I had a great experience with the groomer. My baby Mollie looked and smelled good. Im planning on taking my 2nd baby, boy, as well. Keep up the good work.

I brought my dog to this place several time within the past 2 years and I always have some type of problem with these people and dog it’s either they call me upping the price from 120 to 145 because he was “too hype” or he has some type of reaction to the products they are using and the customer service is horrible I stopped bringing him there for a while for the same reason and hand washing him at home it’s safer and she made a weird comment about my dog and how the clean is not proper all and all my dog keeps getting this break out idk if it’s the heat from the blow dryer or the products are unsanitary but this has to stop they only can handle small dogs

This is not a place you want to take your dog! It is not cleanI went in to have my dog groomed , I didnt like the place it was overcrowded they was dog hair everywhere unprofessional and dogs everywhere ,and my neighbor took her dog there unfortunately and somebody beat it with a hose causing it to die! My neighbor said there is a surveillance video and the owners deleted it and also took down real reviews and posted fake one with five stars this is ashame they should be reported for animal abuse this is not a good business I would never take my little dog here now these are real reviews not fake do not take your dog or any animal to this place stay away! this place should be closed permanently!😡

Horrible horrible! I asked for a specific cut for my dog and and even show them a picture of how it is and they completely messed up his hair everywhere ! I said short but NOT SKIN SHORT and they cut it way too short and when i complained to the lady she threatened to call the police for some reason .. 90dollars in the garbage she didnt even offer a discount for my pup bad haircut! Bad service nasty attitude. Just look at the difference in the pictures below smh….

My boy Jocco Casanova loves it there. They are completely full service from his nose to his toes. When he leaves hes always calm and I can tell hes happy and super proud of his day of beauty

I have been taking my Yorkie for almost 2 years and they are great with him. He always looks good when they groom him.

They are very accommodating. I moved to NJ but I’ll drive to them to have my 2 dogs to be groomed here. They are patient and very friendly. My dogs love it here

Excellent job! I have a big doodle girl who was over due for a groom. My dog is very anxious so the groomer was very gentle with her and my dog was calm the entire time. She did an amazing job, took her time, catered to the knots, and left her super cute.

I have been searching for a place to groom my poodle to actually look like a poodle. It was my first time and I am so happy with what they did. My dog is my joy and I am that he looks amazing. I have taken my dog to places before and it has been ridiculous. I am happy to have found this place this will be my new groomer, as long as they continue to do an amazing job.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But I have nothing but amazing great things to say about Pampered Pooch Place . I come all the way from brooklyn because I’ve tried many other places and wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else. My dog loves the entire staff is always wagging her tail when she arrives and is always happy when we leave. My dog is not friendly so this surprise me. While my dog is being groomed I go across the street to a delicious coffee shop and enjoy an incredible breakfast. I always do their Luxury Spa Works Package I love their Aloe Vera Hydrating Spray at the end and so does my dog. I would recommend Pampered Pooch to everyone. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby I truly appreciate it.

This place killed a dog because it was anxious during grooming and crying. They beat the dog with showerhead. The owner left with their babys body in a garbage bag. Please avoid this place at all cost. Do not risk taking your dog here. They also removed the review from the owner that described in detail what happen and what she went through. I requested the owner to report them to Google and inform Google that they removed an ACTUAL experience that happened. Please do not risk taking your dog here. This place is trying to hide what actually occured and its very poor business practice also does not make them trustworthy to handle your dog.

My three dogs have gone to this store location for grooming for about two years, and they are always treated with patience and professionalism. Regarding the recent unfortunate incident, I only hope that people dont think the involved person represents the other hard-working employees in this store, especially Jhery and Eddy, who have always provided excellent service.

Today was my first trip to Pampered Pooch with my 2 year old Standard Poodle. The professionalism & care provided was exceptional. Not to mention the time they took to care for my dog. Im relieved to have found our long term groomers. Thank you Tan and Eddie....

