I am speechless! When I first saw these adorable babies I was shocked! They aren’t babies!!! They are full grown.Honestly, I brought her to her first vet visit and the vet said that I was lied to… that my dog couldn’t be more than 4 months old. I called Jenny, the owner. She reassured me that this was the real deal. That a lot of the vets here wouldn’t understand why these cuties are so tiny.Let me just say, I’ve never loved a dog more than my sweet poodle and that Jenny turned out to be the right one! Around 2 months ago, I purchased my teacup Maltese Andrea from Tiny Cuties NYC. From the day I picked her up, my family and I immediately fell in love with her. We were so surprised how well behaved she was right away. We followed all the steps from the New Puppy Guide that Tiny Cuties NYC provided and we were blown away with how quickly Andrea adapted to her new home with us. They told us that she was potty trained from the moment they got her and it immediately showed once we brought her home. It amazes us that she has little to no separation anxiety when we leave her for a few hours too. Jenny and the Tiny Cuties NYC team were so pleasant to deal with, her and her team constantly checks up on Andrea and her wellbeing too. They are very responsive when I have any questions for them and they just show me that they still care about my puppy, even months after letting her go. When the time comes for my family and I to purchase another teacup puppy, we will immediately go back to Tiny Cuties NYC after showing us great care and attention!

We contacted Jenny about Diana and were able to have a zoom meeting. Little info was provided about her parents and they asked no question of us about our fitness to be puppy parents. We were told we needed to pay for her travel but not until later were we told we also had to pay to get her across the USA and pay for the escort, Uber expenses, and their hotel as that was not included in her travel even though it said travel was included in the purchase price on the puppies.com website. When we picked her up we did not receive the food or carrier offered. There was also no follow up by them about how she was after we left. Upon getting her home we had a vet appointment as soon as possible. She had a vicious double ear infection. One treatment took care of one ear but we were still fighting to clear up the other ear after 3 months. We also found she has medial luxating patella in both back legs. When we contacted Jenny she said none of the other dogs/puppies have it. My vet explained at this age it is likely genetic unless there had been an injury and Jenny did not and has not responded about this genetic deformity. She was not crate trained as advertised and with her medical issues we have focused on getting her healthy and not on obedience training so we just take her out every 90 minutes for a potty break. I dont want to return her as we have grown to love her greatly but the medical issues are not something we were expecting and the lack of response has been disheartening. She was estimated to be 6-8 pounds in her adult size but was already 9 when we got her and she is almost 14 now and has stopped growing. She is still a small dachshund but more like a tweeny than miniature. While Jenny was truly attentive during the acquisition phase there has been no communication since I texted asking about the patella issue.

I was puppy scammed late in 2022 and was very hesitant about who to trust and where I should purchase a puppy. Im so happy I found Jenny and Tiny Cuties NYC. My husband and I picked her up in person and drove her home. Jennys facility is so cute and all the puppies there were precious. I wanted to take home several, but am so glad that I purchased my puppy from Jenny. My puppy, Jellybean, is a sweetheart. She is healthy, friendly, sweet, pee pad trained, and crate trained. Everyone loves Jellybean, and I believe that her time with Jenny made her what she is today. Thank you, Jenny, for my wonderful puppy-baby!

