I think this is one of the nicest vet facilities in this area. It’s always clean and welcoming. It always feels like you’re walking into someone’s home. The rooms are always spotless and the staff treats our animals great.We have been going to this vet for more than 20 years. We also board our dogs here and the facility is really nice. What I can tell you - both of my dogs RUN INSIDE when we arrive.When we come in for appointments they are very thorough and will answer any questions. We have never been made to feel as though they were in a rush or didn’t have time.

I always feel like a priority when Im in their office. It can be hard to find good vet care and Stack expertise combined with their kind demeanor and transparency gives me a lot of confidence in taking my pets to them.

This is by far the best veterinary care in the area. Prices are not cheap, but you and your pet receive the pinnacle of physical, emotional and spiritual care. This is the only place I would euthanize my pets when the time comes. They do it right and with quiet respect. It’s worth a few extra dollars for this to be your pet’s last experience in life. And YOUR last experience with your beloved pet.

I am very impressed with professionalism and knowledge displayed this hospital. Our dog broke his leg and needed orthopedic surgery rather quickly. They not only accommodated us quickly but they also provided a ton of information on what they needed to do and why. Additionally after the procedure they made sure to thoroughly go over aftercare and what our dog needed for a timely recovery. Orthopedic surgery is not cheap anywhere you go but they ended up giving us a high an low quote so we could best understand the range of pricing we might expect and it actually ended up being lower than what they quoted by a little bit. In my opinion this shows integrity with their billing and that they really care about the animals in their care and the financial impact to the customers. Overall really impressed with the integrity and level of professionalism it make a stressful situation easier and get the care our dog needed.

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable Veterinarians and overall just great people. Clean office, separate cat only waiting room if needed. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Dr Stack is the best! It’s obvious he loves animals. The Stack team is kind, professional, and highly skilled. They adore my dog, and prior dog, and keep an immaculate hospital. Seriously, it’s so clean.I know my fur baby is safe when boarding or grooming, and he can’t wait to go see his friends at Stack!

Years of patronageAbsolutely zero care of my puppies lives. Let them die we are biz. Magically they dont facilitate overnight? Sure wasnt a problem when they wanted to do surgery. That wasnt ness. Or to set a fractire that doesnt het set. $$$$$Animals with fake whitevcoats dr? Lol not even kennel cleaners. thank you for reminding me how much people suck!

They are incredibly efficient, professional and caring. There is a doctor that specializes in pretty much anything you would need! My dog had an ultrasound and they let me go back and showed and explained everything to me. Ive never left here feeling confused or unclear as to the path we are on. They also call and follow up!

The best! I have 2 very anxious GSD and the staff here is amazing. Going to the vet is never inexpensive but at least I know that I am not paying for unnecessary tests ect just to increase revenue.

I have brought my dog Gracie here twice now, and both times I was unable to go in with her. Once for an incontinence issue & once for shots & a follow up. This made me very nervous, as Gracie has always been a “special” dog since I adopted her. They took very good care of her and she did not come back to me traumatized as she has at other vet offices. I am happy to say Gracie no longer has any urinary trouble! Dr.Clark is also the first veterinarian who recommended a medication for her anxiety when bringing her in, which I think helped her a lot. I hope to one day actually meet the people inside! 😅Thank you! (Picture is just after her second visit)

We have not been going here very long yet. So far, it has been okay. Some of the members of the client care team are unfriendly and confusing, while others have been very friendly and helpful. The vet we saw seems knowledgable. It is expensive there.

Stack has been extremely helpful with my cat who broke his leg. It had been 6 days and no one was willing to take him in until Stack called and asked if I could bring him in ASAP. Dr. Snakard showed me a diagram of a cats leg bones along with the x-rays, fully giving me an understanding of what actually happened to my cat.Sadly, the best solution for my cats situation was amputation but Im grateful to the people at Stack for helping him get through this.

The folks at Stack are awesome. We moved to the area in 2020 and needed to establish vet care for our cats, one who had some serious dental issues. Despite being incredibly booked (like every vet these days) they managed to work us into the schedule and got things taken care of. Every vet tech and doc weve dealt with has been very friendly and is willing to discuss treatment options candidly and without being pushy. I cannot recommend Stack enough.

