The worst horrible experience ever from the time I drop the dog off to the time I picked her up. First, the receptionist was very short and giving off bad vibes no customer service experience at all. I should have known that it was a bad choice Leaving my dog from her energy. I tried to let her know that my dog had never been to a groomer before, and all she knew was me and suffers from separation anxiety. She was just very quick after all my responses. I knew something was wrong, telling me that my dog was ready after only being there for a hour and a half. they then called me again 20 minutes later as I was getting out the car Letting me know that she was ready Again and that they close at 6 PM I told her I was getting out the car (Let’s keep in mind it does take time to travel) When I saw my dog, I was completely speechless, hurt, devastated, disappointed, and upset.The groomers started to tell me that my dog started to snap at her and scratched her arms So she was unable to do a successful haircut my dog is a yorkie and was shave completely looking like a Taco Bell dog. The cut Was shabby and UGLY. My dog looked unrecognizable. I just left because I knew if I would have said something the disappointment that I was In and state of shock would have landed Me in jail. I will never ever ever come to the shop again or recommend it for anyone. And I was charged full price I believe When teeth brushing wasn’t completed or the full nail trim. The girl My dog was definitely not an experienced groomer

I ordered cat food and what I had received was the correct brand but a different size bag, I was confused, reached out asking for the $10 difference back as a refund or something since the bag was 2 lbs smaller and the cat food is EXPENSIVE lol, but I realized I had missed 2 calls like right after I sent the email but I hadn’t heard them because I wasn’t by my phone at the time, by the time I got to the phone there was a voicemail from a member there maybe a manager named Holly, and she let me know they couldn’t find my bag but found it at another location and were having it delivered at no extra cost. She really made my day with that and I’m so appreciative and thankful and she deserves a raise, promotion, and employee of the year award seriously. She went beyond above and beyond, I just wanted the $10 difference back, but to send me another bag of the right size. I have always loved this store and this location but truly, this is why they will forever have my business. Have a wonderful new year

I recently visited this location to get my dog groomed. For starters I had to wait a week for an appointment due to availability(that was fine). Finally i dropped my 10lbs Shitzu off to the groomers. I receive a call from the groomers 10 minutes later a stating we need to pick him up. We pick him up they said he tried to bite him which he’s not a bitter. But I even said he was maybe a littler nervous I can stay he’s probably excited. They said no and sent me dog out wet…… very unhappy with the lack of customer service provided at this location…

If I could leave 4.5/5 I would. I came in after work recently to get crickets and was treated very kindly. So a few days before the ones I purchased had all died suddenly. I looked it up and I guess that can happen if something happens to one out of all of them from time to time. So I had to throw them all out. I told the kind gentleman this as he was scooping up mine (which I was going to pay for, I was just letting him know in case there was something wrong with the last batch) and he gave me them for free. I have never been treated this well at a pet store. My gf works for a different pet chain and I would rather go to this one and she agrees. Thank you sir for treating me so kindly, you got my business for years to come. ( I didnt get the guys name unfortunately.)

Been a customer here for awhile. Past two times Ive had my shitzu/ Maltese come home with one eye open. Was told it was the dogs fault. Once maybe but twice in a row, I cant take him back there. Used to have better groomers. Yesterday was my last time taking my buddy for a cut at this location.

Always feels like walking into a friends house, cause everyones a pet lover! Staff is helpful & patient with helping you to find the perfect item for your pet. Self-service dog wash is a Godsend for my big fur babies during the cold seasons when I cant bathe them outdoors! Get on their rewards program: the coupons they send will chop a good few bucks off of your bill!🐾♥️👣

I love this place. The staff is helpful and friendly, the items are priced well, the pet selection is good. The animals look taken care of and dont look stressed out. I love to get all my pet goods here, and will keep doing so in the future. And now, I shall post adorable cat photos.

