Used him once & never again! Although he gave a good haircut, he is very unreliable!! Called & texted numerous times to make another appointment & he never called or responded back!!! Terrible business & poor communication!! Go elsewhere!! We did!!

Turned us away because of dandruff, stated it causes him not to be able to breathe, sinus infections, and that hes also allergic to dogs.My dog is 16, and developed a skin condition. Ive tried different shampoo s and sprays and not much helps the flaking.

I was so pleased with the outcome on my shihtzu puppy. The groomer was extremely professional and worked so well with my dog. The van came right to the front of my home making it super convenient. Overall, the hair cut was just as I requested and my dog smelled amazing. Definitely highly recommend calling ! Great service !!!!!

Mike is great! My dog (who is usually very anxious) went with Michael without a problem and came back to us excited and very happy! (Usually haircut days are very hard for him with going in the car.. etc) The haircut came out great and we will never go to anyone else! Mike is AMAZING!!! He is the best, he does such a great job with my baby. Sometimes shes knotted & he doesnt cut her @ all, Ive taken her to places where that has happened.I wouldve gave 5 🌟 but the person making the appdoesnt get back to you quick, it can be a wk sometimes.

This was the best grooming my dog and I have ever experienced!!! The groomer was so nice and professional, my dog came home smelling amazing and happy as ever. After searching around, we decided to try Michael and we are extremely pleased. The dogs were a mess, so it was a lot of work for him. They look adorable, smell great and feel soft and clean! Very thorough.

I saw a van outside my apt window waiting for the street light to change & I took the phone # off the truck ..I called the same day & spoke with a guy named Micheal who not only wasnt friendly,he sounded like he didnt want to be bothered ..He said they are in SI but work within the 5 boroughs ...I said I live in Brooklyn,& asked for a price on having my 14lbs Maltipoo a haircut..He said NP I asked him price & he said it would be $70 ..I said fine , when can I make an appt?His response was: You have to call 3 days in advance for an appointment..3 days later I called & got an answering machine Or voicemail with a womans voice saying to leave name #& dog breed & someone would get back to me..Nobody Did!! I called everyday after that & Still Nobody had the Balls to Call me back ...Even if you are busy during the day,Dont you answer the voicemails that people leave & respond to their calls?Seriously????Definitely Extremely Unprofessional !!!!!To hell with you, You have no Respect for customers who are in need of your so called expertise... People Count on Your Services & Expect to hear back from You....I Wouldnt Recommend you ever!!!As a matter of fact Ive taken This bad Experience to The Media , I Love to See it on the news When Your so called Bussissness is Splattered all Over The News & Social Media...with a Very Bad Reputation....Guess What? I Took my girl to a place within my area & got the Royal Treatment and got her looking like what I had asked for her to get... I Cant Wait To See Your Story on The News !!!!Oh Did I Mention I Also I Also Contacted The Better Business Bureau?Well I Did !!!Good Luck, Cuz Youre Gonna Need it !!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Had an appointment scheduled for Dec 10th at 11 am - no one called, no one showed up, no one apologized - this is scam business and I would not recommend to anyone.
