We love Pamela! She does the best grooming on Dolce. Were so grateful we found her and will not go anywhere else. We also love the staff at Disco Paws. Cant say enough great things about them!

My husband and I have given this place five chances to get things right. Initially, they blamed us and even our dog for a previous hair-related issue. On one occasion, they had the audacity to send us back home to shampoo our dog. Attached are pictures for your consideration.During our last visit, they took us in at 4:45 PM and surprisingly completed my dogs haircut in an hour and 25 minutes. However, when I picked up my dog, he was completely shaved, contrary to our instructions. The manager and groomer failed to provide any explanation. Despite paying upfront and tipping generously, we were left dissatisfied.Its unclear whether the rushed job was due to financial motives or simply because they were about to close. Ironically we were asked every single time to grows his hair for absolutely noReason!Additionally, Arthur, the groomer, seemed more interested in the Grindr app than in providing quality service. For a better experience, consider visiting during afternoon hours.Overall, given the high prices, its disappointing that client care isnt their priority.

My dog boarded with Disco Paws was wonderful! I had access to the live videos to check on him, photo updates, walk reports, & more! They even provided him a grooming session so he’d come back smelling good.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the live camera & attentive staff made me feel so safe for my little guy’s first boarding trip away from home!! Thank you so much Disco Paws!!!

Took my doodle here after a poor experience at another Astoria groomer. Pamela did an amazing job with my doodle. Listened to each of my concerns, and truly gave her the cut of a life time. Staff were super friendly and service went beyond expectations. All I can say is blown away and Sophie will definitely be returning for grooming and doggy daycare!! If you need a groomer disco paws is the place to go!

We love their service and their staff are accommodating and very nice. We’ve been taking our pup here since 2022. We feel at peace leaving our fur baby with them whenever we go out for the day or overnight. We know she’s going to be taken care of. Our pup comes home tired from all the interactive plays with other dogs in the day care. It’s a great way for her to develop her socialization skills as well. I also love that we can monitor her activities through the web cam or check on her from time to time whenever we miss her.

Exceptional service! Milah was looking so adorable and smelling so fresh after her haircut. We will be back again soon!

Disco Paws is my dogs favorite place! He is a rescue who is VERY nervous around people and the staff welcomed him with open arms. They are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. My dog has opened up a lot since coming there for day care and boarding. They also have a great supply of treats and accessories to make him feel special.

This was my first time leaving Sir DArtagnan anywhere. He was boarded for 3 days and 3 nights. My furby absolutely LOVED this place. Hes a 9 month old puppy with all the puppy behavior but when he came home he seemed more calm, and some of his bad behaviors were gone🤔. I dont know whether it was the staff or the other dogs but someone taught him something while he was there. I think he might need to visit them on a regular basis 😂.

Our baby loves this place and the whole team at disco paws! So happy we have them nearby when we need them!

My pup gets anxiety going to the groomer because of bad past experiences. I was able to speak with the thoughtful staff at Disco Paws about this and they made me feel reassured even before I brought my dog in for his first salon session. We get the Farrah Pawcett each time and Sami is the groomer I love working with. I appreciate how accommodating and understanding everyone at DP is. They don’t make you feel like a crazy pet owner for expressing your wants or concerns regarding your fur baby. We have been back three times - all to see the fabulous Sami - and are so happy and grateful to have found a groomer that works WITH us. Prices fall right in the typical range for NYC ($60-80). I would say that the level of professionalism and care taken is well worth the price. They have an automated booking and notification system too which streamlines the communication. You receive text message alerts when your pup is “checked in” to the salon and then again when he is ready for pickup. Can’t recommend Disco Paws enough!

Awesome place, more than a groomer they are a SPA and relaxing place for dogs. Definitely recommend bringing your pet here.

I just wanted to thank Pamela for being Zeus’ groomer for the past 7 months. After trying many places in queens I found the best one. She’s so caring and patient with Zeus, she understands what he likes and what he doesn’t like. I always go for the full grooming session, bath, haircut, nails and blow dry. He always comes out smelling delicious.

