Gina is absolutely wonderful and our fur baby Biggie absolutely LOVES her!We travel a few times monthly for our business and it was so important we found the perfect fit and someone we felt safe and secure leaving Biggie with. She made us feel extremely comfortable from the first moment we met her, she sends us updates, pictures and videos of Biggie which we love and appreciate when we are away, and he gets excited to go back and see her and the other dogs when we have to travel again. Her place is clean, warm and friendly and she truly treats your fur baby like her own! 1000% recommend Gina! Thank you Gina! We are forever grateful for all you do and the love you pour into your business!

I was so impressed with Gina and her doggie hotel. The place is immaculate, floors sparkle, everything is very neat and clean. Our dog, Phoebe, was treated like a princess. She was loved, hugged, cuddled, pampered, exactly what I wanted. I received videos regularly during the day of Phoebe and how she was doing. This place is so far above a kennel where the pet is kept in a small cage and let out a few times a day. I cant thank Gina enough for the excellent care she gave Phoebe. I highly recommend Pawphoria!

Gina and her staff where amazing! We went out of town for 8 days. We received pictures and videos of our fur baby at play with other pups. She was well care for and we didn’t have to worry about her being in a pen for hours at a time. The dogs are walked, played with and loved on the entire time they are there. We highly recommend!

Last weekend we boarded our labradoodles with Gina. I can tell you that I was so anxious and stressed the whole week leading up to this. Gina called me a few days before to confirm and was so consoling. At the time of drop off I started to cry. Gina immediately made me feel at ease and showed my husband and I where our boys would be and showed us around the beautiful facility. The drop off went very smoothly. My pups were in great hands. We were able to enjoy my nieces wedding in New Jersey. Gina sent videos and lots of pics. Your pets will be safe and are in great hands with Gina. The love and care that Gina shows for her guest is remarkable! Constantly sending either pictures or videos throughout the day while showing the same love that she gives to her own furry grandchild. The place was clean, and very creative. I wish we had somewhere like her establishment we live. Anytime we are back up in the area and need a daycare option, there is no way we would choose to go anywhere else other than PAWPHORIA! Thanks again Gina!

I am in total awe of Gina at Pawphoria. She had a vision of a beautiful, fun, relaxing place for our pets and her vision materialized into the best facility I have every seen for our beloved pets in my entire life. My husband and I recently planned an out of town trip for 5 days, and thus needed to find a place to board our dogs. We have 2 black labs, biological brothers, named Buster and Max. We had never boarded them before and were somewhat nervous. We had checked out a few places but they were basically just places to put your pet in a stall. Pawphoria is the ultimate pet experience and Gina has each of her overnight accommodations set up to be just like a home, complete with real people beds and someone who actually sleeps with your dog. Her amenities are over the top. Read her description on her website, and what you read is what you get, plus so much more. She welcomed Buster and Max as though they were a member of her own family. They were well cared for, given play and outdoor opportunities, as well as being treated to an indoor heated pool. Wow. When we picked up our pups, they were were happy as can be. Gina sent us daily photos and videos which were so comforting. We love and thank you Gina. Will definitely return and tell all our friends about your facility. Buster and Max send all their love:)

Highly recommend! Gina communicated wonderfully during our pup’s stay and always send pictures/videos. I love that I didn’t have to worry about him being locked up in a crate. He received great care there and came back super exhausted from all the play time he received!

I was nervous about leaving our 2 dogs for a 9 day vacation but Gina made me feel so comfortable! She puts her heart and soul into her business. Gina sent us so many updates which eased all of our minds. The building is extremely clean with ample room for the dogs to play and move around. The dogs were really on a vacation too! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our pups! We will most definitely be bringing them back!

I was hesitant to leave my babies overnight, but when I met Gina and saw the premises, I was very happy. Gina sent me pictures and videos of the two girls every few hours, even when they were getting ready to sleep on the bed. LOL When I picked them up the next day, one of the girls wanted to stay! My husband and I have never boarded our dog before and were worried being away would cause him stress and anxiety (especially because he isnt great with other dogs). When I found this place and saw the amenities they offered, the lodging conditions, and play areas, I felt very optimistic. This was absolutely true. When we dropped off our dog, Gina, walked us through the facility and we got to see how excited/curious our dog was with the play areas and sleep areas. Watching how Gina interacted with our dog really set our mind at ease especially because our dog seemed to take with her immediately. She coached us on how to leave so that our dog wouldnt feel any anxiety by re-directing his attention and it worked wonderfully (which is another worry we had). She constantly updated us on how our dog was doing and sent us pictures and videos of our little guy, which again really helped ease our minds. When we picked up our little guy he was even more well behaved than when we dropped him off. Gina took great care of him and went above and beyond to meet his needs and make us feel comfortable too. You can tell Gina is truly passionate about animals. Also, the place was so clean, in a safe location, and well designed. We will definitely be returning customers.

