Our 10 month old pup Brody loves coming here. Very seamless to schedule boarding stays along with an easy pick up/drop off process. Would recommend to anyone!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Home Away From Home. Our mini Bernadoodle was rescued from a puppy mill where he was kept outside for 10 months. To say he needed special attention is an understatement. This facility and all the employees have been an essential part of our pups progress. He loves going there and they teach him so much. We are forever grateful and always feel comfortable leaving him there for our trips. He loves daycare, boarding, and their groomers are also top notch. Thank you Home Away From Home! ♥️

This is the best place for boarding and grooming your pet. Your pets will safe and have fun. I love the pictures they show of their doggie visitors. Hayley started Home away from home and has put together an amazing team of ladies who really take an interest and time to get to know each dog. My dog is beyond energetic and crazy, he comes home tired. The best feeling for me is when I drop him off for boarding and he runs to the door. Great job,team❤️🐶❤️

The ABSOLUTE best! Hayley and the girls are the only ones I trust my dog with for boarding or daycare. Their care and dedication is unmatched. Bayou is truly excited every time he arrives and gets to see everyone. And I have peace of mind knowing he is in the best care possible. I would be lost without Hayley and everyone here!

They dont understand things come up. I was 30 mins late to an appointment because the wife got covid. I wanted to work with them but then they went and told me MY DOGS shot records werent up to date per the vet. Yes they are, and Id prefer you not to pry into my personal business. Dont you EVER call my vet asking questions. I provide you with the paperwork. I understand I/we were late and I own that, but to not even have any humanity? Way to lose a customer. Ill go somewhere else that at least cares.RE:Yeah you dont need to respond with exactly what happened. I know what happened as I called. Like I said you literally have NO HUMANITY for understanding for situations. No, we will not being continuing with you. No I will not fix this review, and no you WILL NOT contact vets Ask for paperwork. It is NONE of your business contacting vets for information. You ever do it again and I will be reporting you and the vet for giving out information that is not yours to ask for. Thankfully you were WRONG and my dogs have all their shots. Play stupid game and you will win stupid prizes. Keep it up though. I signed no waiver to allow you to do this.BTW charge the fee if you want. Good luck getting me to pay for it. Nowhere on your website does it state you do as such, and I wouldnt pay it even if you thought you could charge me for it. Good luck!

We just picked up Harper from her first sleepover at Home Away From Home Kennel! We knew she would be in great hands! I loved being able to see pictures of her hanging out with her buddies on Facebook. It made being away from her a little easier. 10/10 would recommend Home Away From Home. Harper was bathed, nails trimmed and sported a cute red bandana when we picked her up. Love Hailey & the crew!

I can’t say enough about what a great place this is. Our dog attends day care and has boarded. Haley and her staff go above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are safe and happy., they treat every dog as if they were their own. We love the daily pictures. The response time when you have a question or problem is almost immediate. I wouldn’t trust Finnegan anywhere else. He loves his home away from home friends.

The absolute best kennel around. Home away from home Gunners get away in Hamburg, their 2nd location is just as gorgeous. The girls pour love and care into each dog,Ive been a customer for 12+ years and nothing can change that. Owner on premises 24/7. Indoor/outdoor run. Massive grass play area too! You just cant get better,they love your dog like their own.

My dog seemed happy after her groom, she was very soft! She did have diarrhea for about a week after, nothing else in her routine changed, but they were very kind when I called to ask if she’d maybe gotten into something / been exposed to another dog’s germs. She’s all good now and again very clean and seemed just a bit stressed upon pickup, but overall pretty good!

Ugh! I love this place. We left our pups in loving hands for a week. They post almost daily good morning/ night pictures and pictures of them playing. We called and emailed, they responded pretty quickly. The following day from coming home I swear they were sad to be home. We provided their food and treats. Price was great for 2 dogs.

I had boarded my Nick over the weekend. Thank you for taking such good care of him. From the pictures it looked like he had fun. I highly recommend your kennels and definitely use yours kennels again ❤️🐾❤️.

We love Home Away From Home! Atlas and Xena get so excited when we pull up and can’t wait to get inside to say hi to everyone. The staff are incredibly kind and caring and understand the different personalities of our pups. There’s no breed discrimination here which is also amazing. We are so thankful we have a place the dogs love that takes such good care of them both for daycare and overnight boarding, and we never worry about the dogs when they are there. Can’t recommend this place and the girls enough 😊

My first time using any type of boarding and I was very upset dropping him off. They were the sweetest and nicest girls. When I picked my dog up he was as happy as can be. I would recommend them to anyone.

