If you want an indoor dog park this is the one. The staff are really diligent about cleaning up messes and correcting bad behaviors. The staff monitored everyones dogs to watch for aggressive play. They are also well organized as far as making sure dogs go out to potty first, and they monitor the gates that people enter and leave through.Dont have a dog? Thats ok! You can go have a drink at their bar. I would go just to use their super clean restroom!

Ina loves Barkology! We always feel confident bringing our pup to this park. The staff is always very diligent about making sure all dogs are comfortable and that everyone is playing well together. Ina has made tons of doggy and human friends, and always sleeps soundly when we get home. Highly recommend!

My doggo absolutely LOVES this place. He isnt a fan of rough play and whenever a dog maybe pushes the limits the staff is on top of it. Its super clean and fun to pet all the dogs and talk with their owners while having a drink. Its socialization for both owners and dogs!!!

We LOVE Barkology! Our boy Banner loves running around and burning some energy here. The staff are beyond nice and always makes you feel welcome by remembering you and your dogs names! The environment is clean and well kept and we always feel safe bringing our dog here. It’s even a bonus they have fun specialty drinks on holidays! We recommend barkology to everyone in the WNY area!

We had a birthday/gotcha party for my two dogs and some of their friends. It was so much fun! Barkology decorated and had treats at our table. Many members of our group had never been before and are looking forward to going back. Its awesome to see all the dogs personalities and to connect with other dog lovers!

Super fun place for small and big dogs! They are legit in that they keep an eye out for messes and mop up asap and require proof of vax (incl bordatella). There is an outside off-leash area you can go to while waiting for an inside off-leash spot (they call your name for the inside spots). Good beer selection for “just” a dog park! We met two other pugs there on a random Sunday afternoon, too!

Our family dogs love Barkology. Everyone is so nice, helpful, caring and pays great attention to the dogs and humans throughout. Our family has all small dogs so we try to go on Wednesday for small dog night.It’s always a blast, the staff is professional with helping the family keep the dog’s shots up to date.Having the food and drink is always an extra plus, the drinks are always cold and the food is always exceptional

This place is AMAZING! My pup is not used to being at a place with a lot of other dogs, and she gets intimidated by big dogs, so brought her on a Wednesday and she had a lot of fun with the small dogs. Every dog owner that was there was very responsible. They were all keeping eye on their pups. This place is not only for dogs to socialize, it’s also place for people to socialize. I’ve only been there couple of times, but I met a lot of great people. The place is very clean, there’s plenty of water and little balls for dogs to play with. I’ll buy the monthly pass, once my pup gets more comfortable being around a lot of dogs, I highly recommend this place!

Friendly, Ease to join, Clean ~ I am not sure if live music plays every Sat., but my dog was frightened ~ now I know. A Great place to mingle & the owners dog will play fetch with you 4-ever & is Adorable. A Great Place!

What an amazing concept. A safe, supervised indoor and outdoor play space for dogs and their humans. Proof of vaccinations for the dogs are mandatory, and aggressive behavior not tolerated. And it has a bar! We had a great time, will visit whenever we pass through Buffalo.

What a great place!! Megan and Steve are such responsible business owners creating a safe clean environment for dog owners. Willow had an amazing time. She loved on every person there. Everyone we met was so nice and watched out for all the dogs. It was so clean!! Great atmosphere, great Beer and yummy sandwiches! Most certainly going back next week!!

Great staff who know the dogs by name! Drink selection is top notch - lots of craft beer and ciders. Relax and enjoy a drink or snack while your 4 legged friends play.