I love love LOVE everything about Petphoria. I love the safety precautions that are put in place there. It’s nice knowing that I don’t have to worry about my dog Gizmo getting hurt or escaping after I drop him off. If I am missing him and want to know how he’s doing, I’m able to check up on him by logging into the app provided that has access to the cameras there which is so cool! I overall love how Gizmo has a safe place to play and train and interact with other dogs. The owner Gina is also so kind! So sweet! Such a lovely person and very down to earth. She really does genuinely care about our dogs and puts them first. The building is also super nice! Luxury for sure and the prices are also very fair. Not over the top expensive, you get what you pay for! (:

Gina, the owner is great to work with. She definitely loves animals and puts her all into this business. She was very flexible with me and the times that I brought my dog. She even nade suggestions of times when other dogs were there that my dog enjoyed playing with. She will hopefully do well with this newly opened business. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into it. Her son Dillon is great too. Always helping her out and the dogs love him.

Gina was great! She really knows how to treat our best friends. Cooper got the best care and attention ever! I don’t think he even realized we weren’t there 🥰

Gina was a complete life saver. She was able to take my puppy on very short notice. Extremely accommodating with drop off and pick up times. Loki (my dog) had a great time and his mood/appetite is perfect, no alterations in mood or eating habit. I would highly recommend boarding your dog here. Your dog will be treated like family, leaving you to enjoy your vacation/time off.

My dog Alvin had a great vacation with Gina! She pampered him, sent fully explanatory videos, and made sure I was comfortable enough to enjoy my time away. No guilt!Gina really loves her guests. She is careful with interactions between pets, making sure they get along.Her place is clean and well designed.Total win. Worth every penny!

After getting a new pup I spent days looking up different boarding places and submitting request. Gina not only responded quickly but was very kind on the phone. She has cameras throughout the facility for you to check in on your fur babies and a spacious, clean and safe environment for them to play. Her overnight boarding is great also! My pup is a pawphoria pup 4 life!

My dogs stayed at Pawphoria for the weekend. Gina (the owner) was hands-on and professional. The place was spotless. My dogs had a great time and were given a bath and a brush-out. Gina notified me of my dogs activiites, and she was very quick to respond when I asked for for a pictue or a video. Gina took my dogs quirks into account, and I really appreciate that. This is a very unique place, and Gina is a very special lady. I would highly recommend Pawphoria and will use it again myself.

Our three puppies had a great week long stay during the holidays with Gina. All of them have disabilities: two have epilepsy, one is fully blind and one is completely deaf, so it was great to receive daily updates that they were all happy and healthy! Would definitely recommend and our puppies can’t wait to go back :)

I love everything about Gina and Pawphoria! I never worry when I drop my puppy, Stella, to play for the day. When I go to work, she goes to play! If I miss her I can see her on the video camera inside the play area. Gina has also been great with tips in how to manage our puppy behavior. We love sending her and she comes home exhausted!

My dogs loved pawphoria. Gina does a great job and sends daily updates and will FaceTime anytime with you and your pup. She shows the pups attention the entire time. I felt at ease on vacation knowing I didn’t have to worry about my puppies. She runs a great business. I encourage anyone who is going for a trip to ask Gina and pawphoria to watch and board your dogs.

We love bringing our dog here! He is always so excited to go inside with all his doggy friends. Gina treats the dogs like family, keeping them happy and safe at all times. I visited several dog daycares before choosing pawphoria. Pawphoria is clean, it doesn’t smell, and my dog is as clean coming home as he was going in. The play area is huge and has many fun things for the dogs to do—tunnels, bubbles, platforms,etc. There is a webcam so you can always check in on your furbaby. The communication between Gina and dog owners is excellent. If your pet is like a child to you, this is the place you want to let him or her socialize with other dogs in a spotless, safe atmosphere!

Pawphoria is the perfect boarding experience for our terrier Chloe! Gina is experienced, caring, and truly understands and accommodates the dog’s unique temperament. Chloe returns home as happy and healthy as when we dropped her off. Pawphoria gives us total peace of mind!

Gina has found her calling... I was so very nervous to leave my dog somewhere for the first time. He is sometimes anxious and can be a handful at times. When we came in to bring Hank for a meet & greet, my worries instantly went away when I met Gina & her son, and saw what Pawphoria has to offer! Her facility is immaculate, very clean, and honestly just impressive. She puts her heart and soul into her business and she truly treats the dogs like they are her own. We left Hank for an overnight in the companion suite, from the minute he was dropped off she kept us updated with pictures/videos and it really helped ease my mind. She goes above and beyond for the dogs. We live 40 mins away, but if we lived closer... no doubt my dogs would be coming here every day for daycare. And to top it all off, her pricing is beyond fair given all that she does. I couldn’t be happier that I found Pawphoria, and we will definitely be returning!♥️

Gina is truly the dog whisperer! My fiancé and I have a 13 year old Australian Shepherd and have brought Chowder here to stay three times in the last year. Gina sends us pictures and keeps us updated while hes there and we have no worries about whether or not our senior dog is being treated well or getting his medication on time.