My family has been bringing our pets here for three generations. My grandparents brought their pets, then my aunt and my mom, and now me. Dr. Stack was our neighbor and always took great care of our pets so I was nervous to see a different vet here. Dr. Smith could not have been more patient, kind, or empathetic. She has incredible instincts. My cat has been described as a “demon” and a “menace” because she can be so aggressive, but Dr. Smith handled her expertly. I am beyond impressed.

This is the best vet Ive been to. They are so caring and loving. They take pride in their work. Dr. Jenkins is the best. Not only does she explain everything well but she goes beyond for her patients. Even when I dont have an appointment she sees magic with no problem. I love this veterinarian hospital.

I took my late dog Sally here for many years. Now I am taking my new adopted Kitty here. Very wonderful place. Wonderful staff and environment. These people truly love their jobs and their patients.

Our dogs always have had great care at stacks! We love going there, every staff member is wonderful. Highly recommend going there if you have a pet that needs medical care, boarding or grooming

Maddie loves it! She doesnt hover in the corner or by the door counting the minutes til she can leave. I cant say enough good things about all aspects of this hospital.

Loved working with this company. I only left because we moved (sadly).They were so kind and patient with customers/pets. As a first time pet owner, I love how Stack always took time to let you know everything that they learned about your pet during their visit. If you ask questions, they will take extra time to make sure that you leave satisfied. I would highly recommend Stack to any pet owner, but especially a first time pet owner.

Been part of the Stack Family for years. They have always provided excellent care to all of my fur babies. Wether it be a typical visit or an emergency care they have always been amazing. All of the staff have a very special place in our families heart. They have always treated us like family and our animals always have received the best care. Very very friendly bunch of people from the Drs. to the technicians. Everybody is firendly, everybody are animal lovers. They take very good care of all the animals that are brought in. The doctors and the technicians both take the time to explain all the details of whats going in and answer any questions we may have. We have been doing business with them for 40 plus years......

Cannot rave about this practice enough! They have been wonderful with both my cat and my dog. Both animals have needed frequent visits recently, and stack has managed to keep the cost very reasonable. Theyre also wonderful with my animals, and help keep me at ease as well. They clearly lay out options with respect, making treatment feel like a true partnership. I also highly recommend Trainer Dan. Hes been so helpful with my anxious dog. It makes my heart melt when all of the techs, assistants, receptionists, and doctors cheer my dog on each time he makes progress. Thank you, Stack!

My kitty was groomed. She looks and feels so much better. I didnt know it would make her feel so much better. I already made the next appointment.

We started at Stack when we got our new puppy last year. So far our experience there has been excellent. For people in the Western suburbs of Syracuse, it is quick and easy to get to. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Besides pet exams and care, they also provide grooming services. They do a great job sending appointment reminders via email too.

Absolutely wonderful staff. They’ve done wonderfully with my dog and we’re amazing at handling my kitten. She was brought in after an accident and they did everything they could to save her. When it was time to let her go, they were compassionate and kind. I always feel welcome there and know to expect amazing care.

We have been using Stack Animal Hosptial for 4-5 years.We called last week with a sick dog. You advised us to put her on a bland diet and call back if that didnt help. Fast forward a week, she is still throwing up and having issues. We call today and the answer we get is, you should take her an emergency vet WE DONT WANT TO SEE HER. I admit that she is not the most well-behaved dog when it comes to going to the vet but really after years of coming to you this is what we get. Shame on you. We will find a new vet and make sure to tell everyone about the great care you provide to your loyal clients with a sick animal.

Ive been bringing all three of my cats here for quite some time. The doctors are amazing, the whole staff is amazing actually. They make you feel like your animal is the most important being in the world and to me mine are. Such a comforting feeling to know my cats are always getting the top notch care that they deserve. I even get their food from them which they order for me whenever I call in for it which is so convenient. I am a forever customer to this place!

This place has the best veterinarians. I switch vets almost a year ago and picking Stack was the best decision Ive made. The care they give to your fur babies is incredible. From the front desk to the doctor, every cares. I have two big dogs and usually have help when going to the vets the one time I didnt my dog where out of control and everyone asked me if I would like some help. Just amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Stack makes sure your furbabies are well taken care of. Dr. LoveJoy and Lauren (at reception) are amazing and have gone above and beyond for us.

Great, caring people. Dog had surgery on both his hind legs (CCL). Not saying theyre cheap, but my dog has recovered more quickly than expected.

