Aside from the typical conventional cat and dog supplies, theyve got a sizeable range on smaller pets too which was great to see. While i was browsing the parrot section, a staff informed me about the discounted pile right around the corner that i would have absolutely missed if not for her. Thank you!

Access to this location is very easy, the staff was nice, is not a big Petsupply but it has a good variety. Groomer did a good job with my Yorkie, in 1 hour he was out and looking sharp. Overall I have no complaints, for being in the city the staff was very nice and helpful.

They really need to update the tubs as theyre always disgusting and flooding (or at least let customers know if they plan on continuing to sell self washes that there is an ongoing issue with it) and bring your own towel -trust me. otherwise decent location and despite usually getting a poor attitude from staff- theres always a few kind and welcoming gems in there too.

The guy who was working with the fish and reptiles etc. was so cool and helpful, went there for coco coir for my land snails, it was pouring and I had to pee so bad they only had employee bathroom but he told the guy on headset I needed to go bad and they let me most places dont care....he was really helpful with picking out what i needed and stayed and talked awhile about shrimp and other animals etc. loved my experience. My little buddies are very happy now that I have the right substrate.

I have a small Shih Tzu mix, who’s a little difficult to groom. I’ve been trying to find someone who would be willing to work with my little fur baby. Ashley at Pet Supplies Plus, is literally an angel sent from above. She was willing to take the time to work with my baby Chanel and surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much Ashley for an amazing experience for Chanel and I. We will definitely be back to see you again!

I have a friend in Buffalo that has 3 young meows. Id send him food using Amazon, but the cans often arrived dented. I found out that this store was in close proximity to him so gave it a go. I absolutely love it! I find better deals and he can pick up my gift within an hour or two. Super fast and convenient. They also have a fun point system that is a great incentive. Id highly recommend this Pet Store.

Be very careful about using this flea collar on your dog. We have a small terrier mix, almost 17 years old, but healthy. A couple weeks after putting this collar on her, her appetite and energy dropped off. Started to lose control of hind quarters. Took the collar off, and gave her a bath and washed all bedding. She started to perk up after a few days. Took her to the vet, and waiting for blood test results to see if there is any permanent kidney or liver damage. Be careful of this or any flea collars. Many of them contain insecticides that could be detrimental to your dog.This one-star review is for the collar, not the store. I have previously given this store five stars.

The guy help me from the moment I walk in the store , he explain what I need to do and what kind of food I need to buy to my new fishes that he recommend for me , my fish her healthy and strong , definitely go there again to buy food and for all of my pets need , helpful respectful and friendly stuff.

Clean, great location, but oh, so cluttered. Staff are amiable and knowledgeable. Merchandise was organized and stocked. Adoptable pets are cared for and socialized. All cages had been tidied recently - even with a major holiday. Too much stock on carts and on the floor. Although the store’s locale is great, there’s not enough square footage and navigating aisles can be adventurous. One of the adoptable cat condos faces the wrong direction and as I was there an hour, customers did not see the cat inside. Locating items and checkout was fast.

Dog Discrimination:Didnt receive service, groomers proceeded to tell me that my German Shepherd should not be given a hair cut and that I would indeed be making her suffer because German shepherds have 2 coats and it keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I informed her that this was not the first time my dogs hair was cut. She responded in saying my dogs fur was already ruined I have given my dog haircuts as well as had them done professionally. She insisted that she did not feel comfortable providing my dog service based on the dogs type. The groomer from what I saw indeed had a haircut herself and had what seemed to be clippers in her hand shaving a dog. Im unsure of why service is not provided to everyone/dog regardless of type but I would not recommend this store at all...

Today, I brought my golden retriever in for grooming. He smells great and felt soft but when I got home and with further inspection, his hair cut was not the best. Its blunt, uneven and a bit too short. His tail looks like they grabbed it, pulled it up and cut straight across. The hair next to his genitals ( if he had any) is so short and uneven. Some parts are cut to the skin as if he was getting prepped for surgery. Im not sure who groomed him but they need a bit more practice with long hair dogs.

Really bad grooming service they change the staff and they did a horrible service to my shitzu they even cut a little in her genital area. 🤬 Never gone there again 😡 Before and after pictures

The store is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The self dog wash is amazing brand new equipment and makes washing my dog so much easier. Prices are a little higher, but well worth it for shopping a local business, and they always have coupons, which means you end up saving more than you would anywhere else.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have everything my cats need and want at reasonable prices. Only fault I found recently was when buying a Betta Fish, I asked what food they were feeding the Bettas because you cant just switch it on them, the one girl was very knowledgeable on Bettas but didnt know what food and after looking it wasnt marked anywhere, so she referred us to a guy thats in charge of feeding the fish and he had no clue about Betta Fish care and feeding. We ended up buying what was there food wise since they only had two options. Blue Moon is Thriving......

