I just shopped at your Mattydale NY store and the girl who waited on me in the fish department refused to sell me 2 angel fish because she said my tank was too small. I dont know her name but she had long dark hair and a nose ring in. I will never shop in your stores again. I cant believe she refused to sell me the fish I wanted!

I’ve been shopping at North Syracuse PetCo for a very long time and have enjoyed it. Today, however, the representative who checked me out was less the cordial. All was good until I was about to leave when he wished me happy holidays. I jokingly said the Oh My I’m offended laughing to make sure he knew I was kidding.His response was “ I wished you happy holidays so I don’t know why you’re so offended about. He was rude in his response and i responded again, It was a joke. He just stared at me so I left.He might benefit for custom3 service training. Young guy with blonde hair.