She loved it so much, we bought a month pass, and will probably eventually just purchase a year pass because we come here so much. It’s a PHENOMENAL way to socialize your dog and exercise them. There are so many different kinds of dogs there of all ages and sizes. They have a couple different areas for the pups to just run and be dogs with each other including an outdoor turf area which is large and clean, and open year round. Love it outside when you or your dog just need to get fresh air. The inside area is also large and has a rubber flooring, and they have some obstacles for the dogs to climb on and balls to throw with them. The water is always filled for the dogs to drink, and there are always employees walking around readily available to clean up accidents. What makes me the most comfortable is that the staff is very attentive while they are watching the dogs. If things appear to be getting a little “rough”, they are right in the middle of it, spraying them with squirt bottles to distract the dogs from each other for a little bit. They are non tolerant to aggressive dogs also. I haven’t been uncomfortable one time from an aggressive dog, because if they can tell that the park may not be the best for that dog, they will kindly ask the owners and the dog to leave. The workers also know a lot of the dogs by name, which is really cute to me. They really take the time to get to know your dog, and make your dog feel comfortable. Oh how can I forget the bar! They have a nice beer and wine selection, and some food options as well. Being a “regular”, it’s been great just going to grab a beer after work or on the weekends, and meeting new people, or catching up with the other regulars that we have met there. Overall, this is a great place for both your dog and yourself to socialize. My girl always is ecstatic to be there, and leaves wiped out, which is EXACTLY what she needs being that I work full time. Highly recommend 🥰🐾

So cool! it was nice to be out of the elements and have our Cleo play/get some exercise.It flowed pretty well, it was a little chaotic at first as I just had never been to place like this before, but the staff were informative and great! Its so nice to have an indoor option for a dog park where humans and pups can socialize and not be in freezing weather. :)

My small dog always has a good time. Lots of responsible owners. Really safe environment for dogs to have fun and socialize.

My dog is so happy every time we come. The staff is great, all the staff love him even when he’s being naughty. We had his first birthday party here, and now we are regulars who come every week.

I feel they earned five stars even though my dog was kicked out for being reactive and aggressive. The facility is clean and spacious. The staff are professional and courteous. My dog was just being nippy because he doesnt like unfamiliar people or animals.

I love going to Barkology and letting my Murphy run around for a bit while having a couple beers! Great atmosphere, Megan the owner and all staff have been so friendly and kind. They are constantly cleaning to keep the place in running order and are always keeping an eye on everything. I’m so glad I started going there!

Its a long drive to Barkology from Toronto but its so worth it. A place my pup can really stretch out and run without worrying about salt or mud, and all the balls he can chase and chew. A pretty good selection of food and beverages, and a very attentive staff who can attend to messes and the rare unruly dog quickly. Its a safe and fun place my dog enjoys!

Went for the first time for my husky’s 1st birthday. Everyone was so nice and welcoming including the dogs. I was nervous because my dog is very vocal but one of the workers, Lisa, put me at ease telling me that’s just how they communicate and it wasn’t an issue. My dog has a lot of energy and this place exceeded my expectations. Cant wait for summer for the water toys.

I had my dogs birthday party here and oh my goodness, it was the best time. It was our first time at Barkology as well. All the employees were extremely friendly as well as all the patrons! We will absolutely be back!!! Im already planning when we can go there next!

I called them to see if they were open I drove there and they said I needed all my dogs records of vacations even though she had a dog licenses which you need proof of those to get one then they said I need kennel cough how crazy is that

Amazing selection of drinks, awesome indoor and outdoor areas and lots of staff making sure all the pups have a blast.

The staff are great with the dogs and so friendly/kind. They are constantly cleaning after any accident. Both indoor and outdoor areas are so nice for the dogs to run around and I just can’t say enough about this place except that I wish I lived closer so I could bring my dog every day! You can just feel how passionate the owners and staff are about your dog and they make you feel like your dog is so important to them.

My dog and I had a blast. All of the staff was so friendly. The dogs were all so well behaved and played so good with each other. They had a great selection of beer and wine. The food was also very good too. Such a great place to hang out and socialize with your dog. I will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff and customers! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience along with our pup. Staff are attentive but also understanding of dog behavior. They had pools out for the dogs to cool down and refilled them frequently. Good beer selection and some tasty paninis. We definitely plan to go back soon!

Barkology is to me a really unique establishment. It is a combination of an indoor dog park and a bar, Great combo. We have been there many times now and really like the place. Take your dog there combo some fun and exercise and have a beer.

