Luna Cat Cafe

Going to the cat cafe made me really sad. The cats were sweet and seemed kind of happy, but the space was dirty and smelled like the litter boxes really needed to be changed. We also found a large rusty nail on the couch that was there for customers to sit on. I love that the cats have a space place to be while waiting to be adopted, I just wish the place was better kept for them.

Delicious food and adorable cats! The cat room is in the back completely separate from the food. Originally came to try Onigiri for the first time and it was delicious and filling! The cat room had some adorable and playful kitties; the cafe cats were also great to see taking care of the rotating adoptable cats.Overall a really lovely experience and very reasonably priced.

Primary purpose of this was to hang out with the kitties, which are adoptable. There is a fee to hang out with them, which is used to feed them and shelter them.We had drinks only- matcha latte was good, and their machiatto was also good-You can’t take food in their cat lounge, drinks are allowed.It’s a nice place to hang out with cats, they are very silly and playful- they get along well.

Absolutely Delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Very helpful and friendly staff.I had the spicy miso ramen and to put it on the spicy scale using snacks would be about Andy Capps Hot fries. Very tasty. Takoyaki balls were very good and a great first try for me.

Had a wonderful first visit! We only had a single coffee (which was yummy), but spent a bunch of time in the cat room. Prices are reasonable and the set up in the room was lovely! The cats are friendly and theres plenty of places to sit. Tons of toys to play with, different items to read, and overall its just a great atmosphere. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our hour for longer time because we couldnt stand to leave yet. :) Weve already been talking about going back.

It was so lovely. You can read around the cats and eat in the dining room. The staff is so delightful. The cats were so sweet. I cannot wait to visit again.

Had the best time here for my friends birthday! I didn’t have any food, but I did have a delicious seasonal hot chocolate! The menu showed a lot of variety which is very fun! The service was great, they brought the drinks right into us while we visited the cats. We had so much fun with the cats and other customers!

The staff/volunteers at Luna Cafe are incredible & so nice! On top of friendly service, the atmosphere of the cafe is very relaxed and quiet, the drinks we got were amazing. I can’t wait to go back, sit down, have food & as an extra bonus, kittys!If you haven’t heard of them yet, they are a small corner cafe on East Fayette Street near downtown. They’ve got a great menu & for an extra fee you can go in the back room to socialize and play with the cats! If a cat friend takes a liking to you they are also up for adoption!This quickly made my list of favorite places to go in Syracuse & after you try them out I’m sure it’ll make yours too! 😊❤️

This place is purrfect for a great bite to eat and some Cat Therapy.The food was Phenomenal as well as the friendly service staff.The cat room is a great way to get a kitty fix all while giving the adoptable furbabies some pets and interaction.. truly a win win for all involved. I will say this.. Flapjack has my heart. What an incredibly sweet girl in a tiny body. I have no idea how she could still be there.. someone go adopt this pint sized princess, she deserves it. ❤️

First of all, I’m in love with Priscilla. Someone please adopt her. I came here to wax poetic about the gyudon, though. The gyudon is legitimately so good. I spent time in Asia over the summer (admittedly not in Japan), and got gyudon there. This stuff is better. There’s a lot of crappy Asian restaurants around Syracuse, but this is not one of them. Get the gyudon and the meatballs while you’re at it.

From the silent traveler to all of you, be well, be safe, be positive. This place is in a safe location it is near the college campus. The atmosphere is very Zen style. The cats are in a separate room from the dining area there is a fee but it is one that is well worth your time and the value you get from being around the cats. Very relaxing you can take your drink in with you while visiting the cats. The food really really good authentic prepare fresh and ready to go. The staff was very helpful and helping me decide what things to try out grateful first timers meeting with friends and a great first date as well as a second date. A great place for anniversary families will enjoy this.

