Sad to see betta fish kept in such small cups but even worse when water quality is horrendous! Hair algae was growing on the inside of cups and some bettas looked at a very rough state!

Stopped in Sunday morning around 11:30am!The two staff I saw at the front were super helpful and very informational with the products I was looking for as well as super pleasant.On top of it they were fast on the register and provided very friendly service!Awesome visit!

We had our shopping list and expected to be there a short time but ended up staying awhile as we had such a great experience! 1st, the store was clean & well stocked Lots to choose from 2nd, the clerk went out of his way to help us & make sure we chose the pet carrier that was best for us (Incidentally, Pet Supplies Plus had the better prices compared to other pet stores) 3rd, so happened we met several interesting customers & their pets Good to meet happy returning customers Last, clerks remained friendly even when the store was busy! Definitely returning

Mya is incredibly kind and caring with my fur baby. We visit her monthly for nail trims, and she handles our dog with such gentleness and care. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here for their grooming services!

This was our first time stopping by the Williamsville location. I honestly get a lot of anxiety when shopping sometimes because I have sensory issues with fluorescent lighting. This store had calm, soft lighting and was decorated beautifully. The kittens from the local rescue were obviously well taken care of, as well as all of the small pets in the store. The employees were so friendly and the pet food is priced fairly. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

My dog always loves it when visiting this place. Chloe was extremely helpful with finding new dog food that doesnt upset his stomach.

Its a pet store. They allow you to take your dog in and theres a self wash too. Nice staff.

Great customer service. Love Allison the groomer! And the staff is great... If only they would keep the dog was open until at least 8:30pm. It is so hard to have dinner feed the dogs and get to the dog wash by 7pm because they shut it down at 8pm.

Great staff and there’s something about the set of this store vs other ones that makes it more, well, homey, more chill like hanging out in a friends cool father’s basement that happens to be full of pet supplies. Most stores are these cold sterile super fluorescent-lit bright boxes, this one has lower, more mellow, warm lighting. People working there super nice and complimented me and me son and had great conversation. Not your average big box pet store.

I prefer this location bc of the nice self bathing available.

I usually have a good experience here, but today the associate went out of her way to make sure I knew about an online cost savings program they offer.I also love that they almost always have things on sale. And they carry a wide variety of brands at competitive prices.

I enjoy going in here. They are a little more expensive than wegmans or Walmart but when I dont feel like walking the big stores I will come here. The people are super nice and happy. Would recommend

Stopped in today after a starbucks visit next door. Im so glad I did. The store looks great, Im putting my dog on a healthy food after a great conversation with one of their staff members. EVERYONE there is helpful and very friendly. Store is updated, looks great and the prices for toys and accessories are very reasonable. I was actually surprised at the dog toy prices. This is my new Pet store!

People were really friendly and I really liked the way the store was set up. You walk in and its almost like a bakery with all the donut dog treats and other types of treats they have in the front. Very cool and is worth a look!

My family and I went here today. We are getting our puppy on Jan. 31st..and we want of course the best we can give in his diet. We were so impressed with how clean, and friendly the staff were. Jen is the assist manager, and is very educated on the products. We look forward to their continued support of our pets....

I normally go to the store on transit and they have been so wonderful to me for years. I was very excited when this location opened, because I work so close to the williamsville place plaza and I get my pet supplies from pet supplies plus. I spend a lot of money at pet supplies plus every year. I was absolutely upset after leaving and I have quite a bit of patience. I originally put the as a 1 star review, but I appreciate Chris phone call after my review. He was very professional and apologetic. I may try this store again. Possibly

Lovely experiences here every time I go. They sell a lot of products including homemade dog treats. The employees seem very knowledgeable and like they are animal lovers themselves.I have had the joy of raising ferrets. Usually when I see ferrets in stores they are not taken care of properly. Not so at this pet supply plus! These three healthy ferrets were in a large ferret proof cage, they were not cramped, everything was clean and the cage was in a quiet low traffic area of the store. Ferrets are a very demanding exotic animal and it is a true testimonial to how well the store is run that they are taken care of properly.

Great place to get food and goodies for your pets. Jen was very helpful to help us select a good food for our 2 dogs. Will come back for more.

The groomer - ‘Mya’ - is absolutely excellent… very respectful and taking excellent care of my young puppy during her first nail cutting experience.

Pets Supplies Plus is an amazing store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I shop in-store and curbside and both are great!

Pet Supplies Plus, while it is indeed a chain, feels much more like a small business than the other big pet chains. (This is a good thing!) Of the locations in the Buffalo area, the Williamsville location is by far the best. It is very new and modern looking and extremely clean. I was recently looking for a betta fish and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the one employee, being a big betta fan herself, was able to provide helpful insight. The prices are comparable to other chains, but if you want a betta right now, you should go here as they currently have an unbeatable sale going on!

Not only are they within walking distance from me now, this location has the best staff. They always greet you with a smile and the store is clean and welcoming, with a great selection.

Saw your store and stopped in on Monday. Very nice store and space to shop around . Staff talking to themselves behind the counter , didn’t seem to care you were really in the store ! No greeting when you came in , nothing ! Am disappointed, I don’t come to this area often but don’t know if I’d stopped in again ! Hope they improve their customer service !!