Had my weenie dogs first bday here tonight. It was awesome. They decorated our table so cute for him - had his dog friendly cake waiting and the food we ordered for my friends and family was so good, not to mention great beer & wine selection. We go every Wednesday for small dog night and it’s always a blast- my dogs fav day of the week. We’ve made so many dog & human friends !

Our pups loved it! So did we! Dogs, balls, cold beer, panini, friendly people, sunshine…what else do you need?!

Have been there before and had a great time. Never had any issue with my dog or the shots he had or didn’t have. Today after driving FORTY MINUTES to this place they tell me I can’t come in because of his Bordatella shot. Which was not an issue last time and they allowed us entry with all of his legally required shots. Had to turn around and drive forty minutes home, without playing with any of the other dogs today. Thank you SO MUCH Barkology for Making exceptions where you see fit and ruining our day.

Brought our dog here for the afternoon and he had a blast. The staff is friendly and while he got to play with the other dogs from around the area, we got to enjoy a nice drink from their bar.

Very nice place, two very nice girls in charge, very clean, happy dogs, I think I even seen smiles on a couple of the furry faces. At the hour that I went it was busy. Indoors theres a bar to sit at and have a beverage, why your dog is playing. Give it a try, $13 a day pass.

Barkology is a wonderful place to bring your fido along for socializing with other dogs when the weather is cold outside (such as winter), windy, raining, and/or ground is muddy. Having been there multiple times, the facility has designated outside peeing and pooping area with artificial turf and indoor off-leash, fenced + gated play area. The facility also had a small sports bar for the visitors to enjoy drinks, beer, and food as well as friendly and introverted staff to have short chats with you and play with your pet. There are shared water bowls for dogs and balls to play with. The facility even has a designated day when only small sized dogs can come, which is nice. They have option for a single visit or monthly membership if you plan to visit there often. It is definitely recommended for other dog owners.

This place is awesome and we cant wait to go back!! I dont understand the negative reviews because they clearly list their Kennel Cough Disclaimer and Dog Park rules in their website. They put a big importance on cleanliness, and its awesome that they check for vaccines. We understand that with any dog park there is a risk of coming across aggressive dogs, but that is on the irresponsible patrons that bring their dogs to them, not on the establishment. They have employees stationed in all play areas to make sure everyone is getting along. Its a great place!

Great place for your dog to socialize and get the energy out of them

The girl at the front counter (who we had a run in with before but decided to give another chance) was extremely rude to my wife and I. I felt like I was in the “Soup Nazi” episode of Seinfeld both times we’ve interacted. The sad part is, I think she’s one of the owners because she looks almost identical to Megan who is pictured on their website. I walked in first with our dog and I was drinking an energy drink. The first thing out of her mouth was “No outside drinks so you’ll have to chug it”. On their website it only says no outside food but I guess rules are rules. Not the end of the world but still uncalled for. Next, my wife walks in with our baby. She interrupts me mid sentence and says “Are you two together?”. I shook my head yes and she instantly said (again with attitude) “no kids under 12 allowed”. This is on their website so shame on us. Before we left because this all happened in less than 20 seconds, I took a look around and saw children inside that were absolutely younger than 12 years old. Long and short of it, this is the only game in town so it’s busy and successful for the time being. I’m not mad about the rules, everywhere has them…it’s being talked down to and treated like an idiot on more than one occasion. I can’t put into words the level of attitude this girl has. They won’t get another penny from us, our friends/family, and hopefully others who read this review. The place isn’t anything special either so just save your money.

Awesome idea for a dog park. We have a small cockapoo and all the dogs were very accommodating with her. She loves it here and we will definitely be bringing here back. Staff was great with making sure the dogs were getting along and playing with them.

Highly recommended place for dogs and owners to play, relax and meet new people. Bar has a great selection of beers and wine. The food selection is perfect for the environment. Indoor and outdoor dog parks for all occasions. The place is entirely fenced in and secure. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Couldnt ask for a better place to open in Buffalo!

