Blue Prints Dog Studio

WE LOVE BP! Birdie has been going to Blue Prints since she was just about 10 weeks old starting in puppy kindergarten and working her way up to the big “kid” room. I cannot rave enough about this doggie daycare. Every single one of BPs staff at both locations are incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and responsive to both owners and dogs. I rely heavily on Blue Prints throughout the week and they’ve never once made me feel uncomfortable, question care or look elsewhere for Birdie.Shea does an outstanding job and it does not go unnoticed :) shout out to all their staff but bravo to Alexis, Liz, Sam, Shea and double bravo to meatball running a tight ship ;)

Blue Prints has been life changing for our chihuahua mix rescue. We lived in an apartment and he was barking when we were not home. Our building manager said we had to find somewhere to bring him when we were not home and suggested Blue Prints. He loves going to daycare, has so many friends (big and small) and the staff are SO good to him. He is always treated like family and has celebrated several birthdays at Blue Prints. I know he will be safe when he plays while I am at work. He also took a training class when we first began going to Blue Prints that was really helpful. The Pink Pug, next door, has been amazing for his nail trims. I travel for work and the boarding services are a life saver. I always know he will be safe, loved and treated the same as the staffs own dogs while I am away. Highly recommend!!

I have two pups that absolutely love going to Blue Prints. I trust them to care for my dogs and they always come home tired and happy. Blue Prints provides services like birthday parties and training (my girl is taking agility training right now and LOVES it). Well be going to Blue Prints for a long time.

This place is great. We have been bringing our beagle puppy there for kindergarten, adolescent training and doggy day care. The staff is great, everybody is very friendly and they all love doggos! We are both learning a lot, and Booker T loves it there!!

I have been very happy with Blue Prints, no complaints at all. All of the staff have been friendly, helpful and genuinely care about my dog. I feel that he is safe and well cared for and in good hands when he is there. Weve taken several training classes there and the lessons are reinforced throughout the day, its not just play. The classes have been very beneficial to me and my dog and they are fun as well. I can also arrange grooming from the Pink Pug next door during the day while hes there, they have also been wonderful. Our experience has been great and I hope to bring my dogs there for years to come.

All the staff have taken great care of our dog who went through the puppy socialization class, obedience 1 & 2, as well as weekly daycare. Our pup leans on the socially awkward side so all of these programs have really helped him be comfortable around other dogs and people. The trainers are hands on, provide feedback each session, and even help with questions and problems outside of the curriculum.The staff are really friendly, personable, and professional. We couldnt recommend them enough. We wish we could bring them on our move away from Syracuse as we will dearly miss them.

A couple months ago, we brought home a new puppy which should have been a really happy and exciting day! We were surprised when our existing dog didnt react well at all, and knew we were going to need some help integrating them so that everyone felt safe and happy. I called around to many different behaviorists/training facilities but had no luck.Enter Blueprints Dog Studio! Alexis came to our home to assess what was going on, and helped us come up with a plan. We prioritized helping our puppy learn appropriate socialization skills with their Puppy Socialization class because of her age. After several weeks, she has learned how to read our older dogs behavior and doesnt push him.Now, our older dog goes to re-socialization classes where they are teaching him how to manage his stress and how to correct behaviors in a measured way. Hes still going to training but weve already noticed a huge improvement in the way they interact.For the first time since she came home two months ago, they played together in the snow!

Wonderful place! They were recommended to me by trainers from Clear Path for Veterans when I got my puppy. I needed a daycare place when I work and they are wonderful. We also went to several obedience classes which are for the owners as much as for the dogs. They will work with the owners to learn on how to train their dogs.They are very professional, extremely flexible, and they work with the owners as long as all the dogs are safe. They are careful on the dogs they select for the daycare so there is almost no chance of aggression. The dogs are always carefully supervised. If a dog is sick they will not take them in until they get well - I went through this one time and while it is an inconvenience for many I am glad knowing that they try to maintain a safe environment.They are very qualified and I like that they practice obedience during daycare time as well. My soon to be 4 years old puppy is very happy to go there and one can see how much the staff love and treat the dogs in their care in general by the looking at the enthusiasm of the dogs when they are dropped in the morning.Thank you Blue Prints Studio!