My husky had a fall and hurt her paw. We had just moved to the area and didn’t have an established Vet. After calling around to several places before them, Stack Veterinary was the only clinic Able to see us on short notice. They were amazing with our dog who has high anxiety, and took excellent care of her. We saw Dr. Taylor, and he was very very nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff at this vet! My cat had dental surgery done and throughout the whole surgery the doctor would call me to give me updated which eased my nerves a lot! Even after the procedure they called to get updates on my cat and even sent him a get well card! So happy with the service provided here!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Every vet who examined our dog was wonderful and explained their procedures and reasons for certain meds etc. My only negative comment about Stack is that they are somewhat expensive. Our dog loved the attention she got from the staff, and was happy to return.

They provide the highest level of care, show great concern and interest in our animals, and offer multiple treatment paths. The staff is caring and thorough when it comes to our dog Shamus. The Doctor even came out to our car to talk with my husband and I about his good health. The entire staff is very careful and adheres to the Covid rules very well. I highly recommend Stack Veterinary for all pet needs.

Ive been taking my 12 year old pomeranian here for two going on three years. Every visit has been good. The vet techs and receptionist are always very friendly, and all of my interactions with the vets themselves have been friendly and informative. Theyre always willing to answer questions, so if you dont understand something or want more info feel free to ask. Pricing is decent.

Weve taken all of our pets to Stack for well over ten years now, and I always know our dogs and cats are in the best, professional, caring hands with the doctors and techs there. Wonderful people who love animals and will go to all lengths to do whatever they need to do for your fur-friends.

We just moved into the area and today was out first visit. The staff was very kind to our nervous pup and the doctor did amazing with her when it came to administering shots. They took their time and we did not feel rushed in the slightest. Upon first impression, we are very happy with our decision to take our fur baby here.

Stack and Dr Clark have been tending to our fur baby for 8 years and have taken all our pets there before that. The staff are fantastic. Real animal lovers. Will inform you of the issues but are not pushy to sell unnecessary treatments or testing. They accept Care Credit so that is helpful too. They are a little more than other vet offices but they have pretty much most hospital needs and to us worth it. The new extended late afternoon hours are extremely helpful.

I called Dr. Stacks office for a friends dog who had an injury to her front paw. The vet tech who took my call was extremely helpful & took the time to send me a variety of emergency vet hospitals in the area. I called very close to closing time on a Friday yet she took her time & assisted me. I have taken the dog into Dr. Stacks office previously & found them to be a great Vet office.

Ive always received the best care for my fur babies at Stack. Yes, they are pricey but you get what you pay for. I moved to the other side of town and STILL bring my pets there because of the quality of care and service.

We have only been there twice (once planned and once not), their hours are great, the office is nice and clean, the staff is friendly to people and pets, the prices are reasonable, and they even follow up with you. You can tell they really care and go out of their way to make you and your pet feel comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I personally feel that stacks is the best Veterinary Hospital in all of Onondaga County. I have never had to put an animal down before and when I took my buddy to them because he was extremely ill, they explained everything to me and my fiance the day we made the decision to put him down so he wouldnt suffer in pain, the Dr. And staff that we saw were very nice and thoughtful to us and the hard time we were having and before we left they made a casting of his paw print for us to bring home. Not even 2 days later We received a very beautiful rose with vase and a sympathy card from them because of our loss. We personally have never seen or heard any other places doing that for their clients before ever. We give them a 10 star rating instead of a 5 star rating. The facility is extremely clean and comfortable there. The staff is extremely nice and more than caring there both to pets and to the owners alike.

I love Stack Veterinary, I am a younger dog owner (21) and have been taking my pup here for 1 year now (hes a a little over a year old) and I have had nothing but great experiences. They have never tried to over charge us because Im young and have never owned a dog before. Prices are fair, they alway tell you the prices of things before they charge you which I really appreciate. The facility is clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. In the beginning we would rotate veterinarians until we met Dr. Love Joy she is AMAZING. We then requested to have her all time. The vet techs can also answer any questions on the phone. I cant say enough good things about this place.

