Every groomer we have used has been kind, patient and Professional! When my dogs see the van they nearly break down my front door to get to them! Very professional staff. Dogs always look amazing! Great communication too.

I have had multiple dogs. For many years volunteered for several rescue groups. Sometimes the foster was a failure and I would adopt the pet . Over 15 years ago began having my crew groomed with a mobile groomer Her name is Linda. The “salt of the earth “. She retired and sold the van and business and maybe customers names and bios to Terry and her company .This is when I met Terry. My fur babies warmed up to her instantly . Terry connected with all of the dogs , but one in particular , Griffin He passed about one year ago , age 17 due to collapsing trachea.Now I have a senior miniature poodle mix I adopted him about 11 years ago from one of my patients that was being admitted to hospice .He is getting up in age. However the vets feel he is “amazing “. Recently he hasn’t enjoyed the grooming as much. Particularly the face and nails. I told this group I would take him to the vets for the nails. The latest groomer, Danielle does a great job .However, to my dismay found she talks about my dog and myself in the grooming community . This seems to remind me of high school many many years ago . Now this group will not groom my pet in the mobile unit . They did offer for me to travel to their salon on the other side of Rochester .Won’t even discuss working thru the behavior and seeing how the medical treatment is working. . I will find a groomer that I can trust , and treat my pets and myself with respect and kindness . I won’t be concerned that they are talking about myself and my pets behind my back sharing “ stories “

The staff was absolutely amazing.Made us feel safe leaving our 7 month old pup with them. This was the first time using them, and it will not be the last. Highly recommend them.

Very polite, courteous, and extremely professional. Their talent from start to finish in the grooming process, exceptional! We have a Goldendoodle, our groomer (AMY), while we are still there, takes just a few moments prior to taking our pet back, to examine his coat while looking for knots, bunches or clumps in his hair. This we love, because she will advise us of the possible shortness she may have to trim him. And for that we are very thankful, NO SURPRISES! I definitely would give Amy and this business a 5* rating.

Took my 7 yr old shepherd for her first ever professional grooming. I spoke with the staff about any issues that may arise, and the staff was very attentive. The owner Terri even provided updates during the process letting me know my pup did well. 10/10 would recommend.

Outstanding service. Our dog Bella has never gotten such a good cut. Also she was calm afterwards which is not usual. I think the mobile service is perfect for dogs that get stressed from grooming . Couldnt be happier. Well done. Definitely will use service again. Hopefully with the same groomer.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Because my dog had not been groomed in a while by her regular groomer, (due to unemployment…..how was the bill going to get paid), they DID NOT take her back. I have NEVER heard of such!Please ignore my previous post. I thought I HAD found a good place for my Zoe. 🤬Zoe’s first visit today, 5/27. I LOVE this place. Such a welcoming place 🥰 Zoe came in barking and we weren’t thrown out 😂 I picked Zoe up and no barking! Zoe’s groomer, Dana did a superb job and was very friendly to me and my ZoZo. We will be returning, oh….I already made her appointment 😊

The staff got back to me right away and since they werent able to service my area they gave me information for a couple of other mobile pet groomers to try. They didnt need to do that so I really appreciate that they took the time to point me in the right direction!

I have a goldendoodle a little over a year old. This is his first professional grooming after being fixed about a month ago. The staff there were wonderful and our groomer, Amy went above and beyond! We couldnt be happier and will definitely be back! The price is incredible for what they do! Definitely tip them!

I brought my golden retriever here for the first time to get groomed and they did such a phenomenal job on her! Lucy is timid around other dogs so they groomed her in their quiet room and Lucy did great. They did exactly what we asked in terms of her hair length, and she looks so great! Would highly recommend ☺️

This was our first time getting our dog trimmed. She is a hyper and nervous dog. When we came back to pick her up, they shared with us our dog experience while being there. The groomer took it slow, and it helped our dog relax. We believe that we finally have found a place and someone who really cares about the pets they care for. We definitely will be using this place for all our dogs future care.

I am so glad I was recommended this place to bring my husky. She comes from a breeding mill where she spent her life and we dont know how she will be in any given situation. Not only did Julie really make me feel at ease by sitting with me explaining the grooming process and getting to know Kayla before she took her back, but she sent me pictures and a video half way through her time there to let me know how good Kayla was doing. It was obvious that Kayla was enjoying her time there and that Julie really understands both the animals and humans anxiety. Thank you to everyone and especially Julie for such a great experience. We will definitely be back.

We have been a customer of Pet Spa Paws and Play for over 5 years. We use their mobil grooming services and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Danielle always dose a fantastic job grooming are dog. We have referred Pet Spa to our neighbors and now they are using their services.

My 2 pups absolutely love going.. as soon as we say puppy spa day they run for the truck and always leave with wagging tails. Everyone is so friendly

Always a pleasure coming here w the pups. Try to fit me in on my schedule and super friendly. My dogs arent huge fans but they are very patient and helpful when we come in!

