Karma Dior

I highly recommend Karma Dior for pet sitting and boarding. We needed to put our super shy King Charles Spaniel somewhere while we visited Syracuse University. Erika - owner of Karma Dior - was so accommodating and kind to our sweet girl. She knew how nervous we were so shared pictures and let us know how she was the whole time she was in her care. I cannot say enough good things about her and how she runs her business!

We have 2 puppies, a pit bull terrier and a standard poodle. We were looking for boarding since we had a sudden trip to make and we couldn’t bring them with us. We found Karma Dior 2 days before the trip, and the process was very smooth. We were able to drop them off and leave with a peace of mind. The environment was such a dog haven that within minutes of first meeting, our puppies felt at home. Erika, the owner demonstrated her expertise with pets. As dog parents, my wife and I had a great trip because we both know our puppies are in great love and care. We couldn’t ask for more. She provided more than enough updates along with plenty of pictures and videos. For those dog parents out there that needs boarding, I highly recommend Karma Dior. A home away from home for pets.

I was from out of town and needed last minute day care for my two Golden Doodles. Karma Dior came to the rescue! They couldn’t have been in better hands. Dogs had a blast.

Erika, the owner, was very acommodating in our last minute boarding needs for a long weekend. We had never boarded our dog before. She assured us with lots of pictures, and videos showing him having a great time and making friends with other dogs. I recommend Karma Dior for pet boarding anytime. I was pleased to know there was plenty of outside time to play, and my dog seemed very happy there.

Howl was very happy after being groomed by Erika of Karma Dior! He had such great energy and excitement. Erika has a great holistic approach and worked with your dog to make them comfortable with the grooming process. Howl responded well to the approach. We rescued a semi feral cat from the street. KARMA DIOR was my go-to. Her patience on the phone (I am hard of hearing) was appreciated. Her patience with my new friend was amazing!! Oh and he looks great too!!

We were looking for care for our needy, shy and sheepish Pitty. My husband and I were extremely impressed by Erica’s online presence, so we went and checked her out. And when I tell you it’s a no brainer—I mean it. We did several daycare days before boarding our pup for 2 nights, and I cannot tell you how good we felt leaving her at Karma Dior. What you’re getting is small scale, knowledgeable, caring and home-like environment for your pet. What you’re not getting is being upsold in a sterile, 1 of 100 dogs type daycare. We will definitely continue to utilize Karma Dior for our big baby.

This was the first time that me and my dog uno Young lady and I must say she did a Marvelous job an amazing job And Im, lets say shes wonderful with animals. The first time that my dog met her. He loved to immediately please take your pets. To go see her, shes wonderful. You will love her services and shes a great person My dog went from this to this. You tell me about her work Because to me is speak for itself.

This girl is the real deal. Brought my HYPER Westie for a groom. What a great experience! I was nervous, as this was only his second time being groomed, and like I said, HYPER! Well, a couple hours later I was BLOWN AWAY with how GREAT he looked, smelled, and SMILED. He tells me he had a GREAT experience, and is demanding to be considered a regular. This girl runs a small, over run facility. Seems her biggest concern is the animals. She could use all the help she can get... Get to know Karma Dior, you will be VERY happy!

Took Nino for his summer cut. Erika is a magician!! I left a 2 yr old dog and got a puppy back. Excellent job!!Before & after.

I strongly recommend Karma Dior family pet services. The proprietor is extremely attentive when taking great care of Nicodemus. Nicodemus is always excited to receive his monthly grooming and visit with his friends. In addition his trained during his leisure visits as well. I believe in the care and treatment he receives when he’s in Karma Dior services.

I highly recommend Karma Dior! I’m very skeptical who grooms my Brooklyn. And Erica & staff did an amazing Job! They made me comfortable & secure. And also made Brooklyn feel safe. This was my first time taking my dog here. And I’m now confident. I’ve finally found my Brooklyn a permanent groomer ❤️

Erika has always taken great care of my dog Blue. He’s an anxious pit mix, and I’m so thankful to have found someone who can help socialize and care for him when I’m away. I never have to worry about him, and he always comes home relaxed and happy. She sends pictures and videos to assure me that he’s having a great time while he’s there, and she has even helped him to become less reactive with some extra training. She has always fit us in on short notice, and grooming is high-quality as well.Once, I found an abandoned puppy on the street and due to the holiday weekend, neither dog control nor any shelters were able to take her. Blue wasn’t happy about having another dog in the house, so Erika came through and provided a safe place for the puppy to stay for the long weekend. She’s my go-to for any dog-related issues!