Really nice place but they dont follow their own rules. On their site it says no toys but there were about 5 balls being thrown around. Asked one of the workers to remove them which he did but within 15 min they were back out. Dogs had a great time but the few dog fights I saw all centered around toys. Follow your own rules and we will be back

Great place and wonderful people, both staff and other guests.Went for the 1st time today with my little rescue dog , so we went on Small Dog Wednesday .Trixie wasnt overly impressed with the other dogs , ( who were ALL sweet and adorable) but she sure milked human attention for everything it was worth ! HahaClean, well managed and terrific employees will make this a new small dog hump day tradition ( no pun intended 😀).A super chill atmosphere geared towards our four legged children !Thank you!We will be back, and often!Highly recommended!Tell them Trixie sent you!

Its a controlled environment. Dogs need all their shots. Staff there to keep safe for all. Food, drink, bathroom. Inside or outside, your choice.

Took our dog with some friends and we all had a great time for the most part. However 3 out of the 4 of our groups dogs ended up extremely sick with kennel cough to the point where one was coughing up blood. None of us will be bringing our dogs back after them getting so sick.

The place looked cool from the outside.Wednesday is small dogs only... Well check back

We had a blast! All the employees were very friendly, as well as the other guests (and their pets)!They handled an aggressive dog situation with great care, they gave the customer notice that their dog was aggressive and gave them a chance to correct it. After the customer tried to dispute it, the dog continued to be obnoxious and prove the employees right. She left a negative review under the name “Aislinn Sexton”. Other customers watched this situation happen in front of us. I recommend you would disregard her review as it was biased due to “karen” syndrome.Overall wonderful experience! 10/10.

We planned a dog birthday party by inquiring on the “contact us” feature on their website. We established a date and time and then asked if we needed anything else, since they didn’t take down any other information of ours or give us any instruction. They said we were all set. When we showed up the day of the party they told us every dog that showed up needed vaccination records on hand, which we were never told about. The woman at the front desk also condescendingly mentioned “it’s all over our social media,” like ok, we don’t follow you guys and we were told we’re all set. So we had to call everyone we invited and cancel. We were told the owners run the email and they weren’t there at the time, so I emailed them back about this issue and they never responded.

I got the yearly membership for all 3 of my dogs, best deal. Its a great safe environment to take your dogs and allow them to burn off some energy. Especially if its raining or snowing outside.

Small space, no shade at all so I would not recommend going on a hot day. Staff do not seem to understand dog behavior and will call herding or play barking aggressive and ask dogs to be leashed. Leashed dogs and unleashed dogs together are not a good mix. If you have a calm, not playful dog I would recommend, but for any one else Id go to another of the dog parks in the area.

So much fun all year round. Great in the winter but also great in the summer.

Went out of our way an hr because we googled this place & our 65lb dog therapy training pup wasn’t allowed in. apparently they pick days some are allowed in but not others are not. Glad they are not people… smh Advertising bring your dog, grab a beer…. Well today we were told not yours, please leave… we did all of us disappointed…. Sad.

My Malinois, Abel, LOVES it here! Maybe a little too much because his excitement is unbearable when hes there lol. The staff is great and, idk his name, but theres one in particular that acts QUICKLY when any of the dogs get a little too rowdy. He is amazing!

We regularly go to barkology and have never been disappointed. Today was the first time I have been there where there was a waitlist, at first I was a little nervous, but was SO IMPRESSED with all the staff and how they handled everything. Our wait was only 15 mins and we had some food which was great while we waited! Kudos to the whole staff for another amazing day! We are celebrating my dog benjis birthday there in February and can’t wait!

I went to Barkology last night and was able to pet a lot of good boys and girls. They had good music on and good beers on tap. It was a phenomenal experience and I would highly recommend.

Was there for a birthday party for my dog and 6 of his siblings. Was really neat to see the dogs playing. Didnt get a drink as I was driving. Be cool if they put one in the northtowns.