BEWARE AND RUN AWAY FROM JENNY/TINY CUTIES- Worst experience ever. Was sold a small dog that is now “larger than we expected ”. While the company has a signed contract from us not guaranteeing the end size, It was claimed to be a dog that would not grow much. While we love him —he does not look like a micro or teacup pet. We feel mislead and didnt feel like our expectations were managed properly.IN ADDITION, the company changed the social media image of my fiancé holding the dog to look like a smaller, micro teacup dog. They even changed the breed they showcased in the photo. I would never work with Jenny or her company again as I feel ripped off!!As a business owner, I never would be in business.UPDATED::: Owner would not take any of my calls yesterday. She still has not reached out.UPDATE 2: Owner BLOCKED me from her Instagram so that I could not share our experience.UPDATE 3 (Nov 2024): Jenny NEVER did what she said she would in her response below.UPDATE 4 (Nov 2024): The dog has continued to grow and is MASSIVE. He cant even be carried in our arms. He has exceeded all the expectations set by JENNY and her company on size. This led us to wonder if he is even the BREED we purchased??????UPDATE 5 (November 2024): DNA TESTS SHOW THAT HE IS NOT THE BREED WE PURCHASED!!!! SEE BELOW---He is a POMA-POO and NOT a MALTI-POO!!! We were told by JENNY his breed and have explicit paperwork to confirm our intent to have a MALTI-POO and we were LIED TO. It makes sense now that he behaves and looks NOTHING like the dog we paid $7K for! We were beat and swindled. We were deceived and we have NO RESPONSE from JENNY.

This seller Jenny, she gives empty promises and she will give you the run around after she gets your (cash) money. I don’t live in NYC, and I was worried about how he looked the same as in the pictures or whether the information shown on the website was correct or not. I needed to drive 8 hours, but it was totally worth and satisfied. Dont fall for her false advertisements and her misrepresentation in the internet of the tiny puppies she claims, which theyre not micro teacup when theyre fully grown. Be aware! The owner, Jenny Tsai she treats her puppies inhumanely and so heartless and cruel. Shes straves those innocent puppies and lock them in a small confined space to prevent them from growing to their normal size. So she can claim that they are micro teacup and teacups, to demand thousands of dollars for the poor little innounce helpless puppies.The puppies are exteremely bony with very bad teeth, over grown nails and living in poor conditions. Theyre being neglected and under nourished.Please dont support animal cruelty and animal abuse. Save your time and money and go some place else that really care for their animals and be honest. Ms. Jenny Tsai, owner, lies about her products and shell tell you whatever you want to hear just to get your money. I lost my dog a while ago and had a broken heart. She took advantage of that.Once she heard that l was dissatisfied, she was willing to take the puppy back but refused to refund any of my money. It was a nightmare dealing with her run around tactics!

10k worth of health problems and rotten teeth I love my dogs but maybe not everyone can afford the risk..... I was not able to get insurance because they labeled it a pre existing condition that was said to be just a normal heart murmur ......they havent done anything while already knowing what happened also my puppy was said to be fully grown at 2.4 lbs and he is now almost 7lbs

Tiny cuties were really great to work with when we decided to adopt a maine coon kitten. They provided us with all the health and vaccine information on the kitties, we were also able to meet the parents of the kittens to see how they are also in good health. Tiny cuties also were very responsive whenever we had any questions and I appreciate most that they answered any questions I had in mind it really helped to make the decision much easier since all my questions were answered and we were able to meet the kitties before we made our decision!

Got a teacup poodle, was told by Jenny it’s a pure breed, then she asked for extra money for the pedigree, which is important proof of the bloodline. For the price, I don’t see a reason to charge extra for the pedigree. Didn’t buy the pedigree but then turned out the poodle is not pure breed because it shed hair everywhere in the house. Really frustrated, now I am concerned about every word she told me.

Tiny Cuties was a pleasure! I had great communication throughout every step of the way! I got a maine coon kitten and Im so happy with how everything went! We were able to see the kittes mom and dad which was amazing to interact with them and also just made things so much easier in the adoption process. Tiny Cuties really went above and beyond to make this adoption so special.

I took him to a vet to make sure we werent over feeding but the vet says hes perfectly healthy and this seemed to be his expected weight. I would be more upset if I didnt love him so much! But I was definitely misinformed during the purchasing process.I would still recommend people here. Its my own fault for not doing more research and asking more questions. It doesnt change my experience, which was welcoming and friendly. But definitely do your own homework!

