Absolutely love this place, cant say enough good things about the staff & ownership, they always get me in for the dogs nailcutting, the owner goes out of her way to make you feel at ease, shes very friendly and talkative, but not overly talkative, the staffs gentle with my girls ( 2 beagle sisters).like I said in the beginning, I LOVE THIS PLACE, DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR 4 LEGGED FRIENDS HERE ,you wont regret that you did !!!!!

My cats were bathed and shaved. They look and smell amazing. I’ve had them elsewhere in the past and this time was far superior.

Sooo good with my Charlie, he was abused as a puppy and he’s afraid of strangers .They made him feel comfortable he got a bath and his nails done the first time.The second time he got his nails done no problem love these ladies .

We love Super Pawz. They always do such a nice job with our dogs Trixie and Bailey. Weve been going to them for years even before they moved to their new location. The owners are always friendly and very personable. They know and love our fur babies and treat them with kindness. Highly recommended.

Always a different groomer but my Yorkiepoo is always well taken care of and happy to go there.

4 1/2 years weve been going to them with our springer doodle Snickers and he loves them! When we use to take him to those other places.......he would cling to me and was scared to go..not anymore......he gets excited when we drop him off. The best place ever!

Michelle and her daughter do the best grooming on my 2 dogs a pomeranian and boxer mix and they just love them so much. I highly recommend them to anyone.

No Im not going to get into it like I did last week after her or this week that was Wednesday she had her haircut and bath but every time I wrote a review of how much they charge me how they yelled at me how they told me never to come back they would never do Katie again shes a toy poodle black and beautiful they took their hatred out on me and her and they claim they love dogs people that love dogs dont take it out on the dog like theyre doing because then I might not find another place nearby to take her and they charged me $70 for a haircut believe it or not 10 or $15 cuz I was 5 minutes late was told to be back at 6 and I was there at 6:05 they rang my phone but I told them that my phone didnt work and I just bought a new one and its here today but they were calling me a liar I kept telling them my phone did not ring I was in Wegmans and I did not hear the phone when were they calling according to my phone 45 minutes early then I was supposed to be there so why should I be looking at my phone and then they turn around like they do everybody else and put the blame the customer instead of themselves for yelling at me for being done early and expecting me to know about it especially when I told them my phone does not ring or work and Im in the process of getting a new one and one other thing Ive been looking at the reviews time after time from the time they were at the old place and they manipulate if they dont like the review you should see what they put after it David will get on there and tell the customer off in public after they leave a review or Michelle will these are two professional groomers and parents can you believe it and with mine they just deleted it every time I tried to put it up because they didnt want you to see what I put down there about them please dont go theres theres Petco theres PetSmart theres places where I got to do is Google and find a place in the area and Ill pop up whatever area you live in all you do is Google grooming salons for dogs and itll pop up a bunch of them this one was all right except for the fact that they charged me and they normally dont because Im supposed to be the owner and call more everyday theyre not my mama and my daddy

Called and put on hold 10 mins. Called back and call wouldnt go through. When it finally did the woman yelled at me on the phone. I went there to tell her something was wrong with her phone and she gave me attitude. Not spending my hard earned money at that place and she acted like she really doesnt need my business anyways. Plus it smells bad in there.

They just about shaved my dog when we asked for a trim and then blamed it on me.They are also not wearing masks when talking with customers.

The shed treatment is amazing and works well for my dog that sheds a lot . Also includes free nail clipping for a few months after. Everyone there is very friendly and great with the dogs.

Michelle and Mike are outstanding people to deal with and Rose and Michelle did the most amzing job with our dogs. We moved to Florida 11 months ago and miss Super Pawz so much. Their prices are unbeatable and theytruly care for their clients. Whether 2 legs or 4!!!!

Michelle and Mike are absolutely awesome! So is their staff, I would never go anywhere else. You can count on a quality job and a loving caring environment for your fur- babies to feel nice and comfortable. I have a rescue and I was so nervous they made me feel so confident and at ease. I was visiting from out of town and believed what I read about them online. So I called them and spoke to the owner of this business she assured me her groomers had been really experienced and in fact one onsite had been grooming for 30 years. I took the ride of 20 minutes from the city of Buffalo although I am from central ny area. My appointment was at 12:00 I arrived there at 12:02 , I asked how long would it take to groom my Yorkie poodle she said 2hours I thought this was a long time but let her have my business anyway. I asked if my dog would be locked in a cage she told me no but when I came to get him after 2hours he was locked up in a cage and his hair was very unevenly cut and gashed up you can see his skin I posted a picture. When they brought him out to me it was if he was out of it and did not recognise me. Bottom line they did a horrible job.Oh and by the way they informed me you dont get a handkerchief unless you get a delux package. I think thirty-seven dollars is delux. I had to bring my dog back in the shop to cut hair on his face lower and he just was groomed 8 weeks prior to them grooming him so he was not matted or anything. They did a very bad job on my dog It took me a couple of days to post this review because I am really upset. The person that called me from Super Pet Pawz and threatened me on 5-11-2016 you are very unprofessional. Normally if a customer is dissatisfied a professional business would look for ways to resolve the issue. You on the other hand threatened me. You need to reevaluate your dealings with customers. Do not call my telephone number again or you will have to keep the promise you made and we will see each other in court for harassment and a full refund.

The owners and staff at Super Pawz are wonderful people who love animals and it shows in what they do. My Bentley loves all the girls there and he always looks fantastic when hes done. Better than ANY groomer weve been to. The prices are low and I personally would be willing to pay more for the excellent service and care they provide for my fur baby. Super Pawz is The BEST!

