Buster and Whiskers has been a wonderful part of our dog’s daily life for the past year, since we rescued her.We know Kona loves her dog walkers, especially Leonard and David, because when we get home there’s always a toy at the door - she only brings a toy to the people she loves when they come in!B&W is communicative and always looks out for the best interest of the pups - thank you, Jen and Igor!

I’ve been using Buster and Whiskers for some time now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team is incredibly reliable, professional, and genuinely caring. They always ensure my dog gets plenty of exercise and attention, and I can see the positive impact on his happiness and behavior. The communication is excellent, with regular updates and photos that make me feel connected to my pet. Great team they have here. Tyson loves going on his long walks (2x a day, an hour each) he has his walking buddies and the staff is so incredibly friendly, helpful and reliable. You can trust that they will take care of your best friend, I cannot imagine using a different company. I love receiving pictures from their walks. We were initially hesitant to try a dog walking service because our dogs, Loki and Ary, are quite strong and can be a handful. It was hard for us to trust anyone to handle them. However, Eduardo, Ricardo, and Garrett have completely won us over! They are not only reliable and professional but also show a genuine affection and understanding towards Loki and Ary.The pups always return from their walks happy and well-exercised, and were always reassured by the photos Eduardo, Ricardo, and Garrett send during their outings. Their ability to manage our energetic dogs with such care and authority is impressive. We work full time and are so happy that our pups get daily exercise and to enjoy the outdoors while were out.Jen and Igor, run the business very professionally, making communication and scheduling a breeze. Were truly grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have strong, energetic dogs like ours!

I cannot recommend Buster & Whiskers enough! As an owner of a people reactive dog, I was so stressed to find a dog walker that could handle and is willing to work with my dog’s quirks. Igor immediately put my nerves at ease with his deep knowledge of dog behavior and experience with a wide variety of dogs.He trains all of his dog walkers to handle each dog and provides an individualized approach. Though they cannot guarantee the same walker everyday, they are all trained on the same walking approach.Also, they are extremely organized and use an app for scheduling and communication with the walkers.I am so grateful to have found Busters & Whiskers!!

Buster & Whiskers is easily the best service for dog care in Astoria! Jen and Igor have been so attentive and resourceful since I started fostering rescue dogs and seeking their advice with various dog behaviors. When I finally adopted my own dog, I knew I could trust my pup with them and their team. My dog, Birdy, is shy and nervous, but the B&W team has been incredibly patient, communicative and caring with her on her daily walks with them! I would highly recommend their services :)

I am so glad that I had found Buster & Whiskers when I moved to Astoria. They were wonderful, patient and very professional with my previous dog - who was a much older dog. And now, with a new puppy, they are once again impressing me with their professionalism and also with the training they’ve been doing with my puppy on his walks! He’s been progressing so quickly. Buster and Whiskers walks are my dogs absolute favorite part of the day. Igor is extremely capable, responsible, and caring with our 100lb Bernese Mountain Dog puppy (and hes a lot to handle). Since beginning walks with B&W our dogs leash skills have improved drastically. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Buster and Whiskers is such a life-saver for our pandemic pup! Our girl Rigby started with Igor and the Buster and Whiskers team for daily socialization walks a few months ago and we have seen a huge difference in her leash manners and in her ability to relax while we work from home. She is ALWAYS thrilled to go and always happily exhausted when she comes back. She is 7 months old and we receive so many compliments on her behavior -- such a huge improvement from where we were 3 months ago! We are so thankful for this service and cant imagine our days without it. Our apartment floor has 5 apartments that use this service, so the neighbor pups are all very, very friendly with one another! Igor also offers at-home training and boarding, and our friends who have used those services have highly recommended them to us as well. We trust this business to keep our pup happy, polite, exercised, and safe! Highly recommended!

Buster and Whiskers has been an absolute lifeline for me and my dog Westley. A good friend of mine referred their services to me, and Ive been using them ever since.Westley is not the easiest dog to walk and has many issues to work on, but Igor and his team have been incredibly helpful and dedicated to making sure my dog can be his best self on their socialization walks and with me. Since I am now back to working full-time at the office, it gives me peace of mind to know that Westley is in good hands when I am not home.Their one-on-one training sessions are great as well, not only does Igor correct the dogs behaviors but is mindful and very perceptive when it comes to correcting human (my) mistakes as well. Igors patience and knowledge of training and socializing dogs is endless, I wouldnt trust anybody else with Westley.I absolutely recommend Buster and Whiskers to anyone in Astoria that has a dog. For them, your dogs really are their number one priority!

