I would like to thank Rochelle, Kevin and the staff at Oh My Dog Grooming for their exceptional job of handling our Ryder & Lily-Mae with love and care . Our pups are groomed beautifully to perfection and love their spa days! Both our pups are ‘rescues’, with Ryder our ‘anxious’ one - Rochelle has put him at ease . Lily-Mae is now a ‘therapy’ dog , visiting her residents often post groom. She is primped , smells amazing and the residents love running their hands through her soft , silky fur . This review will be only for the grooming service at Oh My Dog. Were extremely grateful for the grooming services that Lindsay has provided for the girls during our past year in Buffalo. Its always tricky finding a groomer given all the horror stories about how dogs are mishandled. Our terrier is extremely picky about her groomer, so we know weve found a good groomer when she doesnt fight us when getting dropped off during the monthly grooming appointment. The price is on the higher side, but to us, its completely worth it for our girls to be treated correctly. Well just let the post-groom photos speak for themselves in terms of Lindsays talent as a groomer.

We decided to use Oh My Dog for the first time today and we will 100% be regulars after our experience! They did such a good job grooming my handsome boy! He smells amazing, is so soft and the defurminator is a GAME CHANGER! We will be back!

I took my dog here yesterday and I told them I like her hair kept longer. Well they pretty much mutilated her. They shaved her almost down to her skin and now she wont even walk around the house, not sure if it is razor burn or if she is just not used to the airflow there, but she just whimpers and wont walk around. The first photo is how I picked her up yesterday and the second photo is how she looked one week after a good grooming appointment.I will never take my dog there again. If I could give zero stars I would.

We feel so fortunate to have found Oh My Dog Daycare. Our Bailey goes there for daycare and grooming and we couldnt be happier. He loves everyone there and is so well cared for. He gets excited when we tell him hes going to daycare. He gets the right amount of play and interaction. After grooming he looks the best he ever has looked. They do a great job with shaping the hair on his head and face and he smells so good! Also, Baileys nails are so smooth and trimmed after the nail cut and filing. That was always a problem with our little granddaughters and they love that his nails are smooth now. Top notch place for all of our dogs needs and Rochelle and Kevin are absolutely the best and most caring people!!

If i could give 0 stars i would! i have 2 bichon boys and they are both old but very good. one has very sensitive skin, lots of skin tags and very thin hair but when you brush and blow it out, it gets pretty full and looks beautiful! my other bichon has very thick hair and won’t growl or nip if you brush him, he just sits there and lets you do whatever you want to him. they are very good dogs and no one has ever had anything bad to say about them! the groomer we got was lindsay (i think that was her name) she was extremely rude and wasn’t listening to my requests when i dropped my dogs off. they were very nervous and they both suffer from anxiety. the groomer just ignored me. i asked for the price and she told me they’d be $60 each and the rest depends on their hair and behavior???? my dogs were their for 3 hours then i went to pick them up. i ended up having to pay $170 for them and they look terrible! they’re tails are gone and one of my dogs hair on the top of his head is lopsided!!! there tails will take over a year to grow back and all she said was that they were matted and she had a very rude tone with me. i was so upset my daughter and i took out dogs and left as quick as possible. lindsay didn’t listen to my requests and i had to pay way more than she said i needed too. when my dogs got home they both ran to their water bowl they were so thirsty and looked very stressed.she claimed she knew how to cut bichons and obviously did not. i’ve been to so many groomers and i’m never coming here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rochelle was absolutely amazing with our 5 month old bernedoodle. We had taken him somewhere else and they couldn’t cut him because of his “behavior”. To be honest they just didn’t want to be bothered. Rochelle was patient, kind and knowledgeable. You can tell she’s been doing this a long time and cares about her clients. We will absolutely be back! We thank you and Toby thanks you!

I just want to give a big hug to Kevin! Hes the best! I just started taking my dog Gia to OMD daycare after her other daycare closed. She had been going there for 2 yrs and she was so bonded with some of the dogs. I have had a hard time finding a place she will be happy at. Shes timid, shy, and hard to warm up, but shes a great dog and she needs to play with other pups! He has been so awesome in helping Gia get comfortable. Today, on her second day, she started playing with a couple of dogs. I have such high hopes for Gia at Oh My Dog Daycare!

Oh My Dog has done such an amazing job on my dog. Every time he leaves there looking clean, smelling fabulous and his haircut is always perfect! Hes a golden retriever and they do such a great job. They always listen to exactly what I want and get him in & out so quickly. Highly recommend!