I have been bringing maxie here since March 2017 when he was still a puppy. Jenn and Steph have been my two go girls since day 1. I cannot stress enough the kindness,knowledge,empathy these ladies and the other ladies have. Your fur baby is in the best of hands 💜💙🐾🐾

I took my high anxiety dog in to have her nails trimmed tonight. Chey was very patient and understanding. I will be back next time she needs a trim!

My young dog had his nails trimmed today at Pet Supplies Plus. The groomer did a great job and was very patient and reassuring to my nervous pup.

Went to VIP pet care in this store. Staff was very late, but services were still completed to all animals in line. We looked at the kitties up for adoption while waiting. I hope they get homes soon. They look so sad, not very playful to be so young.

I asked for my dog to get trimmed, i got her back bald!!! My dog had no hair! I would not recommend this place for grooming to my worst enemy.

Wonderful grooming dept. My little pom looked great! Plus I was able to get a bunch of buy one get one on quality treats. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that all the small animal areas and fish, are kept very clean! I HATE when I see places that have dead fish in tanks, not a problem here...

I was very impressed on my first visit to the local Pet Plus store. The young man was very helpful. Definitely returning for my pets needs!

I talked to several employees concerning products that might help with my dogs anxiety. They were helpful with their suggestions. I decided to try supplement with CBD oil. I also asked where the dog dishes were. The prices are on the front of the shelves, not on the bowls themselves. They looked up the price. They also have nice dog bathing stations for do-it-yourself dog baths. They were helpful and explanatory. I will take my dog soon for a bath. Very nice store with helpful employees.

When’s here for dog grooming and they did a fantastic job. My dog really enjoys it and it’s fairly reasonably priced for the quality of the work. I highly recommend.

Nice staff, but things are tight in the store, often finding things in the wrong place, but just off, like same flavor of food, just a different size, or the right size just wrong flavor. Look, its probably there just out of place. PET FRIENDLY

My pup went in for his first shots...the wait was long but they give you a realistic time frame. They told me about an hour and a half wait so I had time to pick up my kids in Kenmore, grab lunch for us, etc and when I came back they were ready for us. They were all very friend and super quick. Between registering him , shots, paying we were out of there in about 5 or so minutes. I got 50% off with an online coupon. Got a rabies tag and an emailed summary of visit and receipt. Very quick but very thorough.

Took my yorkie in to be groomed and when I returned I didnt recognize her.. Yorkies are known for their cute lion-like or teddy bear-like faces, and when I returned her faced was completely bald.. I was devastated.. My little girl looks like a stranger to us, now we have to wait 3+ months for our girl to look like herself again.. You guys dropped the ball on this one.. Itll be a while before you see us again if ever..

I have been bringing my Akita to Stephanie to be groomed since I rescued her in November. Stephanie is wonderful with her and she is now more comfortable going there! All of the staff is wonderful and caring! I highly recommend Stephanie for grooming large furry dogs!

Very helpful staff. I like that they carry my heavy cat litter to my car for me. Nice selection of products.

I had the best experience today. Id like to acknowledge the fantastic customer service by the gal cashier. She had purple hair. I am using a cane due to surgery and she picked up a large dog food bag and carried to the register, saved me money on an apartment, and carried the bag to my car. This might be her job, but she had the best service with a smile! Thank you!!

Horrible care of the animals, their only ferret is all alone and almost out of litter, the goldfishs takes are merky

UPDATE: The owner replied back and asked me to contact him on a website which I tried but the website wouldn’t open. Was at the store yesterday and Mike who was the cashier. He is rude nasty and shouldn’t be in customer service.I would rate this higher than a one star but they really need to improve their website. It doesn’t matter if your shopping in store or from home there website is slower than a turtle. Then when you go to cash out you hold up the entire line bc it takes you 20 mins to open the app then another 20 mins to get to your rewards. I have told them I’m going to stop shopping there due to this issue

Smells bad all the fish are sick. I mean what are you expect its a typical pet supply chain store. I mean I get it who has time to provide the fish with TLC. The betta fish and the customer service is fairly good. I really think they should reform the organization and focus on education and natural planted fish tank environments.

