My Maltipoo Jack is 9 years old. The convenience was terrific. Lisa, the groomer, whom I met for the 1st time 4/13/23 is so customer friendly. She asked questions wanting to know more about Jack’s temperament &/or health issues. She listened to how I preferred having him groomed, and did exactly like I asked, plus more. Lisa is so loving, and caring towards Jack. She is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this business. Most importantly, it seems as if Jack enjoyed the experience. He had the zoomies afterwards. He smells amazing too!

I cannot say nicer things about the ladies that work here.. The owner got back to me super quick and worked with my work schedule for the best day..I was super nervous bc my 10 year old Pit mix is reactive, and can be hard to manage, which is why I wanted to do a mobile groomer,but hes a good boy just needs someone to understand him..Marta was morning but amazing with him.. So patient and kind, and made him look incredible.. The fact that she was able to cut his nails without him crying I was amazed.. definitely have a repeat customer in myself and Gambit❤️

Our first experience with Groom Go Round and we are delighted. Michele made Lola comfortable and I know for a fact that she treated Lola as if she was her own.Lola can be very feisty, yet Michele was kind, nice and patient with her (& with me)!!She came out with a bandana, smelled delicious and looked beautiful!Lola was happy and excited after her full grooming; she even gave Michele thank you kisses.In addition, the honesty and professionalism of the Manager was also greatly appreciated.We are ready to book our next appointment!!

5/22/22 was my first appointment for my dog. It was on a Sunday which is so great they have since working during the week is so hard with work. Groomer name was Alexis and she was there 5 mins early. Great attitude and her workmanship she gave to my little girl. She gave my little girl the attention she needed to get her by on track after she was matte up this winter but had to wait till warmer knowing she needed to be cut short. I find my mobile groomer company. So glad I see one of there trucks when driving and took there number and was called within hours the same day. I called other’s companies last 6 months to try to set up appointment some never heard back others weeks later and had one know show. Thank you sincerely marlon and mittens

Lisa was absolutely awesome with my 1 year old huskimo, and my 1 year old and 6 year old husky girls. Cant wait to have her back here again, she made it seem super easy and the girls loved her. Thanks from Luna, Timber and Rogue 💘

Had an appointment for my dog at 2:00pm, no one showed up. Called them a few times and no answer. The answering machine keeps going on. This is very unprofessional... This is how you loose business

Helene did a wonderful job with my Maxy!! His Mohawk looks perfect now, and she had lots of creative ideas to do to his fur! We are very pleased.

This service could not be any more professional is one of the elite grooming businesses in the tri-state area I would recommend anybody who has a pet that they want grown in from them in a mobile unit that comes to your home this is the service to use the owner is Hands-On and she is to me the best groomer like I said is a tri-state area are you for 5 Stars across the board for employees everybody

Always friendly. One of my 2 cats is extremely skiddish. Helene and her crew are quick, efficient, and handle my babies with love and care.

I saw their truck on the street, and really want to give it a try. Call the phone number multiple times on different dates, no one answer. Also left three messages with the information they ask for. No one call me back. Maybe they just don’t care.

I inherited my sister’s dog after she passed away, the dog was severely matted and miserable! I called so many places wouldn’t take her because she’s a giant breed. Groom go round agreed to help me, they did such a wonderful job, this dog is acting like a puppy again, she’s playful and happy. I am so grateful to Groom go round for helping me. I would recommend them very highly and the dog has anxiety issues but Helene was so great with her. They really work hard and I am so relieved. I would give 10 stars. Thank you so very much to these wonderful ladies.

So I called and was given an appointment immediately. I’ve used them in the past. The girl who came did a great job. My Yorkie looks great. HOWEVER, I explained, when making the appointment, and to the girl who came, that my 3 year old dog has allergies. I was reassured that they use hypoallergenic shampoos. When I brought my dog inside, she immediately started to throw herself on the floor and rubbing against the walls. I picked her up and noticed that she was completely red!! Her ears, throat, stomach were so red that I immediately gave her Benadryl and called the groomer. All I was told was that she was probably a little irritated by the razor and to put corn starch on her. Are you kidding me??? NEVER AGAIN

This was by far the best grooming experience my little fur babies have ever had. Alexis is an amazing groomer. Kind caring and works well with different temperaments. Not only did my dogs look and feel amazing....they came home and werent stressed at all. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Groom-Go-Round for such amazing service.

My 4 year poodle mix Sammy has bitten 10 people since I first adopted him from a local Brooklyn shelter a little over a year ago. Hes comfy with the usual crew at home but has stranger danger. Rita is some kind of wonderful dog whisperer bc not 5 minutes in the van with her and she was holding him. And to boot an AMAZING cut with soooo much attention paid to the details. Especially at a time like this, thank you for making pup and mom very happy!!;D

Groom go round has been grooming my fur babies for over 10 years but they got a bad apple here. Horrific experience with this one particular groomer Blanca. She arrived for my dogs grooming appt. After about 40 mins in the van I was alerted to my dogs screaming and the groomer screaming at my dog. Went out to the van knocked on the door, no response, looked in the window to see the groomer brutally yanking and pulling on my dog Pulling on her face fur and all the time screaming at my poor baby. She had the blower right up against the dogs eyes!!!!! Im taking her straight to the vet in the morning!!! THIS GROOMER SHOULD NOT HANDLE ANY ANIMALS!!!!! Groom go around is doing themselves a dis service by keeping this person on their staff. BEWARE OF THIS GROOMER!!!! BUT, GROOM GO ROUND HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT! THE OWNER HAS BEEN WORKING WITH ME TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!!! THANK YOU HELENE.

Called to set up an appointment for the first time for my Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, 3 days later , no call back. Ill find someone else thank you.
