Romp Pet Resort

Maya loves attending daycare at Romp. She gets so excited when we pull in the lot. When I hand her off she doesnt even look back but runs towards the entrance door to daycare. The staff is wonderful with Maya and very friendly. Care for Maya when she is at daycare. The day after she is at daycare she is a couch potato. I know she has a blast at daycare. The last daycare she attended she never wanted me to leave her and now she doesn’t look back.

Thank you all for the love and attention you give to both my dogs. Izzy goes to daycare 3 days a week(thank goodness)! She is a 2½yr old GSP that cant slow down. She loves going there. Sedona is my service dog. She goes there for her Healthcare. Your team is top notch!! The way you treat my babies as if they were yours gives me peace that they are in good hands.

We are extremely happy at Romp (meaning myself and Lena). We transferred here and couldnt be more pleased. Lena gets excited on school days as she knows she gets to see and play with her friends. The staff at Romp are Top Notch, they are friendly, professional, and are serious about the care they provide to our fur babies while visiting. I love the daily event that takes place as it allows the staff to be more engaged and personal with our babies.< br />I am extremely happy at Romp, tell people often, and look forward to the growth that Romp is currently experiencing. The ladies that manage and maintain the front service desk are amazing. Their love of animals shines through, and they treat each fur baby as if its their favorite. Thank You! Staff is amazing!

We love Romp! Oscar is always so excited to be there. He gets big tail wags when we turn into the parking lot and is excited to play with the other dogs all day. The staff is super friendly and caring, we never had a bad experience in the year and a half we have brought Oscar! Casea and Micheala we tend to see the most! They are very friendly and love the updates they give when we pick up Oscar! Its great to know Oscar is in good hands while in daycare or boarding. We love the variety of enrichment activities the dogs do during the day! It’s fun looking at the photos they post on social media and on the report card through the app! We would recommend Romp to anyone looking for daycare and/or boarding! They are great!!

The staff is kind and welcoming to both me and my dog. Lola looks forward to going to daycare and I have also boarded her which was a very positive experience.

Romp is absolutely a great place. Our dog Cagney does daycare, boarding and uses the veterinary services. Every time Cagney goes to Romp she is always made to feel special. Cagney enjoys it so much due to the committed staff and all the wonderful activities sometimes she would rather stay. This definitely a diamond grade place for pets! The love for each animal that comes through the door

Milo loves going to daycare- he cant wait to get out of the car and in the building. The staff are so sweet with him and I know he is well cared for and safe at daycare.

Great staff and friendly environment. After reading the reviews…places can go through transitions with staffing, it happens.We started going here in February for dog day care. Our Mindi loves it. Every time I drive to the location she’s ready to leap from my arms and run in. The staff know her by name and it’s helpful to know your dog is in good hands.Kudos to the team!

I brought my golden doodle in last week for her groom and had the absolute pleasure to meet the new groomer Kim. Not only is she the nicest of people, but she is also extremely professional and did an AMAZING job on my sweet Ruby! I read some of the latest reviews and was shocked to see the negativity as I had nothing but a tremendous experience from drop off to pick up. Either someone has a grudge or they mistakened this shop for another, but if youre looking for the best place in town then look no further...Thanks again to Kim and the staff...see you again soon!!!

Heather and the other groomers are amazing. Our dog is there every 3 weeks for grooming. They are so kind and professional and treat our girl like royalty. She loves going there to be groomed as much as we love getting her home fresh and clean!

I brought my dog in to be groomed late last week and Im very happy! I have a brittany and there is a specific cut for this breed. Kim nailed it!!! I am so happy and so was my dog! Dont believe the negative reviews. I will definitely be back! Love this place!!

Dishonest is all I can say. My dog unexpectedly passed and I have been trying for months to get credit on her Day Care passes I had bought (almost $500 balance left). After the third call Ann said he said no way but Ill check. Now, after I think well be able to get you store credit (was going to donate to a rescue group) they have no record of my dog and her package, after going there for 4 years and spending thousands. I hear it is new ownership, but based on their customer service dragging this on for 6 months I would expect they wont be around for long. After dozens of calls (and some unreturned messages) they dont even have the courtesy of calling me

Before recently moving to the SouthTowns, I asked my long-time pet groomer for a recommendation in the area. They suggested The Upper Paw Spa & Lodge. Took my 12-year old Yorkie for his first grooming with Kim at Upper Paw. Kim took time to get to know him and groomed him beautifully. My dog had a wonderful visit with all the staff and was very comfortable there.

This place is awesome. They do a great job with our Bruce and Zoey for both daycare and boarding.

Kim was awesome. She did an amazing job grooming our chihuahua. He has never looked so good. Thanks again. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

I was there last week only to find out that my groomer had left. After talking to the groomer there I decided to have her groom my Springer, Bella and also took my long hair Chihuahua named Ted for a trim. They did a fantastic job! Thanks!

Have been taking my two goldendoodles there for years now. Had a pleasant experience until today when we arrived to our apt and was told the groomers walked off the job and no one called to notify us or to cancel our apt. Very unprofessional.

Ive been taking my dog here for a few months now and I brought her last week and she received the best grooming to date! The new groomer is excellent

New ownership treats your animals poorly. Old Staff is actively quitting due to toxic work environment.Edit: The women who quit do to your poor management earned those stars, not you.

Apparently there’s a change of staff currently in progress and they did the best they could do but my appointment was not in their records. Would not return just based on how the owner replied to the previous reviews left. Not professional or in good taste.

I took my cat there today for some grooming, the staff was super helpful and nice, and the inside was well decorated, would definitely recommend this place!

Nobody answered the phone when i called for an appointment. After checking google for information i started seeing a bunch of social media posts about how ownership treated the former staff & animals.Stay far away from this place! Dangerous!

It would not let me post without giving a star, for starters they did not even know they had my cat when I called to check on him.