While unfortunately, we were not able to continue longer than one week with Buster & Whiskers, due to limited availability and understaffing (as a result of the pandemic), we have nothing but wonderful things to say about Igor and Jen! They clearly have the very best intentions for your pet. We have a rescue pup who is very shy with people (especially men), and he almost immediately warmed to Jen - weve rarely seen anything like it. Igor was also very knowledgable when it comes to sensitive pups. We learned so much in the just meet-and-greet alone, and are still benefitting from the results of his advice! We also loved the pictures they would send of the dogs on their pack walks (see attached images of our dog looking like he was having way too much fun, ears flopped and all!) The pictures were such a nice, personal touch. We fully intend to continue with B&W, once their full suite of services have been reimplemented. If you were looking for a dog walker who will also take the time to work with your dog and care deeply for him/her, look no further!

My Fiance and I have been using Buster and Whiskers for a number of months now - and could not be happier with how they and our pup Harry get on every day!Even when we have last minute schedule changes, the team at Buster and Whiskers are hugely accommodating, and go out of their way to ensure Harry gets the most out of his walks. We know he can be a handful at 80lbs, but the team never complain and seem to love him as much as we do. He meets other great pups and has never had any issues with the other dogs that are walked as part of his groups.Astoria dog owners really dont need to look much further than here for all their walking needs.

Buster and Whiskers was a godsend for our energetic pup, Kora. We were feeling overwhelmed with her energy needs and desire to play with other dogs - she would pull on walks to go greet other dogs and was unresponsive to us on the leash. We began walks with B&W and everything changed! Our days are more manageable, she’s incredibly responsive on leash, and she is able to walk with other dogs peacefully. Kora is happy, healthy, and gets plenty of socialization and stimulation during her daily walks. We would recommend this service to anyone with a more energetic, outgoing pup who needs to learn to walk calmly with other dogs!

The whole team at Buster and Whiskers is great! From day one, they were wonderful with our dog. The after walk pics and messages were appreciated, Jen and Igor were quick to answer if any questions, and we always felt comfortable having our dog with them. Will always recommend them!

We have an Australian Labradoodle named Basil. For a long time we struggled with him and proper leash behaviour. He was always pulling, yanking, getting too excited, misbehaving and just being all over the place. I wanted to get to a point where walking him was enjoyable and not stressful. We got a recommendation from a friend and wow. They did not disappoint. Basil is a changed pup not long before his 2nd birthday. After week 1 there were major improvements already. We are now in month 3 and I have a dog that I can trust - knowing he will choose to behave properly. He walks on a completely loose leash and our walks are now treasured, calming and a beautiful bonding experience. Not to even mention that we have a 6 month old puppy now as well. She is responding incredibly well to Igor, and his methods that he teaches the dog owner. I cannot thank them enough.

Working with the team at Buster and Whiskers has been an incredible experience. Walks are a night and day difference from where they were when we started.Everyone that weve interacted with has been nothing short of wonderful and most importantly our pup loves them too. Our dog is reactive but not aggressive and Igor was patient with us and our dog and was thorough in explaining what we needed to continue doing and what we needed to work on. I cannot rave enough about Jen, Igor, and the B&W team. They have been working with my mini doodle for 7 months now and he has gotten WAY better at walking, socializing with other pups, and is much better with obedience skills after a couple of months of private training with Igor. He looks forward to seeing his friends for walks every day and stares at the door until he gets picked up. Hes also been on a field trip to Long Island with Jen and Igor and is always an extremely happy boy when he returns. Jen, Igor, and their team are prompt, trustworthy, communicative, kind, and caring - the best in NYC!