We finally tried out Luna Cafe. For those of you that dont know this is a Japanese inspired restaurant and cat Cafe. You can order food in one area and then pay to play in a room full of cat, some of which are adoptable!We got boba tea, first picture is of their Smore boba tea, which had actual marshmallows in it and was fantastic.Then we shared the Okonomiyaki pizza, the chicken takoyaki, and their cake-oyaki with chocolate sauce. Everything was delicious!! Then we played with the cats and that was of course wonderful.You can tell that the cats and the cat room is really well taken care of and very clean.

Brought my friends oldest kid for some quality dinner and quality time together. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. We had a great time both with the kitties and in the dining room. Also apparently sometimes they have events with challenges where you can earn points that you can use for rewards. Wasnt an event the night we went but sounds like fun!

Luna Cat Cafe now lives rent free in my head. I think about my visit here at least two or three times a week. Incredible drink options, an impressive food menu, AND THE CUTEST KITTIES EVER.P.s. I love you Goliath

First time here today, and I loved it!! Everything was so cuteeee! A wonderful menu with some vegan options! The cats were great, I wanted to take them all home lol. Super nice service also! I will definitely be returning. My only critique is the fluorescent / bright overhead lights, would love to have it taken down just a notch. But overall a great experience! ❤️

Me and my family love coming to Luna and we adopted our sweet Charli from here too! I also really enjoyed the pumpkin spice bubble tea last time we came.

The cat room is very fun for the family and the cats are very sweet. We loved our ramen noodles we had after our cat play time. We will be back soon.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago to visit the cats and grabbed a bite to eat as well.The first thing I noticed stepping into the cat room was the odor. I have a cat of my own, so I know it can be inevitable, but it was really strong; Ive been to other cat cafes before that have minimal odor.Not too many cats compared to other locations, but all cats were sweet and a bit social, but I noticed some of them seemed to be scraggly and had crusts in their eyes, which is worrying. I really hope theyre being well taken care of. Its worth visiting if youre looking to adopt a friend and give it a happy, healthy home, as they partner with the CNY Cat Coalition.The staff were kind and courteous. The food is just all right, not bad nor exceptional, but the cafe seems more focused on the cats and isnt Japanese-owned, so if youre looking for an authentic Japanese cuisine experience, this may not be the best choice.

An actual Japanese cat cafe? You bet!I can’t review any food but their boba was tasty. Love their double boba cup so much, it’s helpful if you want to try their flavors faster and for us indecisive people.You can take drinks into the cat room but no food. If you want to meet the kitties you pay at the counter for however long you want, you sign a waiver and they check you in.The whole restaurant is cozy and homey, but the cat room is awesome! The space and toys and variety the cats have is so great (you can even see them from the window and give them cat TV)!There’s social kitties, shy ones, kittens, and actual senior babies; there’s so many adoptables. Let them come to you, they’re learning!Truly the best spot for cat people!

I travel for business pretty frequently and rarely find the time to relax. The Luna Cat Cafe is the perfect place to take some time to chill among the friendliest cats (and people) in town! Highly recommend!!

Pretty wholesome and tasty experience! The oyakodon I had tasted almost identical to the food my mom used to make me when I was growing up. Loved spending time with the cats as well!

Staff are a bit too awkward! But the cats are soooo cute. We paid to stay for half an hour but then ended up staying for a whole hour! My 1 year nephew loved the cats & we decided its time to adopt one for him!

I really LOVE the personality of this place! Would definitely recommend!The professionalism of the staff was good.The food and drinks were amazing!I loved the chilli and their chicken as well; very impressive!The only thing taking away my comfort (and preventing this rating from being a 5-star) is the cleanliness of the place. Don’t get me wrong. The food preparation surfaces and serving and eating surfaces were all clean. The floors, walls, and other surfaces were really gross. It’s also in a really ugly part of town, but that’s not their fault. In summary, this place rocks and you should tell your friends about it.

My kids (3 and 7) and I needed a cheer-up and to get out of the heat, and this was just the thing! For a bit over $20 we spent 30 minutes petting and playing with kitties in an air-conditioned space. One of the cats absolutely stole my heart and didnt want to leave my arms. All cats are healthy and happy in a clean and comfortable environment.