We brought our dog Emma here for an overnight for her birthday since we thought it would be fun for her to be pampered a bit. The facility is huge and super clean! Gina, the owner is wonderful and treated our pup as if she were her own! I didn’t worry for a moment and it was fun to see Emma over the cameras. The quality of the service was definitely worth every penny and then some! We will certainly be bringing Emma back when we need care for her!

Pawphoria is a great place for doggie daycare and overnight stays!! Gina took great care of our Hofman for 13 days when we got stuck in Texas last February. I could see him everyday with the cameras, we face-timed daily, Gina even took him for his neuter appointment and nursed him back to his playful happy self!! Pawphoria has a huge play area for our Hofman and others to play in, is very clean and it’s not so overcrowded.. Hofman plays with his friends and gets his fair share of Gina’s attention!! Gina is his second Mom!!😘

Our dog can’t wait for us to drop her off with Gina (owner). The moment we turn the into the driveway, she is so excited and wants to jumó out. That says it all.We are impressed with the wonderful locale. A must see.Gina is a true, caring professional. She has taught our 2 yr old/70 lb rescue dog to play with other dogs, to leash walk, to play nice and when we pick her up our Kali is exhausted from playing.We KNOW our dog is safe and having fun at PAWPHORIA.We highly recommend PawPhoria/Pet Phoria.

It’s hard to drop your pet off somewhere and leave them in the care of someone else’s hands, but I have no worries dropping my dog off here at Petphoria. I know my pup is safe and secure and that’s what I love the most. Gina is very welcoming and is great with the dogs. It’s a very clean and well kept facility. The large doggie play area is very nice as well. Lots of room for my dog to run around and play! The overnight suites are nice and cozy for your pup too. There’s just so much to offer here at Petphoria. There’s for real endless opportunities for you and your pup/pet. Definitely check out their website for more info!

Gina was a great gal when I came to pick up my sisters dog here. The place was nice and clean. Marlee (the dog) seemed like she had a great time here. I will be saving this places contact for future reference for my dog!

Pawphoria is a great place with excellent staff. I brought my dog lucky there, he stayed for 3 nights and they took great care of him. They took videos and pictures of him, sent them to me everyday, and told me how he was doing. I will be bringing him back there next time I go away. Thank you for doing a excellent job.

Maggie loved her stay here! She was very happy and well cared for. I was nervous leaving her but she was happy and I received videos and texts often showing she was happy and enjoying herself 😊

Great doggie day care! It was impossible for find daycare on Weekends in Syracuse. Pawphoria was a rare find and Gina took care of my little Doxin while I was in town. She kept me posted through out the day with his status. It was a great day for Toby. Would highly recommend.

I can’t even Begin to put into words how wonderful Pawphoria is! My 4 year old black lab goes here often and I feel so at peace knowing she is in great hands. Daily photo and video updates of your baby! They are never left alone. They even get Starbucks pupchino’s! They never over book to assure your baby gets all the love and attention they deserve while you are away! One less worry on your shoulders as you leave for work, vacation or any other travel! You wiling regret taking you baby here, I promise you that!

Very nice clean accommodations for the animals. Plenty of room! Very attentive staff. Pictures of your animals daily and videos sent to your cellphone so you can see how well they are doing there. Would highly recommend this pet boarder!

We had an awesome experience here for three nights. I have an energetic and playful pit mix , he got plenty of socialization and I received consistent updates on his well being. When I picked him up, he was ready to nap the day away.

Petphoria had taking care of my bird while I was sick in the hospital. Now, I work for them. You will get the best hospitality not just for your pets but also for your children. I have a ten year old lab that I have never left anywhere before. We had an out of town family wedding so I was extremely anxious about leaving Clyde anywhere. After seeing Gina’s place and meeting her, I knew this was the place for us. She is wonderful and her pet hotel is spotless. She sent me videos of Clyde a few times everyday and it was reassuring to see him having fun with the other dogs, even though he was the old man there. Gina stayed there 24/7 with him so he was never alone. I am so happy I went with Gina and I hope to be able to continue using her in the future!! You will not be disappointed with the level of care you’ll receive here!

We left our precious pup with Gina last week and it was such a positive or should I say pawsitive experience. We have a death in the family and needed to male a trip to Syracuse for the funeral...our local kennels were filled and we were in a panic about what to do with our dog. Gina was so compassionate and caring. We needed emergency accommodations and Gina took care of everything. Such a blessing.

Gina is great. I left my dog Bo with her for a few days and by the time I came back to get him I could tell he was sad to leave her! She is excellent at providing updates, sending photos, and giving you ease of mind about the care of your four legged family member. Highly recommend

Gina is AMAZING! I was very hesitant to leave my dog, Sadie, overnight for the first time. After meeting Gina and checking out the outstanding facility, my mind was at ease. Gina goes above and beyond to care for every dog. Gina sends pictures and videos every day and night so that you know your dog is having a great time and is being loved and cared for. Sadie was sad to leave because of how much she was spoiled at Pawforia. Sadie will definitely be back to spend time with Gina and her new friends!