I have heard nothing but great things about Disco Paws. Finally used them to take care of my Dog Tyson and we both had the best experience ever. They have 24hr live cameras so you can watch your pet and you get updated reports with photos everyday :) He got alot of attention and playtime. They put every nervous Pet parent and pet at ease with their attention to detail and great service. 🐶💙 Tyson Came Home Happy, Smelling & Looking Great!!

They’re so attentive with my fur baby. Disco paws always has such good energy and definitely made me so comfortable leaving him for boarding. I received photos and a report daily.

Took a six week class for leash training for my 19 month old Dog. She has a lot of Anxiety and is very playful. The class taught me how to keep her by my side as much as possible. She now knows how to sit and stay 2,2 seconds. ☺️ we still have some work to do with the walking along side of me and not trying to lead the way, but at least I have more sense of working with her. Trainers have a lot of patience and give you a lot of confidence to train your fur baby to your commands. I would recommend Disco Paws if you want to train your fur baby . Considering also taking behavior and Agility classes soon in the future. 👍 Thank you for having us Disco Paws.

My fur babys went to disco paws in Astoria for the first time and right when I walk in the door we felt so welcoming they truly are amazing at what they do thank you for taking care of princess & charity during their grooming they absolutely look beautiful exactly how I wanted it this will be their forever grooming place.Princess & charity said I woof you see you in a couple months❤️🐶🐶🐾🐾

My goldendoodle has been attending Disco Paws for over 4 years. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, facilities are nice and clean, services are reasonably priced. Highly recommend Pam for grooming - Oakley loves her and she always does an amazing job. 10/10 experience for you & your pup!

Weve used Disco Paws off and on since we got our dog this past year. Mostly for the overnight boarding when we go on vacation. I love the daily reports and updates on feeding. I also love the live camera feeds. Its reassuring to be able to see my dog while in care. At least during business hours. The other camera for the Disco Lounge hasnt worked since I started using Disco Paws. Overall this is a place I can trust to care for my dog when I need them.

We brought our dog there for a bath and a nail trim. He was there 6 hrs and they shaved him when they weren’t supposed to. He was already a short haired dog. Also they were very rude, and the manager refuses to answer the phone or call back. All they did for me was not charge me. The handler didn’t even know the groomers name and they work together. He supposedly only worked there about two weeks. Clearly doesn’t know what he is doing. I called him retarted because he is retarted. How are you a groomer and don’t know not to shave a double layered dog. Even if there was a miscommunication you should have made sure what you were doing before it.Before and after.

Sophie loves this place, they have a live camera that you can access to and daily reports for every daycare visit, I love that I can trust them to babysit my furry baby

My little yorkie pekingese has a neurological issue and doesnt walk or stand. They never disappoint when they groom her. They take such good care of her. And she comes out looking soo adorable woth her little bow

I stopped in the shop on my way to dinner with a friend and found the staff so friendly and helpful. My dog, who is very picky, LOVED the treat I got for her (see pic), which was a relief as she often turns down treats! A really cute selection of toys as well. Will definitely be stopping by on occasion now.

10/10 would recommend this place! They have so much to offer, very clean & inviting. My pups groomer, Pamela is so informative and really cares for all the pets.

Our dog adores this place--has ever since first visited at 4 months old. Weve done puppy training, daycare, and boarding with them, and all experiences have been very positive. The staff know and love our dog; weve even said hi out on the street. Recommend DiscoPaws to everyone we meet on our walks!