I love this place! My Frenchie has been coming once or twice a week for daycare since he was 12ish weeks old and now he’s almost 7 months. This was fantastic for his socialization, he comes home exhausted and he LOVES the playtime. I’ve had him groomed here as well along with 2 other frenchies I had and they did a great job with that too!

Omg I can’t say enough good things about Oh My Dog! As a new dog mom I was so nervous taking my pup anywhere and didn’t know what to expect. From the moment we walked in I knew it would be a great experience. Rochelle explained everything to me before she began. I came back to find a perfect, happy puppy. And he looked GREAT! You can tell the owners and everyone there genuinely love what they do. Thank you for making Anakin look and feel like a super star! 5 star experience

Rochelle is so so wonderful! I was very nervous taking my dog here as weve recently had to switch groomers and my dog has pretty significant separation anxiety. Rochelle was so pleasant to talk to and asked plenty of questions regarding how I wanted my dog to be groomed. She was extremely patient with her and even told me that she was fairly easy to groom! I felt completely at ease leaving her in Rochelles care, as she was very knowledgeable about how to best handle high anxiety dogs, and in making grooming a better experience for my puppo. We will absolutely be returning.

We love Oh My Dog Daycare & Grooming! Rochelle and the staff are amazing. Rochelle does such a great job grooming Zoey, our timid cavapoo, and her and her team are so accommodating, responsive, and pleasant! I am so happy we found Oh My Dog, I cant recommend them enough.

Ive been searching for a new groomer and Ive found it! Rochelle took great care of my Bichon, Nikki. Her cut was exactly what I wanted and she came out smelling beautiful! I can tell there was great attention paid to her cleanliness. I can tell by the discussion had after Nikki was done. All the details I look for in a grooming were done and done well! Pricey with all the add ons, but worth it.

So amazing! I Was home visiting for the weekend and with no luck with groomers in Ohio I reached out to OH MY DOG and they worked with my availability to get me in! My dog came out looking fantastic and I’m just amazed by the professionalism and kindness from them. FRANKIE will see you in a couple of months. Thank you so much for everything and thank you Rochelle for treating my baby with kindness and making him look so handsome❤️ It really was a weight off my shoulders getting him in and I thank you. I’m for sure spreading the word!

My boys look so cute! Our groomer was amazing! She took the time to listen to how I wanted my boys cut, she explained things to us and took her time. I wasn’t nervous to leave them at all, and usually I am! They were done quickly and smell so good. Definitely found our new groomers.

Rochelle did a fantastic job taking care of my pittie. We were a grooming customer and the experience was fantastic. My pittie hates having her paws touched so a nail trim is difficult. Rochelle took great care of my girl and eased the process by using the Dremel on her which made her nails so much smoother and an overall better experience. Having an experienced, dedicated groomer for my dog is something thats important to me so I will definitely be continuing to bring my girl there. Lucy and I thank you Rochelle!

My poor pup needed some grooming and OH My Dog came through! My pup was so happy when I picked him up. He looked so clean and healthy! Great place!

I had been recommended to this groomer by a friend. Had I read all the negative comments, I may not have brought my Chloe there had I not noticed they were from years ago! My Chloe had recently had a litter (so was not spayed) and Rochelle did an amazing job bringing back her puppy-like looks and personality. She needed her dayspa and though it was pricey, every dollar was worth it. I loved having my baby girl back. She had gotten quite scruffy after delivering and raising 5 puppies and was given back to me looking like the princess she is. I will be taking her back and will also take my male shih tzu there as well.

Its Fall , and there is no better way to prepare your loved pets then with a grooming from Lindsey at OMD Grooming. Nicely shaved cut with trimmed paws and paw pad protective treatment keeps our crew feeling great into the winter months. Lindsey knows our dogs and will do the same for you. A good groomer is just as important as a good Vet. You have to trust them and here at Oh My Dog we have that!

Service was the best! They took great care of our baby boys on their first grooming visit ever. Wont go anywhere else.

Our Ruby loves it here. They take such great care of the dogs and having this daycare available on long work days eases my mind of leaving Ruby for the day. The owners are friendly and caring and do a great job of acclimating your baby to their daycare. They do a great job grooming as well.

Best groomers in the area. 6 months of using this groomer for both dogs after a bad experience at another groomer.I have a crazy schedule so Ive taken them to almost all the staff with perfect results. They work around my needs.I really like the sprays they use at the end, my boys were there 2 weeks ago with Jody & Kristen and still smell great!

This place is amazing !!!! Rochelle has been grooming my Yorkie for years I follow her wherever she goes !! Every time he looks so good compared to others places I have taken him in the past !!! Very professional and I know my dog is safe and well taken care of with her !!! 10/10 would recommend this place !! They do amazing work !!!