When walking into the store immediately immediately felt uncomfortable. When you walk into a store you should be greeted. We spoke. No one spoke back I don’t know if it was because we were black but my child and I were both uncomfortable. No one asked if we needed any assistance and that was our first time visiting that particular pet supply plus Very poor customer service, and I will not be visiting that store again

Bella is a GREAT groomer. My dog is not the best customer. He’s actually been ‘banned’ from other groomers. Bella is so patient, kind and understanding with him. I am so grateful. She had made me a repeat customer.

I go to this particular location of Pet Supplies Plus only because of Ashley, one of the groomers there. Ashley is the only groomer I bring my two golden doodles to and they adore her. The whole grooming staff though, Bella and Seb are wonderful to my pups and treat them like family. Ive recommended a number of people to Ashley.

I would like to recognize Ashley in grooming. she helped my puppy that was traumatized by PetSmart. Sadie can actually get all her nails clipped now. She was so good and patient with her. And Lance the manager. He is so amazing and he actually is so great with his staff. Actually recognizing like giving them lunch AND thanking his staff which almost never happens anymore sadly. But they both go above and beyond. 100 stars! They don’t get paid enough they should get a raise. Seriously. Or at least buy them dinner or a bonus. Appreciate your good staff that has passion and takes pride in they’re work. Because that as well is a hard thing to have now a days. But I was serious about the raise

Shop here every 2to3 weeks for my dogs food. Tried to use 10.00 coupon today which I do often since I get them in the mail. Had an extremely rude cashier who would not accept it since it would not scan in the system? Then proceeded to throw in the trash. I may think twice before coming to this location again. Before today I have never had any problems.

Always friendly and helpful. Prices are at least equivalent (dog food seems to be the same no matter where you shop) but typically better (you dont always need a coupon or sale here!) than other places.

I rescued a puppy last summer and needed to get her groomed but she was scared of her own shadow making me skeptical to bring her anywhere. I decided to try Pet Supplies Plus and was so lucky to have Ashley as our groomer! Ashley spent hours building a bond with Fiji before grooming her to make sure she was comfortable and now getting groomed is our favorite day of the month. Fiji walks in the store and drags me to the grooming corner so excited for her spa day. Ashley goes above and beyond every time for Fiji and I am so grateful for the relationship we have built!

Took my Australian Shepherd in for a bath and groom on 7/28. Today is 8/3 and he smells awful. He is a house dog. I questioned the fact that he looked the same when I picked him up. I was told that he was bathed by a student. I didn’t pay money to have him not washed well by a student. I was told that since it has been more than a week I would have to pay again. Really? I complained when I picked him up and now he’s smelling up my entire house, is that how you conduct business? I question your policy. Maybe if he was an outside dog I wouldn’t be not happy. PSP did a fabulous job with my German Shepherd, but this one that’s a no.

I prefer to keep my dollars local, and Pet Supplies Plus makes that an easy choice. They have a great selection for cat foods, toys, scratch pads, and the like. Their employees are nice and knowledgeable. If you havent tried them, I recommend them. Plus, they do curbside and free delivery if you order at least $30 worth of product.

Staff are terrific and seem to like working there, and are helpful when asked. Prices good. Have a variety of stock for many types of animals. Store is well-marked and laid out well. Doing renovation it seems. Cat tree choices limited and poorly designed, wouldnt have wasted space in store for them!

I adopted a senior kitty from here who I now call my best friend. I feel so lucky to have walked into this store when I did. they host rescue cats and kittens for people to adopt along with the other pets they sell here. my cat was surrendered by her previous family and now she has a new loving home where she spends most of her time in my bed lol. I have also received a great amount of help from the employees here when I had first adopted her and her anxiety issues. they recommended an amazing product to me that stopped her from having accidents COMPLETELY. I cannot thank them enough for it. it was a life changer and allowed for my cat to be much more at ease while adjusting to her new home. the employees are very knowledgeable and can recommend products to help with anything you need. especially as a college student, they were able to recommend products more within my budget which was a major help and allowed me to be able to help my cat

Meaco is always a great delight and very pleasant on the eyes! He Always has great costumer service and always seems so happy to see me and helps with what ever I need. He’s just really the best employee there. I’ve never met someone as hard working as him!