I visit Barkology frequently with my youngest pug Newt for small dog night, we love having the ability to allow him to socialize there.I booked with Megan, to have a private party to benefit the rescue he was adopted from this past Saturday night and was blown away with my experience!! The eagerness of both Megan and her entire staff to help me set up decorations, the raffles, even run to get my balloons filled up because my husband had been in a small accident the previous night so I hadn’t had time. I cannot say enough about how kind everyone was to myself, my guests and their dogs! Every bit of ny experience this weekend at Barkology was so amazing. I would enthusiastically recommend working with Megan and her staff to anyone! I hope she will have us back for another pug party next year!! Just wonderful, 5 Stars and 2 Paws up from all of the pugs!!

Pompous and snide staff. Completely unfriendly and clearly not dog people. A total turn off. I feel sorry for the owner.

My dog got kennel cough from this dog park on top of having multiple aggressive dogs in that space as well. I will not be returning to barkology except maybe with a vet bill.

Went there with friends and one dog we checked online for the rules about bringing the dogs and what we would need and nothing came up so we drove the 40 minutes there to kicked out for not have all the paperwork .we asked were theses policys were listed online and the answer was social media how does that make sense it should be on there website not everyone has Facebook we will not be back

Dont bother coming here if your dogs are fully vaccinated with combination shots. They wont let you in.

Let me just start by saying I used to LOVE this place. In my most recent experience, my dog and another dog got into a tiff at the park and I took my dog home on my own accord. I came back about 4-5 days later and upon entering all the dogs bull rushed towards my dog, and my dog got defensive and started barking at all the other dogs, and had to be removed. Which I understand, however, the owner decided to yell at me in front of all her customers and workers saying that my dog is banned and he’s not allowed to come back and how they’ve asked me to leave the park before and how he gets into fight every time here. I was confused and I asked for a print out and record of all the times we’ve come here and we have been asked to leave, because this was news to me. I was curious as to why they would sell me a monthly pass for dog that apparently gets kicked out all the time. Thankfully, she did give me a refund on the pass. However, she was extremely rude which in turn pissed me off. Yelling at me in front of all your customers / staff and saying false statements in front of people, in order to belittle me was not appropriate. I would’ve understood if she asked me to get my dog under control and out into the car, then to come back in to talk about the status of his membership. I would have totally understood, and been happy to cancel his membership for safety purposes.Later on, I decided to write a review on Facebook about my experience, and I simply narrated the story. The next day I get a Facebook message of somebody whom I’m assuming is a friend or a family member of the owners saying how he hopes they sue me and I have apparently raised an irate dog. This individual was also calling me names for being upset about having a bad experience completely missing my point of why I was upset. At the end of the conversation he ended up admitting that he understands where I’m coming from. My argument is that she chose to react in a way that she felt was an accurate representation of her business and her customer service skills, and I simply just decided to write about my experience.I loved coming here, typically the staff is super nice and my dogs loved it as well. This is something that I have to budget for, and with the extra money that I do have I chose to spend it at their business. But I just got yelled at and belittled In front of all these people at the park. I have two other dogs and I can say unfortunately, I will have to take my business elsewhere. If she had just gone about it in a respectful way, instead of demeaning me I still would’ve taken my other dogs here no problem. Benefit of the doubt hopefully the owner was having a bad day and I just happened to be there at the wrong time. I hope this is something she can learn from.

Very clean, great staff, relaxing to just sit back and not stress too much about your dog getting too far away or their safety.

My dog along with 15+ others got kennel cough from barkology and they did not attempt to contact or post warning their customers to watch for symptoms. I am now left with an expensive medical bill and an extremely sick dog due to their negligence. I pray other customers know which symptoms to look for. Kennel cough is FATAL to puppies and immunocompromised dogs. Just shows a completely lack of care or consideration for anyone but their own name.

Wish I could give negative stars. There is a sign that says “no aggressive dogs”. My dog got attacked because of barkology letting in very aggressive dogs. Almost every single dog that was there was very aggressive and not friendly at all. I don’t understand people who bring there dogs when they are not well behaved or reined properly. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The floors inside were also wet and slippery which is just another cause for concern. VERY DANGEROUS!!!!

Staff was not friendly at all (except for the bartender). Kicked my dog out and another dog out after a dog growled at her. The floors were not clean either. Lastly, the pictures online make the place look a lot bigger than it actually is.