If I can give zero stars I would. Ive taken my dog with them for many many years for one reason only and it was because I was able to stay there and wait for him. Once Covid hit they did not allow me to stay inside so I would wait outside for him. Since the moment I got prince (my dog) Ive taken him there and never had a problem. On January 22 I took him to get a haircut Since it was his 10th birthday I wanted him to look cute and get some pictures of him. I dropped him off around 9:30-10am and he was not done until 1:20pm. I understand they seemed to be busy. I had a personal appointment at 2pm so once I got prince I left. Once I got home around 3:30pm I noticed he had trouble keeping his right eye open. I immediately thought maybe something went inside so I proceeded to pat a warm wet paper towel and see if it would help him. Next day I took him to the vet since his eye got cloudy and it scared me. Sunday the 23rd. I took him and they said it could be 2 things. Either his age or a trauma to his eye. I was given antibiotics and eye drops for him. Thankfully his eye is now better and doctor said it seemed to be a trauma in the eye. I hear horrific stories about dog abuse and I would never want it to happen to my dog again, since he is a rescue dog. Im very upset that they could have accidently hurt him in the eye and possible leave him blind, the least they could have done was let me know. Loyalty is very important to me and I will NEVER trust or recommend this place again.I dont ever write a review about nothing but for this I am. Im very disappointed.

They refused to groom my 1 year old, because they said she became very aggressive. This would have been her very first grooming experience, but they didnt wanna give her a chance. So if this would be your pups first time and she is not too friendly do not take it here. Take it to a place where it might be a little more expensive but where a little difficult dog is not that of a big challengele. So as I did, at the other nearby grooming place where we all had a great experience.

They actually did post a statement regarding the incident- but instead of acknowledging their mistakes and feeling bad about the whole incident they emphasized that theyre hurting and that all these reviews are hurting their business. HOW IS THAT OKAY?understandable that incidents like this happens obviously you cannot control the actions of all your groomers but as a business owner take accountability and accept the consequence.AND NOW upon checking the reviews in this place obviously theres a lot of 1 star and avoid as much as you can- AND THEN THERES SUDDENLY A BOOST OF 5 STAR REVIEW!? WHAAAAT?and since I have time, I actually did some digging AND ALL YOUR RECENT 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE. How did I know? Its not rocket science, I clicked all the users with 5 star reviews you can see in all my ss that either thats the only review that they have for that account, or they actually live in somewhere else like SPAIN, COLOMBIA, GUATEMALA OR NEW JERSEY!?!!LIKE REALLY????? you really think asking everybody you know to make up fake reviews to save your business will help? when in reality its actually more helpful for you if you take accountability.all of these says a lot about your character as a business owner and AS A PERSON.close your business and stay away from dogs!

Pampered Pooch is my ultimate favorite grooming center for my dog . They ask you how do you want him , call you when he’s ready and always take care of you weather you have an appt or not . This place is a go to for your dog never had an issue

A bit off a beaten path but I will go again. The staff is friendly and Maria did a good job. There was no furry knot left behind. Our dog got well pampered and 2 hours later , he looked like a brand new schnauzer

I had to call the police just to know where they took my dog. Imagine coming to the groomers to get your dog and they tell you he isn’t there and refuse to tell you where he is.If I could give this place negative stars. I would. Never in my life have I ever had to call the police until taking my dog to Pampered Pooch Place. If you care about your dog DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE.Long story short: They may or may not have taken my dog to a “vet” without informing me. They lied to me and potentially the police about where my dog was. They never called to notify me that they had injured him. They lied straight to my face and i had no idea if my dog was lost, injured, or worse.I dropped my pup off at 10am. 2 hours later i called to see if they were done grooming my dog. They told me my dog was being difficult and it would take 2 more hours.I’ve taken my dog to Pampered Pooch since they opened years ago. It has never taken them 4 hours. I nervously ran to their location.And that’s when they told me they took my dog to the vet because they had cut him.They refused to tell me where he was. What vet. When he’d be back. What exactly happened to him.I started to think the worst. They lost my dog. They severely injured him. I didn’t know what to think. They told me he was on his way. I asked them multiple times where they had taken him and the owner Patricia’s only response was “he’s on his way”.I told them I’d call the police if they didn’t tell me where my dog was... and they still refused to tell me. So I called the police.After about 30 minutes of crying, worrying, anxiety, and not having any clue where my dog was. A groomer named Maria came out to tell me my dog was in the back....Maria told me she cut him and panicked and took him to the vet... I never saw her come in. I never saw her return from a vet with my dog even though I was standing at the entrance.I panicked and asked to get my dog back and they were still reluctant telling me that they hadn’t finished grooming him.After asking multiple times I finally got my dog back. He had a pretty significant cut and there seemed to be some kind of glue on his cut.I understand accidents happened. But I at the very least expect to be notified if my dog is injured and IF HE WAS TAKEN SOMEWHERE.No vet paperwork was provided.When the police came Patricia and Maria told the officers that my dog was never taken to the vet... that he was in the back receiving first aid the entire time... WHAT?!?! I am bewildered. I am in shock. I feel so betrayed. Patricia was someone I trusted with my dog. I took my dog to Pampered Pooch Place because it was the only place i trusted. To have been lied to and still not knowing the full truth has left me in complete shock. I was crying. I was shaking. I was freaking out and instead of telling me my dog was in the back... they told me he was on his way!If you love your pet DO NOT bring them to this place. They are so irresponsible.

