as most of the younger dogs. I took them to Camp Bow Wow because circumstances keep them home alone more than I would like. Even though, as I watched on the video, my one dog especially, laid around, I think the interaction was mentally stimulating for both. They came home very tired...which is good. My female dogs bossy time is between 8pm and 10pm. They came home, ate and crashed on the floor exhausted...a good thing. Your place is immaculate and as I watched the video I was able to see it is cleaned thoroughly throughout the day. The only thing I would like to see is a bit more dog human interaction with all dogs but since mine are alone so often I was hoping to see a bit more human contact.

Camp Bow Wow is wonderful! Our puppy was so tired when she got home. The staff is wonderful, great with the campers and awesome towards the families that bring their campers in to play.

What do we love most about Camp Bow Wow?Everything! We started taking our dog, Jax to daycare around this time last year. We took him there about once a week throughout the winter. Once Camp Bow Wow raised their prices we started looking at other daycares and found a cheaper one. We left camp bow wow for about 6 months, taking Jax to a different location. However, we noticed Jax was acting different towards other dogs. The fun loving goldendoodle that he is was showing signs of aggression. We pulled him out of all daycares throughout the summer and we decided to return to CBW. After 7-8 months of not being there, the staff greeted us warmly, and remembered Jax! They had stories about how much they missed him and about how they were talking about him last week wondering where he was. the staff even remembered my name. That right there, sealed the deal that we will be coming back to camp bow wow during the winter months :). (Plus the live cameras on the app are awesome!)

Can’t say enough aboiut this place. The staff is amazing and super attentive and professional. The place is extremely clean and a great place to take your dog. My boy absolutely loves his Camp Bow Wow.

I love the long hours (7am to 7pm) and I love the fact that everyone seems to know my dog by name as soon as we walk in in the morning. I check the webcam often throughout the day, and Ive lost count of the number of times Ive seen a staff member take the time to give my dog an extra pat or scratch. My dog loves going- he gets so excited when he hears the word camp we have to spell it around the house.

We love to know that our dog is being well taken care of and watched carefully when we have to go away and we have to board him. The staff is always friendly and i would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone.

Very happy with Camp Bow Wow vs my previous daycare. Place is very clean and with cameras you can feel comfortable with how they treat your dog!

Went in for a introduction period and they would not allow my dog to come back because within 20 minutes they said she was nervous. I was upset that they only took 20 minutes to make a decision and told the ladies that I would be making a review. I had also gotten a gift card for Christmas for my dog to go attend. I asked for the money since I was not going to be using it. Then left. The manager then called me back stating that I refused to leave and that I demanded the money back from the gift card. The proceeded to state that I wish I was there today.

My dog, Maggie has only been at Camp twice so far but I’m very impressed so far. The staff is very welcoming and I couldn’t believe they remembered her when we walked in on her second visit which was a week after her interview!

This was my first visit and was extremely pleased. The facilities were very clean and the staff was friendly. My dog Finna had a great time and will be regularly be returning here.

Great hours. Great value for the money. You can watch your dog play on their cameras and they text you photos when you buy add on services. Also, the staff is very friendly so my dog loves going there!

What a wonderful group of people who work at the West Seneca location. I always know when I drop off Zoey that she is well taken care of and I never have to worry about her there. The staff always goes above and beyond and always provides excellent customer service.

The staff here is kind to my pup and does a great job on grooming. A bit expensive though my girl is worth it. Shes tired, Im happy.

The staff at West Seneca is very knowledgeable about my dog’s reactions and behavior during his first day there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I like the fact that I can view my dog at anytime on their Camper Cams.

Chaplynn loves coming to Camp and comes home tired everyday; I love the socialization she gets. I also love that I can look in on her during the day - especially when we are on vacation and I am missing my girl terribly. ❤️

We tried several other local day care facilities and found camp bowwow to be the absolute best. The cameras give us peace of mind our baby is happy

I love the doggie day care program, overnight stay availability, the friendly staff, the variety of services offered, like baths, nail clippings, etc., and the ability to watch your dog online remotely with the cameras set up in each room.

Lets just say my lily poo did not want to leave today. Everyone is super caring and so nice. Jenn and her staff are very attentive.

This place is super convenient to drop off our dog at for lodging and day care. The staff are extremely friendly and they care a lot.

I did a walk-through in order to check out the place before I brought my dog ...the staff seemed really nice the girl working up front was knowledgeable and such a pleasure..only regret is that they dont take dogs that are neutered...very sad..but understandably so..

Wanted to take the time to publicly thank the owners of Camp Bow Wow West Seneca, Mark & Nanette Luczak. Jen, Allison & the entire staff are wonderful. Their exceptional customer service & empathy should be recognized. My husband was at The Cleveland Clinic for several weeks before ultimately passing away. Camp Bow Wow waived payment for boarding our dog that entire time. For this I am eternally grateful.

Expensive but my dog loves it for when we have to travel and cant take him with us. We watch him on the web cam - theres even an app.

My dog gets super excited every time we tell him he’s going to Camp Bow Wow! During winter we’ll regularly take him to get in some play time with other pups. We have had him stay over night on a few occasions and once for about 10 days. The staff know him as soon as he walks in the door, and they take excellent care of him. Very happy with our experience with Camp Bow Wow.

My Nova is so excited to attend day care at Camp Bow Wows West Seneca destination. She seems active 100% of the time I get to watch her on your monitors throughout your affiliation. This is one of your fabulous attributes. All of the dogs seem well behaved there. Your workers are constantly keeping the dogs on their toes and making sure your grounds are kept clean. When Nova comes home she is happy yet exhausted from her play day. This is a good thing. It sort of has put her chewing stage on the back-burner. Your faculty has been so kind to my husband and I and always comment on Nova. We are very appreciative of your services and without a doubt have been mentioning your place to our co-workers and friends! Keep up the fantastic work!

Duncan, our Scottish Terrier puppy loves going to Camp! The dogs are separated in different play rooms based on size and temperament! Theres always a staff member with the dogs at all times and the web cam in a plus too! I can make sure Duncan is enjoying his time there while Im at work during the day. Camp Bow Wow is great! My dog Kona loves to go there for daycare and boarding. They take such good care of her and are patient with her need for occasional breaks! They reply promptly when I email for updates while boarding and have always honored any requests I make regarding her care! It’s a great feeling when traveling to know that Kona is so well cared for. The counselors are always friendly at drop off and pickup.

I love this place. My dog plays all day, theres cameras to watch, and he comes home exhausted. When he boards the staff calls me with any feeding issues. I love that they know him as soon as he walks in the door!

Your individual attention to our needs and our puppy ie: when I couldnt see her on the webcam I called and someone brought Dottie into view. The facilities were very clean and the dogs seemed to be very happy. The employees seemed to be very attentive to the dogs under their watch. Overall I give this camp Bow Wow an A+.