This review is purely based on my experience with the management and owner, although it has to do with my grooming experience, it has nothing to do with the groomer. She truly is incredible (Dyana)!I had a grooming appointment today for my son Shelby, I dropped him off around 10:30. It normally takes them no longer than 3 hours to groom my dog, mind you I have been to this establishment a couple of times for the same services.I received a call from the receptionist letting me know I had a balance of $50, which was strange because I had already pre paid for the grooming ( $150 + $50 tip ) I go ahead and ask them what the extra charge was , and they let me know they increased the price and should of been charging me a different price but just “forgot” to let me know, how is that my fault or my issue ? I was charged $150 every other time I used the same groomer.  I Come in and talk to them about it , and I figured by dog was done but no. It’s now 5 hours and my dog is not done.I tell my partner who is on the pick up notes to get our son and get the heck out of there and never look back. It’s now almost 7 hours and he’s still not done. Amanda accuses my partner of being aggressive and yelling, if anyone knows him you know this is not him. He wanted our son back and was concerned. Finally they text me 20 mins later to say he’s ready. He was exhausted, had not gone to the bathroom since we picked him up and assuming no water as he drank his whole bowl when he arrived home.I’m beyond outraged that one they attempted to charge me more randomly and that when we asked for our dog they kicked us out, as a small business you would think they would treat and care about your dogs as you do but it’s just another money hungry business.

My 8-month old Beagle loves Disco Paws, and I do too! The staff is friendly and attentive. We always feel welcome when we arrive. Im so thankful that I can always rely on Disco Paws to give my puppy an experience she enjoys while Im working. Plus, she always comes home exhausted from playing with other dogs all day. Its a great relief to me after a long day.I appreciate that I can check on my girl during the day using the live camera feature. I also LOVE reading her Disco Report and seeing the pictures from the day. I highly recommend bringing your pet to Disco Paws - you wont regret it!

Our dog loves Disco Paws. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The space is clean and very well maintained. They have dedicated space for smaller dogs, great if your puppy is just getting used to daycare. They also provide live camera feeds, great if youre just getting used to leaving your puppy at daycare. Definitely would recommend.

The front desk folks are great.I’m not an experienced dog owner but I feel like the price of Disco Paws’ services would warrant more care throughout the day. From the tiny water bowl for a 10+ dog filled room, to the dog kennel tech liberally using the spray bottle to deter unwanted behavior (I should’ve asked how the techs kept order in the room), I don’t think I’m getting value for what I paid for ($28/5 hours).I’m trying to socialize my puppy with new experiences, and his first experience in daycare was not too great. He was dehydrated when I picked him up, and (bless him) had held in a large pee & poo, five hours worth. Some other dogs had a good time from what I saw on the stream, but I don’t think my family is compatible.

I am pleased with Jasper’s grooming session. The groomer actively listened to what I wanted for Jasper. He looks groovy.

I can now officially say weve been coming to Disco Paws for years and weve always had a wonderful time. Although we mostly put our pup up for a few days, Ive had a lot of good experiences with daycare and just popping in to buy something cool for our dog too. I recommend them to everyone I know in the neighborhood and sometimes beyond, too.

My pup seems to love his Disco Days. He is a terrier mix and has a huge amount of energy and after a day of playtime with other dogs he is nice and calm so I love his Disco Days too. I work from home so he only goes on days that I have to be out of the house all day. They do a test session before theyll take a client on so as much as possible they try to screen any potential troublemakers out so I never worry when hes there and the people who work there are all really nice and seem to be there because they like to work with dogs. We go to the Ditmars location and theres always a good crowd (of dogs) to play with.

Pixie absolutely loves her time at disco paws. The staff is consistently wonderful, attentive and she always had a great time playing with lots of other dogs. We will absolutely be back for any other boarding and grooming needs. We can no longer watch her on the cameras downstairs via webcam (playrooms only), but this is not a dealer by any means because we trust the staff there implicitly to treat our girl as if she were their own. I bring a blanket for her to borrow into and they always leave it in with her and provide handy reminders of when her vaccinations are close to needing renewal. Their shop has a great selection of wonderful products, Pixie coveted their branded blanket and almost pulled one off the shelf all on her own. I cant imagine bringing her elsewhere even after seeing a new larger facility open up nearby. The personal care and attentiveness of disco paws simply cant be touched.They also once cared for our special needs CH cat whole we were in Europe and unable to find a friend to care for her at home. She was truly treated like the star of the show. I still get asked every time when I will be bringing Elf back in. I was terrified that shed never forgive me for putting her back in a cage but the love given to her by the staff at disco assuaged all of my fears. The photos and nightly reports for each pet are warmly received and my wife and I look forward to them even if we are away only for a night.I cannot recommend disco paws enough, whether for a dog or a beloved feline companion.