My wife and I moved to Astoria in fall of 2019, and needed a dog walker for our large Sheprador, Kobi. Were so grateful to have found Buster and Whiskers!There are a lot of unique advantages to using them over any other service. First, they do pack walks, so my dog gets out and about with his friends everyday. Second, the dog walkers are consistently the same people, so the familiarity is assuring for our pup and our home. Third, theyre at or under market rates for dog walks.Lastly, they just crush it. The steady communication, flexible and reliable service, and daily photos of our handsome boy strutting the streets with them provide a mid-day lift for us while were at work away from home.Highly recommended!

Were so grateful to have found the Buster and Whiskers team! Theyve been walking our dog, Moose, since he was four months old. Theyve worked with him (and us) on training techniques to help Moose be the best pup he can be. Theyre trustworthy, kind, and very communicative. Weve even been able to leave Moose with them when we go out of town and it gives us peace of mind to know hes safe and happy! He gets so excited when he knows theyre about to pick him up for a walk that he zooms around the apartment until I open the door. We wouldnt trust anyone else with our beloved pup!

Buster and Whiskers are simply the best dog walkers in Astoria, seriously. They take such good care of your dog and are so attentive to their specific, individual needs. I initially started having my dog walk with him as a 6-month old puppy because he needed some extra socialization away from home and my partner and I, and was also developing some bad habits while walking, like barking. After a couple of weeks after joining the B&W pack, his walking improved so much and the walks quickly became one of his favorite moments of the day. I loved that they slowly introduced him to larger packs of dogs (I was amazed the first time to see him walking harmoniously a group of larger dogs) and also gave us personalized help with learning to walk our pup better ourselves. Truly a great local business in Astoria!

Our dog is a rescue who was under socialized and full of anxiety (especially around other dogs). The training and group walks with B&W have made a HUGE difference. She’s happier and much better around other dogs and people ever since we started.

Buster and Whiskers is amazing and has transformed our puppy! We contacted them when our four month old rescue, Louie, was being reactive on the leash to dogs, children, and almost anything else. Igor and Jen came for an outdoor assessment and began training our pup the next week. As Igor trained Louie we saw his anxiety lessen and his confidence grow, plus his leash skills greatly improved. Igor helped us find the best walking equipment for Louie’s needs and took the time to train us on how to properly walk him. Since he’s graduated to his socialization walks, he has continued to become more confident and loves seeing his friends every day. The entire staff is super friendly and they really care about your dog’s overall health and well being. We would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend Buster and Whiskers enough! As a pandemic pup, my dog, Rusty, is not used to having strangers in our home and so was very barky and reactive during our first meeting with B&W. But Igor and Jennifer handled him completely calmly and professionally and worked with us for about a week to ease him into the walking routine. Now he absolutely loves all the walkers and is thrilled when they pick him up. Ive also noticed improvements in his walks with me. The staff are all incredibly friendly, great with the dogs, and very communicative. I had to go back to the office full time and I feel so much better knowing that Rusty is getting not just a relief walk, but socialization and physical and mental exercise with a trained walker. I dont know what we would do without them!

Setting up daily walks with this team is honestly the easiest and best thing you can do for your pup- I cannot recommend them enough.Jennifer and Igor are communicative, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about their work- and it extends to the rest of their team as well. They go above and beyond to ensure the dogs (and owners!) are set up for success- Igor even took the time to walk through commands with me so that I could reinforce the training my dog was getting on his group walks.Since starting with Buster and Whiskers, my pup Biffs social skills, leash behavior, and ability to follow commands have improved drastically. B&W is more affordable than a 1:1 trainer, and I can see consistent progress from week to week.The best part is, Biff LOVES it and gets so excited when his walker comes to get him :) Its his favorite part of the day!

Amazing service, professional, trustworthy, reliable dog walkers; as a first time dog owner my rescue didnt have the proper leash skills; after a few weeks with B&W shes developed amazing leash skills and is very friendly and calm around other dogs. its been a very good experience for my dogs mental health as she struggled adjusting to NYC living, now shes more confident and happy thanks to the amazing staff at B&W. Not a day goes by that I am not grateful I found Buster and Whiskers in my new neighborhood! I have a very high energy dog that can be challenging to walk, and the B&W team embraced her right away. Within a week of her starting their pack walks, I noticed improvements in her walking manners. These are very experienced, confident walkers who bring out great things in the dogs in their care. And my dog, Heidi, would agree, because every day they walk up our steps, she jumps up to look out the window and can barely contain her excitement about her daytime walk. I can’t recommend Buster and Whiskers enough. Truly exceptional, compassionate dog people!