I have a rescue, a Great pyrenees, heeler mix who weighs 175 and is very afraid of having her nails cut but however, my arms are so scratched up. I couldn’t wait any longer. The girls here were awesome with her. She even jumped off the table at one point and they got her to get back up. I will definitely be back. I just won’t wait so long. 👍👍👍

Our pups love this place!!! They are kind and gentle, take their time with them and go at the pups pace. Our little Havapoo was a matted mass the first time she went and they got out all the mats and still had her looking adorable. Because of that experience we took our daughter’s very anxious labradoodle and it was the best grooming experience he’s ever had!LOVE LOVE LOVE it here! So glad we found them.

I came to little dog play group a few times and both times the smell of urine was so overwhelming it almost put me to the floor. The rubber floor in the daycare area gives off such fumes it can not be healthy for pets or people to breathe in. My little puppy smelled so bad after the second time I had to bathe her twice to get rid of the urine smell. It truly is a shame because she was just starting to open up to the other dogs but her health comes first.

Trust worthy!I know that when I drop my dog off that shes in good hands. Shes happy when she sees the groomer and doesnt try to run away or act hesitant in any way. I always love how my little girl looks when shes all done! Great energy, hair cuts, and prices!

I can’t say enough about this facility!! My 4 month old puppy has her first visit and when I brought her in they snuggled her up and gave her so much love to make her feel comfortable, then she got to play with the other doggies there, she was so happy and relaxed she actually fell asleep while being groomed, when I picked her up she was so happy and comfortable with her groomer that she didn’t want to leave she kept walking back to the door and jumping into this wonderful woman’s arms! The staff is so professional and caring, I will be bringing my pup here and only here forever!! You can tell immediately upon walking in that these people truly love animals and you know your fur baby is safe with them! And a little plus my Molly now has some styling pink bows for her ears as well as a gorgeous bandanna =) so very happy, also very fair pricing!

We have a 1 1/2 year old 90 lb golden doodle with a lot of hair and a very energetic personality! Since he was around 6 months old we’ve brought him every 8 weeks to get groomed by Heather! Heather is absolutely amazing takes great care of our energetic pup and grooms him very nicely every time we bring him in! I’ll never go to anyone else! I highly recommend this establishment! Especially Heather! Thank you guys!!!!

Its a bit pricey. But worth it. The customer care is great and on point. All the dogs were calm and relaxed.

Love this place. We take our dogs here and never worry. In fact even my most chicken dog wags his tail in delight. They always look beautiful, they really listen to how we want them done. After a petsmart NIGHTMARE it feels so good to not only leave them and feel that they are safe but my dogs are having fun! Big hug to all the staff❤❤❤

Terri and her staff are amazing. I have been a client of Paws and Play for almost 5 years now! I was referred to Terri by Tails of Success, my dogs doggy daycare. Her facilities are clean and safe for my pet, she has a doggy daycare, and my dog always comes home smelling fresh and clean! More importantly, making an appointment with Terri is easy and convenient. She is very responsive to my messages. When I take my Asia Marie to see Terri I have no need to worry. Shes in great care. Everyone please go see Terri and her staff. You wont regret it.

What a wonderful experience with Jessica and the Pet Spa Paws and Play Mobile Grooming Van! Jessica was wonderful with our two boys (rescued hounds)! Our boys each enjoyed a bath and had their nails trimmed just in time for the Holiday! They look so handsome! Jessica does such a great job in the mobile grooming van. She’s always prompt and professional and I love how the service relives the stress from my dog of taking him in to the salon. I highly recommend her for all of your grooming needs!

I have never taken my girls to get bathed Ive always done it myself. I met with Heather and she made me feel comfortable about bring my girls in for a spa day. Since I cant do it myself anymore. I was so pleased with her service, my girls where so soft and fluffy. They didnt act strange( hear about the abuse in pet places) , they were happy to see me, normal reaction.. Heather must have the magic hands, when we got home both girls just like melted into there beds and went to sleep. So relaxed.. yes I would definitely recommend..Heather is wonderful as Im sure the other girls are also.

Nikki did an awesome job with our Newfoundland who is not a grooming fan. The dog looks terrific and the grooming was exceptional! Thank you for a great job! She will be back for another visit!

Heather and Nikki are absolute jewels! They are warm and welcoming to me and especially and,most importantly my dog piggy! They are experienced and very knowledgeable groomers and will ALWAYS take great care of you and ALL your dogs needs!

I own a Jack Russell Terrier. He doesnt NEED grooming, but I hate clipping nails, and he loves the daycare crew. So, 2 birds--one stone. Ever since I started bringing him here (he will not stand for any other spa), no more scratched up forearms for me! Bonus; he gets to run rampant with a bunch of dogs I can trust are ~SAFE~ and get to have fun. Whenever he comes home, hell have a nice bandana (I have to ask nicely!) and hes always ready for a snuggle! Definitely bring your energetic dog here, have a meet up, you wont regret it!P.S. They also do dye-jobs on the dog (using vegan dye!) and made my JRTs tail blue and it was hilarious, I loved it.