Every time I come here I am treated well by the staff. They are friendly and helpful. Also there is a terrific selection of items for just about any pet. They also partner with local shelters to show off kitties who need fur-ever homes.

In the past Ive had issues with the way they were keeping their Canarys and the fact that they were dying frequently. In the last 2 years the shop is undergone some great positive changes and they have some wonderful customer service Folk. I am usually greeted and they usually greet you at the door. theyve been very helpful

This is a great pet store to have in the area. The rows are spacious enough for two carts, the lighting is nice and the workers are helpful. The prices dont seem too crazy and the last time I was in there were a ton of sales. The downside of the nice, big store is that it feels kind of like Costco or home Depot for pets. The vibe is a little big-boxy for me, but if thats what you like, then this is the place for you!

The self grooming is really easy to use! I love that the spray squirts shampoo with the hose. It makes cleaning my German shepherd very easy. The employees are also very nice!

Gotta say not a cheap option for your pet but 100% the best food for your pet. With that said, the staff and super knowledgeable and moreover very nice. Ever since I got my cat, Chunky, back in 2019 Ive been visiting this location and I have yet to leave disappointed. Im always able to find what it is Im looking for and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I recently received a tarantula from a friend although I know next to nothing about caring for it and they have been a great resource for providing insight on the matter as well as the supplies to do so.

I was happy to see that the staff loved animals and took good care of them. They were very knowledgeable about the animals I was interested in, all the way to the cashier cashing me out.I didnt intend on buying anything but walked out with some new friends.

They definitely dont have alot of wet cat food choices. I have to feed them certain foods healthy foods. But I go there to see what I can use is on sale.The cats need bigger places to be in while waiting for adoption. Need FRESH WATER. Dry food.

Used to love when I took my dog here to get groomed.! I don’t know what has changed but the groomers have a major attitude problem, the managers speak like they’ve never worked customer service in their lives and I just feel like the people working here should not be working with animals if they have such little patience for them. I dropped my dog off at 9am for a bath and cut spoke to the groomer everything was fine , 12pm comes and I still haven’t gotten a call she was ready, I get there at 1230 for my dogs hair to not even be cut she was just in a cage for hours . So not only did I spend 70$ for essentially bath and a bandana , I had to wait since 9am for that and now I have to bother myself and contact corporate bc the manager didn’t feel like doing anything to resolve the issue . HIRE PEOPLE WHO ENJOY WOKRING PET SUPPLIES PLUS

This particular location could be cleaner. Fish area is in need of some employees who are skilled in caring for the fish and keeping the displays more appealing. I wouldnt buy fish here. The rest of the store needs some sparkle as well but overall, its OK to grab general pet supplies here. NF Boulevard location is much cleaner.

I love this store. Its not as big as some of the competitors stores but I find it cheaper. It definitely helps to get their discount card and lots of times they will have coupons sent to your email or online for 5 dollars off your purchase. We get all of our needs met for our turtle and cat here. They also have good deals for microchipping your pet.

Ashley has been grooming Benny since he was 9 months old. She always does such an amazing job and he loves seeing her.

I found a great deal of useful items for my best four legged friend named Drago. I really felt as of I got my moneys worth for the items purchased as well. However, a staff member seemed to follow me throughout the store as if I was wanting to possibly steal. I have to give negative marks for that.

First time in the Delaware store and very surprised at the unprofessionalism and the fact that the staff was a knowledgeable of what was in their store. Common things that they should have carried they didnt and they were much pricier then the other stores. Also didnt like the treatment of how I was served as a customer as well

Very impressed with the selection of quality dog food and treats. I went in for a small bag of dog food to hold us over until our next shipment of food arrives. I ended up with that, plus several bags of limited ingredient, natural treats and some bones. My dog (who can be quite picky) is obsessed with everything shes tried so far. Ask for a discount card if you dont have one already. Im only in town temporarily, but will definitely be back before we leave!

I was greeted upon arrival. Social distancing is in order. I was a few minutes early for an appointment to get my dogs nails clipped, and took advantage of their sweater and coat sales. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. I was pleased with the service they provided and made an appointment to have my fog groomed the next month by the same person.

I take my daughter here to get crickets for her leopard gecko. We also purchase dog food, hamster bedding, reptile accessories, just about everything we need. Prices are good. She loves looking at the ferrets, and the staff is respectful and courteous, and are more than happy to allow her to hold and play with them. My daughter gets excited to go here like shes going to fantasy island. Great place.