Weve used Home away from home in the past. Very good, Not this time. Both of our dogs came home bitten up on their bellies, the one had to ho to the vet the next day, kennel cough, severe Diarea, skin flaking off on 5 different medications and a special diet total cost 270 in meds and 48 $$ for special fog food. Now my other dog started with a nasty cough. Extremely disappointed, wont be back

This kennel is amazing! My dog is diabetic and blind and is anxious when I leave him to travel. Hayley and team make sure he is loved and well taken care of. They buy rotisserie chicken for him to make sure he eats enough in order to have his insulin. This week I had him groomed while he was there. He looks so good!!

Home away from home is truly our home away from home!!!! Owner is amazing, staff as well. We are so thankful to know our pups have a safe and fun place to go where they are loved and cared for.

They took such great care of my Riley! They posted pictures of her playing with all her new friends and having a ball. It was her first time being boarded, and i felt she was very well cared for ! Definitely recommend and will go back.

The employees are always nice and helpful. My puppy is always excited to go to camp and gets treated very well there. They post pictures everyday and he always looks like hes having a blast. Highly recommend this dog daycare

We bring our dogs here for nail trims and occasional boarding, weve been very happy with them. I think the prices are fair, staff is nice, they follow care instructions when we board them. Great service

I have been taking my dog here for several years now. I have a kennel closer to where I currently live, and STILL take my dog here, because they are so great and it is like doggie Disney world for my dog. They have a separate area for big and small dogs, and all dogs get plenty of time to play and socialize. How do I know this? They post videos of the dogs playing on Facebook! Very reasonably priced and just and great place overall.

Love this place! We’ve boarded our dog here several times already, for a day or so all the way up to over a week, always a good experience and my dog gets very excited when we drop him off so I know he likes it. They’re very nice and accommodating and the prices are fantastic. This is our go-to kennel for boarding 100%

Thank you for earning my trust in taking care of my 3 furbabies. This was the first time I ever left them with anyone and I know they enjoyed their stay as they showed no stress from being left. The only disappointment I had was they werent jumping in excitement when I came to get them lol. Thank you again!

Sister in law always takes her dog here when were going on family vacation. They have amazing service and really care for the dogs. They also have a Facebook page where they will post photos of your dog.

I took my pup in for a nail trim and 2 nails were missed and they didnt even trim the fur on pads. Very poor and sloppy service. When I called to advise of poor quality of service, the manager said it was too late and really didnt care. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend.

I am literally OBSESSED with this kennel. My dog cries at the door to go back the second we get home. It makes me so happy to see how happy they make him. They are so caring and so accommodating. Every single staff member goes above and beyond. Thank you all so much 💜

We take our Boston Terriers to daycare and they love it!!! & I mean love it! They get super excited when I pullin that I can barely park. The kennel girls are super nice and tell you who they played with when pickup! My BTs sleep the night away from there fun day of activities. They post pictures and actually let dogs play. Some other daycares dont always let the dogs play. Some pictures are my best pics of my dogs 🥰 The owner is very experienced and we highly recommend! I travel from Chktg to West Seneca. Love this place!

My little golden was spending the day at home away from home kennel for the first time she was a little scared and nervous but the girls said she came around after a little time,they were wonderful there you can see how they love the animals Ellie will be going again and then for a week I feel she will be in wonderful hands I am relieved knowing she will be well taken care of.elliemae mom.

Home Away From home deserves more than five stars. Love dealing with the ladies at Home away from Home. Lacy loves going there and is treated like a queen by all the workers. The owner is always there and easy to get ahold of, but never had an issue to deal with. Have already recommended this place too friends and family.

We were so nervous about boarding our dog for the first time, but home away from home made it the best experience, and stress free!! They answered my one million questions, and were very accommodating. Our dog has been attacked by another dog before (at the dog park, not here!!) and doesn’t always like being around other dogs. They were the only kennel I found in the area that was able to provide indoor and outdoor time for him to be alone! They gave us the option to test him out with the other dogs staying at that time so he could play, they did so safely, and he loved it! They were able to supervise him with other dogs the whole week. You could tell when we picked him up that he was so happy and tired from being active and well cared for. It was obvious that the staff there genuinely cared about him and were sad to see him go! Plus, the Facebook updates were so cute! They have a customer for life in me, and anyone could trust their dog here!!!