Groomers are very unprofessional. Refused to groom my dog who was a loyal customer in the past all because we didn’t contact her in a while because of the winter. We keep our dog’s hair long in the winter to keep her warm & get her groomed during the hotter seasons. I called to complain and two groomers literally laughed and were very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend them now.

I used to love coming here. My previous dog went there for years and I always had a positive experience. When I got my new pup only 8 months after losing my other dog the service had gone down hill dramatically. I tried communitcating serveral times to the groomer and owner and eventually I tried a different stylist, Jess. Jess is amazing! However this other stylist must be so bitter about me not being happy with the terrible cuts she was giving my dog that she was rude and dismissive every time I saw her next. Today was my last straw however. Because of this rude and unprofessional stylist I will not be coming back. I refuse to take abusive behavior from someone who I am purchasing a service from. I’ll be sad to not have Jess as a stylist anymore but I do not tolerate that sort of behavior from employees at a company where I spend lots of money.

My Buddy Bear always comes home happy and gorgeous. Very gentle, genuine animal lovers.

This establishment is horrible and Im saying this from two experiences. The first experience our small puppy was not even bathed and it was the choppiest haircut ever. I even took her back in and the lady was short and rude. I later spoke with the owner she gave us an apology, discount and thanked us for not writing a bad review. Well today we drop her off at 12:25 for her 12:30 appointment. We call at 3 p.m. thinking they forgot to call us. They tell us its going to be awhile and they havent started her yet. I honestly dont know what type of place runs a business like that. They are literally the WORST DOG GROOMING BUSINESS IN ROCHESTER! Youve been warned.....

I cant say enough about about the girls at Pet Spa Paws and Play! They are VERY affordable, are amazing with the dogs and care about what they do! I love that they dont put the dogs in crates instead they are allowed to run around and mingle with the other dogs that are there. I will never go to anyone else now that I found them!

Ive brought my Bernese Mountain dog Thor here twice and I have not been disappointed either time! Terri does a FANTASTIC job. My pooch came out looking like a whole different dog. I will not even consider a different groomer as long as Terris is around.

They are always accommodating. Nala is a big dog and they are always able to get us in for a nail trim and treat my Nala just as I would. Great place, friendly environment and the girls love all the dogs as if they were their own.!

I LOVE all the groomers at the pet spa !!!! They are the most loving, gentle and patient groomers ever !!! You genuinely feel like your dog is loved when your not there !! I have a golden so we are there often and I myself look forward to going !!

We have a 6 year old, female, Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier that we ONLY take to Terris Pet Spa. Terri is very sweet and loving with all of the pets that she grooms and cares for. As we enter Terris shop, Alannah goes kiss and hug crazy. We believe that it is important that the pet loves the groomer as much as we do, and Alannah LOVES Terri. Terri matches appointments up according to other dogs personalities, that are scheduled the same day to make sure all dogs will get along with each other. Terri is so friendly and has such a great personality it is Wonderful working with her, and knowing that Alannah is in such GREAT hands. Terri does a GREAT job grooming. Unfortunately at the moment i cannot get to my regular groomers whom i love .I decided to try pet spa paws and play. Having jessica come to my home and make my babies so comfortable and my furbabies are difficult and have anxiety. What a amazing job jessica did.Will definatly be a repeat customer.

This was my first time and my LAST time there! My dogs fur was NOT matted like the groomer claimed. So with that being said she decided to basically shave him as short as possible because he was matted!! I hate my dogs cut!! I did NOT okay this!

Nikki does a great job with my nervous little dog. I am always a little concerned that the dogs for grooming are able to intermingle, which seems to be a disaster waiting to happen.

On one paw .you dog bleed ... the other paw dont even look like nails were done ... there was still a piece of cotton at the tip of his paw ... also 1st time I went no problems... 2nd time I was given a attitude she was not professional explaining I need a appointment for a nail trim after I tried explaining to her the 1st time wasnt a problem.

Amazing place to have your pet groomed and loved. They treat every animal like their own and youre their family. They had unending patience wth my first (Sr Humps Alot - Sebastian 15+ yrs ago) & were so gentle and slow with our rescue Caz as he got use to people. Prices dont match the amount of love your pet receives.

Great experience, I had a broken ankle and was using a scooter, they helped bring my pup out. Said he was great he smelled so fresh n clean and had his nails trimmed up nice! Will definitely be back and will always refer anyone I know! All very fairly priced

Terri and her staff are clearly passionate about animals. My dog is showered with love and kindness was upon arrival and I truly appreciate it, because I love my dog and expect excellent care...and I get that here! They truly make it a great experience not only for my dog, but also for me.

They do a good job, but you cant get right in.

We have an Tibetan Terrier who is a year and a half and not fond of grooming and we have had her at several places. We took her to Terris and it was the best cut and experience we have ever had. She looked great and best of all was not all worked up by the experience. Terri is so good with Abbey. I will not take my dog anywhere else. I cant thank Terri enough for allowing both Abbey and us to have a great spa day!

I take my 10mo soft coated wheaten terrier here. Everyone is wonderful with him and I always love the cut. They take their time providing high quality grooming sessions. Best of all, he comes home happy!