Better prices on toys I feel And more different types of animals. Friendly staff. Pricey dog food tho. I guess before I got my dog thats all her previous owner would buy her but it was like 50$ for a 20lb bag + her 12$ wet dog food. I had to slowly switch her to something different but I make sure I still go by almost every other week to buy toys. Feel lost if I dont visit.

The dog wash station is a human and pet health hazard. theres also no drainage on the floor - so youre just standing in large puddles of water - hopefully you dont slip and break your neck. not a yellow slippery floor sign in sight. im telling ya - this is about as bad as it gets. im sure it violates several municipal health codes. the funnier thing is that they raised the price to use the new machines they put in there. it used to be $25 for a dog wash card - now its $40. machines have no water pressure and forget about leaving with a dry dog. seriously save your money. the pet wash at elmwood pet supplies is much cleaner and far superior.

I like coming here because the worker are friendly and the prices seem better then other pet supply stores. I always find a coupon off the internet before I go like the $10 off $50. Everything is nicely organized and clean. I have yet to have any issues while shopping here.

I always go during the 9AM-1PM hours. So far the staff have been attentive and ready if you ask them a question. I have been in and out of the store quickly that I dont dread going to the pet store. The place is organized and the animals look good to me. I recommend this store.

Awesome selection of dog food and newly upgraded dog shampooing area which is beautiful and convenient. The water pressure is good but there are no floor stalls so your dog will have to jump up or walk up a small ramp.

They are right but they dont never really have nothing of what Im looking for and the prices are way too high but when youre in need for something for your pets and you cant order it off the internet this is the next best place I guess it make your own decision on this one yall Miss coco

Great place to shop. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Huge variety and great prices. They also have a self service dog wash and the vet clinics are Saturday mornings. Theres also usually 2 cats up for adoption at this location.

The employees at this location always try to be helpful. The adoption opportunities and educational outreach to the public are truly admirable. Contests such as pet photos for calendars are also great fundraisers for The Buffalo Animal Shelter.UPDATE: After going in this location and hearing the yelps, screaming and cries emanating from the grooming area and receiving dismissive responses from employees and a manager about what was happening, I will no longer shop here. I heard this abuse on Friday May19, 2023. Pet parents: DO NOT bring your dogs here for grooming!

I brought my dog there to give him a bath. The person at the register was wonderful. She gave us directions. Said if we needed help just ask. Now I have a clean dog and he even got treats. I highly recommend this place.

My best buddy Rambo has been with Pet supplies plus since puppy days for 4 years.The Redford limited ingredient Lamb and Sweet potato dry food has been the only relief to his gassy stomach. We love this place. 🐕

Absolutely love Nicks Place. The food is delicious and the staff are very welcoming and caring. I just wish they were open daily later than they are. I would highly recommend eating here.

We have been go in NY here for years, they have a great self dog wash station. Store staff is friendly, and they have a large selection of product. My son is always a fan of the fish, reptiles, Guinea pigs and other animals. Looks like they have also started offering shelter cats.

This is a great place to get pet supplies. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Theyll help you get your things to your car. Or, if youre using the bus like I do, they dont mind helping you package everything well.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff.There is a station to wash your dog in yourself (a beautiful black K-9 German was being washed).They did not have the brand we needed in stock, but recommended a better comparable brand.The prices are fair but border on the pricier end. This is not walmart pet. If you see the brand on tv, likely it is not one of the best.

Love the groomers, they always take care of my Waffles and love on him.Wish you guys carried Full Moon jerkies, but staff is always friendly and store is always relatively clean.

Ordered 3 buckets of cat litter and 2 boxes of canned soft food for delivery. Free delivery. Came the next day. Wish that I had been there to properly thank team member for delivering such heavy items.!

I just was there and purchased 16-40lb boxes of litter. They loaded it on a cart and put it in my truck, besides all the other things that I purchased. We just adopted a nee cat that was staying at Pet Supplies Plus. Both the staff and representative from City of Buffalo Animal shelter were great.The store has a good selection of supplies for an assortment of pets and also has dog grooming, of that is something you need.

I love this store! They always greet me when I come in, have exactly what I need, usually with a range of prices, my dog is welcome there, they give her a treat, and they have a weekly vet clinic. Whats not to like?

The staff is always so nice and super helpful. They are all so much more educated then some of the people working at other competitive pet stores!! This is always my go to place!!!