Great experience! The front desk staff was super sweet and the groomer was professional and even managed to brush my dogs teeth, which no one has ever managed to do before! Very impressed, will definitely be using their services again :)

I take my 2 year old Cocker Spaniel Hunter to Disco Paws Ditmars for doggy daycare and he loves it!! Today was his first groom and unfortunately the groomer had an emergency and couldn’t perform the groom. NO WORRIES…there was Disco Paws Steinway to the rescue 😊. He was taxied by Ditmars to Steinway and groomed to perfection by the very professional and patient groomer Natalie (I believe). She did an AMAZING job. Followed my many grooming requests to the tee. I am so happy I found this daycare, that also offers overnight boarding and grooming services. I’m a Brooklyn resident, working in Queens. This is my new one stop shop for all Hunter’s care. I recommend them highly and would tell anyone to give them a try!! Thank you Disco Paws…we’ll boogie with you any day!!

Ive taken my dog to other groomers and Peter at Disco Paws is one of the few that followed my wishes on how my lovely 11 month old puppy would look. It was truly the best cut and care Ive ever seen. Additionally the salon is up to date with fast tech not to mention all the treats they have for sale. I recommend this groomer salon very much. My has never looked better and felt so at ease with the service. GV.

I brought my pup here for day-care, boarding, and grooming! Its a beautiful new space, clean and stocked to the gills with treats and pet goods. The play area where the dogs are kept is monitored by certified professionals who keep them safe and engaged (thanks Jocelyn & Nell!). I loved that I could check out the live feed from my phone whenever I missed my puppy - it was a relief to peek in on him late at night to make sure he was sleeping soundly. Disco Paws will also send you a puppy report card on how they behaved/ate/got along with others - photos included! The grooming service was done by Adriana who showed me pictures of how calm my pup was as she worked. She gave me helpful advice for maintenance afterwards. Its very clear that the staff has experience and a love for pets. Amanda (the owner) did a great job pulling together a strong team for this store. My pup and I are looking forwarding to our next visit!

If I had to describe Disco Paws in one word it would be AMAZING!!! This was the 1st time I’ve ever boarded my dogs. I was nervous at 1st but when I walked in and saw all the other dogs there having a great time, I was more at ease. While my dogs were there I got updates via email and text including photos. I was able to enjoy my niece’s wedding knowing that my dogs were well taken care of. I highly recommend Disco Paws.

We absolutely LOVE Disco Paws. Overall, fantastic experience, from the moment we book an appointment to when we pick up our pup, Cosmo.1. The day care is so clean. Weve taken Cosmo to other day cares in Astoria, and when we pick him up, hes dirty and smells disgusting. When we pick Cosmo up from Disco Paws, hes clean, sweet smelling and happy. We love it so much!2. The staff is so nice and we get to see Cosmo throughout the day on their puppy cam. We love being able to spy on him while he plays with other pups.3. We love his report card at the end of the day! Warms our hearts.

I’m very grateful to Disco Paws for taking care of our fearful pup. Before he was rescued, he spent three years in a hoarder home. He’s sweet with us but terrified of everything else and one time even bit a vet tech.The groomers at Disco Paws were extremely patient, allowing him to air dry instead of blow drying him and giving him breaks in between each cleaning and allowing him to settle down. He’s also very sensitive about his paws but was past due for a nail trim, and they managed to get his nails down to a comfortable length.I’ve heard of other groomers saying they can’t handle dogs with behavioral issues, so we were upfront about it, and they kindly agreed to work with him. (We also gave him Trazodone as prescribed by his vet.) It was clear that the groomer went above and beyond to accommodate our worried little guy.Our trainer tells us it could be months before the counter-conditioning training (to make grooming a positive experience for him) will start paying off, so we could not have done this without their help.Highly recommended.