Excellent care and attention to your pet. Safe warm environment. My dog loves it there you can see the glow on her face when she comes back. I will be visiting again likely getting the 10 week package

I love this place. From the moment I first called asking for basic information, they were incredibly helpful. They’re extremely flexible, accommodating and professional. It’s clear the entire staff truly cares about the animals. We’ve done at home private training, group training classes, and day care. Each one of those experiences has been above and beyond what I expected. We’re so impressed with the progress our 7 month puppy has made and how much more confident and well behaved she is. They’re also extremely affordable, considering the value of what you and your dog get out of it.

Blue Prints dog studio has a very convenient facility which is in cooperation with The Pink Pug grooming studio. It is great that you can have your dog be groomed while they are at doggy daycare, gives you one less thing to worry about! The trainers are very educated and work really well with the dogs. They have a ton of different training programs for any behavioral issues you may have or if you just want training for your new puppy. I highly recommend!

I brought my puppy, Dixie, here. She is such a well socialized puppy because of Blue Prints and all of the awesome staff there. We did puppy socialization classes during the week and puppy training class on Saturdays, both of which were great experiences for her to interact with other dogs and for us to learn more about how we can train her to be her best self. I really cant recommend this spot enough. Thank you for all that you did for our Dixie!

I had my cockalier groomer here and I was very pleased with the service. Friendly staff, fair prices, and honestly one of the best grooms my dog has ever had

Weve been going for a few weeks with our 3-month-old puppy! The staff in Syracuse are so kind and helpful.The puppy training Saturday mornings hits the sweet spot of low stress while being effective- the perfect amount of socialization and training for owners and pups. The trainers do a great job of guiding the session and jumping in to help as needed.We werent sure about doing the 4-hour Tuesday/Thursday morning puppy socialization classes, but weve noticed a great impact on our pup. And since hes still too young to be out in the world without his full vaccinations, hes getting socialized really well very early on. That makes it totally worth it at such a young age. The trainer feedback isnt super detailed, but it is helpful and satisfactory to us.Its a great environment for puppies and their owners!

This place is wonderful. I know my dog is safe and happy. They do an excellent job of watching the dogs so nothing gets crazy. Also there are only two crates in the room and they only use them if a doggie is misbehaving as a time out. Their flexible hours are great. If they refuse a dog it is for a reason. Not all dogs can handle daycare and they are careful to weed them out. Also everyone who works there has lots of training in caring for dogs.

With as cold as this winter has been, I do not know how I could have kept my energetic terrier busy and happy without this place. The trainers all are great at what they do, and clearly love the dogs. There are lots of dog buddies for my pup to play with, and they always tell me who my dog played with during his day. We love it.

Their socialization program for puppies is great! Our Irish Wolfhound is getting tons of interaction with other dogs and its great because of COVID. Highly recommend!

Staff are always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Its more than just a daycare center - they answer my general questions about training, what I could be doing differently, etc.

Phenomenal staff and manager Shea has been the best with communication and flexibility. Highly recommend in the Syracuse area

I dropped off and picked up my grand dog here yesterday and I was completely surprised at what a great place this was!!! The people who work here are wonderful with the dogs and I felt so happy that our dog had their attention in such a fun place.

My dog loves going to school here. He gets to play with his friends. The staff all seem very kind and caring to both dog and human.

Our puppy loves going to classes at Blue Prints. We will be long time patrons.

Great place to bring your dogs for daycare and obedience training.

This is the worst customer service/experience I might have ever encountered. I did Basic I training with them. The first class my dog and I were forced to practice in the back hallway with all the mops and buckets because my dog barked at another dog. I immediately demanded a refund. After FIVE phone calls I finally received reimbursement- minus the cost for the first class (that I spent in the back hallway unable to hear anything). DO NOT go to this place- unprofessional and obviously unable to actually train any dogs if they cant handle a dog barking!
