AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I have a 10 year old dog, very hairy and a pretty sensitive dog to change. I moved from Florida and it was a bit of a wait unfortunately till my dog got in to see a groomer so he was a big job when we got him in. I have got to say the professionalism we experienced and the grooming job that was done was THE BEST we have ever seen. Our Ralphie is so cute and so happy and I’m being honest this is the best job I have ever seen any groomer do. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Brought my dog in for a full groom and took him home with a large gash on his neck. In my opinion, this groomer is not experienced enough to comply with the customers wishes, and not professional enough to say when uncomfortable with a request. It is not cheap here, and if the owner was not able to do a cut with a certain number blade, then I should have been told. To harm my dog and take my money anyway, just shameful. She was tipped handsomely, and I was charged more money for medicine and my dog is traumatized by the experience. Not even an apology, I am just disgusted. I heard there was a new groomer so I decided to give them another try. I called, got an appointment, then about an hour later, they sent me a text telling me that they spoke to their lawyer and he said that they needed to cancel my appointment and part ways. This place is truly a joke. Im sure they will be out of business soon anyway.

716 Pupworks is a great new addition to the neighborhood! I recently brought my dog in for a nail trim and grind. Julie was very welcoming, professional and caring. She did a fantastic job and had my pup cleaned up in no time! Prices are extremely reasonable and it was so simple to schedule an appointment with her. Both my dog and I are already looking forward to our next appointment here!

Choosing a groomer is just as important as it is to choose a veterinarian. You are about to leave your dog in a new setting other than your home. Your dog will be with a person who is going to spend hours with your dog. That person will be learning your dogs characteristics/moods, and your dog will get to know them.At 716 Pupworks, Julie creates an atmosphere in which dogs are relaxed and stress-free. From your initial call making your appointment, to the finish, it is a breeze. I like that she sends text reminders as well. Your dog will be the only client there during their appointment and no crates will be used. Your dog will be safely enclosed with Julie in the grooming area.I also like the fact that Julie takes the time to get to know the owner as well. I assume this gives her a picture of where your dog lives and the upbringing he/she has. This aides her in understanding your dog.Lastly, when it comes to actual grooming, it is amazing how Julie transforms your dog into the picture perfect ideal you always had for them. When they come home theyre refreshed, relaxed, and look great! I might also say that the added touch of a photo of your beloved in a seasonal background is the perfect ending to the session. When you get the text of them all jazzed up it will turn anyday into an extraordinary day.You cant go wrong with choosing Julie as your groomer!

An excellent level of service and cheaper than petsmart. If your dog flourishes better in a 1x1 atmosphere then definitely come here. My dog used to always be anxious going to get her cut and now runs up to the door each time. She also comes out looking great!

Our husky is total drama queen who barely handles having her paws wiped down after a walk, so to pick up a sparkly clean pup who wasn’t SCREAMING to leave was a pleasant surprise! I swear she looks 3yrs younger 🥹 my old lady puppy!!

After years with a groomer we loved, we had to find someone more within our price range. After several calls, I chose Pupworks. The shop is small, clean and affordable.Most importantly, Julie is wonderful with our Daisy. She treats her like she were her own. Id recommend Pupworks to anyone looking for a groomer.
