Alex from Never Alone has been walking my senior pitbull for a few months. The service has been very reliable and they keep you updated with the walks. I’ve been very happy and I highly recommend! My pup seems very happy too…Thanks guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I get 3 walks a week from them for my two old dogs, its really helped them stay healthy in their age. Theyre extremely responsive and flexible if I need to cancel last minute (or get a walker last minute), and always take special care minding the age related health needs of my girls.

I am so grateful that I found Never Alone Pets to take care of my cat when Im away. Damiana is professional, positive and a fast and clear communicator. Alex feeds my cat but honestly, he does so much more. First, Alex texts me to let me know that he is arriving at my place next. I get lots of photos of her food dish and the litter box as well, to let me see what food was left behind and then what he puts in her dish. My favorite photos are the ones he just takes of my cat to let me know that she is ok. Seriously, Alex takes great photos!! He also lets me know when he is leaving. I feel very confident when I go away that Alex is taking good care of my pet. Highly recommended!! Every visit has been amazing!

I cannot say enough great things about Never Alone Pets and never been happier. Damiana and Beatrice truly care about the pets that they walk. They are very responsible, professional, caring, helpful and goes above and beyond. My puppy LOVES Beatrice (my dog walker) and I love the fact that they are very flexible and reasonably priced. Every walk I get a picture update via text telling me what they did together… She is a GEM! I would recommend Never Alone Pets to anyone who has a pet.

Ive moved apartments a bunch of times, so Ive had several different cat sitters -- and Never Alone Pets is the absolute best Ive ever hired. Damiana was always easy to reach over email, shes so cheerful, and she took the time to get to know my cats and their specific needs. My cat sitter was Ilda and she was really fantastic - she texted me photos of my cats every day, and the cats (who are shy around new people) warmed up to her quickly. Never Alones rates are very reasonable, payment was easy (Venmo), and there were never any extra fees like what Ive experienced from other companies. A++++ highly recommend!

I have a 2yo Boston Boxer whom I’m very attached to. A few months ago we had a family emergency and we called Alex late on a Sunday night to walk our Luna. He was there within minutes! Never forget the day when our previous walker did not show up and I stuck in my office desperately looking for help to resolve the situation. After calling numerous dog walking agencies, Damiana ( Never Alone Pets) were the only one who offered help. She was very compassionate to help in my great need regardless her busy schedule. From that day on she became the most reliable and trustworthy service provider I ever dealt with. Never Alone Pets is a phenomenal dog walking service. Dami, the owner, is extremely responsive and accommodating to our schedule. She and our walker, Alisson, are patient and respectful of our dog. They give him the same lever of attention and care that we give him, and he adores them. The pictures they send while walking him are great; we love getting to see him during the day! Finding the right dog walker can be a challenge at times. Luckily, we found Damiana and her crew. Since then I can finally say that I am at peace with having someone walk my dog Sandy. Not only is Damiana extremely professional and on top of her business, but she is caring and accommodating. Bia, our current dogwalker, is great as well. We get updates and pictures everyday, and whenever there is an emergency we can count on their service. I would highly recommend Never Alone Pets.

Pre-COVID we hired Never Alone Pets for daily walks for our dog because I traveled so much for work. Alex and Damiana came and did an evaluation with our little guy and sent daily (fantastic!) pictures. Once the pandemic hit and we both lost our jobs, but we kept Alex on to give our dog some variety in his days and make sure he got enough exercise. We came up with a good social distancing, masking, and hand sanitizing station in our entryway together with Alex & Damiana. It’s been the highlight of our dog’s day throughout these past months and one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.I cannot recommend Never Alone Pets enough. Their communication is unparalleled, and they treat our dog like an extension of their own family.

