Central Bark Henrietta

We are so happy with the care, love, and services our pups have gotten at Central Bark! The staff are considerate, helpful, and care about the dogs. Our dogs seem to have a good time there, and we are always satisfied with the grooming they get. Even though we are moving further away from this location, we still intend to use their services because we trust them with our fur babies, and if you’re reading this, you know that is of utmost priority.

We recently took our toy poodle mix to Central Bark in Henrietta for grooming, and I cannot recommend them enough. Our little lady has special medical needs and doesn’t enjoy being groomed, but her groomer was incredibly patient and attentive, going at her pace and knowing exactly when to stop before our dog became too stressed.The groomer also suggested splitting up her grooming sessions into smaller appointments so we could tackle a little at a time, which makes the whole experience much less overwhelming for my girl. We don’t mind coming back for extra visits since it means a happier experience for everyone.Another thing I appreciate is their online booking and pre-check-in system. I could easily provide details about how we like her groomed, including linking images, so I didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything at drop-off. This is particularly helpful given our dog’s medical needs because there are some specifics that make her life a little better and easier for us. And it’s great that she gets to look adorable while staying comfortable and healthy.Id highly recommend Central Bark!

Over the years I have struggled finding a groomer that not only provided excellent care and great cuts but also being able to meet my grooming needs every 6 weeks. The scheduling process was seamless, accommodations impeccability clean, and when I arrived both my dogs were happily waiting with adorable cuts. I highly recommend Central Bark, they are very professional, friendly and have an absolute love for dogs. I would not hesitate to book a grooming appointment with them.

We have had such a great experience with Central Bark! They are so kind, loves animals, and treats the pups like family. We were hesitant about places for our puppy but he really seems to do well here. Training with Cameo during daycare is also great!The ONE thing I wish they did was a webcam through the customer portal just to check in. Especially during longer stays.Highly recommend!

Fantastic care for our 3 dogs any time that we travel. This place is super clean and the staff is caring and takes great care of our beloved pets. We also have our dogs groomed here and that has also been wonderful. Highly recommend!

Knox absolutely loves going to day care at Central Bark. She gets mad at me when I leave for work and aren’t taking her with me!! The staff there are excellent and it’s super clean. Our three dogs love when I buy special surprises from Bones Bakery when I pick up Knox. we loved the Basic Skills classes with Cameo. Hopefully soon, we can start Intermediate Skills.

Our pooch stayed a few nights and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We got daily report cards , she looked very happy and came home healthy.

Central Bark has been the most amazing experience for our new puppy! The free puppy classes on Saturdays are an amazing introduction and we signed up immediately for weekly daycare! Our pup comes home so happy and so tired from playing all day! We’re so Happy we found a place that she loves. We are planning on having her stay for sleepovers this summer while we are on vacation. It’s such a relief knowing she will be happy and so well taken care of!!!

The Henrietta, NY location is spectacular. Everyone that my dog and I have met have been amazing. M pup has some anxiety and fear issues. (She is a newer rescue). I needed somewhere for her to be safe during the day for a week while my bathroom was getting remodeled. I was anxious about leaving her. The first day she was hesitant. Now on day three she couldn’t wait to go. They didn’t push her and are letting her come around on her own time. They are all super compassionate and very communicative. Highly recommend. The pricing can be a little confusing. My dog isn’t doing the interactive daycare bc she is struggling with reactivity to other dogs. So the terms are different for what her day program is called and the add on service seem to have different options. So it could easily be me just getting confused trying to plan. All and all 100% recommend and super clean too.