My senior dog was established at a different vet, but he was having trouble breathing, and since his vet couldnt see him, I called Stack. They got him right in. This is during the Covid period, so the staff had to bring my dog in while I waited in the car. Dr. Taylor saw him, called me right away, did the necessary tests, and discussed the treatment options and prognosis. All the staff I interacted with (Dr. Taylor, Caitlin, and another technician) were beyond friendly, compassionate and professional. Dr. Taylor and staff explained everything completely, and took the time to answer my questions. Dr. Taylor was completely honest about the costs and actually offered to tell me these before I asked. My dog went in shaking and scared, and came out wagging his tail. Thank you for seeing Lamson on such short notice, and for your kindness and excellent care!

I love our dogs vet. They are very thorough when we bring our dogs in. The pricing is pretty reasonable, though Ive chosen to do some vaccinations elsewhere for cheaper. My puppy has surgery for a spay and had no complications and the incision is nearly invisible. The ladies always treat my dogs very kindly. Even if I contact them via email. where another location may require you make an appointment for a consult. their vet techs email me back and help as best they can before they suggest I make an appointment. Theyre not in it for the money and you can tell. Highly recommend Dr. Stack and his staff.

This place is just the best. They really care about your pets and are a rarity in this space in that they, as a matter of policy, wont nickel and dime you. The image sticks in my mind of a couple years ago when I came here, was the only patient there, and drove up to see Dr. Stack himself shoveling snow rather than making one of his employees do it. Speaks to the character around which this business is built.

Doing a great job trying to help my sisters cat. Poor thing has been dealing with a bad ear infection for 3 years. Trying to work with my sister who is disabled and on a fixed income. But also has her cats best interest and quality of life. Keeping her pain free,comfortable and looking for a way to make a more permanent solution. They really are great people there

Stack Veterinary Hospital is a great vet. They really helped me a lot when my dog was going through cancer. I was very well informed on my choices for her treatment and what the future may look like for her, based on each option presented. Staff, vets, and surgeons here are very patient and helpful.

This place was great! It was so nice and clean. I felt like I was going into someones home instead of a vets office. I was anxious to leave my cat because I never have before but they were so kind and loving to her that I knew she would be just fine. They helped her feel so much better and I cant thank them enough for that.

The staff is amazing! Lily is a big baby and gets nervous very easy and they always make sure she is comfortable while they treat her! It gives me peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands!

Dr. Lovejoy and Alicia were so wonderful with my cat. They were both friendly and knowledgeable which eased my nerves. Dr. Lovejoy did not push unnecessary tests, procedures, etc. and made a conservative yet impactful treatment plan for my cat. Excellent experience - I will not bring my cat anywhere else! Our puppy Nora was having some issues when we first got her and we were very unhappy with our current vet. Given covid restraints, multiple vet offices and animal hospitals were turning us away and then I called Stack. They took her right in and took great care of her to help resolve her issue. Since, they have become our regular vet and are so friendly and helpful everytime we call or bring her for an appt. They are genuinely concerned and care for the animals and their parents!

Had our dogs groomed there and they looked great . I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs there for grooming . They are in a safe environment and the groomer is awesome . Trust me on this, you will be very pleased .

Took TJ twice. Right in and out. Saw Dr. Stack. TJ deceased 5/27/21 my birthday. HEARTBROKEN THE WAY HE WAS PUT DOWN.

Stack Veterinary Hospital is fantastic. They really care about your animals health and how you are feeling as their parents. Ive been taking my babies there for over 20 years, wouldnt go anywhere else.

These guys are excellent. In all my life, I have never had a kitty who manages to get herself into so much trouble (including electrocuting herself, flat out not eating for a week from anxiety, and the typical issues from being adopted from a hoarding situation). The Stack Team has accommodated every single sudden emergency with finesse.Considering the cost of the procedures, this place is not expensive. I was scared the first time I came in that I would be gouged based on the reviews. Far from it! They send me home with an itemized receipt every time so I can research the cost and get a feel for what I was paying for. Little Peppers pain meds? $32 for a weeks supply of the good stuff (or less for the stuff she wont take.) Emergency vet visit in which I ran into the office, blasted into a room, and cried to the vet tech and Dr. Stokes? About forty bucks. I dont have pet insurance, and I know from working with human doctors how expensive materials are at the office. Theyre also paying for their great staff!I have liked all of the doctors here, but lately I have been seeing Dr. Stokes the most. She is the most visible cat lady. She is the only doctor I have ever seen hold a cat the way that I want Pepper to be held. She is extremely understanding, never gives unnecessary treatment, always prioritizes my Peppers health, and is understanding of my needs. Shes also fast, contacts me every step of the way, and advocated for my cat when we had a problem out of town. The other vets are excellent as well, but Stokes is my favorite.The vet tech Priscilla is always quick to help me with email. She is very personable. The whole team is quick to contact me, and they are extremely empathetic.The clinic isnt a pet store. They do have treats and prescription foods and good medicines. You can order prescription foods through them and with a doctors referral, have them sent to your address (at least, with the Science Diet, you can.)

