Canino - Dog Daycare in Astoria

I’ve been sending my dog to daycare at Canino for a couple of months now and it’s been great. They keep the facility impeccably clean and there is tons of space indoor and outdoor for my dog to play. When I adopted him 6 months ago, my dog was reserved and didn’t really play with other dogs except a couple close friend’s dogs. His time at Canino has helped open him up and I love getting the videos from the Canino team of him playing. The biggest indicator for me that Canino is a great place is seeing my dog’s tail wag when we arrive in the morning and how happy he is to see Igor at the front door.

I love taking my pup to Canino! I know my dog is safe, has lots of play time, and gets long AM/PM walks. I love all of the photo and video updates I receive during his boarding. Staff is super friendly! I couldn’t recommend them more and wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. 10/10!

I recently boarded my dog with Canino and had a fantastic experience. My dog is reactive with new people so I was very nervous to ever try boarding him. Canino and Igor were willing to work with us and the experience could not have gone better.Firstly, the facility is very clean and nice looking. I really love that they provide playtime with other dogs at Canino along with walks.They sent me daily update videos, which were a compilation of videos from the day overlayed with a song, it was above and beyond!My dog did so well while in the hands of Canino and he cannot wait to visit Canino again!!

We took our 2 year old High energy husky “Wolfie” here to check out the new facility in the neighbourhood and I have to say it was amazing, there was 2 relief walks included in the price and the facility is spotless. They did agility activities with him and sent a fantastic update with great pictures and video. This will definitely be a new regular spot for Wolfie.

We took our dog to Canino recently to check out the new dog daycare. Our pup was instantly comfortable in the indoor and outdoor space, with shade from the sun and even water play! Canino has all of the perks of a new business: it’s clean, spacious, and bright.. but it also has the perks of being a well-run, trusted, and knowledgeable business since it’s owned by the same family as Buster & Whiskers. We love B&W and are so excited they’re expanding to provide even more services to the Astoria dog community! 😊

Our corgi loves it here! It’s a different kind of daycare. They make it so much fun for the dogs and take extra precautions to make sure they’re safe and in the right environment. The place is also sparkling clean. 10/10

My dog and I have loved Canino! This is a beautiful space where my pup gets to socialize with others, gets exercise running around and always looks forward to revisiting. Igor is also very communicative, and shares fun picture/video updates throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Canino for your doggy daycare - our pup Harriet has hated going to every daycare and this is the first one shes gone to where she seems happy and unstressed. I love getting the video at the end of the day and seeing her playing in the backyard
