Im not sure if they moved location, but Ive been trying to contact them for a while now, and they never pick up the phone, nor do they fix the phone problem. Letdown

John is a great dog trainer. He really takes his time to explain to you how to train your dog. He is helping my daughter and I with our 4 month old white German Shepherd, Loki.