Love every detail about this store. It’s so welcoming and love their retro dog toys. Very good quality dog toys. I recommend this place ONLY for pet toys 😉 I DO NOT send my pet to any groomers. I do it myself where I know what I want from my dog. After reading some reviews that’s just sad to know groomers did this to your furbabies. 🥺

Disco Paws took excellent care of my cats during their grooming session. Natalia is top notch, it is so hard to find a good cat groomer, my longhair cat and my shorthair cat were bathed and groomed to perfection. Would highly recommend Disco Paws!

We boarded our doggo here for the first time and had a great experience. With 24/7 live webcams and daily reports on feeding/walks/your dogs attitude, we felt great that our pup was left in good hands. The facility is kept very clean and all the staff we interacted with was so nice and friendly. Their online platform is also great and super easy to use. Well definitely continue working with Disco Paws!

Our pup (Nellie) had an amazing day in discopaw daycare (Steinway). The staff was super friendly and took care of all our needs. We were really in a pinch for puppy care on this day and they were so accommodating and willing to work with us! Nellie will certainly be going back to make even more friends.

Pamela always does such a great job on my fur baby, Nacho. He is a wiggler when he gets hair cuts and she is always so patient with him. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure he is comfortable and not stressed out during his appointment. Nacho is always excited to see her when he goes in for his hair cuts even if he is a little apprehensive at first. He always leaves wagging his tail and giving everyone kisses.

I love Disco Paws! More importantly, our young pup Mystic loves it too. She is always eager to go in and meet new fiends and play HARD. On the days when I choose to send her in, she comes back completely exhausted and clearly had a wonderful time. She goes right to bed!When we even pass by her body language is very clear that she knows the place and wants to go in!I was hesitant at first because our pup is a little on the small side, and she seemed a little timid as first as well, but my worries were completely dissolved by observing her on their online camera system. Actually, I even stayed a while after AI dropped her off just to watch and be sure. She was fine of course.I love that she gets to socialize in a safe/clean and free environment on the days where I really need to buckle down and get a lot fo work done at home.Well be back! A lot....

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Xana did an amazing job, despite the fact that it was Elphie’s first ever visit to a groomer so she was probably very fidgety and nervous. Elphie is super soft and her paws look amazing (which is saying something because she leaves quite the mess with all her licking and claw chewing)! She had the zoomies and a big smile on her face when she got home, so I think she felt as great as she looked ❤️ She is currently going crazy over the new toy that I had help choosing today. Will absolutely come back for all our grooming and puppy treat and toy needs!

I love DiscoPaws and my dog loves them even more than I do. All of the staff has been super friendly to both me and Izzy. I definitely have been a nervous first time parent and they put up with me and Izzy just dropping by the store and not purchasing anything so we could get her used to the idea of other dogs. Now I cant walk anywhere near the shop without Izzy going wild because she wants to see her friends (human and doggie).I was very impressed with how they helped Izzy socialize with dogs twice her size. It was hard to watch at first (again... first time parent/small puppy) but they have a big viewing window and live cameras so you can watch their staff make sure everybody is playing friendly.Amanda and Kat have been especially inviting and accommodating, but the truth is Ive seen most of the staff treat my Izzy with love so Im very happy.I highly recommend Disco Paws.

I am very disappointed with my dog’s grooming today. It was not what I asked for at all. She looked better before grooming than after. This is the second time this happened.I feel robbed because I had to pay before I even saw her, plus I have included tip… This is totally unfair and dishonest.I was very clear with my specifications and show several pictures.Honestly this is unacceptable.Also, last time I paid $85 this time $125

I expected so much from disco paws, I took my puppy to get a hair cut and I knew he has knots, a staff member said he had a lot and they had to cut it short, I agreed but told them to leave Some fur since its still cold out, I came to get him and he was hairless, they over charged me for something I didnt ask for, never again . The only thing I was satisfied was that they didnt hurt my dog while cutting his nails. Sorry to say but the staff was just lazy to comb my dogs hair after showering him

The team at Disco Paws are amazing! They groomed my foster dog with patience and care, and he was not easy to handle. They are so kind and I would recommend to anyone who needs a pet grooming!