I would never trust my dogs to just anyone. Rose is the only person I will visit in Buffalo, and if she ever changes career, my dogs will have to learn to live with dreadlocks. Great staff, always pleasant, kind and genuinely care about the family members we trust them with. 2 paws up

They were amazing! This was my first time here! I have a siberian husky, who is not easy to groom! they did a hygienic shave and blended it perfectly (which has never happened at the pet store groomer) He looks so good! And my pitbull who is typically terrified of the groomer, didnt want to leave, when i came to pick him up. The staff was really friendly and has a genuine love for dogs! We are now customers for life!

I took my cat Tango there to be groomed. Waited 2+ hours until they called and said he was done. After we got home I took him out and found out they charged me FULL PRICE (plus I tipped like a normal human should) and he wasnt even finished!!! Dont ever take your cat there to be groomed!!!

Wonderful! First visit always the worried mom. Ladies were great with Teddy and Sunny. They went in for a bath, nails, paw pads and private parts trim. They had a holiday package of shampoo conditioner plus other things. Sunny loves spa days. 💞 Teddy for the 1st time didnot water the ladies because he was nervous. He loved it!🐕 Im so pleased with the level of care and love they gave my children. They will be back.

Im sitting here stuck with over $200 in vet bills after taking my dogs to Super Pawz.One of my dogs suffered a large and severe corneal abrasion at some point while there. He also has a large bump above the eye I just noticed in the last few days as well. Fortunately my vet helped out with three medicines to make sure his eye recovers that I have to administer daily.Owner said my dog must have had a hair in his eye and scratched it. Owner also stated it must have happened between getting my dog from her business to my car. She took absolutely no responsibility for what happened and didnt remedy the situation whatsoever.This absolutely happened to my dog in Super Pawz care. I just got my dogs in the car and he wouldnt put his head out the window. It was then that I noticed his eye was closed and watering profusely.Extremely disappointed with how this was handled by the business. You lost a customer because of your lack of any real remedy or response.

My 14 year old is very weary with other people because of his age and I was SO worried about him.. the groomer that I originally went to retired and new people took over and I swear he would come home scared and they only groomed his body because they said he was too difficult when they tried to cut his face, not to mention it was $58 for just a bath and cut so..I took my two babies to this location scared to death because of his last experience BUT when it was all said and done within two hours for two dogs, she brought them out and they were happy and so handsome! My elderly little guy was full of kisses and cut perfectly and my other little guy was panting as if he was smiling.. Instead of them coming home scared and tired they came home barking and ready to show everyone their haircuts hahaI was extremely iffy about finding a new groomer but the experience I had here was just amazing and the staff was so nice, especially during COVID-19.. it meant the world to me to see my 14 year old happy to come home and my Mr. Bear ready to rock!Thank you so much super paws! We are ready to come backKelly, Mr. Bear 🐾 and Nicky 🐾

My fairly large long hair Aussie often has dry and matted hair, no matter how often I brush him and especially during this crazy winter where it’s warm enough for him to loose his undercoat! I got him back yesterday smelling so nice and his coat so beautiful and soft. Honestly he’s a walking build a bear! He seems super happy so she must have been very gentle on him! I am very impressed!

Update: May, 2022:I’ve made *multiple* calls and have left *multiple messages. I NEVER received a call back. Horrible Customer Service. Even if you have no openings, have the common courtesy to return calls. My dogs were always a “joy” (your words!) to have there, and I tipped 30-40%. I now go to Pet Smart.Original post:The groomer I’ve used for 20-yrs has become ill; they were expected to return to work in early Feb, but are still out and it’s late March; I don’t know if they’ll ever be back.That said, my 18-mo goldendoodle and 7-yr old Shitzu/Peek-a-Poo mix were 2 months overdue.I found Super Paws and scheduled them with Stella.She did a *fantastic* job on my wayyyy over-grown and somewhat matted fur babies!The dogs were happy and comfortable with her, so I’ve already re-booked to keep them on their normally every-10-week grooming schedule.A few notes regarding my impression with Super/Paws and Stella:~ Communication/contact was great.~ Timely/punctual.~ Clean Environment.~ Low/No “Animal Odors” @ facility.~ Friendly.~ Extremely reasonably priced. (That said, TIP your groomers, folks..! They’re providing a service that you don’t have the skill or time to do, not to mention grooming dogs is hard work!)~ Most importantly, my dogs appeared happy and not stressed at drop-off and pick-up.😁Thanks Stella!P.S. Regarding a few negative reviews...I own a business in the medical service industry. At times my employees and I are juggling a multitude of things and have patients standing in front of us needing further explanation with medical procedures.Yep, you might get put on-hold.When you’re waiting on the phone you can’t see what’s happening at the facility, so don’t assume you’re being ignored or they have forgotten your call and are in the break room drinking coffee.If YOUR DOG was up on the table would you want your groomer to walk away and pick up the phone to have a conversation while your pup stood there waiting?!?I COMMEND the owner for discharging / releasing customers that are self-pious, ignorant, impatient and rude. No one needs or wants your money that badly that they’ll lie down and let you berate and walk on them.Some people are impossible to please, that’s life.Trust me, your lack of patronage will not hurt a healthy, productive business.My $.02

Mand is disappointing. Cant really be called a basket. On your site the basket looks sturdier than it actually is. Delivery time was also very long.
