Been going here for 4 years, sales are always great! I dont think I have ever paid full price even once. The staff is friendly and easy to find when I have a question. There self wash is wonderful especially for us fluffy breed owners who need extra time often.

Very pleasant experience!I was immediately greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed any help. The team had genuine smiles and were respectful.The store had a wide variety of dog/cat food (as well as small animal, reptiles, and fish food/supplies), while remaining well organized. This location did not sell fish or other animals, which I find quite ethical. All team members are educated on their products, as well as pertinent pet/food knowledge.The visit was elegantly simple.I will continue to recommend this store.

The staff is always helpful and courteous. I drive an hour to come here for the supplies, self wash and foods. Neither the big box stores, nor the online retailers can offer the same level of service while I also find it important to support locally!!If you’ve never tried a self wash, it’s fantastic! Towels, apron (for me) tether and shampoos are provided. Walk in elevated tubs with gentle sprayers and dryers are awesome. Best of all…NO mess at home.

I always have a great experience at the Pittsford location. They carry a lot of great freeze dried foods and harder to find frozen foods for dogs. Definitely recommend them for your animal’s food.

Pet Supplies Plus around us are all phenomenal, but specifically the Brighton location somehow consistently exceeds expectations and goes the extra mile for people. With people like Tevanna and Katie, we get great attention to detail and prompt responsive service that avoids problems we relentlessly encounter in other delivery services we use. If you shop there and they dont have what you want regularly enough, let them know and theyll adjust the order if possible to accommodate an extra bag or two per your needs, or even set up an auto shipment to your home. When asking any employee something, I was never mislead, and received an honest, Im not sure about that one, myself, but let me check with my coworker who (has experience with that) so we can at least point you in the right direction, when unsure. THIS GIVES ME TRUST IN THEM. Being humble enough to admit you dont know, but immediately seek to be helpful nonetheless??? Phenomenal.These are great business points, but the personal is even more important to me than any of that. We get hand-written thank you notes with pet-related humor and motivational statements! The store is nice but the self wash should be shut down by OSHA or somebody! Why did you take away the rubber mats!? The floor in the SelfWash, which we use all the time, gets really wet and people, who may be struggling to get their pets leashes up after the bath, can easily slip and get badly hurt! That tile floor could do a lot of damage to harried pet owners!

Pet Supplies Plus is my go-to store for Healthy dog food. They also often carry some items that other pet stores do not.PSP carries Gooberlicious peanut treats, which are easy to stuff in Kongs and are soft enough to divide into training treats. Whenever my dogs smell peanut butter, they come running!

I have been shopping here for years now and have always had a great experience...the Pittsford location has reserved parking directly in front of the store (handicap & not).They have automatic doors, making it a breeze to walk in & out with your furbaby as youre greeted by the friendly employees.The aisles are open and roomy, decorated cookie station all the way to hamster accessories. They also have dog baths - they do the cleanup!The rewards program is nice too.

This is the cutest pet store! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I found a very healthy brand of food for our cats, and they loved it. Its actual food. When I opened the bag it smelled like recognizable food, it was great. I feel good about getting that.The store has a bar for dogs with a whole bunch of fancy treats laid out on a tall table, almost like a buffet. Adorable! Not so hipster that it makes you want to run away lol but very nice!

I have been feeding my cats (🐈X3) holistic food since they were kittens. It costs a bit more, they dont eat nearly as much. Litter duty will be lighter, zero corn and fillers. My cats all turned 13 in June I have only one with health issues, hyperthyroidism. They all look great, and dont act like Senior cats.

I LOVE this place. I will go out of my way to get here instead of driving to petco or petsmart, which are closer. Great business.
