PetSmart Grooming

Both times I had scheduled, they gave me trouble and were very rude. The first time, Ariel was supposed to be my groomer and happens so she had to put someone else in front and we had to wait longer. The 2nd time it was cancelled and for a week later. Definitely recommend going to Hounds & Hops in downtown, youll be impressed.

We came here to find equipment for our aquarium. Customer service wasnt great but that might have been because they were short staffed? I think we saw two employees, one of whom was very helpful in guiding us to making the right purchases for our home aquarium and the other who was our cashier and was friendly and engaging, sharing her own personal experiences with her fish. Prices seemed a bit high but we did see some products were likely to come back for at another time.

So they dont have bathrooms. Everyone is sent to Tops Friendly Markets to use the bathroom. I wonder if Tops knows that they are sending people to use toilet there. I wonder if they can bill them for that convenience.My daughter said its because no one getting paid minimum wage wants to clean the bathrooms. Oddly enough the PetSmart that we usually go to on Walden Ave, Cheektowaga, NY does have bathroom. And thats where Im going to purchase my items tomorrow!

So good! Ariel made my puppy even cuter if that is even possible!!