Luna Cafe is my favorite cafe in all of Syracuse. I pop in here for all sorts of visits, and they are so accommodating! Whether it be for a bubble tea to go, take out order, stay and eat, hang out with the kitties, or chill time with my friends and playing board games, Luna Cafe truly hits the mark on all these things. I love that they bring their take on authentic Japanese food creations to the area, and that they host incredibly fun events where I can cosplay! The staff are wonderful and kind humans, and are always helpful when it comes to addressing food allergies and preferences.I’ll be honest, if anyone reading this knows about Roji tea house and how they closed down permanently right after the Covid shutdowns, that really affected me to my core. It was my haven for a chill and relaxed place to hang out, eat/drink and hang out with friends. I was devastated. When I heard about Luna opening through their Instagram posts and passing by frequently (I was working around the corner from there), I was intrigued but still broken hearted about Roji. I decided to just check out Luna one day just to see what it was like once it was open. I am so glad I did. They aren’t Roji, but they are truly amazing in their own right. They really are a stellar and comforting place, and while I will always mourn the loss of Roji, my heart is healing knowing that I have found a wonderful space in Syracuse that is making my heart whole again.My only regret with writing this review is that once word gets out how freaking amazing this place is, that it will be crowded with lines out the door. And while that is optimal for business, I personally just prefer its mid-range popularity now (; but in all seriousness, do yourself a favor and check out Luna. Be it for the drinks, food, events, kitties, fantastic staff, or all of the above, you will be truly happy that you’ve patronized this hidden gem in Syracuse.Luna Cafe, I wish you nothing but absolute smashing success in this city, and I truly hope your cafe is a permanent fixture here.

Let me start off by saying this is one of my favorite places to go. The staff are the sweetest things around (yes the cats), and the humans there are ok, too, I guess :-). The smores boba is to die for! The person that served me today was their first day behind the counter. They were so kind and let me know that they are training. Ive been here numerous times and since it was their first day, I wouldnt complain if something went wrong. Looking at the recent review by another reviewer, they had a bad experience but apparently didnt care that things can go wrong and should have said something. I am sure they would have corrected the issue on the spot because that is how Luna Cafe is. They care about their customers, especially as a small business.Good food and product sometimes take time. Its not a fast food place, its a restaurant, and a pretty good one at that.Give this place a go and you wont be disappointed. The okonomiyaki pizza is my favorite item, but the onigiri is amazing too.Stop in and say hi to their cats and adopt one if you can!

Literally the best experience. The cats are adorable and so sweet and the workers were really nice too. You can go in and get a drink and then pay to chill with kitties for as long as youd like. Will definitely be back!! Everyone should go check it out if you love kitties! Also very much recommend the passionfruit tea and the taro tea. Super good teas and the space was very well taken care of as well!

I go to Luna every single week!!! I love it it’s perfect for studying, its cats are the sweetest, and Lunacon was so fun and upbeat!! The server who’s usually in there is super nice and the owner looks cool

There are so many amazing things to be said about Luna Cat Cafe! Their amazing and inviting Staff, delicious food and drinks, and a very successful adoption rate, with 250+ adoptions really sets them apart. Theory is an apartment complex neighboring Luna and our Residents love the cafe. We have enjoyed working with Luna in the past and continue to appreciate them and the relationship weve grown with them. 10/10 always recommend. Thanks as always Luna, yall rock!

1st time I walked through the door, they didnt accept a card. Next time I went, and they had no change to break whatever you had.....They had basically nothing available in the menu..... poor management, I guess, for not taking inventory and keeping stock stocked!

This is a cute little cafe with the addition of a cat room. Each of their cats are rescues and the cat room allows you to interact, play, and learn more about each cat. As we all know, cats have distinct personalities, and the room provides an opportunity to see which cat you get along with. We went to pet some cute cats and drink some boba tea and had a nice experience!

