Groomer cancelled pre scheduled appointment 20 minutes before our scheduled time by texting “I’m so sorry I’m not at work today”. Did not attempt to re schedule or rectify situation after a response indicating her message was very last minute and we wished she let us know earlier. Unprofessional.
