Megan is the best ! My basset hound has some anxiety when it comes to groomingand she always does an excellent, quick and stress free job with his nail trims! We have been coming here for years and are so grateful to have her around. High recommend! Rest of the staff here is excellent as well. Glad to have this store in the neighborhood

Megan the groomer does such a great job trimming my dogs nails. I have a very nervous border collie and she is the only one I trust to trim her nails. Everyone in the store is very helpful, its my favorite pet store to go to!

I was visiting family in the area and had to rush over just before closing -- my dog was grumpy that I forgot to bring his favorite treats with us. Crisis averted, treats secured, and I picked up some new snacks for my boy, which he absolutely loves.Large, clean, well-lit store with a plethora of goodies for pets and friendly staff. Even the pickiest or most sensitive eaters can find something tasty here. A little bit pricier than my local small-town PSP, but the size and selection make up for the very minor difference.

Ive frequented here and came in with an urgent need for a thermostat. They have 1 type, ZooMed ReptiTemp (which is a good unit), and they are charging $75 for it. Thats insanely overpriced and locks people out of being able to afford safe temperature control for their reptiles.I went up the road to PetSmart and got the same exact thermostat for $28, 2.7x less than what PSP charges. Thats how much thermostats actually go for. This stores upcharge is unreasonable.

Ordered a bag of dog food online to be delivered. Received a phone call hours later informing me they didn’t have what I ordered. I asked if they could substitute 2 bags of 15 lbs in place of the 30 lb I had ordered. The girl who said she was a manager told me no. Later I received a call from Wyatt and he was much more helpful. Had to come in the next day to get my order instead of it being delivered. You guys need to have better customer service.

My go-to pet store! Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite. They’re always so friendly!

I have been going to this location for grooming for a number of years now, and Meghan is great at working with my corgi who has anxiety issues. Grooming is always timely, and they’re thorough in asking about any conditions or concerns you may have.

We love coming here for our pups grooming. Megan does a fantastic job making them feel comfortable and look adorable! Angelina is always sweet and friendly to our dogs as we cash out. Highly recommend!

I keep giving this store one more chance and the point has come that theyre out of chances. The customer service quality hit an all time low last night and its time do go elsewhere.As I know the canned response will read please call the store, I will point out that I did, twice. Once- my call was sent to voicemail. Second time- put on hold then hung up on.Ownership/management- please take heed of what these comments are saying. The consistent issue has been customer service over the past year, youre loosing customers in droves.Its a newer location and conveniently located- but its just not worth it anymore.

The change in management is evident, unfortunately. My boyfriend and I have been going to this location for over a year now, especially after adopting a new puppy about 6 months ago. I’ve noticed that the selection of puppy food isn’t the best. I’ve gotten so frustrated several times trying to find a puppy food that’s quality and NOT chicken! I managed to find one finally but he’s not doing great on it, so I’m going to have to just end up ordering from Chewy more than likely. Today I went in to purchase a medium sized cone for my older dog that has a bad hot spot on her paw. The entire rack was nearly empty with only extra large sizes of everything left. I went to find an employee and was told they do not carry anything in the back. She didn’t attempt to assist, just said no and walked away. Even if an item is frequently purchased, it should still always be stocked. I was actually so livid because I drove way out of my way for this today, I won’t be coming back to this location again, unfortunately.

This rating is specifically for my last visit. June 2024, the grooming department with Megan. Shes awesome. She gave me suggestions, She assisted me right away and my cavapoo Rustik looked sooooo good!.. However, my first visit with him as a pup in the beginning of the year I swore never to return. I was walking around for at least 5 to 10 minutes, with multiple workers around. That offered no assistance whatsoever. I was in complete disbelief and pretty much disgusted even after I asked for help. It was so bland like they were annoyed .

My review is based on the quality of customer service this store offers- it used to be stellar, now its rough at best. On several occasions, I have waited with my order for employees to stop socializing or playing on their phones, been rudely asked what you want when I walk to the counter for a pick up order and watched staff not even offer to assist an elderly customer with a carry out. During a stop last week, an employee not wearing any sort of name tag or PSP clothing, hood up and covering half their face, lollypop hanging out of their mouth, glared at me and said you need something? as I stood at the counter with a basket full of items. Im not even sure if this person actually worked for the store.Its gotten so its worth the extra couple of miles to Latta, because Id rather shop where theres at least a semblance of customer service. Youre not what you once were Ridge Road PSP, what a disappointment.

Our family loves this Pet Supplies Plus. The high quality, variety foods, rewards and coupons keep us shopping here over the alternative stores. Abby is an employee there that is consistently wonderful. Every time we shop she is cheerful, so helpful, and really knows the products she recommends. Staff seems pretty nice, but usually, only 2 employees, from what I can see, so when one goes on break, expect a line to form.The prices arent horrible but could be better. Employees should be able to see and redeem points via phone number look up, instead of telling us to download the app and log in because i went for someone else and used their phone number because it was their purchase. I suggest something like Walgreens system.

We have quite a few animals that we take care of and have gone to this store since the location opened. We at first never had an issue. The past 2 months I would say, we have been ordering our supplies online utilizing the free same day delivery. Well.... the past few times we ordered as soon as the store opened, never given a phone call, and when we call them inquiring about our delivery, we are told that it is not their problem and that there is nothing they can do. I hope that everyone finds a new place to bring their service. This is poor conduct and poor customer communication skills.Yes I know what store I purchased my products from. Please do not patronize me further. We spoke to your manager Amber and was rather rude and now see why.

The staff always greets customers as soon as you walk in with a Welcome and a smile, they are always friendly & eager to help. The store is always stocked and clean.I love the petwashing station! Easily accessible for all sizes and ages of dogs, they supply all the washing products, towels and grooming tools too. So worth the $ to not mess up my bathroom at home!