Igor and his team have been so beyond helpful with our pup who we rescued from the South Korean dog meat trade. She arrived to the US a scared 6 month old puppy with a few battle scars, a lot of anxiety about her new environment and a complete lack of confidence outside and especially around other dogs. Igor and Jennifer assured me that they could handle her and help build her confidence. After only one week we noticed such a huge difference in her personality, so much more confidence on her walks with us and much less anxiety when it comes to other dogs! They did a great job slowly introducing her to a pack and Igor’s also been mixing up her dog walkers to help socialize her with new people as well. At the first meeting we literally had to drag her out the door and only a few weeks later she’s jumping for joy when the doorbell rings for her midday walk. I completely trust and 100% recommend Busters and Whiskers for anyone who wants to help their pup socialize and gain confidence!

Jennifer we’re very communicative and Igor was definitely knowledgeable about dogs.Our dog had traumatic incidents that left him anxious about walking outdoors and seeing other dogs. With team B&W, he was able to eventually socialized with other dogs and got comfortable having a different handler as well.It definitely helped his social anxiety and we’re grateful for that.If you’re in the Astoria area, definitely give them a try if you need someone to walk your dog and want to be at ease.

We are so lucky to have Buster & Whiskers for our 9 month old rescue pup, Hallie, who has been joining daily socialization walks since she was 4 months old. Igor and Jen are incredible and I recommend working with them to every dog owner in the neighborhood that we meet. They are incredibly communicative right from the very beginning (which was important for us as anxious puppy parents) - talking on the phone to answer all of our questions, meeting Hallie before joining her first walk to understand her behaviors in order to pair her with the right dogs based on the skills she needs to work on, scheduling a training session so that we can go over everything together to ensure continued success, and sending photos while she is out on her walks. We trust them wholeheartedly with Hallie, and from working with them over these past few months she is so much better on leash with pulling, reacting to other dogs, not eating things off the street, and more. I also cannot even begin to express how excited she is when she takes off on her walks, she absolutely loves them. Not to mention, socialization walks have been a great way for us as parents to recognize dogs in the neighborhood and become friends with other owners! The B&W team treats our girl with so much love. We are incredibly grateful to have found them and could not recommend them more.

We cannot recommend Buster and Whiskers enough! After trying a few different methods/trainers, we weren’t making much progress on our pups leash skills and reactivity. Her energy levels were also through the roof, no matter how much exercise and stimulation we provided. After just a few sessions, we saw improvements almost immediately, both on walks and in our home. We’ve been doing the daily socialization walks for 7-8 months now, and she gets SO excited everyday when they arrive. They’re reliable, communicate effectively, trustworthy and you can see how much they truly care for our pup’s wellbeing. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. The team at Buster and Whiskers has been walking my dog for the past 2.5 years, and I am beyond happy with them. My dog is a rescue and was not properly socialized as a puppy. Igor worked with us both: he showed me how to properly introduce him to other dogs and taught my dog how to be part of the pack. Now my dog’s group walks are the highlight of his day! We absolutely love Buster and Whiskers!

Buster and Whiskers socialization walks have been the best thing I could have done for my dog, Maggie. We started using Buster and Whiskers at the beginning of quarantine so that our rescue dog Benny could continue to get some socialization. Igor, Jen, Junior and the whole team are amazing - incredibly responsive, timely, and very detailed in their updates. Its clear that they know their stuff when it comes to behavioral dog issues and Benny has improved so much on his walks when it comes to reactivity with other dogs. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I couldnt love Buster and Whiskers more!! Over our almost-2-years with them, they became family to us and our 2 dogs loved them like it!! I found Igor and Jen caring, knowledgable, thoughtful and understanding. They not only managed the daily walks for our dogs but they helped us when we got a new puppy, let us board our babies with them when we went on vacations and were always available and flexible for any extra or emergency walks. Igor and Jenn are absolutely the BEST! They are miracle workers. They took my totally anxiety ridden dog and made him to be a proud and confident walker. My dog couldn’t use the bathroom in the street before they came along and now he walks around like he owns the place. We love them so so much! They are worth every penny.

