Petco Grooming

Great team and all around experience! We will definitely book our grooming and vet services with Petco and Vetco moving forward.

The girls in grooming, Sophia and Ava, I believe, were excellent with my 13 year old chihuahua. He was a bit difficult and they handled it like pros! So calm and gentle, professional and followed procedures perfectly and got the job done. I will be bringing my dog to them from now on for grooming for sure!

I adore Grace! She is so kind and gentle with my senior dog and I know my dog is being handled with the best and compassionate care as she gets so excited to see Grace every time we come in for a bath!

I was able to get my pet Lilly, in right away for her first grooming experience. The staff were polite, nice and knowledgeable. They took great care of my Lilly. I was impressed and made her next appointment.

The groomers are polite and took good care of Aussie. They let me know when he was sensitive to part of the grooming.

Melissa was Celestes groomer this time. As usual with anyone who does the grooming Celeste was done perfectly. Melissa takes great care and she really does love dogs. When I picked Celeste up she carried her out for me as I am on oxygen and it is hard sometimes to carry her and my oxygen converter, she took her out to the car for me after I paid. Amazing, both the girls were super sweet and even let me back with my dog while she was getting her nails trimmed! Definitely coming back!

The ladies at Niagara Falls Blvd petco grooming are so friendly. My little girl is skidish but she seems to take to them pretty well.

The groomer was very nice and helpful - she remembered my dog from last time and suggested a cut length that looks really good on him. She also got him done faster than I expected. Excellent work.

The ladies did an excellent job, I did not rated a five stars because I had additional charges that no one asked me if I was ok with. I ended up paying but I was not expecting it was going to be as much.

I know that my dog will always be cared for every time in a compassionate and caring way every time. The groomers tone and touch with our pet makes even the nail trimming process go quickly for the dog who has often shown her displeasure in that part of her grooming with other groomers in the past. I think I look forward to our appointments as much as our dog does to see her in action as one who loves their job.