This is a great pet shop. They have pretty much everything you need for most house pets. I’ve taken my kitty to the vet clinic there and she was treated with the utmost respect haha. They have the litter she likes, and the grain free dry food she likes, not to mention the cans of wet food.I’ve also taken my sister’s pit bull mix with her to the vet and he was also treated very well. The doggy bath is totally worth it as well, he’s a big dog and you just can’t control him in a house tub. It was less than 15 bucks and worth every penny. I can’t comment on the grooming service, although I believe they do mid/large breed dogs.

We love Pet Supplies Plus and have been going to them for many years in different locations. Usually the store is clean and the employees are friendly, but yesterday at the self wash area, we were disgusted at how dirty it was. The washing area was filthy with tons of dog hair in the washing stalls and even feces in one of them. I didnt want to wash my dog in there like that and asked an employee if he could give me some cleaning spray to clean it out and gloves to clear the drain. I do realize that people who use the stalls should clean up afterthemselves and unfortunately many dont, and thats not the employees fault, but leaving the area in that condition was just bad. The guy did clean the stall, but was acting like he didnt really see the point. The whole area in there needs to be renovated because there is mold on the walls and it just looks run down. The only reason we stayed to wash our dog was because we have been loyal customers to Pet Supplies Plus for a long time.

I just love it here. Excellent customer service. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second time taking my dog to the Vet & I appreciate how much love & care they took with him. The prices are unmatched. For example, I took my dog to another Vet and I was told one of his shots would be $110 & the additional shots he needed would $35 a piece. Here at Pet Supplies Plus I was able to get all his shots for $85 dollars and a 3 month supply of tic/flea treatments. I was amazed how much I saved. Also, I wanted to say a special s/o to Kathy for helping me.

Very very clean.I always check on the birds and theyre not just thrown a handful of seeds... they receive diced and sliced fruits and vegetables. And their water bowls are always immaculate with FRESH water!I commend the owner and wonderful staff for providing all this and more!Great place to pop in if you need one of the basics or if you have time to just stroll around and see what is new and exciting.

We took our dog for the U wash, and he loved it! The facility was clean and had soap and a plethora of clean towels for you to use.

I took my 7 month old, very anxious puppy here to get his nails trimmed. Mackenzie was very sweet and patient with him, even though he was being quite difficult. She did a wonderful job making a connection and obviously loves dogs. I definitely recommend her! Ive been to this location a few other times for pet supplies, and the staff are all friendly.

The employees are always quick to help when I go in asking for assistance. Their stock is a bit more limited than some of the other Pet Supplies Plus stores that Ive been to, but they do well with the space that they are working with.

Great service and the store looks very nice

This is the second time I have used this location for getting my dog groomed. I am very pleased with the customer service and friendliness of the groomers. They take the time to get to know your pet. They are usually very very busy at this location, but this does not affect their work. I have dealt with Stephanie both times and see is great. However, if a time ever arose that Stephanie was not there, any of their groomers would be extremely capable. I would feel comfortable with any of them grooming my dog.

In my opinion Haley is the best groomer Pet Supplies Plus Cheektowaga has...My Doxie gets groomed every 6-8 weeks and I always request Haley. She always takes extra steps to make sure he (Tank) looks his best from his head to his toes, and she does..

I had both my dogs groomed there several times one a chihuahua & my St. Bernard and they were very good with them and do a great job. The store. Is always very clean and the staff always friendly and do their best to help you out . They also carry a good variety of foods and treats for them . Thanks for caring

Prices are not cheaper than I thought they might be.