Igor helped me tremendously with my new puppy. For one year, my puppy would only go inside the apartment. It was a real problem getting him house trained because it didnt matter how many times I took him out for a walk during the day, he would not do his business outside. I tried expensive trainers and every method in the book (or on google) and Igor and his staff at Buster and Whiskers were the only ones who were able to resolve this issue with my puppy after only one week. I am extremely grateful to them! My puppy loves Igor and the staff at Buster and Whiskers! They are always punctual for his walk and they are very friendly and attentive with their dogs. I highly recommend them if you want to leave your puppy in good hands!

Buster and Whiskers has been a godsend for us and our cattle dog Sobo. After reaching out to a lot of other walking services for our reactive dog, we found Igor. He has the patience and consistency to work with our dog’s needs and make him feel comfortable and confident. Igor is professional and caring - always going above and beyond. He sends good update photos and always makes sure Sobo drinks enough water. Buster and Whiskers is reliable, flexible with scheduling, and understanding of last minute changes. We started using Buster and Whiskers about 5 months ago when our puppy, Bella, was about 7 months old.We were originally interested in dog walking so Bella could have some activity during the day, while my husband and I worked. But we got so much more than just activity for Bella.Before Buster and Whiskers, Bella was not a good leash walker. She would lunge at people, and even children, on the street who were on bikes or running past her. We had tried a few trainings with Bella, on our own, but weren’t successful.After a couple of weeks with Buster and Whiskers my husband and I noticed a huge improvement in Bellas walking and leash skills.Buster and Whiskers has taught Bella how to appropriately socialize and be around other dogs and people. She’s super friendly and has learned how to be more gentle and not come off too strong to dogs and people she doesn’t know.The walks have been a great and fun way to socialize Bella while giving her some exercise. Who doesn’t like a restful pup at night?One of the things I appreciate most about Buster and Whiskers is that I don’t feel like Bella is just a number or another dog. We get a full report on Bella and her “doody” after each walk and Igor is always available to provide training advice, whenever you ask for it.Buster and Whiskers has definitely helped make Bella a happier and more confident dog, on walks and beyond the walks!

Igor, Jen and the team always go above and beyond to take good care of my skittish rescue Trixie - making sure she has water, that the temperature of my apt. is good, etc. In addition to her daily afternoon walk, I have used them for evening and holiday walks and they have always been very responsive and flexible with scheduling. An additional bonus is that they often send adorable photos that brighten my day at work! I completely trust Buster and Whiskers with my Trixie and would recommend them to anyone.

My dog Huck has been walking, hiking, and boarding with Buster and Whiskers for years now -- theyre the only ones I trust! Hes always thrilled to stay with them and has made lots of great pup friends. Igor and Jen are both skilled in animal behavior and I always feel comfortable when they have Huckleberry. If I could give Buster and Whiskers 1000000 stars I would. Igor and his team are FANTASTIC!!!! Their professionalism and knowledge is impeccable. Cesar Milan move over! I use Buster and Whiskers for training, walking, boarding and I could not be happier. As a first time dog owner I always have lots of questions. Having a pup that has behavioral issues does not make it any easier. Any other trainer would probably block my number by now lol Igor and his team are always SO helpful, accommodating and friendly. My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the Buster and whisker’s crew. The last October we decided to add a crazy pup to our family. We have a BIG dog! 140 lbs english mastiff Vino. She is such a sweetheart but definitely needs a special attention. Igor and Jennifer have been such a lifesaver. Our rescue pup Cole was not socialized and suffered from leash reactivity. We essentially run a mini zoo at our household and constantly have super cute lil fosters, but as cute as they are, they are a lot of work and can be a real pain in the butt! Buster and Whiskers not only take amazing care of our own dogs, they do an awesome job with our fosters and are so patient! They even deal with the ridiculous outfits I have for our little guy due to the frigid temps. If you are in need of a pet sitter, Igor/ Buster and Whiskers is the way to go! Oh, they even do training and weekend outings when the weather permits.

