My dog has been a patient for years. Recently, she got into trouble by snatching a microwave heat warmer and eating the dried corn inside. She ate lots of it. She was unable to eliminate any of it. She was only able to throw it up. She was in bad shape.The staff were amazing. They worked her into the schedule on a very busy day, they made recommendations and gave me the options we faced. They worked to contain my costs and treated my dog like royalty.I am grateful and recommend them. Thank you to everyone who works there and for the compassion and love they gave my dog. My cat totally misbehaved at his annual appointment, and I was quite embarrassed as he wouldn’t allow for an examination. Dr.Sue was so patient and kind and dealt with the situation smoothly as she could . I was so grateful. I love this place … they are very special , take excellent care of your pets.

We absolutely love, Dr. Sue and staff at Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital. We have all four of our cats seen for their annual check ups along with blood work for our seniors. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful and we’ve never had trouble getting in for an urgent appointment when needed. Highly recommend for veterinary care in Erie County.

Phenomenal service ! Doc Dirksen & the rest of the staff is just over all amazing! weve been coming here for years and not only do I but the pups as well Refuse to go anywhere els ! We are always embraced with a warm welcome every time we step through the front door and you could just sense the loving compassion they have for each and every animal ! Everyone is friendly and concerned about my dog’s health. We discussed options for his treatment of allergies and they made suggestions and we came up with a plan for my dog. The staff is there to support me but they don’t push me into expensive testing if I am not ready financially- I like that and I love the way they treat my dog like he’s one of their own! 🐶 ❤️

I am super thankful to this veterinary practice. My sweet Ruby is a very anxious and reactive dog but a sweetheart non the less. Other practices have been upset or rude with us when shes just scared. But here they didnt get upset or angry with her or me when she was scared. Easily took her vitals and gave her what she needed. Looking forward to continuing treating my fur baby here.

I love the honesty of the veterinarian.That saying, my dog, when I sent me to Orchard Park veterinarian hospital. Because she said she had no clue. What was wrong with my dog? But whatever it was, she was not in love with it. She didnt remember that, or she wasnt gonna run any test. She just wanted me to go someplace that had various different medical staff that can assist

Adopted our cat from Ten Lives Club, honored the free visit coupon and went over him with a fine tooth comb. 4 years later he is a healthy, happy, beautiful animal who loves his free play mouse with every visit. Everyone is professional and informative with all my questions to keep him healthy as long as possible.

Dr. Murnan is simply the best. Shes thorough, wonderful with my pet, and has a great bedside manner. I dont know Dr. Sue quite as well, but Ive never had anything but positive experiences with her, as well. Im getting to know the office staff pretty well as were there all the time for a chronic condition, everyone has been great. Love the girls at the front desk!

I called over the phone to get an estimate they told me it wouldn’t be over $40 I made sure that was covering the 1 shot and the visit multiple times they said yes. Once I got there they upped the price a little bit and since I was already there I went through with it. Then once everything was done and I had to pay they upped it even more. Will never come here again and telling everyone I know never to come here again.

We recently adopted a new pet and were referred to this vet, called and left a message on 2 different days last week. Over the course of the week we were noticing our pet was having some issues but didnt think it prompted an emergency visit. We called again over the weekend and left another message stating we really wanted our pet to be seen ASAP and 4 days later and still no phone call. I will never do business with a place that cannot return a call in 10 days.

Dr.Sue is a very thorough, experienced and knowledgeable vet who gives the best care for my two Shepherds. She is very caring and thoughtful with the handling of my dogs.The staff is great and always helpful with any questions I have. The Vet techs there are awesome when handling my dogs.I would highly recommend the Cheektawoga veterinary Hospital for the care of your pets.

I take my cat here who has kidney disease. Let me tell you this place is not very empathetic. Because my cat is on the aggressive side they declined water therapy and would not offer to show me how to do it so I can help him from home, like other vet places do. I called one day because he was throwing up a lot from the disease and instead of offering something to help with nausea they said to take him to the emergency vet where id have to pay $300 bucks just for him to be seen! When we all know he was going to eventually start feeling sick from the disease. There was no reason I needed to take him to a ER vet!! I will never bring any new animals I get in the future to this place! Disappointed.

Ive been to other vets in the area..... None compare to Dr Sue and her staff. Very knowledgeable, up to date, pleasant to talk to and a wealth of information. Ive never heard them say I dont know.I know my fur baby is in capable and caring hands.