Ive been having Danielle groom my Havanese Lola monthly. Danielle is fantastic with fearful Lola and she always trims her exactly how I request. (This is highly unusual, in my experience, locally.) I have seen Danielle at intake with all sorts of cats and dogs and she is highly professional and super caring. I trust Danielle completely. Oh My Dog is well worth the drive from Youngstown.

I love Oh My Dog!! My too cavalier spaniels Bella and Gracie have been going for years. Always happy with results and always treated the best. Would recommend to all my doggie friends!!! Lindsey has been taking care of them since they were puppies... perfect every time... thanks Oh My Dog!!

I honestly have never had another groomer so I may be biased but, the team there are an absolute pleasure to speak to, my pup Loves walking in, and she couldnt look or smell better when shes done.Were happy and have no interest looking anywhere else.

We took my dog Rue here in November after I won a free grooming, she had just turned 1. We had a great experience. So once business opened up from quarantine restrictions, I texted to set up an appointment. Rue is my first long coated dog and she had developed mats behind her ears. They were very quick to respond and we scheduled an appointment. When I arrived today, they came out to greet me within five minutes. They came out and talked to me about what is best for Rue’s coat and also helped advise me on what brush is best for her. They gave me options without pressuring me on which services to get for her. The friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. Their procedures for Covid-19 health/safety made me feel very secure, and they treated my Rue like she was a queen. Her trim, sanitary cut, mat removal and nail trim were top notch! I would highly recommend Oh My Dog! 💖

My dog has been going here for over a year now. The staff and owner is amazing and they treat you and your dog like family! oh my dog makes my dog feel safe and so happy every time he goes here for day care or grooming! He always wants to come back!

My 5 year old Golden Retriever Dakota James has the most wonderful experience. Could not recommend enough!! Lindsay was phenomenal. Goes above and beyond and cared for her like she was one of her own! Can’t wait to bring her back!

They are the only people I trust to cut my dogs nails besides my Vet. On so many occasions, my poor pup has bled due to them being cut too close to the quick, but Ive never had that issue here. Both of my pups come here for baths + nail trims. Ive never had an issue + my boys always come out happy :)

Dropped my dog off at 9:08 on Sunday and we were 8 minutes late due to traffic. He wasn’t done until 1:20. At 1 pm, the groomer rudely said that because we were 8 minutes late it through the entire schedule off. When asked if he been given water she said defiantly that she didn’t know.When I got him home he darted directly to the water bowl for a long drink. This was our first time there and they bring your dog behind a closed door to do the grooming which I didn’t like. Every other place I’ve brought him to we have been able to see what their doing. Also my wife called after we dropped him off and asked them not to put him into a dryer cage, they responded “ok” which leads us to believe that they do normally use them unless you ask them not to. As of this review I noticed this place had only received 3.7 out of 5 stars. Not good enough for a member of my family!

I just brought back my dog from an amazing experience at Oh My Dog! My groomers name was LaToya and she was so great with my little baby! My dog is a 1 year old shih tzu, so she has a lot of fur. I didnt want her to just be shaved down like she has been done when I have taken her to previous groomers, but LaToya took time to go over exactly how I wanted her to look, and was very reassuring. The place is very clean, I didnt have to wait long to pick up or drop her off, and other dogs that were being picked up for the day care looked very happy. It is a little pricier than other groomers I have taken my dog to in the last year, but it is only time I have came back completely happy.

My first and last time to give this salon business.First of all, I called a week Ago to book an appointment. They asked how old was my dog and was my dog nurtured. I said 1 yr old and he isnt nurtured but he is a very friendly dog. They told me ok just bring the paper. My bf dropped the dog off and I picked him up. The dog groomer said that she didn’t know why employee didn’t tell me about not taking dog that is not spayed or nurtured. But my dog can’t come back next time if he’s not nurtured. I said ok. Didn’t want to come anyway with an attitude like that. They charged $55 plus tax for a shihzu! And my dog hair is not super long either.Second of all, she said he bites. The thing about my dog is that. He’s super friendly and he will not growl or tries to bite anyone unless he’s threatened and beaten. If you try to hit him he will definitely bite. She said she had to muzzle him to cut his nails yet his nails looked like he’s bitten them himself.Thirdly, she said she did her best try to cut my dog nails and hair. When the dog came out he looked like his hair was cut by a 5 yrs old kid. Worst than the last salon I went to. The reason I bring my dog to a salon to have his hair groomed is because I trust that they are professional and have the right tools to do it. If I knew they would cut my dog hair like this, I could do a better job than that.The price range I have paid for my dog was never exceed $50. So when they charged me $55 plus tax, I lost my charm to tip.I do not recommend this salon. I don’t know how they got 5 stars. That’s how it got me there.