Used Laura the groomer for the first time on Sunday. She was awesome. Used to go to Kennel Club who is terrible and charges $110.00 to shear my Irish Setter like a sheep, then the owner asks me for a tip. Laura did exactly what I asked and more. She only charged $59.00 and I had to force her to accept a tip. I will go to her from now on!

Well a large selection of food, treats and toys for your best friend. Grooming services also offered, my sister recently had her dog groomed very dissatisfied barely any type of fur cutting done actual looked worse after the grooming. Taking her to another groomer to try and get her fixed.

Wouldn’t recommend. Had no issues until a month or so ago when they got a new supplier for crickets. Now they very rarely have any in stock (large or small), and customer service is poor regarding this. I have been told that they come in on Thursday’s and sell out in the next couple days. Whenever I have asked about this to employees or managers I have been treated rudely. Very unfortunate the downward turn this store has taken.

The sales associates were great, making sure I had found everything I needed. It is refreshing to be asked if help was needed instead of like at most stores searching for an associate who doesnt even want to help you.

Staff is plenty friendly but some of the items are more expensive than youd find at other stores (even Target--e.g. the same brand of cat treats were $1.75 there ON SALE and were $1.50 at Target). Really Id only go there for specialty pet items, cause you kind of have to

The register malfunctioned while I was checking out, after I ran my credit card. The cashier re-rang my items and charged me again. I saw on my bank account that 2 transactions were pending... but was assured that one shouldnt go through. Two days later, both transactions are posted on my bank account. When I called, they said this happens all of the time. So why the freak did you charge me again? I was told I have to go back into the store to get my money back. Switching to Elmwood Pet Supplies from here on.

Staff here are awesome they remember our dogs name and everytime we go in there they yell it out and he gets all excited. Its honestly like we are going to visit friends instead of shopping. And on top of all that they care about animals from our fish to our snake and our dog and everything in between.

Pet Supplies Plus, its a good place to take your pet for the first time visit to the vet. I wish that was the place to take my dog on a regular basis to that Pet Supplies Plus on Delaware in Buffalo New York.

This store had the flavor of Friskies pate my cats love in stock only once over a 3 month period and 7 visits! The only other time they had them in stock the employee refused to get them for me from the back room (corp office did give me a $20 giftcard for that visit). My last visit this week - i walked through a blizzard, literally, and they were out of most of the items i was shopping for. Waiting to hear back from corp office AGAIN. They have officially lost my business. UPDATE: THIS STORE SEEMS TO HAVE RESOLVED THEIR STOCKING ISSUES AND I HAVE RESUMED MY PATRONAGE. THEY SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO THEIR EMPLOYEES WHO MADE THE DIFFERENCE DURING THE ISSUE OF REFERENCE.

Ive been shopping for my pets needs for years with this store. They are pet friendly you can take your pets with you, and they carry supplies for every kind of pet large & small, at affordable prices with discounts. I love this place and they are very helpful toward your needs....

Buddy loves every visit he gets to Pet Supplies Plus. Between all the wonderful smells, the friendly and helpful staff, the treats he gets, and utilizing the bathtub, he always leaves happier and cleaner than he arrived.

The staff is super helpful and if you tell them what you need they will do everything they can to help out. They also have great vet clinics for cheap which Ive taken my dog to before it was very easy.

We get all our supplies for our two birds and our dog. The bird food comes in bulk, my favorite

Took my bearded collie (dog) to get groomed and they did a wonderful job on her. She was treated very well and was beautiful when they were done with her. Tyty.

Good stuff at PSP. We got our fish food and some nice new fish on sale. The only thing lacling was that they didnt have the brand of filters we needed..Topfin. I was told their competitor carried that brand. Petsmart..

It is your typical pet store. I was disappointed by the lack of selection for Alpo moist food compared to Wal-Mart. Price is .14 a,can higher, too.They did voluntarily assist me with carrying out bag of cat food.

Not much to say here. Always stocked. Friendly staff. I come in for pet supplies - never got the plus though.

Only place I can get taste of the wild dog food. Friendly staff fairly knowledgeable. My dog had an accident there while trying out collars and they were prompt to assists.

