The best! They’re always so quick and easy to get into, have great prices and are so loving to my very scared large dog when he goes in for nail trim! Today there was a cute emotional support pup that jumped up to comfort him! Highly recommend!

I have to write a review expressing how pleased I am with the quality of professional service by the staff of Pink Pug. I would like to first start by recognizing the front desk, Katie, she just has the best personality. The phones are ringing, dogs are barking, loud noises, yet katie, answers the phone with so much calmness to her tone, she handles the calls very nicely, and in person while dropping off and picking up my dog, she just remains so calm, handling me, the phone ringing, the dogs barking, she is so fast at remembering small details as she fills out customer cards, never having to repeat myself once, i just havent seen anyone work so diligently as she has in a very LONG time. AMAZING JOB KATIE. she is so sweet too, just handles her job, and customers while remaing in control and so relaxed, i definitely need to learn to be more like Katie.Dropped off my dog, the wonderful groomer asked how I wanted my dogs hair cut, i was quite specific, she listned well, even repeated back what I wanted, which I love when people do that, a few hours later, my dog was ready for pick up. HE LOOKED SO CUTE I COULDNT HANDLE IT. HAHA. The groomer did an exceptional job on my dog, i feel so sorry I dont remember her name (i will update when i get her name) She did exactly what i wanted for my dog, he seriously looked perfect.The grooming salon is such a cute place, the dogs are out of kennels (they do ask the owners ahaead of time which is so sweet) so they can feel less anxious being there which i love so much, the place is clean, ( i love the name too Pink pug) everyone is working hard, dogs are happy (anxiously waiting for mom/dad to pick them up haha so cute) My dog is so soft, looks good, and i am just so very thankful I found this place. I love it. I will definetly bring my dog back and refer this to every dog owner I know.Thank you Staff at Pink Pug for making me a very happy dog mom. you all are very sweet, professional, and hard working. You all deserve big hugs and much more.Louie, my dog sends his ruffs, licks and high fives, he is one very happy pooch.God bless you all.

Great service have been taking my baby girl there for 3 years! For her first grooming ever we were nervous but they eased our minds she was able to play at the day care while she waited and after she was groomed! I think because of that my dog loved to go get groomed because shes able to play with her pawls afterwards. The groomers always give you a warm welcome and know your pup!!

Amazing experience! Staff is kind and the owner even came to greet me and say hello to the dog I brought in. She (the great dane) had a blast playing with the other dogs while waiting for her turn to get groomed. When I came back to pick her up she was looking as majestic as ever and so happy!! I will be returning for sure! Great service, amazing people to work with and I trust them with my dogs which range in age and size!

Our dog Bentley loves going. He is happy when we drop him off and he gets to play and socialize all day and not be crated. When we pick him up he is happy and oh so tired that he relaxes the rest of the night. Did I mention he looks awesome after he is groomed. They are wonderful here.

Took care of our dogs nails while we waited, charged a very fair price, and everyone was pleasant and chatty. Our dog hated it, but her nervousness had nothing to do with the staff or facility.

The Pink Pug is fantastic! Our big guy is relaxed and happy while hes there and looks marvelous when he leaves!!!

They do a great job grooming my dog. I bring him monthly and everytime he is clean and smells fresh. They are even able to use the grinder on his nails, I cant even get any where near him with that thing. I highly recommend them and would give them 6 stars if I could.

I am so upset. I thought I had found a good groomer. The first visit was great - my chihuahua looked good, great nails, relaxed and happy. I picked her up after her second visit and she seemed very anxious. She ws shaking and very eager to get out of there. I got her home, took off her harness and her Seresto flea collar fell off. It was chewed through. As she started to walk I noticed she was limping. When I bent over to pick her up, she cringed, as if afraid I was going to hit her. She had NEVER done that before. I call PP two days later asking what had happened, if she had gotten into it with some of the big dogs there that day. Nope, everything was fine. A week later she still cant jump onto my bed. What happened to my dog?!?

The ladies here are fast and efficient! I have only come in for a nail trim, but they take my pug in immediately, trim and file her nails (without me even having to ask they used the dremmel to file them down!) and they are good with her and the other dogs I see there. Kudos ladies.

Other places were scared to trim my dogs nails. 65 pound lab mix snarreled. At Pink Pug, they took control and quickly, peacefully got the job done. My new favorite grooming place.

Hi. First time at PP and will definitely go back. Jackie is a doll and.my pup looks beautiful. They even put a little flannel scarf around his neck so he wouldnt be cold. good place!

Excellent place for grooming. I took 2 dogs in for a naiil trim good price and speedy. I made an appointment to take 1 back for the full grooming treatment