The young female brunette associate is gatekeeping the cats that are eligible for adoption. There was another store associate that was really helpful and trying to let us see a kitten in particular and this younger store associate came into the room chastising the other one which made mine and my 3 year old daughters experience rather uncomfortable. If there are people willing to adopt these furr babies, why be nasty and illprofessional?? So we compensated by getting the cats some toys and treats but my kid and I are both pretty upset about the whole thing. To the store associate that WAS being helpful, thank you for trying

We took our dog for a self serve wash and it was great! We had 30 minutes and were done in 20! You can bring your own supplies or use theirs. We bought a card for $25.00 which gives us $5.00 per wash. If not, it costs $10.00 each time. Id rather do it there than in my bathtub.

This store is always stocked well and has such kind and helpful people. I am so glad they have EXCELLENT sales compared to competitors in the area and on their higher end foods!

The groomers are so nice and friendly. They did my dogs nails very quick and had my dog comfortable the entire time. Always a clean and well stocked store. It never smells of pets like some of the others do.

Normally use the self serve bath services and love how convenient it is, but recently broke my hand and needed to have my service dog bathed. Called to see if their groomer had any openings, was on hold for forever, but finally got through. Not even 5 seconds after I explained I cannot currently use the self serve, I was cut off and told they were full for appointments and to just wash the dog myself. When I reiterated that I literally just told them I couldn’t, they magically had 3 openings later today.So the staff are either extremely rude and dismissive because they were busy, or liars and just too lazy to do a simple dog bath on a very well trained dog. Either way I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. Love pet supplies plus, but I wouldn’t go to this location again if that’s how their staff treats customers.

There is one employee who I frequently deal with and let me tell you she is very knowledgeable and informative when it comes to taking care of fish. I love seeing her when I go. :)

This location is normally my favorite and the only one I typically go to. I recently got back into fish and got another fish tank. I was given misinformation that lead to one of my fish attacking all the rest of my fish and killing 2 of them. So I went back to the store to talk to them and the 2 girls who were working were very rude and dismissive. They did not listen to anything I had to say and didn’t help me out at all, they blamed everything on me and were quite rude. I normally only deal with nice workers but who over was working there 9/3 was horrible and mean. All I was trying to do was figure out why this was happening and they were no help and were extremely rude. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at ANY pet store, not just this one.

Excellent customer service! The gentleman (appeareded to be a manager) was so beyond helpful guiding me to the best diet for my kitten, as he has a sensitive diet. He explained everything thoroughly, including his experience with sensitive diet kittens. He went out of his way to help. Thank you!

Always a excellent groom on my boy.

First and foremost you can bring your pet in, which is awesome. The prices are usually cheaper than the competitors, and if theyre not they price match. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They have a huge selection of foods and treats, not to mention a large selection of care products etc. Pretty much every week they have sales on top of their great prices. Parking is hardly ever an issue.

Was so impressed by the VIP pet vet clinic and the grooming services here. They took great care of my pup and you could tell they do an excellent job on all pets. Wouldnt need to go anywhere else!

Cut my dogs nipple and his armpit pretty good too,for 70$ I’ll take him to a real boutique next time! Horrible grooming you tell them not to shave your dog and they shave your dog anyway doesn’t matter which one you go too! they’re not “groomers” they’re shavers! Beware!

We took our dog to get groomed on Thursday the 15th of August at 9:15 am. It was a terrible job and I am very disappointed in the service. We have taken Dottie there many times. I will be looking for a new groomer.

Store Member Christina assisted me. She was very cordial, patient and helpful. I needed a new fish tank and tank cover. I was clueless about what sizes I needed. Christina was very informative, which enabled me to purchase correctly.. Christina should be awarded Member of the year !!!

We were there for an adoption event for Bufalo Cares. We ended up getting our dog, Gracie, several toys for Christmas which she picked out. I love there wash station.