My puppy, Walter, loves spending the day at Disco paws. I love that I can watch him having fun on webcams and that I get a report of his activity with photos! The staff are kind and caring and I recommend for any active pup or dog that wants to have a fun time! Its affordable and worth every penny.

I took my 9 year old cocker spaniel to Disco Paws last week for the first time and it was literally the best hair cut hes ever been given. Ive lived in Astoria for over ten years and constantly complain that I cant find a place that does high quality grooming in Astoria and that all the excellent places are in Manhattan. From Petco and my Vets office...to other boutiques that have come and gone, no one has given him a cute haircut. They all do the basics...trim his nails, shampoo, condition...etc but seem to just buzz him so that it takes weeks before the haircut settles out. Disco paws exceeded my expectations and for the first time Spencer came out looking more adorable than ever. Disco paws is professional, prompt, clean, cute and I couldnt be more satisfied.Ive seen people complain about the price point and I think one gets what they pay for. Ive paid far more, for much less. I will never go anywhere else.

I take my 18 year old pitbull, Sophi, to disco paws for grooming. They send a text when she is checked in, and text when she is ready to be picked up. Everyone is super nice and Sophi comes out with perfectly trimmed nails, a shiny coat and smelling like awesomeness! Oh, and a super cute bandana.

This place is dishonest and cannot be trusted at all!First, when I called and made the reservation, I specifically informed the shop that my cats are allergic to certain food. They can only have 1 ingredient diet. I clearly explained everything about my cats. HOWEVER, they fed some treats to my cats and now they all have ear infections! I can’t believe this happened! My cats do not have any allergic reactions when they are with me. This is unbelievable.They have also beaten one of my cat just trying to make her obey to the grooming. I can tell the difference.Second, one of my cat does not want to get groomed/bathed, they just dry cleaned my cat without asking my permission. They rate they charged is the same which doesn’t make sense to me. They should have asked me about it first!I left them a $35 tip and I want everything back, they should pay me some money for the ordeal that my cats went through. They deserve this negative review!

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I dropped off my short -haired double coated pitbull mix to them at 1 for a grooming. I specifically asked them to do what they did last time which was a deshedding shampoo and his nails & teeth. I was called around 7pm to come pick him up and when I did they had completely shaved my 8 month old puppy. I was furious and upset and was told the manager, Amanda, would call me the next day. The groomer, Adelson, never even came out to apologize. The next day came and they had the audacity to send me an invoice via email so we called and were told by Jeff that they could send the footage of me saying to cut him short. We asked him to please send it and was then told its above his pay grade . Throughout all of this we had also learned that the groomer had only been there for 2 weeks!!! Why was he not being supervised??? After all of this we STILL have not gotten a call from Amanda. Shame on this place! Take your animals ANYWHERE else ! Stay away !!!!!!

I went in the store just to buy a dress for my dog. As I was waiting to be checked out, I notice there was a grooming station. As I observed the groomer, she became physical abusive to the dog she was grooming. The poor brown poodle was under distress and started biting her. I notify the cashier and her response was “ I’ll speak to the manager”. I kept observing and the groomer started hitting the dog and pulling the dog from the neck. At one point she snatched the dog and took it to the back. This behavior is unacceptable and I will legally make a complain. No dog should go under physical abuse by a groomer. The female was a tall slim white female with short hair that looked in her late 30’s. This incident happened to the one on Steinway st.

The best place for grooming and shopping! They sell great shampoos, peanut cookies, wipes everything is great and organic. Very professional regarding grooming appointments! My dog is so picky and she loves everything there!