Excellent service all around at Stacks. Vets are gentle and knowledgeable. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. No other vet has made me feel more comfortable with the care of my dog.

My Pomeranian Kayla loves getting groomed by Mackenzie at Stack! Kayla always comes out looking beautiful! ! Mackenzie and the staff are very friendly there and I would highly recommend stack to anybody!

For many people their pets are family. My dog needs a repair to his knee. I couldnt have asked for more knowledgeable and caring Dr. and staff. I have every confidence that with their care he will be as good as new soon.

The front end is very knowledgeable and helpful. We see Dr. Lovejoy. I cant say enough about her. We had to put one of our pets down. She was passionate, patient and understanding. I bring my other pet to her as well.

Hands down the best animal hospital in Syracuse. Was able to get my sick kitty in for an emergency appoint ment same day, even though she was not a current patient. All staff we interacted with were caring and compassionate. They gave us options for treatment that weren’t just surgery or xrays. We are now patients for life

I have been going to Stacks Vets since I was 14 years old. I can always count on them to take extra special care of my dogs.Often, I have to save up money before I go because they are very expensive in my opinion ( I wish that they had some sort of discount for disabled adults and older adults too).

Our Brutus has come a long way in his life. From the day we rescued him from being put down at the shelter he has been the best boy. But as he is entering his elderly years he has needed a little extra care. When we moved to Syracuse I looked over reviews much like you are now and came across Stack Veterinary Hospital. Having brought Brutus for about two years I can say they are the most honest, caring, and helpful animal specialists we have brought our boy to. Covid has changed how the office works, but they still make that personal touch happen.

I had an emergency with my fur baby and this was our first experience with Stack.. they were SO nice and were able to get him right in with very little wait time.. so far, I would TOTALLY recommend them and plan on bringing him back!!

I called it was an emergency my dogs ear is so infected the pus was unbelievable unfortunately they couldnt help. 55 years ago my childhood dog broke her leg my mother called Dr Stack (the Father) he said bring her in Mary my mom was worried about the price she was at bingo earlier that evening Dr Stack said to her give me $100 Mary and well call it even my mother was so happy because she happened to win that hundred dollars at bingo Dr Stack took care of my childhood dog without any questions. Now its all about the money its not about your pet.

Very safe and professional, all staff followed strict COVID-19 protocols and made the entire process extremely easy from Check In to Check Out. Dr Snakard was expedient, thorough, and truly puts your pets needs at the top of the list, no matter what prognosis she delivers.

Vets are condescending when you ask them questions. Over medicate and made both my dogs sick - didn’t bother to discuss the side effects they might experience.They also push procedures, tests and vaccines that are unnecessary.I was recommended Dr. Clark and asked to see this Dr twice when making an appointment. The staff told me that’s who my appointment was with and a different vet showed up both times. GO TO LIVERPOOL ANIMAL HOSPITAL- I don’t know how this place has 5 stars other than it’s in a nice neighborhood. And read some of the other 1 star reviews for this place, all similar.

This is easily the best veterinarian practice I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly, the facilities are welcoming, and Dr Snakard’s bedside manner is impeccable. I would rate it higher if I could.

If you need prescription food, save your time and the headache. I sent my dog’s records 3 times to them, they never got them. I dealt with them for over a week trying to give my business to a smaller company. They continued to not get the records, problem solved. chewy.com accepted and shipped the food within the same day!

They took care of my fur baby Dereon with such patience and displayed such warmth ! I knew my baby was in good hands. Thank you to everyone who took care of her♥️ Customer service was top notch from the person answering the phone to the who completed the bill.

I go out of my way to continue to go to Stack. They are very professional and caring I’ve been a client for a long time and wouldn’t consider changing. All the vets and vet techs we’ve worked with were great and the desk staff is great and helpful and caring too.