I always have a very relaxing, welcoming experience at the Luna Cat Cafe. You can have a good meal then go pet and play with adoptable cats in the next room! Cant ask for a better hang out spot.

Always friendly, love going to see the cats! 🐈 So nice that some of them are adoptable! I love Goliath and miss Dave dearly. The restaurant is separate from the cat room, keeping things sanitary. I live more than 2 hours away but always make it a point to stop and visit the Luna cafe!

Cats and good ramen, what more does a man need? The ramen is a perfect portion size so I feel full but not stuffed after finishing!

Absolutely love this place! The food is a good mix of Western American and Japanese cuisine. It’s a fun afternoon activity to go in, get a fun drink, see some kitties and eat some good food. Staff are sweethearts, too:)

Best bubble tea around, highly recommend strawberry milk boba. Food was delicious as well, I had the sake chicken. Cats were sweet and had several snuggling with me the whole time. Overall a great experience and will be coming back.

I had so much fun here with my friend! We visited the cats and got bubble tea together. The staff were very friendly, as were the cats. The only thing I was disappointed with was the bubble tea. I am very familiar with boba tea drinks and love them! The tapioca was over bloomed and appeared to have been bloomed in water alone, making them mushy and flavorless. Most bubble tea places keep them somewhat firm in the bloom time, and make sure the water is sweetened with syrup before hand so that they taste yummy. I ordered a black milk tea with brown sugar syrup. To my knowledge there was no syrup, and the black milk tea was just plain milk as far as I could tell. Basically no tea flavor just milk, and the color was plain white as well. Despite the not so great drinks, we had a lovely time. I would still recommend it to a friend, but tell them that boba tea is not their specialty.

Not terrible, but its clear the main attraction is the cat room. The food was meh, the chili was lukewarm with some larger chunks still cold in the center. The meatballs were good, altho the large chunks of onions was an odd choice. Im told the chicken in the bento boxes was incredibly dry, and the boxes overall lackluster. The staff was ok, not very attentive. Dont think Ive ever eaten in a restaurant whet the server never asked how the meal was. What interaction there was certainly was friendly, but honestly not worth the price.

Today we had the best experience at the Luna cat cafe the staff went above and beyond for my nephews birthday even made a special cake I highly recommend it for anyone who loves cats !!!

I have not had an opportunity to visit the cats located in this Cafe, but it is a cute option if you love cats but cant bring one home.That being said, this place has good vibes, but it fell short for my Boba expectations. The bubble tea was okay, the bubbles were pretty hard when I ordered mine. My main concern for this place is they offer a strawberry bread dessert, which is supposed to be strawberries and whipped cream on milk bread. Here, it is strawberries and whipped cream on regular white bread. It was not worth ordering, especially when it took 45 minutes on a quiet day for it to come out of the kitchen.The employees here rock though. They were kind when we asked about our order and when dealing with some difficult customers that had come in before us. 10/10 for vibes, 10/10 for employees, 5/10 for food

I am very socially awkward and as a result of this, I dont like going out to local restaurants/stores as often.With this place however, I have only come here twice, and both experiences were amazing! All of the cats are lovely, the drinks (especially the boba) are amazing, and the food was divine. I love the video game/anime aesthetic and the Japanese-styled cafe. I am also celiac and ate a bento box that was modified as gluten free! That is astounding (since a majority of restaurants in America dont accommodate or stay informed about gluten allergies/sensitivities)!For those complaining about the wait for food, understand that this place isnt supposed to mirror the speed of a fast food restaurant or American restaurants and food does indeed take time to make (making sticky rice at home takes me a good 30 minutes to prep! Geez!). Personally, I enjoy the wait by hanging with the cats or use the time to wind down from my stressful lifestyle. This is a place to rewind at (like an end of day experience) and I feel worrying about the wait for food or cats coming to you will devalue the experience. Overall, being patient will make everyone happier especially the cats.Besides that, I have already acquainted myself with other cat lovers and have even managed to strike conversations with a few people. Some cats are very friendly and others take time to get used to you. I love ALL of them, especially Dave. Money is definitely used to help them have a better quality of life.You will definitely have a random awkward human like me visiting more often. 100/10 experience.