I bought a hamster here two days ago an I thought she was so cute until I brought her home , turns out she was pregnant so of course I brought her back in , an of course they tell me oh no shes not pregnant she was in the cage with all females witch I personally think they are so wrong because when I first came in first off everything was so plane an unorganized they didnt even know what type of hamster nor what sex of the hamster I had to ask an they really never seemed to sure about any of the questions I asked , the service over there is very por an btw the doggy treats in front look like they have been sitting there for years with Flys , flying all around the food its nasty this store changed so much over the years , Id really recommend pets smart in tops/target plaza they are so much better with everything an the pets are much more polite an train pet plus animals are out of control theres got to be a reason for that if the hamster was not pregnant they was mistreating her really wrong because I gave her a great big home food water everything she needs an wants not to mention these people rip you off i went to return her an get my money back an they never even put the money back in my card it should never take no longer than 24 hours dismissed! ✌

I always have what you need for your pets. Employees do enjoy seeing all the animals that are brought in.

The employees are interactive with customers. They are clean Ive used it the self-drive dog wash area which is convenient.

Cashiers are polite and helpful

It amazes me how different the help is in the store from one day to the next. No one greeted me when I walked in the store no 1 came and asked me if I needed any help & no 1 asked me if I needed any carry out and the cashier wasnt too happy to be cashing me out.

They have a wash station which is great to wash your puppers after our muddy rainy park time. They also have some alternative and different selections of products that PetSmart didnt have.

All of the animals including, fish, cats, reptiles, ferrets, etc. are in tiny cages. They all look scared and depressed. It feels like sadness walking into this place.. I couldnt even bring myself to buy anything in this store and help support a business like this.Theres a lovely little place called Elmwood Pet Supplies like 4 minutes down the road that I stopped in before PetSupplies Plus and they had CHEAP, ORGANIC food, treats, toys, collars, leashes, you name it!

This place has just about anything you could need for your fur baby. The prices are usually better than big box stores and the staff truly care about their work and the animals hanging out there until they find their forwver home.

They have so many varieties of hard to find 5 star rated dog foods that other big pet stores dont even carry. Excellent customer service too.

Pet Supplies Plus is great! Super friendly staff, clean store. I just wish there was more cat stuff, but that’s a small gripe.

You need to be up on your brand reliability and any recalls when you go into this store, but staff is friendly and helpful and there is a lot of variety to xhoose from.

So you wanna buy dog food in bulk, this is the spot! My dogs dont eat the fancy dog foods like Eukanuba, or blue buffalo. While they do sell them, they also sell the basics like Gravy train, Kibbles & Bits (what my little fur babies eat) and a few others along with the wet food in bulk too. I can also wash the there as well. Best part they have VIP mobile vet services every saturday, which is cheaper than the regular vet when we talking small stuff (shots, trimming nails etc).

Improper Lighting and heating for reptiales, mixing animals that shouldn’t be together. Improper substrate . I’ve come in and explained before to a manager and she wrote it down and there are 0 changes. I’m just looking out for the animals. I’ve seen them there so sickly looking on the floor. This is NOT okay. There needs to be a change.

Went for crickets. They were out of small and large. The store clerk told me to buy a box of them which was about $5 and when I got home there were only about 8 in the box even alive.... I spend $1.50-$2.00 on 15 live crickets! Wasted money was very upset about that.

We go there to get crickets worms dry food bedding for my headgehog they are really nice and always helping us.

Great place to get all of your pet food great prices as well. They truly care about there animals they are selling to that shows you there not corporate America and only care about the money!!!!

Seems like every time I go to this store theres always a problem went there with a manufacturers coupon and was told by the cashier that they dont take coupons that were printed when I asked when they started because Ive always use coupons there he told me its always been like that which it has not because I always use coupons there that have been printed from the manufacturer I asked to speak to the manager and she came over and said yes the coupons were acceptable as long as they scanned he did not apologize just rolled his eyes also hey I purchase some bulk items there was no pen to write down the bin number and he insisted there was and would not look up the items in the book which I know they are there nor would he go and try to get the item number himself my friend had to go over there and get the item number so he could ring up the products I like Pet Supplies Plus but I dont like that particular store seems like they need to train their employees better

Went to return a dead fish and they was very cool about it and had no prople as long as i brought a water sample from my tank at home love this pet store

I’m kinda upset bc I got a bird not so long ago and I’m just now noticing that her wings was clipped, usually birds there back then had full wings now they don’t . I noticed when she went to try and fly and she just kept falling .

2 stars bc they had frogs I wanted..but the store and cages need to be cleaned there vary dirty.i bought 3 tree frogs and the lady gave then to me and said here are your nasty little creatures.not something someone working with animals should say to someone buying animals..the cashier was vary nice though

This is.a great place to stock up for your furry baby. On Saturday mornings they offer microchipping and shots at a reasonable price.