I called about a specific fish my parents wanted for their tank, and the woman I spoke with said that they did in fact have them in stock. My parents have been looking for weeks so I jumped up and brought my dad with me to go pick them up. We get there and they did not have the fish we called about and every single tank was dirty and had dead fish in it. There was a mollie in there dead for so long it was floating and covered in white fuzz. Every single tank had dead fish. I confronted all the employees asking about the fish I was just told were there and were not, and everyone just looked at each other and said nothing. Awful. The standard of those tanks is disgraceful and the customer service was just as bad. Id give them 0 stars if I could. Reprehensible.

Edit:Has slid down the hill a bit. Was there a month ago and TONS of fish were belly up in tanks. Went the other day, fish guy drops 2 of my fish in the floor, scrapes them back into the net and still gives them to me. Manager told me it happens sometimes. The new guy is squeamish around crickets and fish. WHY WOULD YOU APPLY TO WORK A PET STORE?!?!? New guy wanders over and says what did you want me to do? My 9 year old called him unprofessional. Why do they hire these people?Ava is a knowledgeable employee. Stopped cause I thought she was there. The vets on call and grooming staff are top notch though.

Absolutely ridiculous. We have never brought our dog here for grooming and wanted to give it a shot. First they told us 2 hours and we waited almost 3 1/2 hours. When I went to ask about how much longer the employee told me my dog is fat and a hot mess And that’s why it taking so long. I have never felt more disrespect in my life. Will never be back.

Never ask for a carryout.after dropping my wood chips on ground (he said hes allergic to them)he put in my new car with rip in bag so woodchips flew everywhere. After I took bag in store for a new 1 all I got was a walk to get a new 1 and a very lame apology.

My Husband and I just adopted a pitbull and when we took him to the groomers at Pet Supplies plus Chelsea was so friendly with him and made him feel at ease. I went back to get dog food and products to help with his dental hygiene and Jess was great. She walked me through all the different products based on all the different questions I was asking. Jess went above and beyond and because of both of these experiences I will be a repeat customer.

We want to thank Super Jenn and Uncle Pat for taking such GREAT care of Rogue Gauge and Jack! Calming them and giving them such personal care when clipping their nails. They also want to thank you for the yummy Valentine’s Day treats!

Pet supplies Plus on Union road is awesome. Employees as well as the manager go above and beyond to make your shopping experience everything it should be.

I love this store! Employees are always friendly and if I have any questions they always take the time to explain.they used to give treats to my pups when we check out... they dont do that anymore. Also I wish they had a scale for dogs. But all in all this is a wonderful store and the only place I shop at for my fur-friends!

Love this place. Pet Supplies Plus is the only local retailer at which I can purchase superworms. Their reptile lighting leaves a little something to desire, but cant beat the fact I have no other place to get live feeders for my reptiles.

This use to be my favorite go to store miles away from my house with a location right around the corner. This store use to sell large amounts of fish of all kinds sine the remodel not so much . Went in location for canned cat food out , chiclid food out , what happen ?

They do a great job with my doodles grooming. Staff is friendly and really cares for the dogs.

My boyfriend and I love checking out pet stores weve never been in before as we are huge animal lovers, especially reptiles so we were excited to check out this stores selection. The selection of reptiles is very different compared to other Pet Supplies Plus which was awesome but that was quickly ruined by the fact that you can tell that not a single person there knows how to take care of them (or no one cares). Some of their reptiles were on sale and you could noticeable see it was because they were underfed, sick and not in good condition at all. I have never seen a pet store take such poor care of their amazing selection of animals. I love animals and I left this store in tears and in huge disappointment because these reptiles would most likely die very soon because of the careless actions of whoever is supposed to be taking care of them. dont keep expensive, exotic animals if you have no one trained to care for them properly!!! and putting them on sale because theyre so skinny and on the verge of dying?? absolutely disgusting

The workers there are super friendly the moment that I walked in with my pup they just wooden all didnt ask if I need anything at all and it was adorable actually I felt super at home which being that I have a service animal is usually not the case in most instances..really white selection of toys and puppy supplies mid-size dog supplies all regions of various animals species on disclosed due to the fact that I dont have one so I didnt really look that much but I can confirm that theres election for cats and dogs is just epic..the end

Except for receiving devastating news about my cat, the vet clinic was run very efficiently. All were very professional and shared their deepest thoughts for my very sick cat.