I simply love this place, the staff is so caring and I always get what I asked for exactly. I have been bringing my dog Ella for about 3 years and I wouldn’t take her any where else. My dog is always happy to see them.

The worse place to go to, the only reason I went here because where I normally go he was all book and I needed his hair to be cut ASAP because he just had his shots. I first called the place when I was in Manhattan because that day it was really hot outside and the lady told me its $68 dollars I actually didnt want to pay because im so use to paying $50 for my Shih Tzu but I said whatever and I just went i ask the lady first before I burned my gas coming to her shop in queens and said do you guys clean the butt with the anal glands she said yes, I ask do you guys clean the ear etc. They said yes for 68 dollars when I walk in the place she took a copy of my dog shot papers and said she gave it back to me but she never did I have all his papers in his folder for four years and never lost anything I only have the yellow copy and not my white copy smh. They cut my dog hair and I wanted his hair short and they cut the body and try not to cut his face or tail and when I said i said I wanted all cut off from the beginning when I walked in she tried to tell me my dog will look ugly after I have been getting his hair cut for four years cut short. She told me she was professional but she wasnt because the place I normally go to he cuts his face very short for me. Then they told me my dog had fleas on him before I brought him in he had no fleas, but they was grooming another dog who had fleas and they told me after they started cutting his hair alread they couldnt continue to cut his hair if they couldnt use the flea shampoo which was Ten dollar more why didnt you tell me on the phone what if I would of had only 68 dollars are you telling me you would of left my dog hair half cut. All the workers all spoke Spanish and some didnt speak no English. It was one girl who work there I dont know if she was new but she didnt know what she was doing. Then they cut my dogs nail and when I got home i saw my dogs nail bleeding and it was fresh bleeding on his fur I called them and told them what happens and I was unsatisfied with the haircut and nails she told me its want nothing she could do with how short I wanted it and when the nails was cut she told me the nails were like that so I said why you didnt tell me her exact words were oh we forgot but you didnt forget to tell me he had fleas for an extra $10 dollars right SMH and then she said we are very busy and hung up on me. Im never ever coming here again and wont recommend this place ever. Worst service and very unprofessional place. My poor babys hair was chip up SMH I could of did it mines self. $78 dollars down the drain. I should have waited and went to the other place who have been doing my dogs hair for four years and I only pay 50 dollars for everything. My groomer cuts his hair very short clean his ear and he does the anal glands cuts his nails and gives my dog a bath and I am very satisfied when he does cut my dogs hair. Please dont ever go there you wont be happy its a waste of money.

This place is awful! I took my dog there for the very first time and she ended up wirh an ulcer in her eye. I had to take my dog to the vet and spend over $250. I called and emailed the store many times to be told that the manager is out on vacation. I am still waiting to hear back from them... for over a month now.Stay away! It’s not worth it!

Groomers are so gentle. Prices are lower and you get a wonderful job for the money. They love the animals.

The best groomers ever!! After my dog’s previous groomer mistakenly nipped him on the ear he became petrified of the sound of clippers and now he dislikes haircuts overall. When it was time for another haircut, I took him to Pampered Pooch Place and they literally took their time and provided so much patience and warmth!! I know it wasn’t easy but, they truly got the job done!!I highly recommend. 10 STARS!!!
