Ryan is truly a dog whisperer! I have never had professional dog training before but since my new addition to my family came with a history, I thought it was needed. Before I even had him signed up, I saw how well my dog listened to him. Ryan is patient and always asks if there is anything specific I want worked on with him. You can tell that Ryan genuinely loves what he does. I signed my dog up for all 3 courses and Im glad that I did!

Trainer Ryan was excellent. My dog really enjoyed it. I would 100% recommend it for every dog owner it’s a great bonding experience for you and your dog.

Ryan is excellent! Our pup Stormi just completed beginner and intermediate training with him. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and patient, always willing to help and address any progress concerns or questions you may have as a pet owner. Highly recommend these classes!

I have nothing bad to say! Ryan (our Trainer) was awesome!!! He is very informative and good at what he does. He is patient and nothing but kind to the animals, even when they misbehave. I would not hesitate to sign up for his class.

Ryan is really, REALLY smart. I cannot say enough good things about the training my dog and I have received. Its genuinely amazing what a difference it has made.

Ryan was an amazing trainer. Ryan cared for my dog as if she was his own. He has patience and addressed all our issues with Luna. Ryan gave great feedback handouts and suggested training videos to reenforce his training. We just graduated from intermediate class. Soon we start advanced classes.

Made 2 appts for a full grooming service at the Walden Ave location and both times they canceled 30 min before the appt. When I tried to reschedule the second time the person on the phone hung up on me. Customer service in the grooming dept is very rude. Finally made an appt at another location. Will not be going back to the Walden location EVER!!! If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would.