The staff at Cheektowaga Vet have been great to us over the years. The doctors take time with us in the office and even on the phone to answer our questions. And the technicians are so sweet and gentle with our kitty.

I have been coming to Cheektowaga Veterinary for over 15 years. That should say it all but as always the staff and how they treat you and your pet goes above and beyond. I truly appreciate Dr.Sue and the whole team for the extraordinary care they have provided my pets over the years.

Better since one vet not there and started listening but when we were in May for all regular shots they should know if dog ear was inflamed not just say it ear mites and I think that what caused infection to brain and that why she getting seizures so we take her in August yep my son right because she had double ear infection and gave antibiotics ear drops and thank you to new vet for understanding and now her seizures gradually slow down because infection from ear that cause brain to be inflamed and that what caused her seizures see if that other vet should done right away because she wouldnt have seizures but start slow down gradually because we treat ear infection so swallow from brain come down and that why I switched better vet that listen and very sweet and dont have attitude like this place does and this vet is only there for money not about caring animals and animals are part of family and there like one of our kids

Was able to get an appointment same day for our sick pup. Nurses and staff were great as always. Saw Dr Dircksen and he was great with Mooch. Followed up as scheduled with lab results and was helpful with a course of treatment. Thanks for everything!

My parents have been coming to this office with our pets as I was a kid, so bringing my own here wasn’t out of the question. As an adult who adopted two dogs through Open Arms Rescue (one in 2016 as a 5yr F, and the other in 2022 as a M puppy), never had an issue. My first dog passed away from bladder cancer in 2022. Dr Sue and Dr James handled her so well, as we navigated palliative care since chemo treatment with bladder cancer was out of my financial range, as well as something that wasnt going to cure as thr cancer was aggressive fast. I ended up having to humanely euthanize her, at the office as her body was just done on April 2, 2022. I felt so comfortable bringing her in for that, even though it sucked.Now the puppy (who as of this review is 16mths old), gets seen by Dr Kathleen Murnan, excellent vet as well! No complaints here.I always tell people that are looking for a vet to swititch to that, any of the vets in thisoffice are great to experience with as a pet parent.

I like the vet Sue there. All staff are nice besides one of the receptionists. She has no personality and is snippy. Not a good look for the establishment.

The renovation looks fantastic! The staff are always so nice. We love Dr. Kathleen Murnan. She got us coordinated with Orchard Park for special screening for our dogs liver problem. Shes very knowledgeable.

I really appreciate the compassion and care Dr. Dircksen showed my cat and I at the end of his life. His care gave us 4 extra months we thought we wouldn’t have, and we are so grateful for the memories we were able to make in that time.

Ive been going here for 20 years (starting with my family dog as a child) and have never been disappointed. Recently my cat had a medical emergency that required using an ER vet since it was on a Sunday. I had a follow up appointment on Tuesday with Dr. Murnan and felt a lot better about everything-- she did a thorough check up and we talked about options going forward. They also squeezed me in day of when I didnt have an appointment. The doctors and staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable which is exactly what I want in my vet office. Highly recommend!

I was desperate and needed boarding for my Yorkie because my regular vet was booked up. Spoke to Brittany, the receptionist and she was amazing! So friendly, polite and personable! Took her time walking me through their boarding process and got my crazy fur baby right in. Brittany and CVH, thank you so much!! 💕

I love this vet. They are always so friendly and helpful. My little Justice loves going to this clinic because they are always super nice to her and give her treats. I needed a copy of her shot records the other day and had them emailed to me in an instant. This will always be my vet.

Dr. Sue has been our familys vet for years. She absolutely loves our dogs. She even took the time to call us personally when we lost our Dobe to heart disease. She is excellent and really cares about her patients.

Had my Bandit here about 3 weeks ago. Hes a 12 yr old beagle. He had an infection on both sides of his mouth. Also,beginning of arthritis in his back. They are so very thorough with his exam. Ive bring every one of my pets Ive had throughout my years here. Couldnt have been happier with their services. Highly recommend this place.

After having some medical issues with my dog and dealing with them throughout her life and unfortunately having to put her down there I definitely feel like the staff is well prepared for any type of struggle your animal might be going through. Besides caring for the animals they truly know how to care for the owners and make sure everyone leaves feeling better about whatever situation brought them in to begin with.

Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital is the only veterinarian I trust for our dogs care. Dr. Dircksen has been there for 3 major events for our dogs. Our Dakota had dangerously high liver enzymes and not even a year later developed Pneumonia that requiring breathing treatments at home. When we discovered a mass on our Bella, he let us know it was cancer but we felt some relief knowing he would be the one to remove it. Dr. Murnan has been treating both for many years and has helped with so many problem and routine visits. Dr. Wylegala has also treated them since we started seeing them almost 10 years ago and her knowledge never ceases to amaze me. You are never rushed on any appointments, treated with respect and can truly see their passion for animals. I can’t forget the friendly front desk staff and all the incredible vet techs. Bella often tries to sneak the tech’s a thank you kiss for all their attention and treats.

I liked going to this vet and thought there staff an service was great. However after the first visit I never received a phone call or message about my puppies stool sample so I thought he was healthy. More than 3 weeks pass and at the end of his second appointment we find out he is sick. Of course he hadn’t been treated because we were never notified. Not only was he ill but he could have gotten other animals sick too. It was disappointing and negligent I’m not going to put my puppy at risk and will have to find a reliable vet.

I have been taking my pets here for the last 2 years. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Everyone here really loves working with animals and it shows. The best part is being able to schedule an appointment around my work schedule.

My puppy would have been a new patient and today was the first visit. We waited in the car until it would have been time for her to be seen an aide or receptionist came out to get her records and said they would call us and tell us when to bring her in. After they looked over the records he called my phone and asked me questions treating me like I stole her asking me when did I get her, how and where did I get her. I didnt understand the relevance, I had her since I purchased her at 8 weeks old and she is now 27 weeks. I ended up asking for my copies of her records back and leaving. I made her appointment some where else. I didnt like the treatment.

Been going there 20 plus years they are very pleasant, efficient and thorough. Middle of the road prices. They diagnosed my sick 14 year old dog, she now has her energy back and will live longer.

I have been taking my “fur babies” to Cheektowaga Vats for 20 years. The Vets and staff are all amazing. Dr Sue is the best especially when you have to send an animal to the Rainbow Bridge as I have had to do on 3 occasions. You can’t do better than this practice for you and your pets.

I scheduled an appointment here to get a second opinion on an orthopedic problem i am having with my frenchie. while every other place i called wouldnt accept a new animal or couldnt fit me in the ladies here were so kind and got me in right away. These ladies made me feel like they truly care about my dog, very compassionate and professional. Took the time to answer my questions and were always very kind. Dr Amanda Donovan is great. i am switching to make this my new primary. they are great

We cannot be happier with switching our pup’s care to Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital. Firstly, they have labeled parking spots—you pull into a spot, call (they answer promptly!), and then they come out to retrieve your pet.Very simple and they really respect appointment times—we’re always in and out. While our dog was inside, we waited in the car, and the veterinarian called us directly to discuss his care. She offered really helpful recommendations, making us feel like she cares about the health of our pet and was very patient in answering all of our questions.I cannot speak to their emergency services, as we have not needed to utilize them. However, we have had very negative experiences with another local veterinary hospital, and the juxtaposition of this vet office makes our tails wag with joy. We will be lifelong customers and cannot express enough gratitude for the friendly, caring service that we receive with every appointment.And did I mention that they are timely?!?!

I adopted a 9 year old dog from sc that had severe heartworm. Dr. Sue took her(Baby) under her excellent care and today I am very happy to say that she is heartworm negative and doing so much better. I’ve had pets going to Cheektowaga Vet Hospital for my entire life, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are kind and helpful; the veterinarians are personable and caring. They’re transparent about procedures and costs, and really seem like they enjoy what they do. You’re never sitting in the waiting room for an hour (or in your car, currently curbside due to COVID). Dr. Donovan provided excellent care for my 12-year old dog, whom we had to euthanize. She provided support, told us she thought we were making the right decision, and validated our concerns and decision. I cant (unfortunately) say the same for the vet tech, who did her job well caring for my dog but just didnt provide the same level of person-to-person care. I would absolutely go here again.