My pug always has a good time having her little spa day here. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

I will NEVER bring my dog back to Disco Paws for day care again. I really wanted to love this place. It seems clean, they sell nice things, and the people at the front desk have always been nice to us. Luckily we get to see what goes on in the back. We saw a handler PUNCH a dog TWICE. On several other occasions, other handlers hit other dogs. It wasn’t my dog who was hit (as far as I know) but that is no way to treat ANY dog, and this was all in an 8 hour span. Nobody brings their dog in to day care to get hit by other people. It’s supposed to be a safe space where your dog will be watched and cared for at all times. With that being said there were several moments where dogs were snapping at each other and there were no handlers in the room. They are understaffed. At one time I saw over 15 dogs in one room with one handler. I was overwhelmed just watching on camera. They are not compassionate towards the dogs. My 6 month old dog was inhumanly DRAGGED OUT WITH A SLIP LEAD . When they brought my dog back in they YANKED on the slip lead to pull him back toward them. The staff seems to be undertrained in dog handling and dog body language because some dogs were even bullying others (yes that’s a thing). When my wife confronted the owner about what we had seen on camera, she replied with “sometimes we nudge the dogs when they misbehave.” My wife was so infuriated that she paid (which she shouldn’t have) and walked out. If you really care for your dogs and their well being, consider other pet daycares in the area.

My Shiba, Luna, loves disco paws! Its her favorite place to be! I personally love that at the end of each daycare session I get a little report card with photos and updates about her day. The staff is super friendly and we just love this place!

I usually bring Bruno here for day care and they have been amazing, very caring and professional. Decided to leave my dog for 10 days intensive training and couldn’t be happier .

Everyone here is really nice! I usually book my husky’s grooming with Pamela. She’s really nice with her and takes whatever I say in consideration. I recommend!!

When I asked that the groomer (Dyan) wear a mask just for our interaction (during a spike in cases), she came out wearing a mask that said “biggest hoax in history”. I found this very disrespectful, and it felt pointed. I walked away feeling like I wish I hadn’t given money to this business. I’m sorry Disco Paws.

You can find some snug and fashionable sweaters for your dog, but this place is pretty expensive. I guess this is more of a doggy day care than a pet retail store

Loved how interactive it was for my Dog, how I could check up on her throughout the day, and there was care and attention. I love Disco Paws and will be using their daycare as my go-to spot from here on out!

This is not a One Stop Shop it is more of a day care for your pet. if you are looking for kitty litter and litter box or anything else that would have accompanied said litter you will not find it there. they have pet food but no pet bowls so on and so forth.Good people but not as convenient as one might expect a pet store to be.

I can’t say enough about Disco Paws! We got our puppy in June and in early July we introduced him to his first grooming to get comfortable. Pamela took such great care of him. She really loves and cares about her clients. She always gives us the best advice on how to make each session more easier on our pup and what she thinks is best grooming wise based on his breed as well as him as an individual. We love Pamela!As for daycare, our pup absolutely LOVES it ! He RUNS to daycare from our apartment and he can’t pass the store on walks without begging to go inside just to say hi to the staff. It’s a struggle to get him to leave because he loves it so much. The staff gets just as excited to see him as he does and they really make us feel like he is so loved as if he is their own. They upload pictures and a report after every service. They are so kind and accommodating and love every single one of their furry clients!! Russet loves his Steinway Disco Paws staff❤️

Disco Paws is an exceptional, well rounded daycare/boarding facility. As soon as my puppy reaches Steinway, he pulls me to Disco Paws because he is so excited to be there! The owner is incredibly kind, professional, nurturing, and thorough. I love that I get to watch my pup play whenever I please. They even offer a drop-off service! Hands down, best in the neighborhood. Small, woman owned business is the way to go!

This new small local business is a blessing to the neighborhood. The owner is there 24/7 almost making it a personal experience, every time I visit with my dog - who they know by name already, after three visits.Very knowledgeable, clean, and attentive service.Sure, some times, for some people, under circumstances, things can go wrong and that can ruin the experience, but overall its a great place to visit and offers great services. My dog seems to wanna go in there every time we walk by, so thats all I need to know.