I love this whole place with my entire being!!!! i come here multiple times weekly for cat therapy and all the cats are so interactive and sweet even when it’s sleepy time!! Goliath the permanent resident kitty is a moody boy but warms up quickly if you just pet his head occasionally! the food is amazing i personally love getting the Mama Meows Meatballs with Mashed potatoes! it’s like a match made in heaven! i love supporting this small business so much! nothing but fantastic vibes and immaculate service!

Love this place! This cafe is so beautifully decorated theyve put so much work into this building and it shows. The food is great. The cat room is amazing theres so many cats and toys and plenty of room for multiple people. The cat room and dining room are super clean. The girls who work here are amazing. I went today 10/17/21 and the service was great. The kitties were a little sleepy but it was still so much fun. The girl working in the cat room tonight was so so friendly and knowledgeable about the cats and adoption process. (Thank you!!) The girl serving tonight was super nice and did a GREAT job. She ran the whole foh herself and did wonderfully!! The food was delicious and even looked cute. Thank you guys so much I love it here and will definitely be coming back! Keep up the good work. Best cat cafè around! The servers and owner are both extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. They made sure to ask if I wanted my salad without meat because they remembered I’m a vegetarian. A simple but thoughtful gesture that really shows the consideration they have there! Not to mention, that the food is always delicious! The atmosphere is amazing too, beautifully decorated and super clean. And of course, you can’t forget about the star of the show- the adorable cats! The fact that the café helps to find homes for these kitties makes them all the more incredible! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Came here for a gaming night event and loved the atmosphere! The kitties were well taken care of and I love that they are doing something great by getting cats new homes. I had the strawberry bubble tea and it is literally the best tasting tea I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been dreaming of it ever since. Can’t wait to go back!

What am amazing spot! The food is unique and so delicious. I went with a few friends on my last trip back to NY, and we all ordered something different and shared. And I can’t forget the adorable cats! It’s really a unique find and I’ll be back. If you’re local I cannot recommend if highly enough. It’s a different experience than usual dinner and drinks and I loved it.

I did have a good time but I had some issues, it didn’t look they they cleaned the cat room or even vacuumed thoese carpets in a while the room almost stunk, some of the cats where very skinny, they staff was also a bit rude. The food was very low quality for what they where serving the boba tea had no flavor it was basically just water and the bubbles were nothing they had no taste it was also very over priced for such low quality food. Also most of the cats don’t even like to be interactive or pet by people. The cat room was dirty please invest in cleaning it more often.

I had such a good time here! The okonomiyaki pizza was soooo good. The cats are obviously adorable. And today is my birthday and they gave me a free dessert! What more could you want? Definitely come here! Support a local business that also takes care of adopts out cats! Amazing!

Wonderful waitress and service, the cats are amazing and the food is goodUpdate: Ive went here several times and each time Ive had a wonderful service, the cafe gives a nice chill vibe to relax and study, or even work on your writing skills. The food is always made with care and tastes fantastic. The servers always make sure to tend to their guest, and make the whole experience enjoyable. The cafe has nice low volume chill music to vibe too, and its a great place to hang out with friends. The management is also wonderful and helps answer any questions about cat adoptions, the food or even why he got into the business. I sincerely reccomend this place if you wanna hang out, have some good food and live a a good life. The cats add +9 to good health.Update 2(Jan 19, 22): Just went in again today in the new year and this food is so amazing. Just had the most perfect onigiris they were so form fitting and didnt fall apart, I was able to eat them like I was actually in Japan! This cafe is the perfect spot to get a taste of a more western like dish. Plus the cats were super amazing today. They were very playful, but my favorite ones are the lazy ones. The owner also works very hard and is extremely nice. I dont know him personally but Im proud of him as an entrepreneur. He had a goal; a dream, and started an amazing business that adds a bit more life to Syracuse. Something more different than the commercial food you get everywhere else, and I am grateful that I can come to a place like this thats affordable and relaxing.

