Legitimately cannot recommend Uncle Doo’s enough. Best decision ever to use Michael and his team. Let me preface with saying that I rarely write reviews.My schedule has its moments of being incredibly tough and these guys truly come to the rescue. My pup, feels so at home with Michael. The quality of his service goes above and beyond. That goes for his team as well. He will even let me know ahead of time if he is introducing my pup to another member of his team so that they can get familiar with my puppy. He has not only taken my pup, Franklin, in as basically one of his own, but he has tended to all of my puppy training concerns as well— whether that be leash biting, how to socialize with other dogs, leash pulling and just making Franklin feel safe and right at home in his care. Again, I truly cannot recommend these guys enough. They send a detailed report after every session with the cutest pictures and updates. If you live in Astoria, do yourself a favor and choose them for your pup. These people are animal lovers, they’re kind, they’re respectful and will treat your babies like royalty!!!

Could not recommend Michael and his crew any more - the level of care, attention, and communication they provide leaves me with no worries when it comes to my pup. They are consistently in contact before, during, and after my dog’s walks and I trust them with full confidence. Additionally, their flexible scheduling on the app is a huge bonus for if/when I need to add an additional walk per week. Michael, the owner of DooDog, is amazing. When I first spoke to him about my dog, I let him know that she can be very fearful and timid when being outside. The first several times I scheduled walks with his service, he insisted that he would be the only one to walk her so he could get to know her and understand her. He spent time building a connection with her. He communicated with me immediately after the walks about what he noticed and learned about my dog. Taking time to make a connection with her, told me that he has her best interest at heart. Now that Michael understands her, he is able to communicate with the other walkers on his team, what he knows about her and the best way to handle her on her walks. Michael makes himself very available to his clients and is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Scheduling is easy and he has weekend availability! At the end of the day, I feel that my dog is truly cared about and in great care with Michael and his team at DooDog.

He is reliable, caring, knowledgable, experienced, and though I didnt work with anyone else from the DooDog team, Michaels high standards gives me no doubt his team would deliver the same exceptional care. After contacting almost every dog service in the Queens area, I found DooDogs prices to be comparable and reasonable. Scheduling walks via the app is incredibly easy, and a report with photos is delivered after every walk (with an adorable message too!). This is a fantastic dog walking service. Michael walks our dog twice per week and is incredibly reliable, flexible, trustworthy, fairly priced and, most importantly, our dog loves him so much! Our dog is shy around strangers and we thought a dog walker would be impossible for us, but now Michael’s visit is his favorite part of the week. Michael is a great guy and we really enjoy chatting with him when he stops by. He’s been extremely kind to us and also gave us a bunch of parenting advice when we had our baby earlier this year. He is really sweet to the dogs, gives them lots of treats and affection, and always shares great photos and updates. We have also met several of the other walkers and they are also great. My Bruno recently started walking with DooDog. Michael and his team have been extremely patient and kind to my boy. They have taken the time to work with Bruno’s fear of putting on his leash. Michael has made sure to keep me updated on Bruno’s behavior. I would highly recommend DooDog, especially if your dog needs a little more time and work to feel comfortable.

Above and beyond! Michael has such a love for dogs. We fostered a very energetic and aggressive puppy and he treated him with so much love. Was always very accommodating to our schedule, bough the doggy treats, picked him up from doggy day care, and gave super detailed reports with cute pics. 10/10 recommend

Our nervous rescue pup is very afraid of men but Michael was so patient with him, took it super slow, and gave him the special attention and time he needed to be comfortable. The portal is so convenient for booking walks and keeping track of services and communication. They were so accommodating and helpful when we brought our newborn home and needed a lot more walks for a period of time. I write this after my dog’s first walk with Michael (Uncle Doo), filled with a feeling of complete satisfaction and elation. Not to be hyperbolic, but Michael is an absolute godsend. Our monster Dottie is anxious around new people and has given many walkers a run for their money with her barks and avoidance. After Michael took the time to spend more than an hour with us over the weekend, learning about Dottie’s behavior and playing with her, he came for his first walk today. She didn’t make it easy, barking for 5-10 minutes while he patiently and gently waited for her to ease up. She felt safe enough to get the leash on, go out for a great walk, and return to treats and belly rubs at home. She is literally smiling in the photos, and I feel so much better knowing that Dottie has someone so aware and confident to walk with her. Today was Day 1 and it will only go up from here! Highly recommend DooDog, especially if your dog needs a little more time or patience. We are so satisfied!!

I cannot rave enough about how well my dog is taken care of by this team of walkers. Our dog is pretty particular when it comes to people walking into our apartment without us home and they were so patient when it came to the introduction period. There is no one quite like Michael (Uncle Doo) he has been taking care of my dogs for 4 years and there is no one I trust more with them. He treats them as if they are his own. He really is their uncle. And when he’s not available his team is just as great!!

I reached out to Michael to look after our cat Max when we travel. Since Max is on multiple medications, we needed someone who can pill him on top of regular cat sitting needs. Michael has visited a few times now and we could not be happier with his service and genuine care for our pet. He provides updates for every visit and responds very promptly. We are having an excellent experience with Michael. From our initial meeting I felt comfortable handing him keys and caring for our pup. I really like that his communication and response times are always quick, and he will give you a better idea of exactly what time he will arrive each day. We just started using his services this month, and we will most definitely be continuing. Our dog adores him too, he can’t hide his excitement! There’s nobody else we’d trust more with our rambunctious puppy than Michael and his team! Everyone at DooDog is communicative, reliable, and truly has the dogs best interests in mind. My little princess has had one walker her whole life of 4 years until last year when he left the country. Since December, it has been a struggle to find a service or person that is reliable, professional, trustworthy, friendly, and price conscious. Their app is so user friendly and the onboarding process with Michael (Uncle Doo) seamless. He and his crew really care about your fur family and it shows via their updates and attention to detail. Michael is a local Astorian and knows the neighborhood inside and out. He is professional and has a sincere love of dogs and cats (I have two!) and it feels like your best friend is caring for your best friend. The only regret I have is not having signed up sooner. But now having found them, I will never leave.
