Absolutely wonderful staff and welcoming environment for my #1 girl! Cage free play with several indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Discounts and boarding and daycare packages available! Grooming available. They take excellent care of the dogs, and separate the play groups by size of dog. They can accommodate crates if necessary, but free range is preferred. And they always throw holiday and birthday parties for the doggies!!! They update Facebook with photos and always welcome you with a smile!

We’ve been bringing our puppy to Canine Clubhouse for a few months now and we can’t say enough about how great our experience has been. Paris and staff have helped us with many training issues and supported us immensely with answering questions and concerns about our puppy. The facility is the clean and well organized. We love it here!

**unfair business practice**I’ve been taking my dog to the clubhouse for a year now. He was kicked out, rightfully so, because he’s just too wild. However, I purchased a package of daycare sessions in advance to take advantage of a bulk savings. I still have SIXTEEN PREPAID VISITS (A $450 COST) that will not be refunded to me. This is awful, as that is money to be used toward exercise and enjoyment for my dog, they won’t refund me so that I may find another daycare that would give him a shot. I can’t get an owner on the phone to discuss, I was offered store credit which is of no value to me.I will be happy to improve upon this review if I can discuss with the owner and come to an agreement.

Be careful of leaving your beloved dog here! All previous customers and staff left Canine Clubhouse earlier this year due to reports of animal abuse!Please just be cautious of your pets behavior if they love to go at first then don’t want to get out of car! It was very real and I worry about each and everyone of your 4 legged fur babies!

We stopped bringing our dogs here several months ago due to the multiple reports from staff of dog abuse. Most of the staff left too. The owner is strung out on drugs most of the time. Awful place, overcrowded, and abusive care takers. Would never go back.Besides that, actual management is a disaster, when we were going, toward the end no one would answer the phone, or get back to us from a message. We needed a partial refund from a faulty overcharge, only took a month to get it resolved.

I left several voicemails over the course of 4-5 business days in an attempt to schedule an appointment for my puppy. When I finally spoke with someone, she was rude and unprofessional. Perfect way to lose business. Keep up the good work.

Made appointments for my dog mon. Tues. And wed. Of this week. I show up on Monday at 8am with my super excited puppy to see its closed and they will be closed all week for unforeseen construction. What? Did you just learn this Sunday night? Could you really not notify your customers with a quick phone call/voice message? Now I have to make arrangements on the fly and try to get back to work on time. Extremely irritating to make an appointment and show up to find out they just decided to close.

I used to take my dog here all the time. He seemed to really like going, was excited the moment he walked in the door. Staff and Chris were amazing. My dog would give them kisses at the door. We got very busy and I didnt take him for a while... when we returned a few months later there were new staff at the front desk texting on their cell phone and I had to wait a few moments for them to take my dog so the girl could finish her text? Weird. I then read a sign on the desk saying they had new management, didnt think much of it went to work. Came back end of the day and waited forever to get my dog. We got in the car and my dog CRIED for HOURS. I couldnt find cuts or anything. He was SOOOO hot like boiling. Cried and cried. I put him in a cool bath and he seemed to calm down. I was a bit concerned but figured he just ran around a little harder than usual. The next week I brought him back (I have a package and wanted to use my days up). Same thing - had weird not normal, unfriendly front desk person when I brought him. My dog cried and jumped all over me when I brought him, he did not want to go in at all. Hes never done that before. Later when I picked him up it was the same thing, Crying, hot, attatched to me like glue... he was SCARED. This time his coat was covered in slime or pee or something weird. Gave him another bath to cool him off. He was fine but what are they doing to the poor little guy. That will be my last time bringing him here. I have a day or 2 left on my package but they can keep them. I dont know what happened between last year and today but something happened for the worst here. Stay away if you care about your dog.

We take our dogs here for doggie daycare and boarding. Having used other facilities in the past. I think Canine Clubhouse is by far the best especially given the variety of things they offer. Very friendly and very well run.

They have always been great to me and Toby-lyn. She was always so excited to go to the clubhouse. I want to say a huge thank you for giving her a great last day. My girl fell ill, they took her to the vet and waited with her until I arrived. They had nothing but loving words for her and helping me cope with my loss. I simply cant thank them enough.

I think they do a fantastic job with my Cockapoo. I have always been happy with the grooming services here. It has become my go-to place in Syracuse.

Best in Syracuse, there is no place like it anywhere in the city - first rate daycare and boarding that is like your dog staying at home with a family member. Full service, safe, and great people.

Stopped bringing my dog here after all the Facebook stories started .After Chris left the place changed for the worse.My dog was afraid to get out of the car🤔lost money on prepaid boarding 😡heard stories about animal abuse😡not the place for my dog or any dog if the stories are true. Very sad ,this seemed like the perfect place a few years ago.

They deleted the reviews on their Facebook page because they were getting trashed with how bad they’ve been since Chris left in November. Former staff will tell you not to bring your dogs here. Look at the comments on their Facebook page! Can’t believe they haven’t been shut down yet. BEWARE!

Only place we will take our dog. Everyone is friendly there and cares about your pet. We love the open boarding concept and we do not worry about our dog when we board her.

Tried to get my dog in after seeing this place was voted the best in Syracuse... the initial experience has caused me to look elsewhere. I submitted an application twice, submitted my dogs records three times, called, emailed multiple times and never heard back. Any company that is supposedly the best should start with their customer service. I then decided to look at their Facebook page and based on current customer reviews, there is no need to go here anymore, (be sure to check this out too). Dont waste your time like I did.

I brought my 7 year old 115 lb Shepard lab mix the a few times last year. The last 2 times resulted in over $500 in vet bills. He got an ear infection every time he was groomed (Which he has NEVER had an ear infection), and come to find out they dont have a crate large enough for him to stand up in. He ended up getting injured because of this and has been limping ever since. I have been seeing a lot of negative reviews about this company on Facebook and im not surprised. I will never go back.