My dog is like Family to me so picking a pet service was a difficult task, but we could not be happier than we are with Never Alone Pets. Dami and her group are so good to my pup. They are flexible, reliable and super friendly. They send you texts and pictures when they are with your dog. There are no group walks so my dog gets all the love and attention he needs from them. As a former travel RN, Ive lived in many places and have had MANY dog walkers. Damiana and her team are by far the best Ive ever worked with. I dont have normal, regular working hours and she has been beyond helpful and accommodating every. single. time. She treats my dogs like I would and she treats her clients like friends. My daughter and I have been customers of Never Alone Pets since 2018 when we started their dog-walking services for our 9 year old Morkie, Dahlia. We love our experience with Alexandre and Never Alone Pets! Dahlia is our fur baby and her comfort and care is our top priority. When we first started, Damiana and Alexandre came over for a trial to see how comfortable Dahlia would feel with Alexandre as her walker. Needless, it went well from the start and we havent used any other petwalking service since then.Alexandre treats Dahlia like shes his own and we appreciate that his updates include whether she peed and pooped, her mood, and a picture. We never have to worry about Dahlia while she is in his care; he even changes her water and plays with her a bit to make sure she has a 5 star experience. Dahlia loves her walks and is always happy and excited when she hears Alexandre coming to pick her up. We can always tell from the photos Alexandre sends during each walk that Dahlia is having a great time. Never Alone Pets has been nothing but professional and reliable, delivering an experience unlike any other service weve previously used. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had my babies (cats) for 7 and 5 years now and I will preempt this review by saying I am a shameless crazy cat mom who will obsessively worry about my pets while I’m away. I’ve had zero anxiety and zero reasons to worry ever since I hired Never Alone Pets. As a couple that travels a lot, we have experienced our share of cat sitters in New York in all but one of the nyc boroughs. We are THRILLED to have found Damiana almost a year ago when we moved to Queens. Damiana is the absolute BEST cat sitter I have ever had the joy of hiring to care for my babies. I have never felt more at ease with a sitter in my life. She is kind, responsive, reliable and her and her team know exactly what they’re doing. She came to our house to meet our cats along with the sitter who would be caring for them. She listened to all our instructions carefully (we have a blind cat who tends to eat really fast and throws up) and provided us with the most amazing care for our pets from the very first time we went away. She will ALWAYS send you timely updates along with pictures and videos. You are guaranteed peace of mind while you’re away and I promise that you will always come home to find happy, well-fed pets and a spotless litter every single time. Damiana has even accommodated us with last minute requests for dinner feedings when we knew we’d be late coming home from work or an event. When our previous dedicated sitter had to go back to her home country, Damiana personally came over to our house with her sister and our new sitter Juliana to show her the ropes with our cats. Damiana and all her sitters have been the dream team for our needy pets. Damiana welcomes my many texts and questions and will answer every single one immediately and thoroughly. Never Alone Pets is the best! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dami and her team in Astoria from 2015-2018. Dami is extremely generous with her time and attention for all the animals she cares for. She is always on time, sends accurate updates during walks, and checks in on off times to see how our dog, Harley, was doing. Dami and Alisson are more than pet care, they are our friends. We were so heartbroken when we moved away because Harley truly loves Dami and Alisson and so do we!

Fantastic! We never worry about leaving our dog Coconut with Damiana. She is always there when we need her, even in emergencies without any prior notice she has been able to rush over to walk our dog. Caring, professional, and great pricing! Dami and her team are amazing pet-sitters, I have been using them for over 2 years to look after my cat. When I first contacted Dami she came to visit my house and we filled out a thorough application with special instructions, vet information etc. Whenever they are watching my cat I get daily updates with pictures and video! Weve been customers of Never Alone Pets since 20018, working with Alexandre and we couldnt be happier with the care, attention, service, and love Dahlia, our 9 year old Morkie, has been given! Alexandre is always reliable and responsive, and cares for Dahlia as if she were his own fur baby. We always look forward to pictures we receive from every walk and Dahlia even poses for them! Dami is amazing and so is her team. My fiance and I took in a stray kitten on a whim one weekend and I chose Dami to be our cat sitter the first time we needed one because they were the only ones to accommodate a super last minute request including getting my keys for the first time. We love getting the photos and videos and knowing that any last minute request they can accommodate!Andie is a year old now and we have a second kitten. Alex is truly a dog person! He always hugged and greeted my baby with a smile and she loves walking with Alex. Alex always sends great pictures during the walk, he goes above and beyond because he also confirms distant walked in terms of miles and confirms if she goes number 1 or 2 for me to know.