!!!!!WARNING DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR PET TO STACKS VETERINARY HOSPITAL!!!!!Last month my dog was viciously attacked in the waiting room while waiting to be seen by his Dr. A whippet about 50 lbs came up and bit him right in the nose (see picture below). He was unprovoked and did not attack the dog back. He was bleeding everywhere so I asked the receptionist for help. The owner of the practice Dr. Stack took him into the room but he seemed to CARE A LESS that my dog was just attacked inside the business he owned. He simply gave me an antiseptic and that’s it.. No, “omg I’m so sorry how can we make this better.” Nothing... I was shocked at his lack of compassion for my dog or myself. Mind you my dog was shaking the entire visit, shedding everywhere, quivering in the corner bc he was so scared. The very least I expected was an I’m sorry but I received not one ounce of sympathy for my now scarred dog. So I pay the full pay for the visit (yes he even charged me after this incident) and leave the office. I get home and a few days later I write him and the office an email explaining how upset I am about the situation. The doctor later calls me and tells me he will speak to his business manager and she will call me back. A week goes by and still no call no email nothing.. so I email back and they say Dr. Stack is out for the week.. Another week goes by and still nothing. I email again and guess what?? No reply.. So I call and ask to speak with the business manger. They tell me she’s at lunch so I call back again 45 minutes later. This time they tell me she has left for the day. I tell them well either she comes to the phone or I come see her in person.. less than 30 seconds goes by and guess who comes to the phone. Patty! She tells me she has no record of me calling or emailing and that she has no knowledge the attack even happened. Yes she actually said that.... even though I have phone and email proof otherwise. Aside from how laughable that is ... Patty( the so called “business manager”) tells me she will get up to date with the issue and call me back.. I later receive a phone call that she will be refunding me the visit for that day but as a lovely bonus they are kicking us out of the vet and that my dog will no longer be allowed at the office. Yes you can’t make this up, they are actually kicking a customer out for voicing concern about their dog getting attacked inside their office.. It is astounding the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the doctor and his staff.. He should be shut down for allowing aggressive dogs to viciously attack without any sort or repercussions. Yes that’s right the other dogs owner is still allowed at the vet yet my dog the one who got bit gets kicked out! It could have easily have been a child who was on the receiving end of the attack. I’m sure Dr. Stack would have changed his tune if that was the case.. Yet he’s supposed to be the care giver for our loved pets and he shows no compassion at all.. it’s sad really.. very unfortunate that this man is allowed to be treating animals when he cares so little about them. Disgusting... You Dr. Stack are a terrible person and business owner for allowing all of this!

The grooming is a real treat for your pet, Lacey is exceptional at grooming my bichon frise. My dog loves her blueberry facials and oatmeal bath.We have only been to see Dr.Stack once, his reputation speaks for itself. He was all of that and then some. We are grateful to have a vet and staff of this caliber available to us.

We just moved to the area and needed new vet. Found out about Stack online and their desk staff was very helpful and open about the costs which I liked. They also had had better pricing compared to other local vets in the Camillus area. During the visit all the staff members were extremely friendly and professional. My sheltie and I look forward to visiting again.

Ive been taking my pets to Stack since 2004 and cannot say enough about the individual attention each one of my pets receives. Years ago, my dog was diagnosed with Cushings Disease and determining the right amount of medication was tricky. Dr. Congel called me frequently (even when she was on vacation) to monitor the progress until we got it right. Most recently, Dr. Clark and staff provided a house call for my cats yearly check up. My cat is extremely difficult while at the vets office and this home visit was much, much less stressful for him, as well as for me. Whether it be for emergency situations or just picking up prescription food, every single person at Stack is friendly, helpful, attentive, and most importantly, truly cares about each of my pets.

There was a vet there named Dr. Dole. I was on disability and took 2 months to pay my bill. I paid what I could during the visit. Dr. Dole actually chastised me when I came back to see her for taking 2 months to pay off my bill in full. I was really hurt. At least I paid it off and 2 months isnt that long. I dont think those two months of not having the payment (it was a small amount but as I said, I was on disability) was going to bring the vet practice down. After that my whole opinion of the place changed. I was again very hurt because I had sought out the best vet I thought I could find for my dog. When you treat me this way, you are treating my pet child this way. And that is unacceptable. Alot of people never pay off their vet bill. But I am ethical and even living on disability which is peanuts, paid my bill in full. My dog and I did not deserve to be spoken to that way. Dr. Dole said I will never let you make payments again. I was really hurt. It was in some ways devastating since I was proud to have her a vet. And I wanted the best for my dog.

