Great place for your dog to spend the dayif you have to work or other things to do.The staff is amazing our dog loves going there and playing other dogs.
I love that they greet Allie when she comes through door. Friendly staff and Allie comes home tired
They were so nice and helpful with answering my questions anout doggie daycare. Now when I take my dog, before even telling them his name they know my little boi by name, ive only been there a handful of times. Everyone is so sweet to the doggos and gives them lots of love. The workers there definitely love their job and the daycare goers.
They smell so nice.My daughter uses the daycare facility and has used the grooming service in the past so I decided to give them a try when my puppy needed a bath.Aviance was so sweet and took such good care of my baby. I have both dogs today and they still smell so nice.Great job Dog days staff ❤️
Took my mini goldendoodle puppy here to get groomed. While the staff was very friendly, I was incredibly disappointed in his cut. I asked for a puppy cut, and he came out looking like an adult standard poodle (including bowl cut, shaved snout, longer hair around the nose). We came home and had to personally cut more hair off because the cut was so disproportionate. Normally I dont leave Google reviews, but I was so taken aback by his appearance. Maybe grooming is fine for other breeds here, but would not recommend based on my experience with a doodle.
Always amazing. So good with dogs and make sure everyone is safe and having a good time. Friendliest staff. My dogs love the big cage free space and beds. I love watching them on the camera seeing them play. Its so fun.
Excellent people, but receptionist not so much. My dog well taken care of, but quite pricy.
Friendly and personable staff. Great meet and greet process. Good price for two dogs. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member; very impressed already.
Amazing staff! Fully trust them with my pup. Was a regular at their first place off of Elmwood Street. Highly recommend!!! Would give more stars if I could.
Reasonably priced and cared about my dogs and their needs during their grooming session. The facility looked great too. I think Ill be a regular here for the grooming services.
I trust them with my 2 fur babies...and they LOVE to go there..staff has always been great at both locations and they really have people who love the dogs !
A little pricey, but excellent care for your pup! Very nice people great attitudes.
Love all the staff here. Everyone is so great with all the dogs especially my husky girl lily.
Our doggo loves the companionship of other doggos and hates being left alone. Which means he regularly attends daycare. Weve used a few different doggo daycares but Dog Days is our favorite. The staff are fantastic and Chester really loves it.
They took great care of my pup

There great with dogs
The Harlem Road location provided an uncomfortable unprofessional and offensive experience when I took my dog. My dog has thick and curly hair and has not been groomed for about 3 months because of the winter. We have been a customer for about 3 years now and this is the normal pattern of his grooming. The interaction with the groomer made me feel as she was disgusted by mu dog. He is a 3 yr old Shih Poo. He is bathed with premium products and brushed regularly. The interaction was very cold from the drop off. But I still left him there. She called us back to pick him 3 mins after we left stating he had fleas and because she is pregnant she couldn’t be around fleas. It felt even more personal, isolated and deliberate when the groomer said that because according to Chelsea fleas are “common” with pets. No big deal! So if the risk to your baby is such a concern why would you choose to continue work at a pet grooming facility where fleas are such a common occurrence while you’re pregnant? That just as not my concern or responsibility. . I was there to be provided with a service for my dog. When I got there they didn’t bring my dog out but after 10 mins of waiting I was shown a video with a single bug on my dog. I cldnt identify it because it was shown so quickly i do know that it was much larger than a flee or a tic. Very visible. In a 2 second video. And I could not see if it was moving or not or what it was. I still knew my dog does not have fleas. They finally brought my dog out shaking and we all inspected his body further there were no fleas, spots, flea dandruff no indication what so over nowhere on his body. And told me I didn’t need to see it they know he has fleas. I asked to see the 2 strips of fur that was cut from him to inspect. they refused to show me. There is not or was not any fleas on my dogs body. My family also sifted thru his fur entirely in search of the fleas I was told that he had. suddenly. There were no bugs found on my dog other than the single bug on ths video. I knew that my dog did not have fleas he’s never had fleas. He sleeps in our bed And he is an emotional support dog and a lap dog for my family mbr. We cuddle and sleep with him. You would know if ur dog had fleas. We since took him to a friend who was able to finish his groom also with no indication of fleas. The interaction with them after this situation is the most concerning. I rcvd a call threatening me to take down my review because I mentioned how I felt profiled as a customer I felt as if my dog was expected to be dirty by our appearance when we walked in. This is how I felt; at the Harlem location. This was my experience as a customer. They threatened to respond to my review and post the video of the bug on my dog and also threatened legal action if I don’t take down my review. They were not concerned about my experience would not let me speak and was very aggressive and demanding. And told me I was not profiled and that I was lying. I said I felt that way and that is not a lie. Also During the initial argument with the manager I stated I had a video call with my vet for inspection which I did not have done yet but I was planning to do so before I found it unnecessary. I did say that because I knew my dog did not have fleas. And I was being argued with by the manager. The manager then calls my vet and called me back after I stated I wld no longer be a client to tell me she called my vet and that I’m a liar. It was just very messy and unprofessional as a business and it went too far. This could have been handled differently. Especially with someone who has been a customer for 3 years now. There was no concern about my experience or how I felt. No apologies. Just blame. Today, my dog does not have fleas or any indication or signs of fleas. I have no idea where the bug they had on video came from but it did not come with my dog.