We LOVE Buster and Whiskers! Igor, Jen, & the rest of the team have been walking my Golden Retriever, Albert, since he was a puppy. And he adores them. Albert has a blast on his group walks with them and goes racing to the door every time they come for him. At first I was hesitant because of the commitment to daily walks and the price. After speaking with friends whove had their dogs walked by the company, as well as speaking with Igor and Jennifer, I knew this was what I needed for my dog because of her reactivity. I was fed up with doing everything on my own to fix what was wrong with my rescue, and it was stressing me out (and my dog!).If you have the extra funds, or can make some improvement in your budget, I highly recommend them. My dog has improved tremendously due to the consistency/patience and theyre always there to answer questions, concerns that come up. They tell you up front the hard truths when it comes to your dog, but only because they want you to understand what you may/may not be doing and what will work best for your dog since they really do have their own personalities. As owners, we may not realize we are accidently rewarding bad behavior, so its great to have an outside view, especially from professionals. They have tremendous patience and love for all the dogs. They also go above/beyond (putting on rain coats, winter jackets, wiping up pee in the house).

I honestly can not say enough good things about Igor/Buster and Whiskers. Our pup Bernie is a highly reactive difficult dog. Hes a quarantine pup, so we havent had to deal with both of us leaving for work all day, and as I was preparing to go back in person, I was extremely nervous about finding someone who could handle him. He needs a skilled handler, and boy have we found one! Igor knows what he is doing. He is patient, confident, and has been able to do SO much more with Bernie than I thought possible in such a short period of time. He is seriously awesome. Difficult dog? Call Igor. He has continued to communicate and work with us on some of Bernies challenges which is an added bonus. So grateful and would recommend his services wholeheartedly!

As soon as we met these two, we knew that we had to work with them. They are knowledgable, professional, reliable, and have a wonderful way with both people and dogs.Jen and Igor have been doing puppy visits with Scout twice daily, playing with her, feeding her, and making sure she gets to go out, and gets some TLC while were at work all day. They have been taking her on pack walks as well, which Scout loves. And for us, its a great way to let her socialize with other dogs throughout the day.As first-time dog owners, my husband and I lean a lot on Jen and Igor for advice and expertise. They are so incredibly knowledgable about training, walking, and canine behavior, both having strong backgrounds in the field.Best of all, they are WONDERFUL with Scout, and you can tell they really care. They are also very communicative with us, always sharing (the BEST) pictures/videos of her throughout the day, all the way down to the details about her potty breaks. The attached photo was sent to us after they stopped by to feed Scout lunch one day. The proof is in her beard :)We truly couldnt ask for a better duo to entrust with our Scout. We’ve used B&W for 4 months and it was the best decision we’ve made for our puppy. We did the 2 week overnight boarding training for our puppy at a time when he really needed it and he came back fully house broken, crate trained, better with the leash, and he even learned a few tricks! We’ve also had our puppy go on their upstate off leash hiking program and we use them as our go-to dog walkers every day during the week for socialization. They always update us when walks are done and often send us adorable photos of our puppy having fun on the walk too - which us great to see.We get so many compliments on how well he is trained and it’s honestly all due to these guys. You often see those little tiny unbehaved dogs around Astoria barking at you as you walk by and I wish I could just hand their owner a B&W business card because they could work wonders!! Long story short, our puppy always comes back so happy after being with their team, which was my number one priority.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Buster and Whiskers. Jen and Igor walk my standard poodle, Charley, every weekday. He’s always extremely excited to get going and always sleeps all afternoon when he comes back. Igor is quite possibly Charley’s favorite person and he loves the other dogs he walks with. It’s clear that they love dogs and I know Charley is always in good hands.

Jen and Igor are two highly reliable and trustworthy dog walkers. They have been walking our pit bull since last year, and quickly developed our trust, both with walking our dog, and coming in and out of our apartment unattended. They are professional and clearly love what they do.

My dog, Otto, has extreme separation anxiety and a year of Covid lockdown hasnt helped. We thought pack walks would help - and they did! Buster & Whiskers have magical powers. Otto happily trots off with Flavio without looking back at me. He doesnt do that with anyone else. Jennifer & Igor are so friendly and knowledgeable. Flavio recently joined and is also super nice...and as I said above, he has magical powers with Otto the overly attached grump ;-)

Busker and whiskers has been my lifesaver. I recently moved to Astoria and had a very rough transition phase. My dog, tubby, was also going through a pretty rough transition. During our time of need busker and whiskers has stepped in to help us settle into Astoria life. They have been so good with all of tubby’s behavioral issues and have been so patient with him. He needed someone who knew what they were doing and were able to teach him how to belong to a pack again. I love them so much and so does tubby. Would recommend them ten times over. They are amazing.