I visited this cafe while in NY and LOVED it!! The environment was welcoming and clean. I loved the midwestern flare to some of the food, reminded me of being home (Indiana). They have a lot of options and the bubble tea is amazing! And who doesn’t love cats?!!

My bubble tea was amazing. The price was fair. My wife enjoyed her hot chocolate as well. The baristas were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, warm, kind of kitchy but in a good way. We will be coming back soon to play with the kitties.

Update: Upon talking with the owner in person there were a few developments.The food was a mix up on not only our order but several others. The staff was new and that’s definitely something that was needed to know that would change things.As for the staff comments that was also taken seriously and the staff was talked to.The boba was replaced and the second one was absolutely fantastic thank you Haven for the fantastic tea.And as per the amount below, they have an amazing amount of potential. Just sometimes there’s bumps and stumbles that all line up. I would give them a shot again on a non busy day for sure. Food tastes great though. That I cannot fault them on at all.Before speaking with the owner:So we ordered a brown sugar boba tea, lemon kumquat green tea, 9 takoyaki with octopus, and two miso Onigiri.Order was placed 4:03. I had to go up at 4:40 to get my drink. The green tea was made with water, got it at 4:50. The brown sugar tea was made with heavy cream not milk, and was given at 5:10.The food finally arrived about an hour after ordering was incorrect. We received seasoned Onigiri and no miso in sight. Three of the takoyaki are octopus and the other ones were chicken.Now the food aside now onto the staff.Staff was complaining the whole time. One was stating “I don’t work Saturdays. Why am I even here? I didn’t volunteer for this...” Now I understand having a bad day, or saying this behind closed doors. But sitting checking the square reports for the day saying this at the bar when drinks are backed up is another thing.The only thing they seemed dedicated about was the cat room and who was over on their time limit.Service was abysmal, food at least tasted good for it being warm and what was served to us. I hope things change as it does show a lot of potential. But right now from what I’ve seen I won’t be returning back.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They’ve found homes for 50+ cats while bring an eclectic offering to Syracuse. My grandchildren live coming in for a treat and to have time with the kitties. Check them out!

I decided to walk around the corner to have lunch at this new opened cafe (Luna Cafe’). I ordered a simple lunch, egg salad wrap and a tea, well not so simple. Like most of us who have a lunch time crunch of 45 minutes to an hour. 20 minutes later no service. The waitress was awesome and politely apologized as to why the lunch wasn’t ready. In all I cancelled the simple egg wrap and paid for my tea. However still hungry with no lunch but I would not accept the excuse of being too busy. I was the ONLY person in the restaurant at 1 to 1:35 pm today. Just my two cents. But really!!!

Luna Cafe is an adorable space to have a nice Boba tea, spend time with friends, and, or course, hang out with sweet kitties! The okonomiyaki pizza is so my jam!This place has the best Boba around! They got tiger Boba now!!! Yes!

Nice little cat cafe on the corner, had a little restaurant area separated from cat room. I would recommend if you are trying to get some good Japanese food and play with cats.

Love this place! The meatballs are sooo good and everything in the bento box is delicious, especially the miso ginger dressing on the salad. Its great that the cats are adoptable and I like going back to see new ones that come in.

The staff was really friendly and I liked the atmosphere a lot. The problem was our food took over an hour to come out and some of it never made it out by the 1.5 hour mark so we sadly had to leave before everyone got to even eat. The food and drinks that came out were good and fairly priced.

The cats were great, and the staff very sweet, but a matcha latte isnt made with espresso + matcha. The boba were too syrupy and not mixed well. We arent a picky bunch and I hope feedback helps this place survive.Eta: I suggest you check how drinks are defined commonly, at Starbucks, other boba tea places, etc rather then doubling down on telling a customer theyre wrong. Ive ordered matcha lattes from dozens of places and never had one with coffee in it.