The absolute most ridiculous place Ive ever seen! !! Not only every time I took my dog here was it a different price, but the last time I was there and actually spoke up and said why am I being charged more than ever , she said were very busy, maybe you should come back or find somewhere more suitable! !!!! Who says that! They didnt want to be bothered because they actually have to do work for my Alaskan malamute. What kind of place does business like that. Unbelievable rude and unprofessional.

Just had an EXCELLENT groom by Tina at Oh My Dog. I have a very active goldendoodle puppy who went in look pretty scruffy. She came out a different dog! She look beautiful and I can tell that Tina paid special attention to detail as she hand-trimmed and finished her.

I walked in and made an appointment with a very nice young lady and from what I saw online on the website, I thought it was a cute a little place that cared for the animals that are brought in and I was very excited to finally get my little man a cut (he is a 10 month Lhasatese).When we brought him in, we were introduced to some of their packages and I just needed the basic package and went with that, there wasnt too much pressure to purchase additional add-on services, however, there was a push for us to come back at a later date for them. The pick up time is about 4 hours later and after the long and wait and being greeted by a happy little guy, I paid and left, quite happy, but felt wa-ay overcharged.Only when I got home did my content slowly fade. Even though I was previously warned that the groomer may shave down the areas that he was badly matted shorter than the rest of his fur (I had actually pointed out the matts to the groomer myself prior to the service, she did not inspect him for matts/tangles), after thorough inspection, I realized that he was uneven all over. I did not expect a perfect cut since my pup is still young and squirm-y, however, there are a lot more uneven patches throughout his fur after service here compared to my favorite groomer back home in NYC (OMD is also a lot more over priced). I also noticed that they cut off his pretty little lashes along with the rest of the hair on his face, which I am very disappointed about because the groomer I use in NYC somehow managed to keep his beautiful lashes intact, while still trimming the fur on his face. (This is not a HUGE turnoff, hence the still ok rating of 3 out of 5). HOWEVER... my poor baby had his genitals grazed (kind of like a razor burn). He is not bleeding, but it clearly irritates him, and as it is a small area and Im not usually one to cause a big scene (I will not totally fault the groomer because its so small and I know how crazy he is), I decided to leave it and prevent my baby from licking himself there for the next couple days to heal.I had initially considered this place for day care purposes in case we needed it, and I may still consider it happily, however, I will be thinking more than just twice before I come back for grooming. While I still think its worth a shot if you have the money, for the most part, I think it is better to go find somewhere else for grooming (OMD is over priced; it costs a good deal more than what I pay for better service in the city, only okay-ish skills in grooming, takes a very long time, which for some people is a plus, but for me, I am used to having him ready in an hour and a half). OMD seems like a nice place, but, as with any service, use at your own risk.

I have a beagle mix, Mikey, who absolutely ADORES the daycare staff. Amanda and Halie treat him like one of their own. It gives me comfort to know that he is loved, cared for and looked after by people while I am at work. Amanda has been careful to watch him when hes had issues (i.e. stressed, limping, etc) and corrected his behavior in a positive way when hes misbehaved. Having access to the daycare camera gives me piece of mind knowing I can check in on him throughout the day. Their social media updates on Instagram and Snapchat are always great as well. Mikey now knows the word Daycare and his tail wags a mile a minute with excitement knowing he gets to see some of his favorite people. Overall the daycare staff is a wonderful and well continue to be going to them. :)

Wonderful dog groomer! We have a very sheddy golden retriever who always comes out looking and smelling so fresh! They always have festive bows or bandanas also. I would recommend !

Absolutely fantastic!! I will only take my dog here for grooming. They all go great lengths to put the necessary care and attention in to grooming and caring for your dog. They treat them like they are their own.

Looks like LeAnne responded to my previous review and since I cannot leave another one, here is her response to my previous posting: Response from the owner in the last weekFor the safety of our clients we do not service dogs that arent spayed or neutered after the age of 6-8 months. We are proud to support local rescues and their efforts to educate people to Adopt not shop. Thank you :)Ladies and Gentleman, the woman cannot give a legitimate response to my review because it concerns her unprofessional interaction with clients. At no point have my dogs been brought to this establishment so commenting about how our dogs are not spayed or neutered and it being a safety issue has nothing to do with ANYTHING concerning my last post. The owner of Oh My Dog, LeeAnne, was beyond unprofessional to my wife and to the new mother of one of our dogs puppies. In this day and age, regardless of how long you have been open, you cannot treat people in this disgusting manner. Your own employees review your establishment as substandard and you as a horrible person. Now you will go and try to justify old employees reviews of you as they did something wrong to save face, however when potential clients can confirm your serious lack ethical treatment of animals and people alike, it is sickening to think people trust you with animals. I encourage people who want to adopt animals to go to your local shelters and find one that can fit your lifestyle or do some research on the kind of pet you want, meet the parents and the owners of the parents and if you want to go through a breeder then you should do so, one size does not fit all when it comes to any pet and LeAnne should know this...... and I am sure she does, but in her lack of professional opinion, if you have puppies and you sell them to good homes, you are a horrible person.......no LeAnne, you are a horrible person and your establishment is abominable.