The most professional Vet clinic I have ever used. They follow up weekly inquiring about The Chug. They really care. If your dog needs an ultrasound, this is the best place to get one. You are a part of it and the doc doing the ultrasound shows and explains everything!

We searched in Syracuse for the most qualified & experience doctor to perform ACL surgery and found Dr. MacDonald at Stacks came highly recommended by friends, family and strangers.She was very compassionate and THOROUGH when explaining what happened to my dog & the options we had to work with.My dog had surgery in September and hes able to run 4 miles already in January, like nothing ever happened.I highly recommend Dr. MacDonald for your dogs ACL needs!

They were very kind and friendly. We had a hard time getting our sick dog out of the car and a girl came out and helped my daughter. We had our dog put to sleep and they were very comforting.

My wife brought our cat to this vet, first visit, the cat has been throwing up regularly. The charge for a visit and minimal blood testing was $311. She was told more testing needed to be done, at a cost of another few hundred dollars. Luckily she left, was told to change the cats diet and give vitamin b pills. I called Dr. Taylor with concerns over how much we spent and still really had no answers, nice enough Dr but didnt seem to care much how much was spent for no help back. A complete waste of $311.

I have given this vet office multiple chances to redeem themselves. Ive had front desks not rely messages to the Vet or people hang up on me. They keep giving same medication to me but does that make sense if it hasnt worked in the past before.DONT GO HERE!! RUN FOR YOU LIFE AND FOR THE LIFE OF YOUR ANIMALS!!!!

My first experience there was awesome they took Ryder in the back did everything they were supposed to do. I didnt have to help hold him down like that other veterinarian place I used to go to. The staff was really nice and helpful

Had an older cat that had an eye issue Stack made us do an eye exam to tell us it’s a dead eye. Cost with blood work and fecal test and eye was around $400 I think alittle unless! (1st visit). I was very clear that the cat was old (22 years old) and didn’t want to sink in a $1000 or more!Then few months later cat was losing weight fast and eating everything in sight. Brought him in again said Stack stated has hyperthyroidism and IBS because the cat went to the bathroom every 15 to 20 minutes around the house. So he stated that we need to do an X-ray to see what’s going on! (2nd Visit (Around 350ish). Plus meds $22 X-ray he stated was unconclusive and stated we have to do a ultrasound.3rd visit was was the ultrasound and was told that the cat had colon cancer. Visit $3954th was this morning 1-20-2020 we had the ultrasound done last week and were told that dr stack would be calling us with the results about the ultrasound and what care plan we should go with. NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL US OVER THE WEEKEND! Today we were charged $269.00 more to put him down.This vet charges for unnecessary test!!!!!!!!!2-15-20 Replied: Wanted to get our new cat Micro Chipped after this matter and we were told that they no longer want to do business, because they didnt like us challenging there practice. They took us for a ride!

They caught a problem with my female boxer that I hadnt noticed shes in surgery now with the extremely competent Dr MacDonald I have every hope that after today my girl will be on the mend and with us for many more years.... I cannot say enough nice things about Dr MacDonald and her staff they were wonderful 🥰🥰🥰

Weve been going there for years. Sometimes it feels pricey but theyve always taken great care of our two dogs. We trust them implicitly.

Stack veterinary hospital is totally amazing. My puppers got sick and couldnt hold herself up. We thought she was dying. Thought my cat had a stroke on a Tuesday eve..I was able to see a vet early the very next day..vet said it wasnt a stroke and gave her treatments and medication which have given her a good chance of recovery..about 10 days now and doing much better

Called to book an appointment for my kittens to be seen and spayed/neutered, was told there was a $200 fee to hold an appointment.I have never heard of this practice before nor would I pay $200 ahead of time to hold an appointment at a vets office. Wild policy.

The Stack Vet team seems to get better each time I see them, which is amazing. Absolutely EVERYONE is phenomenal. They treat me well.But, more importantly, they treat my little girl well. Ive had vetswhere my dog (older, since passed) trembled in fear every time she went to their offices. Every dog I saw was as happy going in, as theywere coming out. That says it all.

They dont mix the salad dressing with the salad anymore. Wish they did not change that.

Would not take my dogs anywhere else, never had anybody care more for my animals.