I ordered from them on Uber eats and the delivery was great but it was the food that was the problem. I ordered a miso onigiri and it was just plain nothing inside of it then I ordered a split boba cup, the flavors were strawberry and matcha with strawberry and mango popping bubbles. What I received was strawberry and matcha milk teas in two separate cups with nothing but ice. Neither one of the popping bubbles, not even the regular tapioca pearls.

Stopped in for a quick coffee and dessert. The place was adorable and the service from Addy was incredible. She made the whole visit worthwhile. The pineapple upside down cake was hot and delicious.

Really good food, good tea, the restaurant looked really nice and all the staff were really kind. The cats were all so cute and sweet and we were there for a long time with a large group with some dietary restrictions and they were really accommodating.

Gotta visit when youre in town! I ordered the black milk boba tea and it was really good. But the best part of all was seeing and playing with the cats!

Cant wait to go back. First time having bubble tea and i got two different flavors of onigiri, i couldnt decided which one i liked better. Loved hanging out in the cat room, perfect end to a work day.

If I could give this place a 10 stars I would. The workers are so nice and the food here is so delicious. They serve authentic Japanese cuisine and have the cutest kitties! The staff keep the place clean and do their best. Great place for family and friends, definitely would recommend.

I was lowkey very disappointed with Luna Cafe :(. We didn’t try the food or coffee which I’m sure is great based off the reviews but as a cat lover/ shelter worker there seems to be a lack of care. We weren’t told to use sanitizer when entering, the long haired cats were mated as if they hadn’t been brushed ever, we were given a large container of treats to just hand out freely, the floor and the cat trees were so so dirty. My boyfriend and I paid for 30 mins and left so sad after about 15.

This place is amazing! Not only what it does for customers, but also what it does for the cats. Great food and drink for surprisingly great prices, and the cats are amazing! Theyre so friendly and well taken care of. The warm atmosphere welcomes all.

Do not eat here. Ordered a tea and waited almost an hour. Then they gave me the wrong tea and refused to take it back lol. I went to drink the one they gave me and there was a sharp piece of plastic in my first sip . Could have cut my throat. Wanted to try bubble tea and felt like i walked into my death bed .

They made the old building look great compared to how it used to look! I feel like the cat room could use a nice deep cleaning but otherwise everything was nice. I got the split cup of milk tea. The brown sugar tea was great but the strawberry was tart and made the milk a little chunky. I will be returning to keep trying the other items on the menu!

We went today, excited to see the cats and try the food that has looked so good on Facebook. We left two hours later, after sitting and waiting for food that would never arrive. They had one girl working, serving as server, barista and gatekeeper of the cat room. She was clearly overwhelmed, every time she tried to make a drink, someone was up at the counter wanting something of her. This is not the girls fault, this is purely poor management. There was one girl, not sure if she was an employee or volunteer, just sitting on a couch in the cat room. She should be sitting in the Cafe in front of the cat room door taking payment and admitting people into the room. That would have taken one responsibility off the server/barista. Someone was in the kitchen, but never came out to see if their sole employee was drowning and in need of help. I understand if youre short staffed, the whole world is short staffed, but where were the owners and managers pitching in? Someone needed to make the coffee so the server could be attentive to your guests. One person cannot do everything as today made clear. The girl also never offered us drink refills the whole time we were waiting, and only told us she would check on our food after about an hour and a half of us waiting for it. There were people that arrived 45 minutes to an hour after us that got their food before ours so we figured the overwhelmed girl didnt put our order into the kitchen until she came to tell us she would check on our food. Again not blaming the girl, she was clearly overwhelmed. Management of the Cafe needs to be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen. Also, when someone tells you theyre not waiting any longer for food, you should probably have a manager be there to talk to your guests. Pretty sure we wont be back because of how this place is being managed.Update: love the response from the owner, which is just outright lies. We got there around 12:15 and left at 2:15. We were never offered anything by the waitress for the inconvenience. But none of this matters, your awful response shows what an awful manager you are. Good luck staying in business with that attitude toward your customers.