Always a good experience taking my 2 dogs here to have their nails trimmed. The option to text for appointment availability is great, and every groomer Ive met is so nice and sweet to my dogs.

Disappointed! Too expensive for grooming. I dont get the impression that my business is appreciated. There have been a few small problems and their responses have always been curt and less that warm and fuzzy. Some of the staff is friendly some is not. It seems as if there is a lot of employee turnover. I will be bringing my business elsewhere and I wouldnt recommend this place.

I did not want to rate this place, but I had to. This place is beyond help. Leanne seems to be like Cruella De Vil, as I am told by so many others. I figured I would give it a shot but my dog ended up looking like a Brussels Griffon instead of a Shih Tzu, her nail clippings were too short. Trust these reviews, this is NOT a place you want to bring your furbaby, my wife was so upset that someone butchered her baby.

If you are looking for a place where your dog is going to be treated with kindness and experience quality service, look no farther. Unfortunately, the owner treats her employees and even some of her customers like scum. I will warn you that you may leave the store crying if shes in a bad enough mood. She once locked a womans cat in the bathroom because the cat bit one of the bathers. When the woman arrived to pick up her cat & became frustrated enough to drop a few F bombs at the owner, she threatened to call the police on this woman ALL because she wanted to take her cat home & she was given a hard time. Do you really want to be treated like that as a customer? I doubt it. Think twice before you come here.

Every time I take our Cocker Spaniel Chaco out, usually the first thing people say is Who is your Groomer? And I tell them Danielle Turner at Oh My Dog! She is the best! Does a beautiful job on our Chaco, Always timely and easy to work with! Thank you Danielle!

Just a quick note - I really dont think that it is fair to write a bad review and not include your name.....for all anyone knows these could be from the same person - a disgruntled employee etc.I have been to Oh My Dog 4 or 5 times to have my dogs nails cut and they were very friendly and did a wonderful job. Granted these are the only services that I have used at this point but was very satisfied.

I am so thankful for Rochelle my little mini Schnauzer absolutely loves her he knows she’ll be kind and patient with him and I know he’s going to get a fantastic cut!!

I just found out today that Kim no longer works there! She was the only person that I could find in WNY who had previously and continues to groom Portuguese Water Dogs. Where did she go?! My Portie is picky about who grooms him and Kim was fantastic! Anyone know where she went?Also, it makes me uneasy to see the post below this one say that ANOTHER one of their groomers is gone. What is happening there?

Cut my dogs nails and made numerous Nails bleed cut every nail on a different angle a different length completely didnt know what they were doingIf you love your pet bring it somewhere else PLEASE!!

We have been taking my dog Raven to see Lindsay at Oh My Dog for over 2 years. She does excellent work and we have never been disappointed with the results and friendly staff! Raven is a little shy, but Lindsay seems to do wonderful with her!

I have 2 pups (one 10 yr. old Yorkie and an 8 yr. old Maltese yorkie mix. They have been to numerous groomers and my mother and I have even attempted to groom them ourselves bc I used to be so picky about who I left them with. I love this place! Lindsey is the absolute best and my boys come out looking so handsome and flawless EVERY time! They smell wonderful for a couple weeks! They are always offering savings as well. I get at least $10 off every other trip. I’m so happy with the service they provide and the way they treat my dogs and me as a customer but make me feel like a close friend. 5 stars all the way! Thanks Oh My Dog and a special thank you to my favorite girl Lindsey! Gio, Gipetto and I are so grateful for you!

Was recommended by a friend to come here and it did not disappoint! I have a 135 potions Great Pyrenees who was way past due for a grooming and definitely a tough job but Rochelle at Oh My Dog did incredible!! Dakota looks the best she ever has and you can see the attention done in the whole grooming job! Rochelle even pointed out an ear infection I did not know about in my dog and did a great job of cleaning my dogs ears delicately. I am 100% coming back and recommend this place to everyone.
