Wags is the best daycare, academy & boarding place Rochester has to offer! I have been bringing my dogs here since 2021 and have NEVER received better service. They are so attentive of the dogs, all employees are required to take a 10 hour training to understand dog language to help keep them safe! My pups come home EXHAUSTED from hours of playtime. My one dog has gone through the academy program and has mastered basic skills and commands, friendly with strangers, and has confidence! I feel so comfortable boarding them when I need to because they are in a safe, fun environment! It’s truly a blessing to have found a place that puts my dogs first and I feel comfortable having them here! Thanks Wags for loving my babies💙

My dog loves going to daycare here! She usually comes home happy and tired from playing. Much better than leaving her home all day while I work. The staff is easy to communicate with and they are very accommodating, even at the last minute. I love that I can book daycare online and change the times if necessary, message them with any concerns or requests, and upload my dogs vaccine info right into the portal for review. It is very convenient, especially for someone like me who does not have a regular schedule. I love it!

I cannot say enough good things about our doggos favorite place! They are kind, caring, and really great to work with! He comes home tired and has gotten great interactions with other dogs. Love seeing our pup in their daily photos, we play spot the Murph! 😍 HIGHLY recommend!

We had to find a new daycare/boarding facility for our dog because where we use to bring him sold and couldnt take him for our vacations. I found Wags. I called them, they were just wonderful. Explained everything, answered any questions I had. I brought him for orientation and they called me to let me know how he was doing. Every time I bring him now we are met with friendly faces. Our dog is apart of our family and Wags understands that. Were so happy we found them. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT WAGS!

Staff is great but the owner not so much. It’s $800 a month for dog daycare yet she has no ac in the back where the dogs spend most of the time…. The prices have been raised 3 times in less than two years. And what kind of person charges for cuddle time smh.#greedy

I have never seen Charlie more excited to be somewhere than when we drop him off at WAGS! The staff are all amazing, and I never have to worry if he’s in good hands for the day when I drop him off. So grateful to everyone there who helps give my baby a safe and fun place to play and be himself. They also post the best pictures of all the fun they had and it just makes my day seeing him living his best life!

I wouldnt send my 3 kids anywhere else!! My dogs attend daycare 2-3 days per week and board at least once a month. I never worry for a second. The staff and owner are passionate, knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. Facility is clean, well kept & the dogs have outdoor access all day. I love the photos they post daily! My dogs come home completely exhausted every time! As someone who works full time and totally loves her dogs, Wags is my absolute lifesaver. Id never consider another daycare/boarding facility. Ive sent many of my friends here and they all have glowing reviews as well. 100000% recommend!

WAGS is our favorite doggie daycare. The team is communicative, caring, and attentive. My dog is high anxiety and suffers from anxiety induced pancreatitis. At other daycares she was experiencing high anxiety and would take me days to get her back on track. At WAGS they ensure she’s happy, safe, comfortable and pull her out for breaks if and when she begins to show signs of anxiety. I’ve noticed a happy healthier and very tired dog after spending a day at WAGS.

Wags took the time to acclimate my dog who is a rescue with some socialization issues. Other day cares only allowed 10 min to see if my dog would fit in. Wags helped acclimate and socialize her to here she looks forward to going and is excited to be there. The staff is wonderful and friendly and I have boarded my dog there on numerous occasions and feel she is cared for and safe. Thanks for a great job guys !

I attended a small dog social gathering there. Was my 1st time I saw the place. Very clean, no smells! My babies & I had a great time. U can see Minnie Me on top of the slide in indoor playground.

Wags is the BEST! Our dog, Penny from the Block, has always loved it there. Recently, we needed boarding last minute on a holiday weekend and Sammy, one of the canine experts there, went out of her way to help us. They are so kind and I cant say enough good about them!

I judge a doggie daycare by how my own dog reacts the second, third, sixth time I take her there. Shes flat-out been dragged in (to one of the pricier places even!), shes dragged me in, and shes been ambivalent to the experience. WAGS is the first place shes both dragged me in to, and then tried to drag me BACK in after I pick her up. But theres more, right? Were protective of our dogs. What if the other dogs arent nice, what if they get hurt, what if what if what if. My second favorite thing about WAGS is that they know her name, her medical history, and are open to talking with me not just about her day but about how shes done medically! Thats the extra icing on the cake that has made a lifelong client out of me (and Roxy!).

Exceptionally friendly and polite staff who make their dedication to the dogs very clear. I take my dog 3-4 times / week and she is always excited to go and loves everyone there. We have also taken training classes with the manager, Katie Gallagher, and I was very impressed with her knowledge and teaching ability. Their prices are very reasonable if you buy the different packages they have to offer. They also offer boarding with pricing per night instead of per day or half day, which makes it more affordable than other locations.

We have been bringing our dog to Wags for Day care and for boarding on occasion for a year. They have good, caring staff, and our dog loves it there. Their facility is clean and welcoming. Their combination of indoor and outdoor play areas give the dogs great ability to play both inside and outside. Their artificial turf outside really limits the amount of mud, while letting the dogs enjoy the outside.

My mom drops me off here to play with my friends and it’s the best ever!!!!! I am so tired when I get home and always have a great nap. Sometimes I even get to have sleepovers and although I miss my mom they take the best care of me and my sisters!!!!! Wags is my favorite place on earth. - Remmy

We went to take our dog for his initial visit. we did not go inside with him, the employee took the dog from the car and brought him out less than 2 min later. Very little explanation as to why he “failed” and was not allowed to go there for daycare/boarding. We were told he lunged towards the play area.Our dog is very energetic and has been socialized since he was a puppy. They told us we could “come back to academy training” we happily took our dog to another daycare who allowed for a proper introduction and socialization into their daycare, praised our dog and who was welcomed anytime.