Our dog Libi was so afraid to have a bath I thought we would need calming medication for her. She would not go near a tub even with treat bribing. We took her to Karma Dior. 45 minutes later we got a call she was finished. Nails done too and smelling wonderful. Erika sent us a video. Libi was so relaxed getting her wash. We honestly had our doubts but are now convinced Erika’s vibe and skills were the perfect choice. Highly recommend Karma Dior.

I am really glad someone recommended Erika to us! You have to be able to entrust your pet to someone you know they will be safe and cared for with.Erika is not only extremely professional, but her heart for animals is absolutely genuine! Our dog Esther felt right at home, with Erikas oversight and with the other pet guests.We will definitely call Erika again when we need someone to watch our dog!Oh--and did I say her rates are very reasonable? Yes they are!

We have used Erikas boarding services twice. She is very responsive and professional. Erika sent us photo updates often. She was able to board Rocky (high spirited pitbull) with short notice. Best part is that Rocky comes home spent--from the park trips that is steps aways from her yard! I would absolutely recommend using her services.

I wish I could give 10 stars, 5 is not enough! Erika was incredible from the minute she came to the door. When we got out of the car and tried to enter the building for our Meet and Greet,for an upcoming boarding, my baby was terrified . She began pulling away and almost aggressive out of fear. It was terrifying and upsetting to see. I thought there was NO way this was going to work and our vacation was out of the question. With love and authority Erika took control and within minutes my precious girl was running around and playing with the other dogs. When we took her back for the boarding there was absolutely no issue and she was happy to see Erika and the other dogs. Erika consistantly sent us photos and videos to update us. We could not have had a better experience and I would recommend Karma Dior with confidence. Erika you were certainly blessed with a gift from God and I am grateful that you have decided to share it with others!

Yuki, an anxious 11month old GSD puppy that has grown big and strong started to hate being groomed, suddenly I and also previous groomers could not handle Yuki with baths and nail trimmings. I was even told by a groomer that Yuki may need to be sedated for grooming.As a parent the suggestion of sedating my baby makes me very nervous.A friend recommended Karma Dior.Erika is amazing, she did a great job and when we collected Yuki, Yuki did not seem stressed at all. We could also hear Erika giving Yuki sweet talk and kisses too whiles she was finishing up the service 🥰.Erika also sent me photo updates which was so nice and put me at ease.Karma Dior is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED even if you don’t have a naughty dog!!!

FYIDid you know that Erika at Karma Dior grooms cats as well? I decided to get in touch with Erika after seeing all of the marvelous work she does with dogs as reported on Neighbors. My lovely large longhair calico, Belle,was drastically in need of some help due to my neglect and her limited reach. She had several knots like hockey pucks along her back that she could not reach and I could not comb out and hated to touch. Well, after a session at Karma Dior she came back looking and smelling like a new kitten. She just loves her summer haircut and beauty treatment. And I enjoy petting her again! Thanks, Erika. It was worth every penney!

Erika did a beautiful job grooming my kitty! Marie is a long-haired cat and her fur got terribly matted! Erika gave her a lions cut and Marie is so happy and comfortable now! THANK YOU

My dog is the most difficult, to say the least, when it it comes to nail trimming. Erika was SO AMAZING working with him and she was extremely patient. She even invited us back so we can continue to train him 💜💜 100% would recommend!!

Erika is amazing! She squeezed made room for my pup at the last minute, knowing I desperately needed to get her in! This is a puppy mill claiming to be a rescue and I have screen shots to prove it. She has had 3 litters in less then 6 months and sells these dogs for high prices yet wont fix the mothers. She then begs on social media platforms for donations via cash, food, and puppy pads. She also has a gofundme begging for people to help her purchase a building to expand. Do not support, go to a REAL rescue. Be aware.

Erika is hands down the best groomer I have ever met. Most dogs hate to go to the groomers, not my boy. My dog Melo gets excited when I pull up to Karma Dior.

Though this was a great place at first, on the surface its legit, but come to find out she uses her own dogs as cash cows like a puppy mill. she is also on many platforms begging for money and supplies. if you love your pets find a different business..
