When we first adopted our dog Ollie, he was quite shy and timid, and had significant separation anxiety. He also didnt really love being around larger dogs. We knew we wanted to try to find a daycare that might help him grow in his confidence, but we also knew that we needed someplace where folks would be patient with him and help him come out of his shell and develop some trust. So many of the doggie daycares in the area seemed to be focused on larger dogs, so when we found Tiny Tails, we were super excited, and have been thrilled with all that they have done for Ollie in the past year. Jeff and Tammy are amazing! Very professional, and they clearly love the dogs and what they do. They are also very flexible in terms of scheduling, which helped us a great deal when it came to gently introducing Ollie and getting him used to going to daycare, and in terms of our own work schedules. We love their facility, which has lots of room for the dogs to run around in, and several little living room set ups where they can veg on comfy couches for some snuggles and naps (which Ollie loves!). Over the course of the past year, Ollie has grown so much in his confidence, and went from not really knowing what to do with a toy, to loving to engage in play. He is always excited on mornings when he knows he gets to go to daycare, and runs right over to Jeff and Tammy in the morning when we arrive. Weve boarded Ollie a number of times with them as well when we have had to travel without him, and he has done great. Tammy and Jeff treat every dog like they are their own, and take the time to get to know each one and their unique personalities. They have been great working around Ollies special dietary/medication needs as well. I could not recommend Tiny Tails more and completely trust them with Ollies care - and more importantly, Ollie does too! He loves it there!

Our dog has been with jeff and tammy for almost 3 years and that is our fur babies home away from home. Or dog has a special diet and they accomidate him when boarding. We appreciate them and all they do. We would recommend them to anyone with smaller dogs. Thanks for all you do.

My anxious little girl had been with me a little over a year when I had to go away for a few days. I had nowhere that I trusted to bring her during that time…until Tiny Tails! Jeff kept me updated with pictures almost every day. She even made friends with another pup named Burke. I think she’s letting me know it’s time to visit again!

We live in NJ, but had to be in Syracuse for our son to have a medical procedure at Upstate Medical University Hospital. We booked a pet-friendly hotel, but knew we didnt want to leave our pooch, Charlie, there when we were away from the hotel. We boarded him at Tiny Tails for the first week, then took him back a couple of times for daycare. How do we know he loved it? Because he pulled like crazy to get back to Jeff & his barking buddies! Jeff was very flexible with us and after meeting him we felt comfortable leaving our baby in his care. This place was a real find! I highly recommend it!

We love this place! Jeff and Tammie really go the extra mile! The pick up service is so convenient for busy people like us. Since sending our 2 older dogs and our puppy we noticed such a difference in their behavior. Our 2 older dogs had never been to daycare before and loved it from day one. They are more social and just happier. Our puppy is the same! We couldn’t be happier!

I LOVE Tiny Tails!! Jeff is amazing with the animals!I have a 3 legged rescue Cairn Terrier, Roo, and she was very timid and frightened of people and strange places. With Jeffs patience and love, she now loves going there and seeing all the other dogs. When I need to go away on a trip, I ONLY trust Tiny Tails to look after Roo! :)

Tiny Tails is an awesome place to bring your dog for daycare or boarding. It’s big, clean and comfortable inside and all of the dogs are happy as can be. Jeff and Tami are super funny and nice and will care for your dog like you do!!

My wife and I searched for several weeks for a place to board our 4 month old Aussie Shepherd Blu. Since this would be our first time boarding him we wanted to be thorough. Blu felt right at home the first time he walked into the building at the meet and greet at Tiny Tails. Jeff was extremely easy to talk to and we felt very much at ease knowing he and his wife Tammie would be taking care of our baby. They were responsive when we texted to check on Blu. Indicating that he had even made a few friends. Weve even decided to use their daycare service a few days a week. We just couldnt be happier knowing that weve finally found a place that is safe, professional, clean and comfortable for Blu. Always professional service and care for our two mini schnauzers. Have used Tiny Tails often for boarding and always have an easy process for drop off and pick up.

I left my dog here for three nights and two days because I had to go out of town for work. They send me updates everyday and my pup seemed like he had a great time! I will definitely bring him here again if needed!

The whole place is clean, wide open, and our dog loves coming here multiple times a week. Jeff is a great guy and the dogs all love him, too.

Ziggy loves, loves, loves going to Tiny Tails. He knows as soon as we turn down the road and gets soooooo excited. I am very happy there is a place to take little dogs and for the care he receives when there.

Super clean and spacious facility with an incredibly friendly staff. Jeff and Tammie take excellent care of your fur babies! Highly recommend!

Great affordable place to bring your dog, daycare or boarding. Good group of dogs. Plenty of space, both inside and outside space.

They only accept dogs 40lbs or less. Great idea. We have yet to join, but visited and seems like a nice place.

Jeff and Tammie run a first class doggie daycare for smaller dogs. I have boarded my four dachshunds with them several times and they all had a good time. Tiny Tails is a super clean facility, Jeff is patient and kind and I’m glad they are so conveniently located in Eastwood.