This store is often forgotten about because of that larger national chain just down the road. It shouldnt be! Often the prices are better or similar at worst. I have dogs, a cat, and a large fish tank so I have many pet needs. Pet Supplies Plus rarely disappoints on pricing or selection.

Would definitely give a 0 if I could.The groomers at this location are nothing but rude and only care about the money.They sent my dog home bleeding and all they could do was shrug.

I went to this store after work. Since Ive been here before, I knew where the items that I wanted to buy. The Flexibones and Greenies were on sale. I thought that just the Greenies were, so I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, McKenzie was filling bags and/or cleaning up at the register area. She noticed me right away and stopped what she was doing and cashed me out. She was friendly and quick. I will continue to shop at this store. 2 thumbs up. Haha!

Love the selection of critters...alot of different items I havent seen at other pet stores...the staff is super friendly and helpful...my only complaint is the prices are quite a bit higher then most pet stores

I have nothing but praise for their groomers. I took my cat in to have soft paws put on his claws. This is not a service offered by most groomers but was my number one priority. I expected to be called ten minutes after drop off with nothing done as my cat is MORE than a handful. Surprisingly, my cat not only had his soft paws but a haircut!!!! My cat wasnt tramatized...he isnt chewing off his soft paws...my leather furniture is safe and you have a customer for life!!!!

Pet Supplies Plus on union by the Walden galleria mall is the best pet store in the city.Went there to buy a reptile and got tons of help and the employees where actuallyknowledgeable telling me everything I needed and even looking up answers to myquestions that they did not know. They also have a great grooming section for dogsand a dog wash that is kept very clean with reasonable prices.

I made the mistake of attending Petco and they happen to have 2 bags of ferrer food left but no other ferret vitamins or accessories and that because they dont sell ferrets. Understood....I just grabbed those last two bags and proceeded to check out...I happen to speak to a very nice lady and her daughter while I was in lineSo, I decided while I was out to just go to Pet Supplies Plus because they always have items for my ferrets (and where I got my ferrets from, I have 4) and of course once I arrived at PSP, they indeed had everything I was looking 4 AND I saw the same lady and her child I spoke to at Petco. So they tells you she had the same issue I had, Petco didnt have what she needed either but Pet Supplies Plus did!Keep it up PSP!!

They close at 6pm and i got there at 5:10pm. They told me i couldnt wash my dog even though i have the card for 5 washes with only 3 used because they wanted to close early. I told them im washing my dog because its almost an hr till close. In the end i washed my dog but they kept spraying the floor and partly my feet as i was using the high tub. I left by 5:30pm

The best place ever for dog food variety, they price match, they have the nicest people working there, not to mention I take both my dogs to VIP on Sundays when they are in need of their Veterinary Services. Would not go anywhere else for any of my dog supplies.

I bought wax worms from here, they were all dead. I returned them and got more despite the managers fit of anger, got home, only to find they too were all dead. The only fridge they keep them in is 33 degrees, when wax worms should be kept at 50 degrees. I wouldnt doubt all the wax worms in their stock are dead. Not to mention inexperienced staff giving advice that would actually kill your lizard. I used to love this place, but Im sorely disappointed.

Store is always clean but its often hard to find there advertised sale products. They sell out so fast. Maybe stock more sale items, as this is what brings me in specifically

I shop here a couple times a week for my three Akitas.I always enjoy coming in the staff is friendly and the store is clean and people can bring their fur babies with them.

Me and my husband went to get fish. The man working in that area was great. He told me which fish I can and can not put in my tank with each other, he showed me which food would be best and what I need to maintain my tank.

