Snowy gives Sergeant Sniffers 5stars and he’s very particular about his groomer! This place goes above and beyond every time and you can tell they really love dogs. Now that we found them we’ll never go anywhere else.

Best groomers out there!! My dog Milo always has the best time playing with the other animals! Delany does an excellent job with anything your fur baby could need. The owners are extremely friendly and caring and make you feel welcomed into their establishment. I always feel comfortable leaving Milo with them because I know how diligent they are when it comes to services and safety. Thank you sergeant sniffers for everything you do!

My larger dog Athena has been going there since they opened…..she previously was going to another daycare that closeShe comes home so tired from having so much fun, she lives with 2 small Poms and several rescue cats so she needs her “playtime”. When I picked her up today after getting her nails trimmed and playing all day, she fell fast asleep. She loves it!!!!

The worst store with the most unprofessional workers in the world! Pet owners please love your pets enough not to go to these abusive people!Responding to what the owner: I’m sorry, I think you have me confused with someone else, as I have no idea what incident you are even talking about. As I was not there today. Also, this review is a few days late. I have 2 dogs rat terriers that I have taken there so yes dogs were involved. But if I’m being completely honest the situation you wrote about sounds so horrific for a customer to have to deal with a business it just really shows how unprofessional your company really is! Please learn to do better!

We have been taking our puppy Cassie to Sergeant Sniffers since it has opened. I dont even know where to begin on how wonderful, professional, caring, and accommodating the staff and owners have been!!!Our dog had so much fun and whines at the door all morning to go see her friends!!! We are warmly greeted and she is off to play and at pick up I get a rundown of her day.Cassie has been groomed while she has been there. Great job Delany! She smells amazing and her nails were perfect!!I highly recommend taking your dog here!!!

When I walk into Sgt Sniffers there are two things I notice. First, the staff is estatic to see my dog, Stella. They come out behind the counter and greet her with love and excitement! They are also happy to see me as well, but I get it, Stella is far cuter 😀 Secondly, when you look around you see all the giant pictures on the walls of the dogs they care for.... Sgt Sniffers mindset is that your dog is part of the family, and thats such a reassuring feeling! Additionally, the grooming services are outstanding as well. The friendliness, love, flexibility, and professionalism at Sgt. Sniffers is top shelf!

I met Delany a few months before following her to sergeant sniffers🥰shes amazing with the dogs. My puppy loves her. After I met the owners and other staff members I knew my puppy was in great care. My puppy goes 3 times a week. He loves all his friends there❤️

My Ellie Mae went to Sgt. Sniffers with her 2 cousins recently. She had the best time and came home pooped. They were so kind, took the time to meet Ellie first and make her comfortable. The owners and staff are real diamonds! Thank you for opening up and we really cant wait for more play times!

Corkie can be a handful to get her nails done, they were patient with her and she looked beautiful when done with her nails and her bath. Both girls received baths and nails trims, they were SO SOFT after their shampooing and drying- they will definitely be back. They were exhausted after playing in a supervised setting - a great experience for both dogs and owner. See you again soon

I take my dog and my brothers dog here, and they both absolutely love it! They have a blast playing in the play yard with water toys and other dogs. They come home so tired, which is a win! The staff and owners are also amazing and truly love dogs. Highly recommend this place!

I feel absolutely horrible even having to write this… but it needs to be said. I took my dog in today for a nail trim and grind. I walked in to pee being all over the floor and then stood there for 15 minutes or so before anyone even acknowledged me. The girl that ”greeted” did not introduce herself… just took my dogs leash and walked away. The table she put my dog on to trim her nails had bags and clutter all over it from what i caught out of the corner of my eye. Shortly after my dog being on the table several dogs started running unsupervised through out the area. They were able to move the flimsy little metal gate that blocked off the grooming area and were then playing and running around where my dog was getting her nails trimmed. I watched two different dogs pee all over the walls and floor (to be expected) during this nightmare of a time while I’m assuming to be the owner just sat there. My dog finally came out and the girl that trimmed them told me she cut the qwick a little bit. I was understanding because i know my dog isn’t the most well behaved. I looked down to her poor paw on a puddle of blood. I had to ask for more qwick stop to be put on her paw. My poor dog cried the whole car ride home. My car is covered in pools of her blood. Almost her whole entire toenail was cut off! She has a tiny little nub left of it! And that wasn’t the only nail that the girl made bleed. It has been 12 hours later now and her paw is still gushing blood! For a $15 nail trim and grind it’s now going to cost me a vet visit because i can not get the bleeding to stop. And on top of that they don’t ask for any kind of paperwork regarding vaccines. The dogs get to run free with 0 supervision and the workers are just careless. As stated, cutting the qwick too short is a common mistake and understandable… but almost every single nail and almost cutting a nail completely off is just not okay. I so badly wanted to support this business but i just can’t after today’s horrible experience. Please think twice before bringing your dogs here.

We took our Sheltie there and they did a beautiful job. In fact, we made an appointment for her in October. I would highly recommend them. I hope they get a website soon. Again, great job

I have taken Mackers to Sergent Sniffers for Doggie Daycare since it opened. I have never encountered anything but friendly smiles when I am there. He runs to the door and is always excited to go and play with his friends. Delaney is amazing with Mackers, and he absolutely loves her.

Out of everyone I know that brought their dogs here loved it!! They are so kind and friendly and my dogs love going there ! The place is so clean and I can’t say enough how good they are!! I highly recommend bringing your dogs here !

Rexy has been there multiple times. Its always been amazing!... Staff was always so professional....we already made our 3rd date set up 10 out of 10...ty!!