***EDIT: When purchasing our boy we were told one of his legs has a stage 3 luxating Patella and that it would be around 1k to fix. I should’ve done my own research before hand. When I took him to the vet they said to fix his leg was 5k for the one leg and the second leg was going to need the same surgery down the line. He was not eligible for doggie insurance so it would be roughly 10k to fix. Unfortunately I don’t have this kind of money and ended up rehoming him to a vet technician who got him the surgeries he needed. So now not only am I out of money but I no longer have him. If you are purchasing a puppy with any known health issues do your research first on the cost to fix these issues.Absolutely in love with our Little Boy. Thank you so much Tiny Cuties. This is the sweetest puppy Ive ever met. Everyone he meets falls in love with him! He is less than 4 pounds full grown and just adorable with the SWEETEST disposition ever. We are so grateful that Tiny Cuties helped us fulfilled our hearts with a tiny fur baby who looks exactly like our Pomeranian Mandy who just passed away a couple months ago. This tiny girl is so loving and cute, she helps us go through many lonely nights so now my heart doesn’t feel empty anymore!I flew from Chicago to NYC and picked up this tiny baby. As soon as I went in the door I felt such a cozy and clean atmosphere, hospitality was amazing! There are three precious tiny dogs Mummi the smart teacup Pom, Barbie the gorgeous micro yorkie deva and Oreo the funny teacup Frenchi. All of them are so welcoming, they seems telling me “don’t worry, you will be happy again!”I love how I felt from this place, it is so safe and trustworthy. This is completely different experience than any pet shops I have ever visited. Thank you Tiny Cuties for giving such a wonderful day in my life, it was a blessing to know Jenny and this facility. I bought my tea cup poodle from here I named her Hennessy because of her color. She is a year and a half old now and weighs 4.1 pound. She was completely healthy and well taken care of when I first received her and even now she’s still in perfect health the buying process was supper easy and thorough and they even let me spend time with her before purchasing her. This location is a very convenient area and it seems like they know their dog breeds well. The breeds are definitely tiny and looked to be quality. It’s a bit pricey but I think for the price they bargain for it’s better than the ones you find in higher end locations. You will fall in love with their dogs.

Adopted two long hair dachshunds from Tiny Cuties back in march 2021 and they are the absolute BEST dogs! I love them so much! They are so healthy and have the best little personalities! Highly recommend!!! :)

This place is a prime example of what a breeder should NOT be. Please think twice before supporting such practices.

I bought from tiny cuties nyc is already six months old. The veterinarian told me that he is very healthy and lively. He keeps me company and brings me a lot of happiness.

It was a life changer finding Juan and Jenny . I lost my pomeranian in Jan and finding another just like her had become like a part time job for me . Not only did I find one but three to pick from at Tiny Cuties . Im in las vegas so Juan did a zoom call and showed me each dog . I did pick one but then hesitated just nervous but Juan totally understood and said we could do anther call after Im sure . We did another call ..I was sure and everything went perfectly . I received my 3 lb pure white pomeranian . Im so happy with her .Next Im getting an orange one and it will be from Juan and Jenny .

I’m so thankful I’ve discovered Tiny Cuties! They gave me the opportunity to play with the puppies to see which one I connected with the most. I ended up getting my puppy, Butters (teacup maltipoo), from there and he is the sweetest little pup! He is pee pad trained and overall a chill and calm pup. They made the process so easy for me as a first time dog owner. Jenny is so responsive and she gives you tips on how to welcome your puppy home as well as food, toys and a crate. I love that they host events for the local Tiny Cuties. I highly suggest getting puppy through them!

I have never seen any tiny teacup puppies cuter than those are in this place. All their puppies here are health, playful, well taking care of and top picked. We were looking for a tiny sweet white puppy to join our family and finally found this place after all kinds of researches and considerations. We found our teacup Maltese puppy “Mina” at Tiny Cuties and she has been a happy little girl for the past 3 years, now only 3lbs and well potty trained.She is a little angel that God send it to us, we can’t describe our joy with words.We came back a year later for our second baby girl who is a micro teacup poodle girl, now she is 2 years old and only 2.5lbs.Thank you Tiny Cuties and thanks you Jenny! I got in touch because I really wanted a dachshund, so I went to their space to meet the puppies and they were all very well looked after and clean.