LOVE Wags! Best doggie daycare around! The entire Wags team is professional, friendly and caring. I can drop my dog off for daycare or even for the weekend and feel confident the team will take great care of him. My fiancé and I have been in search for a daycare/boarding facility when we travel and weve finally found the perfect place. Oakley already cant wait to come back!

We love Wags and everyone who works there! Our dog has been going there since he was 12 weeks old and they take very good care of him! They always give us a call if he isnt acting right or if they are concerned about something! Our dog looks forward to going there!

WAGS Dog Club is the absolute BEST. Our dogs have been going to WAGS for almost 5 years now. We use WAGS for daycare, boarding, and have enrolled one of our dogs in the Academy at WAGS. He is now able to re-integrate with his doggy peers and we are so proud of him. We cannot even say the word WAGS in our home without our dogs running around our house in pure excitment and Parkouring off of our furniture. WAGS is equivalent to Disney World for Dogs. We are so grateful to have WAGS in our lives!

My Australian cattle LOVES it here!!! I needed someone to watch after my dog during my work hours and was very nervous considering a daycare. When my dog went in for her interview she was nervous, they let her adjust and she stayed there for a couple hours! The girls here are so amazing and the only place I’ll trust my dog with!!

Kobe has been a member of Wags for almost 7 months and it is an amazing daycare facility that we highly recommend. Kobe attends 2-3 days a week and it has helped Kobe immensely. Kobe is a husky shepherd we rescued that had been in multiple homes. Kobe suffers from severe separation anxiety and we needed to find daycare that would be sensitive to his special needs to help build his confidence. Kobe has blossomed with the loving help of Wags professional staff in identify playgroups he is comfortable in and also incorporating treadmill time and nap time frozen treats. Kobe was fearful of crates and Wags helped him conquer the fear. He now naps in his crate at home. Wags is far more than a daycare facility. They incorporate activities and training in the daily care of all their dogs and carefully monitor all dogs to ensure a safe enriching experience each day. We look forward to Kobe starting agility academy in May and becoming a confident secure dog with the help of Wags.

My Lab loves this place. Hes been there for the day and a couple of two night stays. As soon as we get in the door he heads to the back room to play with his friends without looking back. He comes home tired but very happy.

Just brought my dog for his “orientation” AKA them bringing him inside by himself, without me being present, and bringing him out barely 10 minutes after. They told me he was “great” with the first few dogs but as they brought more in, he got “nervous” and “anxious” and acted as if he wanted out. What do you expect with a dog who’s alone most of the day? He needs some time to get used to it, aside from a puny 10 minute time frame. He has always been great with other animals and the purpose was to bring him and be around more. I got no reports of aggression, violent behavior, or lunging of any kind. But the fact he was “nervous” they told me he should try another daycare. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I don’t think it’s fair at all to myself or my animal that he gets the boot before even really getting a chance to break himself in. Will not recommend.

We had our new pup appraisal. They were wonderful! Our pup has been to other camps so she walked right in ready to play and has a fanatic first try. We already booked for camp days. We love the place ❤

Our dog Enzo loves going to Wags Dog Club! He has the best time playing with the other dogs and is happy and tired out when he gets home. Everyone has always treated us nice there.

Great place been taking our dogs here since before the name change. They love it, tires them out too. Boarding is great, so is full and half day daycare. Saturday playtime is awesome during the winter.

Wags has been a great place for my pup. She is a new rescue to me so I wasn’t sure how she would do socializing etc...She has been doing great there. They must be keeping her busy because she comes home pooped after every stay. Thxs Waggers 🤙

We just recently got a puppy. Wags has been a great resource. Our new guy Diggs is always excited to see the staff. They care about each pup and they are very attentive to the dogs needs. Diggs has been so much calmer at home and has even learned some new tricks in his puppy class!

My dog Lucy absolutely loves it hear! I’m very impressed with how well it is run and how much the employees care about the dogs. Super comforting that I can go to work knowing that my dog is in great hands. Would highly recommend to any dog owner!

My pup absolutely loves this place! She gets so excited to go and the staff are very friendly. Love that they post pictures of the day for us to see how much fun she is having. They also have great accommodations for the dogs here. The site seems to load a little slow, but over all we love this place!

My golden retriever has been going to WAGS for about a year and he absolutely LOVES it. He gets so excited to go and play with the other dogs and comes home tired! The WAGS staff is so friendly, reliable and takes care of my little guy while I am at work. I have been to a few other daycares and I can say that the level of care, love, safety and professionalism from the staff here is unmatched. If youre thinking about bringing your dog here, DO IT! Best choice I made :)

I can’t say enough about WAGS!! My dog Watson is obsessed with it here, some of the girls even call him “Wanton”. The staff get to know your dog, and love them as if it was their own dog. I feel at ease while I’m on vacation or at work while their looking after my dog. I highly recommend WAGS to anyone out there looking for daycare and boarding services.

Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. It’s as if they treat him as an adopted child.

Took Captain and Sam to see Mary, Ruth and the staff. They spent the July 4th week there and had a terrific experience. We could keep tabs on them through daily pics posted. Boys came home exhausted but happy. Highly recommended by these dog lovers.

Absolutely loved taking our pup to WAGS! We were in town visiting for the week and they took care of our girl like she was one of their own. Very nice, accommodating, and plenty of space and kiddy pools for the pups:)))
