Julia is the sweetest groomer ever and has always taken such good care of my baby Paisley anytime she has been in! Paisley has very bad anxiety and Julia has always taken her time with her and pays attention to every close detail. Paisley always looks amazing every time I pick her up! Could not recommend her more!

I left a big box groomers and found already angels and my pup is so happy when she goes in and happy go lucky girl when she comes home. No complaints... best family friendly shop. I wish I could give more the 5 stars

Amanda did such an amazing job deshedding my chihuahua Rocco. I came back to town to visit my family and my mom’s dog needed some serious fur removal. She was able to squeeze me in the next day after asking her through instagram.She was able to get a lot of fur off of him as well add a blueberry facial upon arrival when I asked. She also trimmed his nails and trimmed a little fur off his butt. With that being said he was happy when I picked him up as well as super shiny and fluffy! She even took cute pictures of him! And her husband gave me a sample their lean dog food to try since Rocco is overweight.Nothing but great things to say. They will treat your fur babies as your own!

I love Alfords Angels! They took such good care of my little old man, Logan who was blind and had dog dementia. After his cut, someone held him until I got there. They made his last haircut a great experience. You can really tell they love animals here.

Reached out via phone a few months ago and left a voicemail but no one called me back. I saw a response to another review that said to try messaging on social media so I did, and my message was read but no response.

I am so happy I found these groomers. I was beginning to think there were no groomers in Buffalo as wonderful as they are. Theyre professional, knowledgeable, proficient and kind. They do beautiful work, theyre not overpriced and I feel comfortable leaving my fur-baby with them. They bring their own fur-babies to work and they are so adorable and well-behaved.

I feel so comfortable leaving my dog to get groomed here. The staff is always so friendly and he always looks amazing when I pick him up. I’m very weary and picky about who my dog is left with because he’s like my baby but Alford’s Angels is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Took our dog Raptor to have his nails trimmed, what a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very personable, clean, and very professional. We will be taking all of our dogs there to utilize the services. Keep up the good work!!

I cant say enough good things about Alfords Angels. Both of my dogs are special needs, one has Cerebral Hypoplasia (shakes) with very limited use of his back legs and the other has extreme anxiety. Amanda and her groomers are the ONLY people I trust to give them the loving and thorough attention they need with kindness and patience. Ive been other places and my pets have come out stressed or in one case not even groomed because of their disability. Their prices are reasonable and their packages are also a great deal. They have a really nice, spacious playroom for your fur baby to relax in while theyre waiting to be groomed or picked up. Dont wait-call them today!

Amanda K. groomed my little 15 year old dog Bailey. He looked awesome and smelled so good when I picked him up. He was calm and not stressed. The girls that work there were so nice and they took great care of our pup. He was so happy when he was done with his bath. They even took a video so we could see how he did. We will be using their services again.

This facility is so clean. Amanda, the owner and groomer, is quite knowledgeable and so patient with the dogs. She answered all of my questions and truly focuss on building a good report with every dog and family! She also works with my insane schedule which is a blessing!

Very friendly and calm environment unlike PetSmart. Seems very relaxing for dogs who may have grooming anxiety. Very clean and friendly staff.

They are good groomers but don’t even dare them to answer the phone because they won’t! I would love to book appointments with them but every time I’ve called since taking my pup there, there’s not a receptionist or anybody who can pick up my call.

Very affordable compared to other groomers in the area. Its a quiet peaceful place and the groomers take their time and do a wonderful job.

Absolutely amazing, our corgi loved his first visit there. It is so hard to find a caring and understanding groomer but Alford’s angels did an amazing job. The owner was so nice she was letting our little guy feel safe and happy the whole time he was there. Don’t go anywhere else for your grooming they’re the only place I’ll take him from now on.
