I took my baby Domino to Henry for 13 years. I never trusted anyone else to groom him properly. He was always very understanding and helpful. Domino would always be beautiful after. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend The Kennel Club.

We’ve been taking our dogs to Henry for over thirty years now. There is no better grooming team in WNY. They are the absolute best. Our two new rescues just went in for their first visit. I’ve been taking my dogs to Henry & staff for nearly 15 years. I started going when I had an elderly golden retriever with Grade 4 hip displasia & a heart murmur.When I’d take him to other shops he’d come home and be spent for the week.I explained the situation to Henry, he & his staff took extra care and patience with him; allowing him to lie down rather than stand on the grooming table and never jumping on/off or in/out of tubs.15 years later and 5 dogs later I still take them all to The Kennel Club. Right now I take 3 dogs in: 2 need to be clipped/shaved down 4-5x/yr, and one is a shepherd mix with a double coat.Three dogs, a lot of hair, shaved/groomed/bathed/ nails trimmed, I’ve never paid more than $130. Worth every penny! Fantastic service.Henry may be a bit grumpy at times, but I don’t care. He and his staff do an amazing job with the dogs, my dogs enjoy going there, and that’s all that matters.

I have been taking my Newfies to get groomed here for the last 20 years. My latest one, Ambrose, LOVES to go see Henry and the crew. Above and beyond grooming my dogs beautifully, Henry is concerned for their well-being. I would never take my dogs any where else to be groomed!

Wonderful! I brought my border terrier in this morning and got a lesson on how to strip his coat properly. Most grooming places dont know how to strip a coat and certainly wouldnt teach me if they did. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and my puppy was very comfortable. I was impressed and would highly recommend the Kennel Club if youre looking for a groomer.

Believe all of the 5 star reviews. I have 3 dachshunds. Each since 8 weeks old, and still got nervous locking us in the bathroom to do nail clippings/sanitary grooming (if you have one, you understand). Sick of stressing them so badly (myself too), I took them to two places. Petsmart injured one of them by straining her hip socket (she was 4 months old). The other place was a disaster and the woman had me forcefully hold them down while they yelped and cried, needless to say I called it quits before they could get done.Finally, I took them here. I’m so happy I did. I trusted them and they pulled through. Henry especially had a great take on their personalities. As much as I love those tufty toes, when they were groomed, they strutted and felt fantastic. Currently booking another appointment. It took me 4 years to find a place that I feel comfortable with.

5 star all the way!!!!. Everyone is so helpful and do a beautiful job with my two babies. They are Germain Shepherds and boy are they a job. They are a lot to handle and Henry takes the time to make them feel comfortable and me. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks for another Great Job Guys

I’m so glad I found them! I’ve been taking my Yorkie here for about two years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. Henry and the crew listen to my requests about how I’d like him to be cut and they execute perfectly everytime!

Wonderful job. Normally my dogs are a wreck when they return from being groomed. When I picked my dogs up they were calmer, less hyperactive and the cut was perfect. Great Job Guys

Always went there always will.They make a relationship with those they groom.Were picky with our Golden Doodle...Different cuts for Different seasons etc.No problem and we know our puppy is loved and handled with love.

They always do a good job at a reasonable price. Three dogs shampooed and nails trimmed, one with a haircut, for 70 bucks. One thing though, they do not take plastic.

Called for a price check on a service. I was quoted an outrages price for nail clipping. When I asked for clarification the guy hung up on me! They just lost a potential customer despite there 5 star rating! Terrible phone etiquette!

Didn’t like the cuts my dog was getting they was chopping him up like a bald eagle One of the girls named Chelsea was very rude and ignorant don’t have no respect for her elders prices there are cheap but the attitude is not worth it!!! My sister has five poodles and she left him for the same reason even the owner at one point give me an attitude for no reason don’t have to deal with ignorant people

This place was a bit tricky to find at first but their service and prices are outstanding! I will never take my Yorkie anywhere else again!