Our family has been clients of Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital for well over 30 years. The caring and compassionate staff have been with us through the joys and sorrows of our foot footed friends. Dr. Sue has been our primary veterinarian. Her laid back style puts all of us at ease, including our four footed family members. We highly recommend the practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been taking my cats to Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital for about 25 years. I have always considered this hospital to have very caring people until recently. My cat has been very sick. The first time I called to try to get a same day appointment, which I always was able to get before especially when one of my cats was very sick. The receptionist tells me that they are double booked and there is no way they can see her today. So the same day when I get home from work unfortunately my cat is not well, worse than she was in the morning, I reached out to Cheektowaga veterinary Hospital, I speak with a receptionist that is very friendly but not caring at all, she tells me that they stop seeing appointments in a half hour and there is no way they can see my cat today, if she gets any worse take her to the emergency clinic. So that night I ended up taking her to the emergency clinic which is very very expensive. I do have an appointment the next day with Cheektowaga veterinary Hospital which I did cancel because she was doing better and I can’t afford the emergency clinic and a doctors appointment within two days. Two days later my kitty is sick again, this is Saturday I reach out to Cheektowaga veterinary Hospital explain the situation, of course they are not able to take me till Monday. Of course the answer that the receptionist gave me was they have been very busy lately and if my cat can’t wait till Monday to visit the emergency clinic again. To me this is awful. These are suppose to be animal loving people. It’s very disappointing. I have no idea what happen to this place. But to keep telling someone to go to the emergency clinic is not right at all.

I absolutely love this hospital. As nice as it looks on the outside, its even better once inside. The upkeep of the hospital is best described as immaculate. The staff is professional and polite, a really comfortable atmosphere for both moi and pet. I didnt find the prices exorbitant. Once out of her carrier my cat, Becky, was at ease under the knowingly wise hands of the Doctor. She received her booster shots and was microchipped as well. I am very satisfied with our treatment and will recommend this fine facility to others.

If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars I would. I have used these vets for years. My usually skittish cats have no problem being taken here. The prices for services are quite reasonable.The staff is always friendly and the vets are knowledgeable.Iwould recommend this clinic to anyone searching for vet, grooming or boarding.

We just got a new puppy and we were hoping for a good experience for her. As empty nesters lily is our new baby. She loved her visit and so did I. It started with the friendly front desk and was great from there. Doctor was very informative and helpful. Thank you

5/19/2021 ETA: Third strike and youre out! How can you CLAIM to call us on Monday, when you did NOT! You didnt even have the correct phone number for either of us, even though my partner had told your office TWICE already to change it! Now you call a complete strangers number and tell them that OUR PEPPER is ready for pickup!! This is unprofessional! I am appalled! This USED to be a good vet office. Not so much anymore!!4/22/2021 ETA: Seems like weve been RED FLAGGED at this veterinary office, just because of the situation below. Interesting. Now our Pepper is at the emergency vet, hospitalized with a blockage. Makes one think.The doctors and vet techs here are wonderful and very caring. There is one staff member though...Cara., I believe her name is...who seems to be standoffish, snobbish and it is completely uncalled for. We have an elderly dog, who injured himself. He was limping around for a few days. Then he started walking normal, so his appointment was cancelled. We figured he was better. The next day, he was limping again, so we called to get him back in. The next day, he was walking fine and has been good since. So we figured, why waste an appointment that someone else could have? If this rudeness from the front office continues, we will have no choice, but to look for someone else to take care of our animals. The doctors did great when we lost two of our other fur babies....one just last year...and we would hate to have to leave those doctors, but it is the FRONT OFFICE that sets the image for the whole office.

I would give zero stars if I could. Quality of care has declined a great deal. Dr. Sue, tell your receptionist to stop scheduling appointments if it’s already booked up. And what’s the point of receptionist collecting a history on my pup if they’re not going to accurately report it back to the techs?

I’ve brought my dog there for about 11 years. Even after moving away I still bring him there. The entire staff is knowledgeable, wonderful to work with and extremely helpful.

The Doctors and staff at Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital are the absolute best! They care for all of the patients like they were their own. Our cats have received wonderful treatment there and we always know that they are in good hands. Well never take our pets anywhere else.

The doctors and assistants are very attentive to your needs, they give you a towel with calming pheromones on it to put over your cats crate, however, as most vets, It is pretty pricey. also, I got the impression that the doctor was going to give me samples of food for my cat to try for a urinary tract problem, but it turned out I had to pay, and it cost more than in a pet store. I ended up paying $450but we really couldnt find anything wrong with my cat. Im not a rich person so $450 is quite a chunk for me. Its close to me and I like that because my cat is less stressed on the way there.

I have been taking all of my dogs here for about 30 years now. The Doctors here provide the most Exceptional & professional care, genuine concern for the animals health & happiness, plus friendly & knowledgeable staff whom are always eager to assist or get you answers to your questions. Gives me comfort knowing my pet is getting the BEST care out there to be found anywhere in this area. Will never go anywhere else.

