Petco Grooming

I had the best experience at Petco Grooming! My Shiba Inu is scared of people, but Katie was very friendly and did her job perfectly. They took care of everything, from shading to extra brushing, nails, teeth brushing, and more. My doggys coat looked amazing after grooming, and it stayed that way for a long time. I just wish they had more available time for appointments because they do such an awesome job that spots fill up quickly. Thank you, Petco and Katie! 🤩🐕

This was my first trip to a pet groomer. The groomer did an outstanding job explaining the procedures/options of grooming. I was impressed with her confidence in handling my dog(large). When I picked him up he was very calm from this experience. I was nervous that he would be very anxious from his first professional grooming. I will bring my dog back solely because of the groomers professionalism.

Poor service. My vet sent them our dogs medical records to prove they were up to date on all their shots and the worker could absolutely not read the papers. She claimed my dog was not up to date on her parvo shot and she was. I left and got a call saying if I wanted to reschedule because she had read it wrong.

I placed an order online. Received an email that it was ready for pickup. Website states open till 8 pm. At 7 pm they were closing the doors after I drove all the way here. The items were paid for all I needed was to receive it. Poor customer service and when I advised the website hours, they advised to take it up with corporate. Not the way you keep customers. Extremely disappointed since I wasted gas and time.

Absolutely disgusting place. Cuts all over my dogs legs. Will never step foot in this place again and make sure everyone I know never does either.

My dog left wet and still had a funny smell

The groomer did wonders with our Yorkie. I never thought she would be able to groom a very frisky puppy. We are very satisfied and will be back.