Today another customer and I noticed a dog in a hot car outside the store. When we told the cashier she wasnt very concerned but made an announcement. When the owner finally came to the front she made excuses saying the windows were open. They were only open a crack and as everyone knows that doesnt make a difference. It was at least 80 outside and sunny. The cashier said that the woman is there all the time(like that makes a difference!) she was making light of it and laughing about us complaining! I will never shop at this store again. Their sign on the window says they care about our pets...I disagree!

Very nice staff but always smells like dirty animal cages. I dont notice the same smell at other pet stores.

Best Pet Store for service and quality, dont use grooming as I only have cats, however, all services are available. They go way above in customer service and will order large quantities of food for you if you ask. This is the store I shop at primarily. ++++

The associates who helped us did a tremendous job. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took all the time needed to get us set up with all the needed products.

Brydon was very helpful polite and even carried my dog food out to the car. Jen in the grooming area takes good care of my lil dog. He loves going to her. (Hes old lil dog and doesnt like too many ppl or things. But he loves Jen)

I like this store its neat and always has everything I need. Really enjoy seeing the kitties, one of these days I will bring one home with us. They special order things too.

I recently took Kayto, my husky, to this location for a grooming, bath and teeth cleaning. I have taken him to other, “more specialized” expensive places, and have done it myself at pet supplies plus as well. (It is ALOT of work and very messy) Mackenzie at this location in Cheektowaga honestly made my dog look better than he has ever looked. She combed out so much hair and returned him to me in A plus condition. I truly know how much work went into getting him into that condition. I couldn’t be happier. Price was right too. Big ups to Mackenzie she deserves a raise!

Took my little Chihuahua Joey in today to see my favorite groomer Jennifer Joey loves her you have a great store there seems like everybody gets along Jen is the best and I would recommend to anybody she she takes care of my little boy and I appreciate it give her a raise

Friendly and helpful staff. I went for the self-serve bath option and the station was well stocked with tons of options for my dog. 100% going back!

They seem to only have larger bags of dry cat food. They once carried smaller bags but now seems you can only get the large ones. Selection of wet canned cat food also lacking in variety of fancy feast. Always out of blocks of frozen brine shrimp.

Easy parking.. Service was great people took care of my dog are so nice.. Groomed nails flea bath and ear cleaning.. Discount if u have the rewards card

I love the friendly atmosphere and there prices are reasonable for your pets. They also do training for your puppies there they are very friendly and I love it for my pets.

Excellent staff service.My sheltie Heidi looks fabulous.I received her from a family that had not kept her up.Everything on Heidi was bad,fur, teeth, nails you name it Heidi needed help and to look at her now is amazing.She didnt even make it two feet away from the grooming area before she was made a fuss over by patrions in the store.Thank you so much.

I take my dog to the groomers there. My dog isnt ease. But the girl who cuts him as not given up on my dog. Theyre much better in price too.

I took my dog to be groomed a couple of weeks ago this wasnt his first time there .The next morning my dog could not jump up on the furniture when I would pick him up or touch him he would make a sound like he was in pain .and he wouldnt run around and he was having trouble lifting his leg to pee .I called his vet and took him the next morning on a emergency visit when the vet examined him she said it was a sprained muscle if a pinched nerve probably could of been from the grooming .He was put on 2 different medications and given a pain shot .It cost me $170 Thankfully he recovered .I think the groomer my have dropped him .needless to say I will never take my dog there again .

Clean, organized store. My son loved watching the three dogs being groomed through the window and seeing all the fish, hamsters and birds

They did a great job grooming my German Shepherd, I was worried about her shes not good with people but they didnt have a hard time she was good for them good stafff

They have what I need for my cat, and my cat is extremely picky and particular. However, I do purchase his Blue Buffalo food from Amazon because its a lot cheaper.

Went to buy fish but there were so many dead fish in the tanks I was afraid to infect my tank. Some of the fish were half eaten and had been in the tanks for days.