I’ve been going here for 3 years and will never go anywhere else! Dr. Donovan, the vet techs and the receptionists are all so friendly and compassionate. Our dog gets so excited everytime we pull in their parking lot!!

Clinic: I just became a pet parent in March 2016 and I was referred to CVH and Dr. Sue by my friend who has been going there for years. I love how great, gentle and caring Dr. Sue and their staff are with my dog Rusty. They didnt try to sell me anything unnecessarily, and were very good about answering all my questions about his carsickness, his vaccines, and all other aspects of his health.Boarding: I have used their boarding facility twice now as well. Both times I was satisfied with their facility---it was affordable, and most importantly, they board over the weekend! That was very convenient for me---including their location so close to the airport. The first time my SPCA-adopted dog was a little nervous about going there for boarding, but the second time he was excited to go, and a big plus is that he gets a complimentary bath every time before I pick him up from boarding.Grooming: I havent used their grooming facility yet.

This place is amazing! They took a great care of my cat and were very friendly and professional I highly recommend this place!

Today was a difficult day and everyone was extremely supportive and expert in helping us transition our cat to a pain-free place. The Drs, techs, and receptionists are always very helpful and professional. Dr. Murnan is generous with her time and knowledge, we usually see her, and appreciate her honest and precessional opinion.

We have a pupper with destinct medical issues. The staff here always get him in for his shot and go out of their way to make sure his anxiety is eased at every visit, He has his favorite stay who take the extra time to meet his needs. Without them we would never be able to manage his disease.

Ive been taking my pets to the Cheektowaga vet for 10+ years (Dogs & Cats). Overall, Ive always felt the staff have a passion for what they do and for the well being of the animals. The environment is always clean and they get you through to your appointment quickly and out the door on your way.The vets make recommendations for your pets and tend to re-recommend during each visit which can come across as pushy but it is no different that going to your personal physician. At the end of the day they respect your decision to follow their advice or not. We had a senior Cat that got very ill and they took her in over the weekend to nurse her back to health and were very good in providing us updates on her progress and what they felt would be our options on next steps. They always provide a few recommendations providing us the choice in which way to go (including cost).I would recommend the Cheektowaga Vet to others.

Second time there. They charged me 60 dollars to shave a cyst area that was already shaved. Causing my dog severe razor burn. Third time there the vet had no clue what was wrong and gave my dog a medication that wasnt even for what he came in for. If you want your dog diagnosed correctly and actually pay for a good vet. This place is not the place

The star rating should have been 5 stars. The doctors and staff are great and really take an interest in your pets. They answered all of our questions and every question we asked was important to them.

I cant say enough good things about this vet office. They saved my Chesters life and were so nice and caring. Thank you from our furry family!!!

I recently had to take my fifteen year old cat to the Vet after I noticed a spot on his arm. He had trouble walking down the stairs, but was otherwise fine. After taking him to the Vet, the staff demanded that, in order to give him pain medications, he had to receive a rabies shot (which didnt make sense, since he was an indoor cat). The doctors reasoning for the shot was because he had a possible case of carcinoma (cancer that develops from epithelial cells), but was unsure of the stage the cancer was in).After the shot (and the blood work, along with a hefty bill), I received antibiotics for him along with suboxone for pain. Well, two weeks later, despite being fairly healthy, he was declined to the point on the break of death. When calling the vet concerning this, all they could advise was to bring him in. Basically, they didnt bother to offer any assistance over the phone and made it sound like I was a monster for having the nerve to ask a question and waste their time.I dont want to go on record to say they could have killed my cat (because I dont know that information and cannot prove it), but their standoffish attitude and lack of empathy didnt help the situation at all. It doesnt help a cat who used to eat without cause can no longer eat or drink anything two weeks after a visit. Im kicking myself for going to the closest place instead of doing research and not trying out Orchard Park Veterinary Center first. It may or may not have made a difference, but at least they wouldve cared.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. I was in and out within 1 hr of my appointment. The facility is very clean and sanitized.

I take my animals here and Im not enterileythr8lled about the fact that my animals have to be seen without me.. my one dog is super aggressive even though she is still a puppy and they are trained professionals and can deal with an aggressive puppy Id still like to be there with my dog in case something doesgo wrong.

I never went to this place, but I just want to save people some time. Google lists these people as a grooming service, they do not groom. I called and confirmed they do not groom. If they say they do, then someones lying.

Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital... I love it!Once my friend from Canada was traveling to New York City. Along on the trip were her family, and their pet dog Whitney. At a rest stop they took Whitney for a walk. Sometime later Whitney became extremely agitated, and began scratching at her side. Becoming alarmed, my friend started to search the area, and found a small reddish swelling. Fearful that it might be a tick bite, at the I-90 tollbooth her husband asked if there was an animal hospital nearby. The toll collector immediately recommended Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital!After receiving directions, my friend rushed over there. Whitney was immediately rushed into an examination room, and diagnosed with an allergic reaction to an insect bite. Whitney was treated with injections to alleviate her symptoms, and given medications to take on the trip. All in about an hour! My friend was amazed at the caring, expertise, and speed at which their emergency was handled. She called me immediately thereafter to recount her adventure. Do to her experience, and that of Whitneys, I chose Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital for my familys pets. In that time I have never regretted my decision, and I am sure neither have many others. I applaud Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospitals professionalism, fairness, and commitment to the health of our pets.

Unfortunately these vets that get there degrees 40 years ago arent up to par!Theyve killed a lot of pets! They keep doing it! This place is a disgrace!

Ive been taking my cats here for years and they are caring, kind and genuine care takers of our furry friends, weve also sadly had to put a few kitties down over the years and they make the room very peaceful and are very considerate on the the last moments with your pet. Very impressed by this office as soon as we walked into the door. My two roommates and I care deeply about our girl who we adopted from another family almost 3 months ago. We were very concerned about her when we noticed her symptoms this morning, and we were able to bring her in as a new patient just an hour after we called. They allowed all three of us in the room without questioning it, and handed us a towel with cat pheromones to calm her down the minute we arrived. I hate being late, but we live half an hour away and struggled to get her into her carrier and then there was traffic, but they were still able to see us. Unfortunately, our cat had made a mess of herself in her carrier, and the staff not only cleaned Maggie up for us, but her carrier as well.She was less than easy to deal with (our calm, relaxed, and cuddly girl turned into an absolute monster) but they were able to calmly handle her and quickly found out what motivates her to be good (FOOD) and gave her plenty of treats. She was able to get comprehensive testing right away (x rays, ultra sound, blood work) and the vet came in to explain everything to us and listen to our concerns.Obviously, our cat’s comfort and health is top priority, but I couldn’t help but think of the dollar signs racking up with every test. While it definitely wasn’t cheap, the price was on the low end of what I was expecting, so I don’t believe they charged too excessively, especially since we were sent home with a big bag of prescription food, antibiotics, she received two shots, and all the tests.We weren’t sure of her vaccine history, so they informed us that once we figure that out from her previous owner, if we come back in a vet tech can do her vaccines so we can avoid the charge for an office visit.Overall I’m very impressed with this office and will definitely be coming back for her regular care and if any other emergent issues like this arise.

I used to love this place. I have a cat that requires medication to keep him from suffering a painful death. I left a message for them to refill his prescription. Not only did they decided not to do it because he was late for his annual check up (sorry if some peoples schedules cannot align with your overbooked practice), but they also decided NOT to inform me that they will not refill his prescription. So here I am more than a week after ordering it hoping that the little bit I have left will sustain him until his new meds arrive. This is the second time they have done this. I am taking my pets to a practice that will at least inform me that they refuse to refill his life sustaining medication.

My Golden Retriever puppy , Willow , means the world to me , having confidence, comfort and knowing they love Willow too means the world to me. I believe in Dr Sue and the staff. Thank you for all you do. Your guidance and support through our puppy stage has been invaluable.

They especially have mastered the COVID 19 ways of doing curbside veterinary services! Dr. Sue really cares and shes a great veterinarian. My dog loves her.

The employees at the front desk are always extremely friendly, and clearly care about the animals they care for. My dog has seen 2 of their vets, and both were very nice, knowledgeable & helpful. The only downside was one male employee (I dont know his name) who was rude, on 2 separate occasions. My dog has a very rare autoimmune disorder, which lead to A LOT of other health issues. Hes on heavy duty steroids which resulted in weight gain. After weighing our dog, and sending us to the room to wait for the vet, we heard him mocking my dogs weight & bashing us for his weight gain. Clearly, he didnt know the issues Logan has been dealing with, but it was unacceptable to mock patients, when you think they cant hear you.He was also very rude, when he was giving us Logans meds.Other than that....the staff & facility are GREAT and the vets are amazing.

We were told on the phone that they took payments, I even asked when we got there and was told yes. Then after the visit we were told No we had to pay in full and didnt have money for the medication we needed for our dog. We are looking for a new place now