What a wonderful place! My dog, Wallace, loves Central Bark. He’s gone twice so far - he’s an only dog, so this is a nice way for him to socialize with other dogs and burn off some of his ‘puppy energy’ while I’m at work and the kids are at school.The employees that I’ve met so far are so nice and friendly.I also love that I can take advantage of the grooming services available on-site to get Wally’s nails trimmed or to get a bath while he’s already there at daycare… it’s like a one stop shop for dog lovers! Love that they also have bones bakery on site… Can’t wait to get Wally his very own birthday cake next month for his first birthday celebration.I also think Central Bark adds so many special touches to make you feel special - from seeing his name on the welcome sign when we first walked in the door, to receiving his ‘first day’ picture and the comprehensive write up for his behavior assessment - it really made me feel like my pet would be loved and cherished while he was there! I also love how they post videos on their social media page of the dogs enjoying their time playing together at Central Bark.We live in Greece, but it’s totally worth the trip to Henrietta - Wally has so much fun at Central Bark that he sleeps the whole way home.

We have had a fabulous experience with Central Bark’s grooming services! My 12 year old Westie has never looked better after the two grooms he has had. This establishment has shown us excellent customer service, quality care and professionalism, all within an energetic, fun and dog-loving atmosphere. I would highly recommend!

My almost 1 year old Shepard mix has horrible separation anxiety and often struggled with making new puppy friends (mostly because he is so high energy). The staff at Central bark took their time with him to ensure he was properly introduced and could be apart of play groups! He had such a great first day and can’t wait to go back next week ! The flexible pick up and drop off times were super helpful too !

My dog Bruno is a very shy guy around new people and new places. At Central Bark they made Bruno comfortable within a week and now he loves to go there to play! Now I feel comfortable leaving him there for when we go on vacation for two weeks without a worry! Central bark and the staff are rock stars!

My dog Chester has stayed at Central Bark now three times... the staff is always super friendly, prices are reasonable, and most importantly my dog is treated very very well!

Highly recommend!!Central Bark is the only daycare that would take my dog and give her a chance. Not only that, but actually properly assess her and work with her as she wasn’t socialized. She has made great progress! The staff are wonderful and professional. I could not be more pleased.

Central Bark is loved by my dog Belo. This was my first time taking my dog to a doggie day care and couldn’t ask for a better experience. The owner and all the employees including the groomer and trainer treat him with the most love and care anyone could ask for with their dog. They all treat Belo as if he was their own. I highly recommend if you are looking for grooming, training or just to take your loved pet to day care. ❤️❤️

Over the years, our family has had many dogs. Our dog Rusty was working through some hip and joint issues and the Clark’s recommended some great Vets to consider to provide the best treatment for his struggles. Their empathy and passion for dogs is obvious and would absolutely recommend their Dog Day Care, Dog Boarding, and Other Dog Services.

I dont support a lot of doggie daycares, because so many are focused on profit instead of whats best for the dogs. The program at Central Bark is designed with dogs in mind, and best practices for their comfort and well being! Im very excited that theyre opening in the area and the staff is wonderful. Bones is in their lobby too and they have lots of awesome snacks!

Unfortunately I will never know if this facility is great or not. Signed my puppy up for a one hour play group, she’s exactly 6 months old by about two days… got a call two hours before saying she can’t come bc she isn’t spayed. She’s a baby. She isn’t old enough to be spayed. This play group would have been a great introduction to the facility but now we will never know. Instead I was turned away and then they tried to sell me additional services.

Our dog Tito had a great experience staying with the Clark Family when we needed to go out of town. While not only providing a safe and happy environment for him, they also focused on training him when he was a puppy for recall, sit, stay, and heel. I am happy to say I would recommend the Clarks and Central Bark Henrietta to anyone who needs training, day care, or boarding!

We have had the Clark Family board and watch our dog Louie over the years. Their love of dogs is obvious, and Louie always had a great time playing with them! I would strongly recommend Doggy Day care and Dog Boarding services for Central Bark Henrietta and the Clark Family!

Our pup Lillian was my favorite dog growing up. I specifically remember having the Clarks over and Lilly would always gravitate towards them -- it was obvious how much they loved dogs! We cannot wait to bring our new puppy Mabel in to see them at Central Bark for socialization during puppy hour, and doggy daycare and boarding as she gets older.