Buster and Whiskers are the only people I trust to board my rambunctious puppy, Duke! We first used them when Duke was only 3 months old and have exclusively used them ever since. Duke always has the best time and has the opportunity to socialize with other dogs. Igor even made sure that Duke could play in a kiddie pool and sprinkler when it was especially hot out! They are super flexible and easy going, even with last minute boarding, and keep me up to date with pictures and updates. Full disclosure, my boyfriend calls me a helicopter mom because Im so paranoid when it comes to Duke but I am completely at ease when he stays with Buster and Whiskers! You would be stupid to use anyone else!

Igor and Jen have been walking and boarding our Australian Shepherd since September 2017, and they are truly the best! They walk her for an hour during lunch time on weekdays and board her when we travel and can’t bring her. She is always so excited to see them, and it is clear that not only do they treat their clients (and by clients, I mean both the humans and the pets) professionally and with respect, they also love the animals they work with. They also accommodate our schedules to the best of their abilities, including going out of their way to help us with a late night walk on a weekend and coming to our apartment to pick up our dog at 630am before our flight. We’re so happy to have found them!

My girlfriend, puppy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and service the team gave us! They not only provided a free consultation to meet Pierogi and get a feel for what she needs, but also made sure she got paired up to walk with another dog similar to her to help with her anxiety. Unfortunately with the pandemic my girlfriend and I are now working remotely so we no longer had a need for Buster and Whiskers. We highly recommend them and thank them for giving Pierogi tremendous care and love! We will be contacting them again if things change in the future!

Igor, Jen and the whole Busters and Whiskers team are truly the best! Theyve been walking our almost 10-year-old English bulldog, Bubba, daily for several years. They are always on time, super reliable and show Bubba so much love. Bubba isnt the easiest to walk (or coerce), but they are always very patient with him. They also clean him when they get back and would apply medicine to his dry eyes after every walk. They even just bought him a new leash because they were concerned about how his harness was rubbing an area where he was having skin issues. They go above and beyond - without us even asking. I should also mention that they are very nice people and completely trustworthy. Our whole family love them and we feel so lucky to have found them. Highly recommend!

The owners Igor & Jen are close friends of mine, so even though I live on Li I wanted someone I trusted with our new puppy Harley. We left Harley with them for 2 days, prior to leaving her we had some behavior issues as well. When we got home, I felt like I had a improved puppy! Lol not only was Harley in the best of hands, I got constant updates, videos and pictures from them. They played with her so much she was exhausted for the next 24hrs lol she was so happy, listening better & they even worked with her on tricks and skills. This dynamic duo are not only great friends, but they’re such loving, passionate caregivers as well! On top of it all, they’re so talented and really know what they’re doing. Where do I even begin? Buster and Whiskers has exceeded all my expectations! We have had our dog Cisco walking with Igor, Jen, and the crew for 2 years now, and could not be happier. They are always on time, are so patient with Cisco, and are so knowledgeable about dog behavior and training (Cisco is a special needs dog)! They are all such dog lovers and Cisco adores them!They are affordable, reliable, and consistent. They are incredibly prompt with their communication and are available to talk via text or email. One of my favorite things about Igor is that he texts us every time after he leaves Cisco and gives us a daily report. He even lets us know if Ciscos feces are abnormal in any way. In addition, when we go away, Cisco stays in Igor and Jens apartment with them and my wife and I can enjoy our vacation worry and guilt free!At the end of the day what matters is that your dog is loved, cared for, and well looked after. Our girl immediately took to Igor and the walks gave her a reprieve from anxiety during our long work days. My dog, Poppy, has been going on pack walks with Buster and Whiskers since September and weve been really happy with the team. I work from home but it gives me peace of mind to know she has a good long walk once a day and structured socialization with other dogs. We adopted her at 8 months after living on the street in Aruba for the first 6 or so months of her life so she came to us with a lot of anxiety to the noises of NYC. Through training paired with daily pack walks, Poppy has become a much happier, less anxious dog.
